[0026] 请参阅图 1-图 9, 本发明实施例提供的一种背光仪表 100, 包括外壳 10、 旋钮 21 、 档位刻度盘 40、 主板 50、 透光环 41、 光源组件 44、 导光板 45、 导光柱 22和背 光盘 30。 外壳 10用来固定和保护仪表中部件。 旋钮 21用于选择档位, 档位刻度 盘 40用于标示档位, 当转动旋钮 21指到档位刻度盘 40上不同的刻度吋, 可以选 择不同的功能档位。 主板 50安装于外壳 10中, 进行主控。 档位刻度盘 40设置于 透光环 41的外表面, 而透光环 41固定于外壳 10上; 光源组件 44设于透光环 41的 一侧, 该侧为背对透光环 41外表面的一侧 (以下定义透光环 41的背对其外表面 的一侧为其相对内侧) , 则光源组件 44设于透光环 41的相对内侧; 导光板 45设 于光源组件 44与透光环 41之间, 则光源组件 44发出的光会经导光板 45进行均匀 分布, 再照射向透光环 41, 相应的可以照射到透光环 41上的档位刻度盘 40, 从 而在黑暗的环境下可以看清档位刻度盘 40。 旋钮 21中幵设有连接通孔 211, 导光 柱 22安装于连接通孔 211中, 旋钮 21安装于背光盘 30上, 而背光盘 30用来提供背 光, 当背光盘 30的背光照射到导光柱 22吋, 经导光柱 22传导散出, 在较暗的环 境下, 可以直接看到导光柱 22, 从而可以起到指示选档位置的作用; 背光盘 30 与主板 50相连, 以便通过主板 50来给背光盘 30提供电源, 同吋也通过主板 50来 控制背光盘 30。 背光盘 30包括转盘 31和指示 LED灯 32, 指示 LED灯 32安装于转盘 31上, 转盘 31与主板 50电性相连, 以便为指示 LED灯 32供电和控制指示 LED灯 32 , 同吋转盘 31枢接于主板 50上, 从而转盘 31可以在主板 50上转运, 在旋钮 21转 运选档吋, 转盘 31可以随旋钮 21转动, 以便转盘 31上的指示 LED灯 32可以更好的 将发出的光照射到导光柱 22上。

[0029] 进一步地, 请参阅图 3、 图 5、 图 6和图 8, 优选地, 指示 LED灯 32正对导光柱 22 设置。 将指示 LED灯 32正对导光柱 22, 可以使指示 LED灯 32发出的光更好的进入 导光柱 22, 在黑暗环境下, 使导光柱 22更为醒目。 本实施例中, 指示 LED灯 32仅 为一个, 以更好的节约用电, 而使用一个指示 LED灯 32为导光柱 22提供背光, 也 可以保证导光柱 22为较高的亮度。 在其它实施例中, 也可以使用多个指示 LED灯 32。
[0030] 进一步地, 请参阅图 4、 图 5、 图 6和图 7, 转盘 31上安装有两个弹片 33, 主板 50 上对应设置有两具导电环 51, 两个弹片 33分别抵持两个导电环 51, 并且两个弹 片 33可以沿两个导电环 51上滑动, 两个弹片 33设置在转盘 31上靠近主板 50的一 面上, 并且两个弹片 33与指示 LED灯 32电性相连, 以便为指示 LED灯 32供电。 在 转盘 31上设置弹片 33, 而在主板 50上设置导电环 51的结构, 可以当转盘 31随旋 钮 21转动吋, 指示 LED灯 32也可以随转盘 31转动, 同吋主板 50可以为指示 LED灯 32供电。 另外, 该结构设置可以使转盘 31的弹片 33抵持住主板 50, 从而不仅可 以减少导线的使用, 方便组装, 而且可以缩小转盘 31与主板 50间的距离, 可以 将该仪表背光旋钮 21的结构制作更为紧凑, 更好的适应体积较小的仪器仪表。
[0031] 进一步地, 转盘 31上对应于弹片 33的位置凸设有安装板 312, 弹片 33固定于相 应的安装板 312上。 在转盘 31上设置安装板 312, 以方便固定弹片 33, 同吋也方 便弹片 33与指示 LED灯 32电性相连。 在其它实施例中, 也可以在转盘 31上幵设安 装槽, 而将弹片 33安装在该安装槽中。

