Description
본 발명은 제1 기판, 제1 기판 상의 제1 도전층을 포함하고, 상기 제1 도전층은 상면, 하면 및 측면을 포함하고, 상기 제1 도전층은 다수의 공극을 포함하고, 상기 제1 도전층의 상기 하면의 넓이는 상기 상면의 넓이보다 더 큰 인쇄회로기판에 관한 것이다.
인쇄회로기판은 집적 회로, 저항기, 또는 스위치 등 다양한 전기적 부품들이 납땜되어 실장되는 얇은 판을 말하며, 대부분의 전자 장치에 사용되는 회로들은 이러한 인쇄회로기판에 설치된다.
종래의 인쇄회로기판의 경우, 플라스틱 등 단단한 재료를 기반으로 하여 구성되었으나, 최근에는 인쇄회로기판을 플렉서블(Flexible)한 형태에 유기물 또는 무기물 기반의 재료를 사용하여 유연성을 향상시켜 제품에 적용하는 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다.
도 1을 참조하면, 플렉서블 인쇄회로기판(Flexible Printed Circuit Board)의 경우, PI 기판소재 상에 구리(Copper)를 증발 탈수(evaporation), 적층(lamination) 등 다양한 방법으로 생성 후 이를 포토리소그래피(Photo- lithography) 방법으로 배선을 형성하여 이를 전자 기판으로 사용하게 된다. 이러한 경우, 기판 소재에 상대적으로 고가인 폴리이미드 필름(Polyimide file; PI) 재료를 사용하게 되며, 포토리소그래피가 포토레지스트 형성, 노광, 현상, 박리 등 복잡한 공정으로 배선을 형성하며, PI 이외의 기재 사용이 어려워 기재사용의 자유도가 매우 낮게 된다.
따라서, 인쇄회로기판을 PI재료가 아니면서 최근 추세에 알맞은 PET 필름, 종이, 섬유 등 유연한 재료를 사용할 수 있는 기술의 필요성이 대두되고 있다.
본 발명은 상술한 바와 같이 플렉서블 인쇄회로기판(FPCB)의 일반적인 소재인 PI로 구현할 수 없는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 기판에 배선을 형성하여 이를 FPCB의 대체 용도로 적용 가능한 인쇄회로기판을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는 이상에서 언급한 기술적 과제로 제한되지 않으며, 이하에서 설명할 내용으로부터 통상의 기술자에게 자명한 범위 내에서 다양한 기술적 과제가 포함될 수 있다.
상기와 같은 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 인쇄회로기판은, 제1 기판, 상기 제1 기판 상의 제1 도전층을 포함하고, 상기 제1 도전층은 상면, 하면 및 측면을 포함하고, 상기 제1 도전층은 다수의 공극을 포함하고, 상기 제1 도전층의 상기 하면의 넓이는 상기 상면의 넓이보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 인쇄회로기판은, 상기 제1 기판이 PET 필름, 종이 또는 섬유인 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 인쇄회로기판은, 상기 제1 도전층이 상기 측면의 경사각이 10도 내지 80도인 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 인쇄회로기판은, 상기 제1 도전층의 상기 상면 조도가 상기 제1 도전층의 상기 측면 조도보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 한다.
아울러, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 인쇄회로기판은, 상기 제1 도전층이 공극에 형성된 유기물을 더 포함하고, 상기 유기물은 결합체(binder)인 레진을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 인쇄회로기판은, 상기 제1 도전층이 금속 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이 때, 상기 금속 입자의 크기는 50nm 내지 1μm인 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 인쇄회로기판은, 상기 제1 도전층이 공극률이 5 내지 50%인 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 상기 제1 도전층은, 제1 도전층을 형성하는 금속의 조성비가 60 내지 95%인 것을 특징으로 한다.
아울러, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 인쇄회로기판은, 상기 제1 기판과 상기 제1 도전층 사이에 형성되는 제1 중간층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이 때, 상기 제1 중간층은, 유기물, 또는 결합체인 레진인 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 인쇄회로기판은, 인쇄로 배선을 형성함으로써 종래의 복잡한 포토리소그래피 공정을 메탈 페이스트 잉크 인쇄로 단순화하여 생산비용을 절감하고 효율성 및 상품성을 증대시킬 수 있다.
또한, 종래의 FPCB가 도금 또는 구리를 이용하여 형성하고, D/E/S 방법 등을 사용하여 제1 도전층의 형성에 기재의 낭비가 많은 반면에, 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판은, 다수의 금속 입자와 다수의 공극으로 이루어진 메탈 페이스트 잉크(metal-paste ink)를 사용하므로, 인쇄공정 사용시 제1 도전층 형성에 낭비가 적게 된다.
또한, 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판은, 100도 내지 200도 가량의 저온에서 인쇄 및 소결되므로, 유연한 특성을 가지는 일반적인 제1 기판인 종이, PET필름, 섬유 등 인쇄가 가능한 다양한 제1 기판을 인쇄회로기판으로 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판은, 기판과 도전층 사이의 접착력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 도전층의 하면을 상면보다 더 크게 하여, 기판과 도전층 사이의 접촉면적을 넓힐 수 있다. 그리고, 제1 기판과 제1 도전층 사이를 고정시키기 위하여 유기물 바인더를 이용하거나, 제1 기판과 제1 도전층 사이에 별도의 접착층을 형성하거나, 다수의 금속 입자의 일부가 제1 기판의 일면에 파고들게 하여 유연한 성질의 제1 기판에도 제1 도전층이 쉽게 형성될 수 있도록 할 수 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 '인쇄회로기판'을 상세하게 설명한다. 설명하는 실시 예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 통상의 기술자가 용이하게 이해할 수 있도록 제공되는 것으로 이에 의해 본 발명이 한정되지 않는다. 또한, 첨부된 도면에 표현된 사항들은 본 발명의 실시 예들을 쉽게 설명하기 위해 도식화된 도면으로 실제로 구현되는 형태와 상이할 수 있다.
