본 발명은 휴대폰 케이스에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 휴대폰 케이스의 배면에 다양한 조합이 가능한 복수의 메이크업 팔레트를 보관하기 위한 화장품 보관홈이 구비되어 있어 사용자의 선택에 따라 다양한 색상의 메이크업 팔레트를 선택하여 조합함으로써 여러 종류의 화장품과 화장 도구들을 별도로 휴대하여야 하는 불편함을 해소할 수 있고, 메이크업 팔레트를 자유롭게 구성함으로써 사용자의 개성과 취향을 반영할 수 있고, 필요한 모듈만을 바꿔 끼울 수 있으므로 한 종류의 화장품을 사용하기 위하여 메이크업 팔레트 전체를 새로 구매하지 않아도 되므로 합리적이고 경제적인 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스에 관한 것이다.
휴대폰은 이용자가 휴대하면서 손안에서 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 전화통신 단말기로서 현대인은 거의 필수품으로 휴대하고 있는 것이 현실이다.
이와 같은 휴대폰에는 DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting), 내비게이션, 카메라, 디지털 음원 MP3(MPEG Audio Layer-3)와 디지털 동영상을 재생하는 멀티미디어플레이어(Multi media player)등 많은 부가기능이 탑재되고 있고, 앱(APP : Application)이라 불리는 응용프로그램에 의해 더 많은 디지털기기의 역할을 수행하고 있다.
근래에 출시되고 있는 스마트폰은 데이터통신망과 WiFi(wireless fidelity)를 통해 무선인터넷을 할 수 있음을 물론 더 많은 부가 기능들이 추가되고 있고, 그 디자인이나 형상이 점점 미려해지고 있다.
그리고 현재 우리나라에서 판매되고 있는 대다수의 스마트폰은 화면이 보이는 전면이 터치스크린으로 형성된 바 타입(bar type)으로 전면의 터치스크린은 강화유리로 처리되고 있다.
강화유리는 긁힘, 전면으로부터의 충격에는 강한 이점이 있으나, 측면으로부터 충격에 매우 취약하여 디스플레이패널이 강화유리로 제작된 스마트폰의 사용자가 사용 중 부주의에 의해 스마트폰이 지면으로 낙하된 경우, 디스플레이패널을 보호하고 있는 전면패널, 또는 디스플레이패널 자체가 지면과의 충격에 의해 깨져 버리는 등의 문제가 발생한다.
이에 따라, 사용자들은 비교적 고가이며 미려한 자신의 휴대폰에 생길 수 있는 긁힘이나 흠집, 파손 등을 방지하기 위하여 휴대폰 보호 케이스를 이용하여 휴대폰을 보호하고 있고, 기호에 따라 다양한 형태의 휴대폰 보호 케이스가 판매되고 있는 실정이다.
이러한 휴대폰 보호 케이스는 다이어리 타입, 플립 타입, 범퍼 타입, 뷰 타입, 젤리 타입 등 다양한 형태로 제작된다.
한편, 휴대폰을 사용하는 여성의 경우 휴대폰과 화장품을 따로 가방에 소지해야만 하고, 이로 인해 가방의 부피가 커지는 문제점이 있을 뿐만 아니라 화장을 하기 위해 향상 화장품케이스가 들어있는 가방을 가지고 다녀야 하는 불편한 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 국내 등록실용신안공보 20-0474066호(화장품이 구비된 휴대폰), 국내 공개특허공보 10-2009-0014092호(화장품 수납수단을 가지는 휴대폰) 등과 같이 화장품이 수납된 휴대폰 케이스가 개발되었다.
상기 화장품이 구비된 휴대폰은 다 수개의 수용홈을 갖는 화장품케이스와; 상기 화장품케이스의 수용홈에 수용되어 있는 화장품과; 상기 화장품케이스의 상면을 따라 일정한 높이로 연장 설치되어 본체를 상/하로 슬라이딩되도록 하는 가이드부와; 상기 가이드부에 삽입되어 상/하로 슬라이딩하여 화장품케이스를 개폐함과 아울러 통신을 하는 본체로 이루어진다.
