如图4-8所示,所述调节机构包括与夹持座固定的调节座10和与齿条81传动配合的齿轮132,该齿轮132与调节轮17传动连接,所述调节座10具体固定位置不作特别要求,根据需要可以通过固定螺丝11与上盖4进行固定,也可以根据需要与下盖14进行固定。
所述锁止结构13包括与齿轮81同步转动的锁止盘131,该锁止盘131与齿轮81采用一体式结构或分离部件通过刚性连接实现同步转动。该锁止盘131包括至少一对与锁止盘本体连接的锁止部件,该锁止部件设有半闭合的迂回部1311,该迂回部1311外侧面设有限位齿1311,内侧形成条状开口部1313,所述限位齿1312与调节座10上的卡齿101配合,条状开口部1313与调节轮17上的凸起171配合,每对锁止盘131上的限位齿1311相对设置,即一个限位齿1311锁止顺时针转动,另一个限位齿锁止逆时针转动,当调节轮17转动时凸起171与条状开口部1313配合,使迂回部131向内移动,使两个限位齿1311分别与卡齿101分离。
所述迂回部1311的端部设有一限位块1315,该限位块可以避免迂回部 1311在调节轮上的凸起向内挤压时出现过量,造成形变失效。
所述迂回部的根部设有凹口1314,该凹口1314使得迂回部1311的根部强度较小,当迂回部1311受调节轮17上的凸起171挤压下更容易形变,且形变位置固定,当调节轮处于自由状态时,所述迂回部1311处于复位状态,即迂回部外侧的限位齿恰好位于卡齿分离卡齿内,夹紧机构处于锁止状态。
当调节轮17转动时,凸起171同步转动,并将迂回部1311向内侧挤压,使得两个迂回部1311的外侧限位齿1312与调节座10上的卡齿101分离,继续转动调节轮17,凸起171使齿轮132在锁止盘本体131带动下转动,进而位于齿轮两侧的两个夹杆8向外或向内同步移动。当停止转动调节轮17时,迂回部1311在材料自身弹性作用下位于,两个限位齿1311分别位于调节座10上的卡齿101内,无法转动。
使用时通过调节机构使两夹夹紧机构相向移动,夹持住移动终端后,在锁止结构作用下,只能通过调节机构使夹夹紧机构移动,而无法直接向夹夹紧机构施力使移动终端松脱,避免意外情况下移动终端掉落,提高支架对移动终端的固定效果。
在调节座10另外两个相对的侧面设有分别设有一个限位部件12和可滑动夹紧机构,该可滑动夹紧机构包括:与夹持座固定的两个导柱套5和与导柱套5滑动套合的导柱3,以及设于导柱3一端的夹持部1,在导柱3另一端套有使夹持部1靠近夹持座的复位部件2,复位部件2包括弹簧或弹片,所述两个导柱套5通过螺丝7和固定片6固定在夹持座上。通过限位部件12和可滑动夹紧机构相互配合,可以使得移动终端的另外两个侧面得以固定,增加固定的稳定性。
如图3和图9所示,所述夹紧机构还设有与夹杆8配合的夹杆导套9,可 以使夹杆8左右移动时更加平稳,在夹杆8上还设有导向条83,可以增加结构强度和移动的平稳性。所述夹紧部82上设有由防滑凸起84形成的防滑结构。
由于上述实施例中的夹紧机构中的夹杆8仅有一侧受力,容易出现受力不平衡,出现卡死或移动困难的情况,为了更好使夹紧机构与锁止结构配合下移动更加平稳地,还提供另一种夹紧机构实施例。如图10和图11所示,所述夹紧机构包括:两个夹紧部82,每个夹紧部82设有与齿轮132传动连接齿条81,在齿条81的两侧分别设有与夹紧部82连接的套筒25和套杆26,所述套筒25位于齿条81的背面,套杆26位于齿条81的正面,套筒25与齿条81为分离结构,即套筒25与齿条81之间有间隙。两个夹紧部82上的套筒25与套杆26配合,两个齿条81分别平行地设置于齿轮132的两侧啮合传动。当夹紧部82通过齿轮132向内或向外同步移动时,使得夹紧部82有三个受力点,可以保证夹紧部82移动时更加平稳,不会出现受力不平衡情况,也增加结构强度。在每个夹紧部82的套杆26和套筒25上设有使固定套27,使得套杆26和套筒25与调节座10更好滑动配合。
如图12所示,所述夹紧机构包括还可以采用以下结构,即夹紧机构包括两个夹紧部82和每个夹紧部82与齿条81固定,该齿条81与齿轮132传动连接,在两个齿条81的两侧分别设有套筒25和套杆26,所述套筒25与齿条81为一体结构。其传动关系和功能与上述实施例相同,其优点是结构部件更少,更容易装配。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术 特征进行等同替换,而这些修改或替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 基于自行车的移动终端支架,包括夹持机构和用于将夹持机构与自行车固定的支撑机构,其特征在于:
    所述夹持机构包括夹持座和与夹持座转动连接的调节机构,以及设于夹持座两个侧面的夹紧机构,该夹紧机构与调节机构传动连接同步向内或向外移动,该调节机构设有使夹紧机构相对移动锁止的锁止结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于自行车的移动终端支架,其特征在于:
    所述夹紧机构包括夹杆,该夹杆设有传动部和设于传动部一端的夹紧部,其中传动部上设有与调节机构配合的齿条。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的基于自行车的移动终端支架,其特征在于:
    所述调节机构包括与夹持座固定的调节座和与齿条传动配合的齿轮,该齿轮与调节轮传动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的基于自行车的移动终端支架,其特征在于:所述锁止结构包括与齿轮同步转动的锁止盘,该锁止盘包括至少一对与锁止盘本体连接的锁止部件,该锁止部件设有半闭合的迂回部,该迂回部外侧面设有限位齿,内侧形成条状开口部,所述限位齿与调节座上的卡齿配合,条状开口部与调节轮上的凸起配合,每对锁止盘上的限位齿相对设置,当调节轮转动时凸起使迂回部向内移动,使限位齿与卡齿分离。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的基于自行车的移动终端支架,其特征在于:所述迂回部的端部设有一限位块。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的基于自行车的移动终端支架,其特征在于:所述迂回部的根部设有凹口。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的基于自行车的移动终端支架,其特征在于:所述夹紧机构包括两个夹紧部,每个夹紧部设有与齿轮传动连接齿条,在齿条的两侧分别设有与夹紧部连接的套筒和套杆,两个夹紧部上的套筒与套杆相互配合后使两个齿条分别平行地与齿轮啮合传动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的基于自行车的移动终端支架,其特征在于:在夹持座另两个侧面设有分别设有一个限位部件和可滑动夹紧机构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的基于自行车的移动终端支架,其特征在于:所述可滑动夹紧机构包括与夹持座固定的两个导柱套和与导柱套滑动套合的导柱,以及设于导柱一端的夹紧部,在导柱与夹持座之间设有使夹紧部靠近夹持座的复位部件。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的基于自行车移动终端支架,其特征在于:所述夹紧部上设有防滑结构。
