Abstract

本发明提供一种触控式透明键盘,其包括一触摸屏、一透明基板和一光源模组,该触摸屏设置在该透明基板上,该光源模组设置在该透明基板的一侧。该透明基板上设置若干按键标识,该光源模组发出的光线照射至该若干按键标识使该若干按键标识透过该触摸屏显示。本发明的触控式透明键盘方便用户在黑暗或外界光源较弱的条件下使用。

触控式透明键盘
技术领域
本发明是关于一种触控式键盘,尤其是关于一种触控式透明键盘。
背景技术
键盘作为重要的输入装置之一,已经成为电子装置不可或缺的一部分。现有的键盘主要分为机械键盘和触控式键盘,该两种键盘的按键图样均是蚀刻或印刷制成,因此在黑暗或外界光源较弱的条件下,不方便用户使用。且以上两种键盘外型单一,难以满足消费者的个性化需求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种方便使用且外形美观的触控式透明键盘。
一种触控式透明键盘,其包括一触摸屏、一透明基板和一光源模组,该触摸屏设置在该透明基板上,该光源模组设置在该透明基板的一侧。该透明基板上设置若干按键标识,该光源模组发出的光线照射至该若干按键标识使该若干按键标识透过该触摸屏显示。
与现有技术相比,本发明的触控式透明键盘由光源配合按键标识实现按键标识的显示与隐藏,方便用户在黑暗或外界光源较弱的条件下使用。且该触控式透明键盘未通电时,整体呈透明状,外型新颖美观。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明一较佳实施方式的触控式透明键盘100包括一触摸屏10、一透明基板30、一光源模组50和一支撑组件70。该触摸屏10设置在该透明基板30上,该光源模组50设置在该透明基板30的一侧,该支撑组件70设置在该光源模组50的下方,该支撑组件70内置相互电连接的一电源电路板91和一控制电路板93。
请结合参阅图2,该触摸屏10包括一本体11和与该本体11电连接的一柔性电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit Board,FPCB)13。该本体11用于感测外部触摸动作并将触碰位置信号通过该柔性电路板13传至该控制电路板93中。
该透明基板30由玻璃或树脂等透明材料制成,其大致呈一矩形状。该透明基板30包括一表面31和二相对设置的侧面32。该表面31上通过喷砂或磨砂形成若干透明按键标识35。该按键标识35可依据实际需求设计,如为英文字母、中文字或日文字符等;该按键标识35的形状和排列也可依据实际需求进行设计。每一侧面32上开设一卡合槽37,该二卡合槽37对称设置在该透明基板30每一侧面32的一端。
该光源模组50包括一光源罩51和一光源53。该光源罩51大致呈一矩形状,其侧面开设一条形收容槽511。该光源53容置于该收容槽511内,且该光源53通过导线与该电源电路板91电连接。该收容槽511的底部分别开设一第一导线孔513和一第一容置孔515,该收容槽511的二端分别相对该卡合槽37设置一卡合柱517。该卡合柱517的高度与该收容槽511的高度相对应。在本实施例中,该卡合柱517通过过盈配合直接卡设在该收容槽511内。可以理解,也可以通过在该收容槽511的二侧开设凹槽以固定该卡合柱517。该透明基板30设有卡合槽37的一端可插入该收容槽511,同时该卡合柱517分别卡持在该卡合槽37内,以将该光源模组50与该透明基板30相固定。该光源罩51底部垂直延伸二间隔设置的卡合部519和一固定柱512,该卡合部519大致呈一“工”字形,用于将该光源模组50固定在该支撑组件70上。该固定柱512与该第一容置孔515相邻设置。
该支撑组件70包括一套筒71、一收容架73、一锁合件75和一旋钮77。该收容架73一端略外露的收容于该套筒71内。该锁合件75和该旋钮77分别设置于该套筒71的两端。
该套筒71为一两侧开口的空心圆柱壳体,该套筒71上开设一第二导线孔711、一第二容置孔713和二卡合孔715。该第二导线孔711与第一导线孔513相对应,该第二容置孔713与第一容置孔515相对应,该二卡合孔715与该二卡合部519相对应。
该收容架73包括一承载部731、由该承载部731两端分别延伸出的一L型第一收容臂733和一L型第二收容臂734。该电源电路板91装配于该第一收容臂733上,该控制电路板93装配于该第二收容臂734上。该第二收容臂734的自由端延伸出一T型凸块737。该承载部731上设置一条型固定槽735。该固定槽735的形状与该卡合部519的形状相对应。
该锁合件75大致为一端开口的圆柱壳体,其半径与该套筒71的半径相等。该锁合件75的外周壁上开设一销孔751,该销孔751与该固定柱512卡合固定。该锁合件75内设置一固定块755,该固定块755上开设一与该凸块737形状相对应的T型凹槽757,该锁合件75通过该凹槽757和该凸块737与该收容架73相固定。该锁合件75上与该销孔751相邻开设一缺口753,该缺口753方便该凸块737卡入该凹槽757。
该旋钮77大致为一圆柱体,其半径与该套筒71的半径相等。该旋钮77中部开设一旋钮孔771。该电源电路板91包括一旋钮状开关911。该旋钮孔771的形状与该开关911相对应。该旋钮77通过该旋钮孔771和该开关911与该电源电路板91相固定,且该旋钮77可带动该开关911旋转以控制该触控式透明键盘100电源的开启与关闭。
请结合参阅图3和图4,该触控式透明键盘100的组装过程如下:
该触摸屏10与该透明基板30相固定。该电源电路板91和该控制电路板93分别固定装配于该收容架73的第一收容臂733和第二收容臂734上。将该收容架73容置于该套筒71内,该凸块737和该开关911外露于该套筒71。该光源罩51的二卡合部519穿过该套筒71的卡合孔715,并卡设于收容架73的固定槽735内。该光源53的导线穿过该第一导线孔513和第二导线孔711与该电源电路板91电连接。该柔性电路板13穿过该第一容置孔515和该第二容置孔713与该控制电路板93电连接。该二卡合槽37与该二卡合柱517卡合,从而将该透明基板30与该光源罩51相固定。该凸块737卡入该凹槽757内,该固定柱512卡入该销孔751内,如此完成该锁合件75的固定。该旋钮77通过该旋钮孔771套设在该开关911上。如此,完成该触控式透明键盘100的组装。
该触控式透明键盘100未通电时,该若干按键标识35均呈透明状。该触控式透明键盘100通电时,该光源53产生的光进入该透明基板30内,无照射至该按键标识35上的光线直接由该透明基板30的另一侧射出;照射至该按键标识35上的光线发生漫反射,此时该若干按键标识35透过该触摸屏10显示,使用者通过触碰该触摸屏10实现输入操作。使用者触碰该触摸屏10产生的电信号通过该柔性电路板13传输至该控制电路板93中。该控制电路板93上的控制电路判断使用者触碰的位置,并输出该触碰位置对应的指令信号。
本发明的触控式透明键盘100可以是有线键盘也可以是无线键盘。该触控式透明键盘100为有线键盘时,只需设置一连接线将该控制电路板93与外界显示装置电连接即可;且该连接线可以同时与该电源电路板91电连接,实现由显示装置向该触控式透明键盘100供电。该触控式透明键盘100为无线键盘时,只需在该控制电路板93上增设一无线传输模块,在外界显示装置上设置一与该无线传输模块对应的无线接收装置即可。
本发明的触控式透明键盘100由光源53配合按键标识35实现按键标识的显示与隐藏,方便用户在黑暗或外界光源较弱的条件下使用。且该触控式透明键盘100未通电时,整体呈透明状,外型新颖美观。
可以理解,该若干按键标识35也可以设置在该透明基板的内部或底面。
可以理解,该电源电路板91上可以设置一亮度调节电路,该亮度调节电路与该光源53电连接,可以配合使用者的使用环境调节该光源53的亮度。
可以理解,该电源电路板91上可以设置电池进行供电,也可以在该电源电路板91上设置电源连接线与外部电源电连接进行供电。
可以理解,该触摸屏10可以为电容式触摸屏、电阻式触摸屏、表面声波式触摸屏或光学式触摸屏等。
可以理解,该支撑组件70可以省略,该电源电路板91和该控制电路板93可以设置在该光源罩51内。该光源53优选发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)或冷阴极萤光灯管(Cold CathodeFluorescent Lamp,CCFL)等。

