Description

一种薄片类介质聚集装置及金融自助设备
本申请要求于2015年12月03日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510884133.4、发明名称为“一种薄片类介质聚集装置及金融自助设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种金融自助服务设备,尤其涉及一种用于存储纸币的薄片类介质聚集装置。
背景技术
如公开号为CN102583093A的专利申请中公开的薄片类介质聚集装置,其工作原理是:薄片类介质经过聚集装置口部的传输通道,运行到聚集装置内部的聚集平台上方,堆叠在该聚集平台上;再通过传感器不断调整聚集平台的上下位置,使薄片类介质始终能平整的堆叠在该聚集平台上,直到检满传感器检测到聚集装置已满。基于这种工作原理的薄片类介质聚集装置,其薄片类介质会堆叠的比较蓬松,造成聚集装置最终的存储容量不够大。
在有些应用场合,对聚集装置的容量需求较大,常见的薄片类介质聚集装置容量相对较小,且薄片类介质蓬松的堆叠会进一步减少聚集装置的实际容量,不能满足需求。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中薄片类介质聚集装置容量相对较小的问题,本发明提供一种薄片类介质聚集装置,通过增加一压板机构将聚集平台上堆叠的蓬松的薄片类介质压紧的方式,进一步扩大薄片类介质聚集装置的实际容量。
本发明提供的一种薄片类介质聚集装置,其包括聚集装置外壳,与该聚集装置外壳连接形成封闭空间的可开合的聚集装置门组件,以及位于该封闭空间内可沿一导向机构上下运动的聚集平台,其中,该薄片类介质聚 集装置还包括一压板机构,该压板机构包括:一扁平压板,其两端连接在该导向机构上,且两端分别具有一凸台,该扁平压板位于该聚集平台上方;一对压板锁定板,对称设置在一旋转轴的两端,每一压板锁定板都包括一锁定端,该锁定端与该扁平压板的凸台相配合,以锁定该扁平压板;一压板解锁压杆,其两端分别与该对压板锁定板上与该锁定端相对的另一端连接;一拉力挚,与该压板解锁压杆相连接,在控制系统控制下选择性地向下拉动该压板解锁压杆;一复位弹簧,用于将该压板锁定板复位;以及一对压板拉簧,每一压板拉簧的一端连接在该扁平压板的一端,另一端连接在该聚集装置外壳上,用于拉动该扁平压板迅速向下移动以压紧堆叠在该聚集平台上的薄片类介质。
优选的,该聚集平台的两端分别具有一突起,用于初始化过程中将所述聚集平台和扁平压板分开一段距离。
优选的,该薄片类介质聚集装置还包括一顶部传感器,用于检测聚集平台上的薄片类介质堆叠空间是否已满,以触发该聚集平台沿该导向机构向下移动预定距离。
优选的,该薄片类介质聚集装置还包括一已满传感器,用于检测该聚集平台到达该薄片类介质聚集装置底部时该薄片类介质堆叠空间是否已满,以触发该拉力挚拉动该压板解锁压杆解锁该扁平压板。
优选的,该薄片类介质聚集装置还包括一薄片类介质入口以及一浮动导向组件,该浮动导向组件设置在该聚集平台上方,与该薄片类介质入口相衔接,用于将薄片类介质从该薄片类介质入口导入至该聚集平台上。
优选的,该薄片类介质入口包括一薄片类介质传输通道、一动力轮以及一长叶轮,该动力轮位于该薄片类介质传输通道尾端,用于将薄片类介质输送入该薄片类介质聚集装置,该长叶轮用于拍打该薄片类介质的尾部,使其聚集在该聚集平台上。
优选的,该浮动导向组件包括一浮动导向板,该浮动导向板设置在该动力轮一侧,经由该动力轮输送的薄片类介质其前端离开该动力轮后即碰触该浮动导向板,并被该浮动导向板导入该薄片类介质聚集装置。
优选的,该聚集装置门组件内侧设置有一缓冲条,用于进一步缓冲薄 片类介质的动量,使得该薄片类介质迅速静止并聚集在该聚集平台上。