또한, 상기 화장품 수납수단을 가지는 휴대폰은 휴대폰의 본체에 화장품을 수납하는 화장품 수납수단이 마련되고, 화장품 수납수단은, 본체에 일체로 또는 분리 가능하게 마련되고, 본체에 일체로 마련되는 경우 화장품의 리필을 가능하게 하는 리필 용기를 가지도록 이루어진다.
그러나, 이러한 종래의 화장품 휴대폰 케이스는 화장품이 케이스 내의 홈에 충진되기 때문에 개별적으로 교체가 불가능하고, 항시 동일한 색상만을 제공받기 때문에 다른 색조 화장을 하고자 하는 경우 별도로 화장품을 구비해야만 하는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 이러한 종래의 화장품 휴대폰 케이스는 조명이 미구성되어 있는 문제점이 있다.

또한, 본 발명은 화장품 보관홈에 회전되는 커버를 구비하고, 커버의 내측에 거울을 부착하되, 거울 배면에 NFC 모듈을 부착하고, 거울 테두리에 NFC 모듈에 의해 발광되는 발광 부재를 형성한 후 스마트폰에 탑재된 앱을 통하여 송신된 주파수 신호에 의해 발광 부재가 발광하도록 함으로써 거울을 통하여 어두운 곳에서도 용이하게 화장을 하거나 고칠 수 있도록 하는 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스를 제공하는데 다른 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 특징은,
휴대폰이 수납되도록 본체의 정면 테두리에 단턱이 형성된 휴대폰 케이스에 있어서, 상기 본체의 배면 중앙부에 직사각 형태로 형성되는 팔레트 수납홈과; 정사각형 또는 직사각형태로 형성되고, 색조 화장품이 내부에 충진되어 상기 팔레트 수납홈에 복수개가 배열되는 메이크업 팔레트; 및 상기 본체와 동일한 사이즈의 판 형태로 형성되어 상기 본체의 배면 일측에서 회전 가능하도록 축결합되는 커버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
여기에서, 상기 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스는 상기 팔레트 수납홈의 양측면에 상기 휴대폰의 사이즈에 따라 1개 이상의 보조 팔레트 수납홈을 형성하고, 상기 보조 팔레트 수납홈에 이와 대응되는 형상의 보조 메이크업 팔레트를 수납한다.
여기에서 또한, 상기 팔레트 수납홈 또는 보조 팔레트 수납홈은 내측 저면에 제 1자석 플레이트가 형성되고, 상기 메이크업 팔레트 또는 보조 메이크업 팔레트는 저면에 제 2자석 플레이트가 형성되어 상기 팔레트 수납홈 또는 보조 팔레트 수납홈에 부착된다.
여기에서 또, 상기 팔레트 수납홈 또는 보조 팔레트 수납홈은 내측 저면에 1개 이상의 제 1체결홈이 형성되고, 상기 메이크업 팔레트 또는 보조 메이크업 팔레트는 저면에 상기 팔레트 수납홈 또는 보조 팔레트 수납홈의 제 1체결홈에 체결되도록 제 1체결돌기가 돌출 형성된다.

상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명인 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스에 따르면, 휴대폰 케이스의 배면에 다양한 조합이 가능한 복수의 메이크업 팔레트를 보관하기 위한 화장품 보관홈이 구비되어 있어 사용자의 선택에 따라 다양한 색상의 메이크업 팔레트를 선택하여 조합함으로써 여러 종류의 화장품과 화장 도구들을 별도로 휴대하여야 하는 불편함을 해소할 수 있고, 메이크업 팔레트를 자유롭게 구성함으로써 사용자의 개성과 취향을 반영할 수 있고, 필요한 모듈만을 바꿔 끼울 수 있으므로 한 종류의 화장품을 사용하기 위하여 메이크업 팔레트 전체를 새로 구매하지 않아도 되므로 합리적이고 경제적이다.
또한, 본 발명에 따르면 화장품 보관홈에 회전되는 커버를 구비하고, 커버의 내측에 거울을 부착하되, 거울 배면에 NFC 모듈을 부착하고, 거울 테두리에 NFC 모듈에 의해 발광되는 발광 부재를 형성한 후 스마트폰에 탑재된 앱을 통하여 송신된 주파수 신호에 의해 발광 부재가 발광하도록 함으로써 거울을 통하여 어두운 곳에서도 용이하게 화장을 하거나 고칠 수 있다.