Claims (9)

1.一种触控式透明键盘,其特征在于:该触控式透明键盘包括一触摸屏、一透明基板、一光源模组和一支撑组件,该触摸屏设置在该透明基板上,该光源模组设置在该透明基板的一侧,该透明基板上设置若干按键标识,该光源模组发出的光线照射至该若干按键标识使该若干按键标识透过该触摸屏显示,该光源模组包括一光源罩和一光源,该光源罩上开设一收容槽及底部延伸二卡合部,该光源收容于该收容槽内;该支撑组件包括一套筒及一收容架,该套筒上开设二卡合孔,该收容架上设置一固定槽,该收容架收容于该套筒内;该二卡合部穿过该二卡合孔并卡设于固定槽内,以将光源模组固定于该支撑组件上。
2.如权利要求1所述的触控式透明键盘,其特征在于:该按键标识通过喷砂或磨砂形成。
3.如权利要求1所述的触控式透明键盘,其特征在于:该光源为发光二极管或冷阴极萤光灯管。
4.如权利要求1所述的触控式透明键盘,其特征在于:该透明基板开设二相对设置的卡合槽,该收容槽内设置二卡合柱,该卡合柱与该卡合槽相卡合以将该光源罩固定于该透明基板上。
5.如权利要求1所述的触控式透明键盘,其特征在于:该支撑组件内置相互电连接的一电源电路板和一控制电路板,该电源电路板与该光源模组电连接,该控制电路板与该触摸屏电连接。
6.如权利要求5所述的触控式透明键盘,其特征在于:该触摸屏包括一本体和一与该本体电连接的柔性电路板,该柔性电路板与该控制电路板电连接。
7.如权利要求5所述的触控式透明键盘,其特征在于:该支撑组件还包括设置于该套筒一端的一旋钮,该电源电路板和该控制电路板装配于该收容架上,该电源电路板包括一开关,该旋钮套设于该开关上且该旋钮可带动该开关旋转以控制该触控式透明键盘的开启与关闭。
8.如权利要求1所述的触控式透明键盘,其特征在于:该触摸屏为电容式触摸屏、电阻式触摸屏、表面声波式触摸屏和光学式触摸屏之中的一种。
9.如权利要求1所述的触控式透明键盘,其特征在于:该透明基板由玻璃或树脂制成。