本发明还提供一种金融自助设备,该金融自助设备包括一用于对纸币进行存入和/或取出动作的纸币出入口以及一用于存储纸币的薄片类介质聚集装置,其中该薄片类介质聚集装置包括聚集装置外壳,与该聚集装置外壳连接形成封闭空间的可开合的聚集装置门组件,以及位于该封闭空间内可沿一导向机构上下运动的聚集平台,其中,该薄片类介质聚集装置还包括一压板机构,该压板机构包括:一扁平压板,其两端连接在该导向机构上,且两端分别具有一凸台,该扁平压板位于该聚集平台上方;一对压板锁定板,对称设置在一旋转轴的两端,每一压板锁定板都包括一锁定端,该锁定端与该扁平压板的凸台相配合,以锁定该扁平压板;一压板解锁压杆,与该对压板锁定板相连接,其两端分别固定在该对压板锁定板上与该锁定端相对的另一端;一拉力挚,与该压板解锁压杆相连接,在控制系统控制下选择性地向下拉动该压板解锁压杆;一复位弹簧,用于将该压板锁定板复位;以及一对压板拉簧,每一压板拉簧的一端连接在该扁平压板的一端,另一端连接在该聚集装置外壳上,用于拉动该扁平压板迅速向下移动以压紧堆叠在该聚集平台上的薄片类介质。
优选的,该金融自助设备的该薄片类介质聚集装置还包括一顶部传感器和一已满传感器,该顶部传感器用于检测聚集平台上的薄片类介质堆叠空间是否已满,以触发该聚集平台沿该导向机构向下移动预定距离;该已满传感器用于检测该聚集平台是否到达该薄片类介质聚集装置底部,以触发该拉力挚拉动该压板解锁压杆解锁该扁平压板。
本发明提供的薄片类介质聚集装置在聚集薄片类介质的过程中,当该介质聚集满时,通过压板机构释放扁平压板,压在该聚集平台上的薄片类介质上,使蓬松的该介质的厚度减小,然后继续聚集该介质,从而增加了该聚集装置的容量。

具体实施方式
为进一步阐述本发明所提供的薄片类介质聚集装置的结构特征及其工作原理,下面配合附图进行解释和说明。
如图1所示,本发明所提供的一种金融自助设备的结构示意图,该金融自助设备包括:一用于对纸币进行存入和/或取出动作的纸币出入口1;一用于存储纸币的薄片类介质聚集装置2;一纸币输送通道3,其使该纸币出入口1与纸币聚集箱2之间形成连接并进行纸币输送;还包括对纸币进行堆叠的堆叠模块和相应的控制模块,这些模块均与现有金融设备的相关模块相同,故在此不再赘述。
如图2所示,该薄片类介质聚集装置2包括:聚集装置外壳101,与聚集装置外壳101连接形成封闭空间的可开合聚集装置门组件106,位于该封闭空间内可沿一导向杆112上下运动的聚集平台102;以及一用于将松散的纸币压紧的压板机构。此处的导向杆112也可以替换为导向槽等其他导向机构,无论哪种导向机构在本领域人员没有付诸创造性劳动的情况下做出的改进都属于本发明的保护范围。
结合图3和图4,该压板机构包括:一扁平压板105,其两端套接在该导向杆112上,且两端分别具有一凸台1051,该扁平压板105位于该聚集平台102上方;一对压板锁定板114,对称设置在一旋转轴115的两端,每一压板锁定板114都包括一锁定端,该锁定端与该扁平压板105的凸台1051相配合,以锁定该扁平压板105;一压板解锁压杆113,其两端分别 与该对压板锁定板114上与该锁定端相对的另一端连接;一拉力挚123,与该压板解锁压杆113相连接,在控制系统控制下选择性地向下拉动该压板解锁压杆113;一复位弹簧124,用于将该压板锁定板114复位;以及一对压板拉簧116,每一压板拉簧116的一端连接在该扁平压板105的一端,另一端连接在该聚集装置的外壳101上,用于拉动该扁平压板105迅速向下移动以压紧堆叠在该聚集平台上的薄片类介质131。该薄片类介质聚集装置2还包括一顶部传感器120,用于检测聚集平台102上的薄片类介质堆叠空间是否已满,以触发该聚集平台102沿该导向杆112向下移动预定距离。该薄片类介质聚集装置还包括一已满传感器,用于检测该聚集平台102到达该薄片类介质聚集装置2底部时该薄片类介质堆叠空间是否已满,以触发该拉力挚123拉动该压板解锁压杆113解锁该扁平压板105。