도 1 내지 도 9를 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스(1)는, 본체(10)와, 팔레트 수납홈(20)과, 메이크업 팔레트(30)와, 커버(40)를 포함하여 구성된다.
먼저, 본체(10)는 합성수지 또는 금속 재질로 휴대폰이 수납되도록 정면 테두리에 단턱(11)이 형성된다. 이때, 본체(10)는 휴대폰(S)과 대응되도록 카메라, 마이크, 이어폰, 버튼, 플레쉬 등과 같은 복수의 홀(13)이 형성되고, 선택에 따라 정면에 플립 커버(미도시)가 구비될 수도 있다.
그리고, 팔레트 수납홈(20)은 본체(10)와 일체로 형성되되, 본체(10)의 배면 중앙부에 직사각 형태로 형성된다. 이때, 팔레트 수납홈(20)의 사이즈는 범용성을 갖도록 휴대폰 사이즈와 상관없이 동일한 크기(예를 들어 가로 세로 15㎝ㅧ5㎝)의 직사각형으로 형성된다.
여기에서, 팔레트 수납홈(20)은 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 내측 저면에 제 1자석 플레이트(61)가 형성되거나, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 내측 저면에 1개 이상의 제 1체결홈(71)이 형성되거나, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 전면 또는 배면이 개방되어 개방부(80)가 형성되고, 좌측면 또는 우측면 테두리에 제 1슬라이딩 돌기(81)가 형성되고, 우측면 또는 좌측면 테두리에 제 1슬라이딩 홈(83)이 구비된다. 이때, 도 6과 같은 팔레트 수납홈(20)은 개방부(80)에 메이크업 팔레트(30)를 삽입 및 고정시키도록 일단이 회전가능하도록 힌지 결합되고, 본체(10)에 록킹 및 언록킹되는 고정바(85)가 구비되는 것이 바람직하다. 또한, 고정바(85)를 중공상으로 형성하여 내부에 화장붓(미도시)을 수납할 수도 있다.
또한, 메이크업 팔레트(30)는 합성 수지 또는 금속 재질로 정사각형 또는 직사각형태로 형성되고, 색조 화장품이 내부에 충진되어 팔레트 수납홈(20)에 복수개가 배열된다. 이때, 메이크업 팔레트(30)는 도 3과 같이 팔레트 수납홈(20)에서 기본적인 5ㅧ3으로 배열되거나, 도 7 내지 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 다양한 사이즈로 제작되어 퍼즐과 같이 배열되고, 어느 하나의 메이크업 팔레트를 화장붓 수납 전용으로 사용할 수도 있다.
여기에서, 메이크업 팔레트(30)는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 팔레트 수납홈(20)의 제 1자석 플레이트(61)와 상호 부착되도록 저면에 제 2자석 플레이트(63)가 형성되거나, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 팔레트 수납홈(20)의 제 1체결홈(71)에 체결되도록 저면에 제 1체결돌기(73)가 돌출 형성되거나, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 일측면에 팔레트 수납홈(20)의 제 1슬라이딩 돌기(81) 또는 이웃하는 메이크업 팔레트(30)의 제 2슬라이딩 돌기(89)가 결합되도록 제 2슬라이딩 홈(87)이 형성되고, 타측면에 팔레트 수납홈(20)의 제 1슬라이딩 홈(83) 또는 이웃하는 메이크업 팔레트(30)의 제 2슬라이딩 홈(87)이 결합되도록 제 2슬라이딩 돌기(89)가 형성될 수 있다. 이때 제 1체결돌기(73)와 제 1체결홈(71)의 위치가 상호 변경될 수도 있고, 그 개수는 선택에 따라 가변 가능하다.
또, 커버(40)는 합성 수지 또는 금속 재질로 본체(10)와 동일한 사이즈의 판 형태로 형성되어 본체(10)의 배면 일측에서 회전 가능하도록 축결합된다. 이때, 커버(40)는 내측 일측에 홈(미도시)을 형성한 후 화장붓(미도시)을 수납할 수도 있다.
