The Prior Art
Nowadays, burns, scalds, skin grafts, skin disease - related infections, other infections, rashes, cuts, accidents are the types of burn occurring on the muscle or skin caused by internal or external sources as a result of heat, electricity, chemical materials, friction or radiation.
Both in literature and folk medicine practices, from past to present, there are numerous studies, patent applications and methods that are developed to be used for skin - related wound and burn treatments. In these techniques it is determined that oils from many sources (canola, sunflower seed, olive etc.), many plant extracts or active substances, bee products (pollen, propolis wax etc.), many vitamins, many chemical active substances (diclofenac, mupirocin etc.) are used singly and/ or in various combinations.
There are many natural and herbal examples in this field. Walnut leaf can be included among these. Water that is obtained by boiling the walnut leaf has antiseptic effect in skin diseases and reduces pain when placed on wounds. It is also used in the treatment of infected eczemas. Gypsyweed, a traditional plant, is used as a blood - purifier and when used with fresh dead nettle leaves it heals chronic eczemas. In bloom, fresh plant sap can be prepared, which was recommended for chronic skin diseases and above all for eczema. Success of
Gypsyweed in healing infected and difficult - to - cure wounds is also stressed in old herbal books.
One of the applications encountered during the studies in literature is the patent application No. W09805313, entitled: "Composition comprising mupirocin and chlorhexidine". In said application, pharmacy - related compositions that comprise mupirocin and chlorhexidine are used in the treatment of topical (on skin) bacterial infections, especially of infected burn wounds. A similar application is the patent application No. TR 2003/00156, entitled: "Burn Treatment". Said application relates to the topical use of diclofenac or its topically acceptable salts for the treatment of burns (for the production of a topic medication).
Another one is the patent application No. US 2003008830. Said application relates to a gel specifically used for treatment of burns. Said gel is obtained by the partial hydrolysis of sulphated galactose, pectin, and collagen addition of hydroxyethyl cellulose.
Another one is the patent application No. TR2008/00328, entitled: "Dermatologic composition used in the treatment of skin burns, skin diseases, and infected wounds". Said application relates to a composition that consists of elderberry bark extract, sheep tallow, olive oil, wax, gum mastic, and can be used for the healing of operation scars and for the treatment of skin burns and infected wounds as well as in every kind of non - allergic skin lesion, skin cracks, cuts, eczema and fungal infections, and even for the treatment of skin diseases such as onychomycosis, decubitus ulcer, diabetes - related skin ulceration, furuncle and carbuncle when in prolonged use.
A similar one is the patent application No. TR 2010/01 146, entitled: "Wound and burn curing preparation". Said application is a preparation that may include natural olive oil and apple, in addition to wax, fatty acids, paraffin or glycerine. It ensures shortening the length of treatment and completely healing the scar as well as faster treatment of rashes in children and infants.

Patent application No. CN1915351 consists of coptis root, scutelleria root, phellodendron bark, aloe gel and pharmaceutically acceptable additive, that is used in the treatment of skin diseases such as burn, acne, wound, bedsore and eczema.
Each of them having different purposes and characteristics, wax, olive oil and butter are all known and used materials in both literature and society. However, when it is intended to obtain a mixture of these, it is done with random amounts and methods. In this case, as a result of being unable to provide an effective, able dose to provide the treatment, unintended side effects and complications such as over - inflammation, dryness occur.
One of these is the patent application with publication No. TR201415067, entitled: "Wound cream with a different embodiment and the manufacturing method thereof." The abstract of this application is as follows: "This invention relates to a burn cream that heals burn wounds without any scar while stopping the pain and having a different structure used in skins, and to its manufacturing process, and characterized by having the steps of mixing tail fat, karakovan wax, colophony, white wax, butter alkanet and olive oil until they melt in oven and keeping them after meltdown.
Boron is a chemical material that is widely found in nature. It is found in various proportions in many fruits and vegetables. While boric acid and sodium borate (named as borax) exist in nature as sodium tetraborate, disodium tetraborate or as its calcium compound, many compounds with boron are also synthesised by treating boron with different chemical processes. Among these we can include boron nitride. Boric acid and borax that are two of the most important compounds of boron compounds are used as sterile medicine in human medical science because of having antiseptic, antibacterial, anti - fungal and firming properties in treatment of small cuts and burns. Boron nitride is a white coloured compound that has a good chemical, electrical and thermal properties. Boron nitride is generally produced by the reaction of boric acid or boron oxide with carbon and nitrogen or organic carbon and nitrogen carriers. The crystal structure of boron nitride is similar to the one of carbon, thus boron nitride is also called white carbon or white graphite.
Said boron compound is used singly in the current technique. A use with wax, butter and olive oil, which has various advantages, is not included.
As a result, the above said drawbacks and the inadequacy of the prior art solutions about the subject have necessitated an improvement in the technical field of compositions used in treatment of wounds, burns, and skin diseases.