结合图3和图4,该薄片类介质聚集装置2还包括一薄片类介质入口以及一浮动导向组件103,该浮动导向组件设置在该聚集平台102上方,与该薄片类介质入口相衔接,用于将薄片类介质131从该薄片类介质入口导入至该聚集平台102上。
进一步结合图5至图7,该薄片类介质入口包括薄片类介质传输通道130、一动力轮118以及一长叶轮104,该动力轮118位于该薄片类介质传输通道130的尾端,用于将薄片类介质131输送入该薄片类介质聚集装置2,该长叶轮104用于拍打该薄片类介质131的尾部,使其聚集在该聚集平台上。
优选的,该浮动导向组件103包括一浮动导向板109,该浮动导向板109设置在该动力轮118一侧,经由该动力轮118输送的薄片类介质131其前端离开该动力轮118后即碰触该浮动导向板109,并被该浮动导向板109导入该薄片类介质聚集装置2。
另外,该浮动导向组件103还包括一缓冲叶轮121,该缓冲叶轮121通过一叶轮旋转轴122设置在该浮动导向板109尾端,用于缓冲该薄片类介质131的动量,使得经由该浮动导向板109导入的薄片类介质131传输速度迅速降低。也就是说,该薄片类介质131输送入该薄片类介质聚集装置2的过程中,该薄片类介质131的前端离开动力轮118后,即可碰到浮 动导向组件103中的浮动导向板109,该薄片类介质131在浮动导向板109的导向作用下继续前进,当薄片类介质131前端到达该缓冲叶轮121时,缓冲叶轮121绕着缓冲叶轮旋转轴122旋转,对该薄片类介质131进行缓冲,使其传输速度降低。
参阅图2,该聚集装置门组件106内侧设置有一缓冲条108,用于进一步缓冲薄片类介质131的动量,使得该薄片类介质131迅速静止并聚集在该聚集平台102上。也就是说,经由缓冲叶轮121减速的薄片类介质131由于运动惯性继续运动,直到其碰触该缓冲胶条108后被缓冲停止运动,此时长叶轮104对该薄片类介质131的尾端进行向下拍打,使之聚集在聚集平台102上。
以下结合图5至图9,介绍该薄片类介质聚集装置2的工作原理:
在薄片类介质聚集装置2聚集薄片类介质131的过程中,在该介质聚集满时,通过压板机构释放扁平压板105,压在聚集平台102上的薄片类介质131上,使蓬松的该薄片类介质131的厚度减小,然后继续聚集该介质,从而增加了该聚集装置的容量。
具体的,图5和图6表示压板机构锁定和解锁的状态示意图,图5为扁平压板105被压板锁定板114顶住两侧凸台成锁定状态;图6为压板锁定板114打开,脱离扁平压板105两侧凸台,解除锁定的瞬间状态。
图7、图8、图9表示聚集薄片类介质的过程示意图。图7为开始时,聚集薄片类介质131的过程;图8为压板机构解锁后,扁平压板105压住薄片类介质131的状态;图9为扁平压板105下压后,聚集装置进行一次复位,又继续聚集薄片类介质131的过程。
初始聚集薄片类介质131的过程:
聚集平台102在聚集装置2开始聚集薄片类介质131工作之前,先复位至合适的位置,预留一定的聚集空间以适应薄片类介质131的聚集;扁平压板105的初始状态是位于浮动导向板109的内部,由左右两块压板锁定板114顶住两侧的凸台1051,锁定不动。
聚集装置开始聚集薄片类介质131的工作后,薄片类介质沿着传输通道130进入聚集装置2,薄片类介质131通过传输通道130时,其前端离 开动力轮118后,即可碰到浮动导向组件103中的浮动导向板109;当薄片类介质131前端到达浮动导向组件103中的缓冲叶轮121时,缓冲叶轮121绕着缓冲叶轮旋转轴122旋转,对该薄片类介质131进行缓冲;该薄片类介质131由于运动惯性继续运动至门组件106上的缓冲胶条108,缓冲后停止;此时长叶轮104对该薄片类介质131的尾端进行向下拍打,使之聚集在聚集平台102上,单个薄片类介质聚集过程完成。