여기에서, 커버(40)는 내측면에 거울홈(41)이 구비되고, 거울홈(41)에 거울이 부착되고, 거울(90)은 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 배면에 NFC(Near Field Communication) 모듈(91)이 부착되고, 테두리가 투명하게 형성되어 배면 테두리에 NFC 모듈(91)의 주파수에 의해 발광되는 발광 부재(93)를 부착하며, NFC 모듈(91)은 휴대폰(S)에 설치된 앱에 의해 동작된다. 이때, NFC 모듈(91)과 발광 부재(93)의 구성은 국내 등록특허 10-1216854호, 10-1344048호 등에 게시된 공지의 구성이고, NFC 모듈(91)과 휴대폰(S)의 인식 거리가 안되는 경우 팔레트 수납홈(20)에 NFC 모듈(91)를 설치하고, 회로기판이 인쇄된 플렉시블 필름 등을 이용하여 거울(90)에 위치한 발광 부재(93)와 전기적으로 연결시킬 수 있다. 또한, 거울(90)의 테두리를 투명하게 형성하되, 그 투명한 부분을 원형, 네모, 별 모양 등 다양한 모양으로 구멍을 내어서 빛이 나오게 하여 심미성을 높일 수 있다.
여기에서 또한, 커버(40)는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 저면 일측에 제 1고정 자석(43A)이 설치되고, 본체(10)의 배면에 커버(40)의 제 1고정 자석(또는 금속)(43A)과 대응되는 위치에 제 2고정 자석(또는 금속)(15A)이 구비되어 커버(40)를 본체(10)에 고정시키거나, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 저면 일측에 제 2체결돌기(43B)가 돌출 형성되고, 본체(10)의 배면에 커버(40)의 제 2체결돌기(43B)와 대응되는 위치에 제 2체결홈(15B)이 형성되어 상호 결합에 의해 커버(40)를 본체(10)에 고정시킬 수 있다. 이때, 제 2체결돌기(43B)와 제 2체결홈(15B)의 위치가 상호 변경될 수도 있고, 그 개수는 선택에 따라 가변 가능하다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스(1)는 팔레트 수납홈(20)의 양측면에 휴대폰(S)의 사이즈에 따라 1개 이상의 보조 팔레트 수납홈(50)을 형성하고, 보조 팔레트 수납홈(50)에 이와 대응되는 형상의 보조 메이크업 팔레트(60)를 수납한다.
여기에서, 보조 팔레트 수납홈(50)은 내측 저면에 제 1자석 플레이트(61)가 형성되고, 보조 메이크업 팔레트(60)는 저면에 제 2자석 플레이트(63)가 형성되어 보조 팔레트 수납홈(50)에 부착되거나, 내측 저면에 1개 이상의 제 1체결홈(71)이 형성되고, 보조 메이크업 팔레트(60)는 저면에 보조 팔레트 수납홈(50)의 제 1체결홈(71)에 체결되도록 제 1체결돌기(73)가 돌출 형성될 수 있다. 이때 제 1체결돌기(73)와 제 1체결홈(71)의 위치가 상호 변경될 수도 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스의 동작을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 사용자는 본체(10)의 단턱(11)을 이용하여 정면에 휴대폰(S)을 수납하여 고정시킨다.
그런 다음, 사용자는 커버(40)를 열고, 원하는 조합의 메이크업 팔레트(30)를 팔레트 수납홈(20)에 삽입한다.
마찬가지로, 보조 팔레트 수납홈(50)에 보조 메이크업 팔레트(60)를 수납한 후 커버(40)를 닫은 상태에서 휴대하고 다닌다.
이러한 상태에서, 사용자가 화장을 하거나 고치기 위해 커버(40)를 개방한 후 화장붓 또는 팩트에 메이크업 팔레트(30) 또는 보조 메이크업 팔레트(60)에 충진된 색조 화장품을 묻혀 사용한다.
한편, 주변이 어두운 경우 사용자는 휴대폰(S), 즉 스마트폰에 설치된 앱을 이용하여 거울(90)에 부착된 NFC 모듈(91)로 주파수를 전송하면, NFC 모듈(91)에서 발광 부재(93)를 발광시켜 조명으로 이용할 수 있도록 한다.