[0038] 请参阅图 4、 图 5、 图 8和图 9, 旋钮 21上安装有导光罩 213, 在旋钮 21上设置导 光罩 213, 导光柱 22上散发的光会散发到导光罩 213上, 同吋透光环 41上散发的 光也会照射到导光罩 213上, 则导光罩 213的亮度会低于导光柱 22及透光环 41的 亮度, 不会影响到导光柱 22的指示作用, 同吋可以方便看到旋钮 21的形状, 方 便操作人员旋动旋钮 21。
[0039] 请参阅图 3、 图 5和图 6, 进一步地, 导光板 45包括环绕旋钮 21的环形导光基板 4 51和凸设于环形导光基板 451外周的定位凸耳 452。 环形导光基板 451的设置, 一 方面可使得导光板 45上传导发出的光可更充分地照射到透光环 41上, 另一方面 可利于减小导光板 45的材料成本。 定位凸耳 452的设置, 可用于实现导光板 45在 外壳 10内的安装定位。 本实施例中, 优选地, 环形导光基板 451套在连接环 43上 , 可以使该背光仪表 100的结构更为紧凑。
[0040] 进一步地, 光源组件 44包括环绕旋钮 21的环形电路板 441和设于环形电路板 441 上的背光 LED灯 443, 环形电路板 441的外周设有至少一个连接凸耳 442。 环形电 路板 441的设置, 既可实现对环形导光基板 451的压紧定位, 又可利于减小电路 板的材料成本。 连接凸耳 442的设置, 主要用于实现环形电路板 441在外壳 10内 的安装定位。 使用背光 LED灯 443体积小、 节能效果好、 环保性能佳、 易于控制 。 连接凸耳 442可以通过紧固件 (图未示) 紧固连接外壳 10并将导光板 45压紧。 紧固件具体可为螺钉或者铆钉等, 此处, 紧固件优选为螺钉, 其拆装方便、 紧 固可靠。
[0041] 进一步地, 环形电路板 441上设有弹性顶针 444, 弹性顶针 444与背光 LED灯 443 电性相连, 并且弹性顶针 444抵顶主板 50, 从而将弹性顶针 444与主板 50电性相 连。 使用弹性顶针 444, 组装方便。

[0043] 进一步地, 连接凸耳 442、 连接凸柱 11和紧固件都设有三个, 定位凸耳 452设有 一个, 其中一个紧固件穿过一个连接凸耳 442和定位凸耳 452紧固连接外壳 10, 另外两个紧固件分别穿过另外两个连接凸耳 442紧固连接外壳 10。 连接凸耳 442 、 连接凸柱 11和紧固件都设有三个, 利于保证环形电路板 441在外壳 10内安装的 稳固性; 而由于导光板 45可通过环形电路板 441压紧限位, 故, 此处, 定位凸耳 452只设有一个, 在保证导光板 45安装稳固性的前提下, 可利于简化导光板 45的 结构, 并利于减小由于制造误差造成导光板 45和电路板在外壳 10内安装定位的 难度。 当然了, 除了此处列举的优选实施方案外, 具体应用中, 连接凸耳 442、 连接凸柱 11、 紧固件和定位凸耳 452数量也可设为其它数值。
[0044] 优选地, 该背光仪表 100为万用表或者钳形表, 从而可以在黑暗环境下操作使 用, 提高了万用表或者钳形表在黑暗环境下的使用便捷性, 并增强了万用表或 者钳形表的外形炫丽感。

[权利要求 1] 一种背光仪表, 包括外壳、 用于选择档位的旋钮、 用于标示档位的档 位刻度盘和安装于所述外壳中的主板, 其特征在于, 还包括固定于外 壳上的透光环、 设于所述透光环的相对内侧的光源组件、 设于所述光 源组件与所述透光环之间的导光板、 用于指示选档位置的导光柱和为 所述导光柱提供背光的背光盘, 所述背光盘包括枢接于所述主板上的 转盘和安装于所述转盘上的指示 LED灯, 所述转盘与所述主板电性相 连, 所述光源组件与所述主板电性相连, 所述旋钮中幵设有连接通孔 , 所述导光柱安装于所述连接通孔中, 所述档位刻度盘设置于所述透 光环的外表面。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的背光仪表, 其特征在于, 所述转盘靠近所述主板 的一面上安装有电性连接所述指示 LED灯的两个弹片, 所述主板上设 有分别供两个所述弹片滑动的两个导电环, 两个所述弹片分别抵持两 个所述导电环。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 2所述的背光仪表, 其特征在于, 所述转盘上对应于所述 弹片的位置凸设有安装板, 所述弹片固定于相应的所述安装板上。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 3所述的背光仪表, 其特征在于, 各所述弹片呈 V型, 各 所述弹片的中部幵设有幵口, 所述安装板配合插入相应所述弹片的幵 口中。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 1-4任一项所述的背光仪表, 其特征在于, 还包括用于定 位所述旋钮且可透光的档位盘, 所述档位盘设于所述旋钮与所述背光 盘之间。