当薄片类介质131聚集到一定的高度后,通过顶部传感器120触发,聚集平台102往下移动一定的距离,恢复一定的聚集空间,进而继续聚集薄片类介质131,如此反复,直至聚集平台102移至最底。
压板机构动作过程:
当聚集平台102移至最底时,触发聚集装置2的已满传感器,于是触发压板机构动作,使扁平压板105向下移动压住聚集平台102上的薄片类介质131。
具体动作过程为:当聚集平台102移至最底时,触发已满传感器,从而触发拉力挚123动作,进而带动压板解锁压杆113向下运动,进而带动压板锁定板114绕着旋转轴115旋转,于是压板锁定板114脱离扁平压板105两侧的凸台,解除对扁平压板105的锁定;扁平压板105在压板拉簧116的作用下,沿着导向杆112迅速向下移动,直至压到聚集平台102上的薄片类介质131;在扁平压板105的压力作用下,薄片类介质131有被压缩紧密的趋势,从而该介质131的厚度变小。
拉力挚123在完成一个吸入动作后,随即断电停止吸入动作,两块压板锁定板114、压板解锁压杆113在复位弹簧124的作用下,恢复到初始状态,停止在锁定扁平压板105的位置。压板拉簧116通过拉簧滑动轮117旋绕一圈,可以增加弹簧长度,从而增加扁平压板105行程。另外,复位弹簧124可以是扭弹簧或者拉弹簧。
扁平压板105下压后聚集薄片类介质的过程:
扁平压板105解锁后,向下移动并压住聚集平台102上的薄片类介质131后,聚集平台102执行一次复位动作,聚集平台102、薄片类介质131、扁平压板105一起向上平移,直至该薄片类介质131顶部撞击到浮动导向 组件103,使浮动导向组件103向上运动,直至浮动导向组件103上的浮动导向板109触发到顶部传感器120,从而触发聚集平台102、薄片类介质131、扁平压板105整体停止向上移动,并反向向下移动,使扁平压板105上方空出一定的聚集空间,继续聚集薄片类介质131,此时该薄片类介质131聚集在该扁平压板105上。聚集装置的一个复位动作周期完毕,又可以继续进行薄片类介质131的聚集;再经过多次薄片类介质聚集后,聚集平台102又会移至最底,触发聚集装置的已满传感器,聚集装置2在继续聚集该薄片类介质131一定的数量后,停止该薄片类介质131聚集,于是完成了该薄片类介质131聚集工作。
清理和初始化聚集装置的过程:
在清理聚集装置的薄片类介质时,打开聚集装置门组件106,人工清理出所有薄片类介质131,含聚集平台102上方的薄片类介质131和扁平压板105上方的薄片类介质131;此时,扁平压板105在压板拉簧116的作用下,向下移动,直到两端接触到聚集平台102的两端,由于聚集平台102的两端有一突起141,可以使扁平压板105高于聚集平台102;然后关闭并锁上聚集装置门组件106,将聚集装置2放回到工作位置;在聚集装置2执行一个初始化命令时,聚集平台102、扁平压板105一起向上平移,直至聚集平台102撞击到浮动导向组件103,使浮动导向组件103向上移动;由于聚集平台102两端突起141使扁平压板105高于聚集平台102,所以当聚集平台102撞击到浮动导向组件103上的浮动导向板109时,扁平压板105已进入到浮动导向板109的内部,此时,扁平压板105两端凸台顶开左右两个压板锁定板114,移动到压板锁定板114的上方;浮动导向组件103上的浮动导向板109向上移动直至触发到顶部传感器120,从而触发聚集平台102和扁平压板105停止向上移动,并反向向下移动,此时,扁平压板105被左右两个压板锁定板114锁定,不能随聚集平台102一起向下移动,即恢复成初始状态;聚集平台102继续向下移动,直至空出一定的聚集空间,即恢复成初始状态,等待下一次的薄片类介质聚集工作。