그리고, 사용자는 임의의 메이크업 팔레트(30)를 개별적으로 교체하거나 전체를 원하는 배열로 교체하여 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명은 다양하게 변형될 수 있고 여러 가지 형태를 취할 수 있으며 상기 발명의 상세한 설명에서는 그에 따른 특별한 실시 예에 대해서만 기술하였다. 하지만 본 발명은 상세한 설명에서 언급되는 특별한 형태로 한정되는 것이 아닌 것으로 이해되어야 하며, 오히려 첨부된 청구범위에 의해 정의되는 본 발명의 정신과 범위 내에 있는 모든 변형물과 균등물 및 대체물을 포함하는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.

Claims (11)

  1. 휴대폰이 수납되도록 본체의 정면 테두리에 단턱이 형성된 휴대폰 케이스에 있어서,
    상기 본체의 배면 중앙부에 직사각 형태로 형성되는 팔레트 수납홈과;
    정사각형 또는 직사각형태로 형성되고, 색조 화장품이 내부에 충진되어 상기 팔레트 수납홈에 복수개가 배열되는 메이크업 팔레트; 및
    상기 본체와 동일한 사이즈의 판 형태로 형성되어 상기 본체의 배면 일측에서 회전 가능하도록 축결합되는 커버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스는,
    상기 팔레트 수납홈의 양측면에 상기 휴대폰의 사이즈에 따라 1개 이상의 보조 팔레트 수납홈을 형성하고, 상기 보조 팔레트 수납홈에 이와 대응되는 형상의 보조 메이크업 팔레트를 수납하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 팔레트 수납홈 또는 보조 팔레트 수납홈은,
    내측 저면에 제 1자석 플레이트가 형성되고,
    상기 메이크업 팔레트 또는 보조 메이크업 팔레트는,
    저면에 제 2자석 플레이트가 형성되어 상기 팔레트 수납홈 또는 보조 팔레트 수납홈에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스.
  4. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 팔레트 수납홈 또는 보조 팔레트 수납홈은,
    내측 저면에 1개 이상의 제 1체결홈이 형성되고,
    상기 메이크업 팔레트 또는 보조 메이크업 팔레트는,
    저면에 상기 팔레트 수납홈 또는 보조 팔레트 수납홈의 제 1체결홈에 체결되도록 체결돌기가 돌출 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 팔레트 수납홈은,
    전면 또는 배면이 개방되어 개방부가 형성되고, 좌측면 또는 우측면 테두리에 제 1슬라이딩 돌기가 형성되고, 우측면 또는 좌측면 테두리에 제 1슬라이딩 홈이 구비되며,
    상기 메이크업 팔레트는,
    일측면에 상기 팔레트 수납홈의 제 1슬라이딩 돌기 또는 이웃하는 메이크업 팔레트가 결합되도록 제 2슬라이딩 홈이 형성되고, 타측면에 상기 팔레트 수납홈의 제 2슬라이딩 홈 또는 이웃하는 메이크업 팔레트가 결합되도록 제 2슬라이딩 돌기가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 팔레트 수납홈은,
    상기 개방부에 상기 메이크업 팔레트를 삽입 및 고정시키도록 일단이 회전가능한 힌지 결합되는 고정바가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 커버는,
    내측면에 거울홈이 구비되고,
    상기 거울홈에 거울이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서,
    상기 거울은,
    배면에 NFC(Near Field Communication) 모듈이 부착되고, 테두리가 투명하게 형성되어 배면 테두리에 상기 NFC 모듈의 주파수에 의해 발광되는 발광 부재를 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스.
  9. 제 7 항에 있어서,
    상기 NFC 모듈은,
    상기 휴대폰에 설치된 앱에 의해 동작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 커버는,
    저면 일측에 제 1고정 자석이 설치되고,
    상기 본체의 배면에 상기 커버의 제 1고정 자석과 대응되는 위치에 제 2고정 자석이 구비되어 상기 커버를 상기 본체에 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 커버는,
    저면 일측에 제 2체결돌기가 돌출 형성되고,
    상기 본체의 배면에 상기 커버의 제 2체결돌기와 대응되는 위치에 제 2체결홈이 형성되어 상호 결합에 의해 상기 커버를 상기 본체에 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 및 조합이 가능한 메이크업 팔레트가 구비된 휴대폰 케이스.
