本发明涉及电池技术领域,具体涉及一种新一代高倍率锌二次电池。
背景技术
电池(Battery)指盛有电解质溶液和金属电极以产生电流的杯、槽或其他容器或复合容器的部分空间,能将化学能转化成电能的装置。利用电池作为能量来源,可以得到具有稳定电压,稳定电流,长时间稳定供电,受外界影响很小的电流,并且电池结构简单,携带方便,充放电操作简便易行,不受外界气候和温度的影响,性能稳定可靠,在现代社会生活中的各个方面发挥有很大作用。
二次电池,又称为充电电池或蓄电池,是指在电池放电后可通过充电的方式使活性物质恢复而继续使用的电池,在二次电池负极材料的选择上,锌具有非常可观的应用前景。然而目前市场上,水系锌二次电池的产品非常单一,锌镍二次电池是应用最为广泛的锌二次电池,但是该电池的正极(镍电极)在使用过程容易发生被毒化的现象:电池充电过程中,锌电极上生成的锌酸盐可通过隔膜进入镍电极并沉淀为氧化锌,放电过程中沉淀的氧化锌会溶解,然而,由于氧化锌自身的过饱和作用和陈化作用,导致镍电极微孔中的液相传质通道易被生成的难容氧化锌阻塞,导致电池的效率不断下降,最终导致失效的后果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足提供一种新一代高倍率锌二次电池,不仅彻底解决了锌二次电池正极材料的毒化问题,而且该电池循环使用寿命长、倍率性能非常优异,实用性很强。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现该目的:
新一代高倍率锌二次电池,包括阳极板、阴极板以及电解液,所述电解液分别与阳极板、阴极板接触,所述阳极板为锌板,所述阴极板为具有高比表面积的阴极板,所述电解液为可溶性锌盐溶液。
作为一种优选的方案,所述阴极板为活性炭极片。