本发明提供的薄片类介质聚集装置在聚集薄片类介质的过程中,当该 介质聚集满时,通过压板机构释放压板,压在该聚集平台上的薄片类介质上,使蓬松的该介质的厚度减小,然后继续聚集该介质,从而增加了该聚集装置的容量。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,上述优选实施方式不应视为对本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种薄片类介质聚集装置,包括聚集装置外壳,与该聚集装置外壳连接形成封闭空间的可开合的聚集装置门组件,以及位于该封闭空间内可沿一导向机构上下运动的聚集平台,其特征在于,该薄片类介质聚集装置还包括一压板机构,该压板机构包括:
    一扁平压板,其两端套接在该导向机构上,且两端分别具有一凸台,该扁平压板位于该聚集平台上方;
    一对压板锁定板,对称设置在一旋转轴的两端,每一压板锁定板都包括一锁定端,该锁定端与该扁平压板的凸台相配合,以锁定该扁平压板;
    一压板解锁压杆,其两端分别与该对压板锁定板上与该锁定端相对的另一端连接;
    一拉力挚,与该压板解锁压杆相连接,在控制系统控制下选择性地向下拉动该压板解锁压杆;
    一复位弹簧,用于将该压板锁定板复位;
    一对压板拉簧,每一压板拉簧的一端连接在该扁平压板的一端,另一端连接在该聚集装置外壳上,用于拉动该扁平压板迅速向下移动以压紧堆叠在该聚集平台上的薄片类介质。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的薄片类介质聚集装置,其特征在于,该聚集平台的两端分别具有一突起,用于初始化过程中将所述聚集平台和扁平压板分开一段距离。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的薄片类介质聚集装置,其特征在于,该薄片类介质聚集装置还包括一顶部传感器,用于检测聚集平台上的薄片类介质堆叠空间是否已满,以触发该聚集平台沿该导向机构向下移动预定距离。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的薄片类介质聚集装置,其特征在于,该薄片类介质聚集装置还包括一已满传感器,用于检测该聚集平台是否到达该薄片类介质聚集装置底部,以触发该拉力挚拉动该压板解锁压杆解锁该扁平压板。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的薄片类介质聚集装置,其特征在于,该薄片类介质聚集装置还包括一薄片类介质入口以及一浮动导向组件,该浮动导向 组件设置在该聚集平台上方,与该薄片类介质入口相衔接,用于将薄片类介质从该薄片类介质入口导入至该聚集平台上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的薄片类介质聚集装置,其特征在于,该薄片类介质入口包括一薄片类介质传输通道、一动力轮以及一长叶轮,该动力轮位于该薄片类介质传输通道尾端,用于将薄片类介质输送入该薄片类介质聚集装置,该长叶轮用于拍打该薄片类介质的尾部,使其聚集在该聚集平台上。

  10. 如权利要求9所述的金融自助设备,其特征在于,该薄片类介质聚集装置还包括一顶部传感器和一已满传感器,该顶部传感器用于检测聚集平台上的薄片类介质堆叠空间是否已满,以触发该聚集平台沿该导向机构向下移动预定距离;该已满传感器用于检测该聚集平台是否到达该薄片类介质聚集装置底部,以触发该拉力挚拉动该压板解锁压杆解锁该扁平压板。