한편, 이하에서 표현되는 각 구성부는 본 발명을 구현하기 위한 예일 뿐이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 다른 구현에서는 본 발명의 사상 및 범위를 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다른 구성부가 사용될 수 있다.
또한, 어떤 구성요소들을 '포함'한다는 표현은, '개방형'의 표현으로서 해당 구성요소들이 존재하는 것을 단순히 지칭할 뿐이며, 추가적인 구성요소들을 배제하는 것으로 이해되어서는 안 된다.
또한, '제1, 제2' 등과 같은 표현은, 복수의 구성들을 구분하기 위한 용도로만 사용된 표현으로써, 구성들 사이의 순서나 기타 특징들을 한정하지 않는다.
실시예들의 설명에 있어서, 각 층(막), 영역, 패턴 또는 구조물들이 제1 기판, 각 층(막), 영역, 패드 또는 패턴들의 "상/위(on)"에 또는 "하/아래(under)"에 형성된다는 기재는, 직접(directly) 또는 다른 층을 개재하여 형성되는 것을 모두 포함한다. 각 층의 상/위 또는 하/아래에 대한 기준은 도면을 기준으로 설명한다.
어떤 부분이 다른 부분과 "연결"되어 있다고 할 때, 이는 "직접적으로 연결"되어 있는 경우뿐 아니라, 그 중간에 다른 부재를 사이에 두고 "간접적으로 연결"되어 있는 경우도 포함한다. 또한 어떤 부분이 어떤 구성요소를 "포함"한다고 할 때, 이는 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한 다른 구성요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성요소를 더 구비할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다.
도 1은 종래의 인쇄회로기판의 생성 방법을 나타내는 구성도이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 종래의 인쇄회로기판은 기저층(Base Layer) 위에 필름(Film)을 형성하고, 필름 위에 포토레지스트(Photoresist)층을 형성한다. 이어, 포토레지스트 위에 마스킹을 제작하는 노광 작업을 진행하며, 현상, 박리, 세정 등 복잡한 공정을 거쳐 포토리소그래피 공정으로 배선을 형성한다.
이러한 포토리소그래피 공정으로 배선을 형성하는 경우, 정해진 두께와 높이로 이루어지며 플라스틱 또는 PI 필름으로 이루어진 기판 상에만 형성할 수 밖에 없다. 따라서, 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판과 같이 종이, 섬유, PET필름 등 유연한 특성을 가지는 기판 상에는 금속 배선층을 형성하기가 어려운 문제점이 있다.
또한, 종래의 기판은 리지드하거나 플렉서블할 수 있으며, 유리 또는 플라스틱으로 이루어지는 딱딱한 재질의 기판이 다수 사용되었다. 그러나, 종래의 인쇄회로기판은 기판이 부분적으로 곡면을 가지면서 휘어지는 플렉서블, 커브드 또는 벤디드 기판도 사용되었지만, 종이나 섬유와 같이 큰 각도로 자유롭게 휘어지고 강도가 약한 기판으로 인쇄회로 기판을 구현하는 경우 도전층과 기판의 박리 및 도전층의 파손과 같은 문제가 있었다.
도 2a, 도 2b는 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판을 나타내는 예시도이다.
도 2a 및 도 2b를 참조하면, 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판은 제1 기판(110), 제1 도전층(120)을 포함하며, 제1 중간층(130) 및 제1 커버층(140)을 더 포함할 수 있다.
제1 기판(110) 상에는 제1 도전층 및 여러 칩들이 실장될 수 있다. 이 때, 제1 기판은 유연한 것을 특징으로 할 수 있으며, 이러한 제1 기판은 PET, 종이, 섬유, 필름(film) 등 일반적인 플렉서블 기판보다 곡면의 정도가 더 자유로운 재질이 모두 사용될 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판은, 패치용 온도센서나 의류, NFC 코일 등 종래의 딱딱한 기판이 사용될 수 없었던 다양한 일상생활의 어플리케이션에 사용될 수도 있다.
제1 도전층(120)은 제1 기판(110) 상에 형성되며, 전기적 신호를 송/수신하는 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 도 2b를 참조하면, 제1 도전층은 제1 기판 상에 형성되고, 상면(121), 하면(122), 측면(123)을 포함하며 두께 및 높이를 가지고 형성된다. 이러한 제1 도전층은 제1 기판 상의 회로 패턴으로 형성될 수 있으며, 제1 도전층의 형상에 따라 회로 패턴이 NFC 코일에 사용될 수도 있다.
이 때, 제1 도전층의 높이는 1~20μm로 형성될 수 있고, 바람직하게는 1~10 μm로 형성될 수 있으며, 더욱 바람직하게는 1~5 μm의 높이로 제1 도전층이 형성될 수 있다. 이 때, 제1 도전층의 높이가 1μm 이하인 경우, 저항 증가로 인하여 전기적 특성이 감소하게 되는 단점이 발생하며, 제1 도전층의 높이가 20μm 이상인 경우 제1 도전층의 박리가 발생할 수 있다.
이 때, 제1 도전층의 하면(122)은 제1 기판의 일면을 바라보는 면을 말하며, 제1 도전층의 상면(121)은 제1 도전층의 하면과 서로 바라보는 면을 말한다. 또한, 제1 도전층의 단면은 도 2b와 같이 직사각형, 정사각형, 사다리꼴 형태일 수 있다. 또한, 제1 도전층은 경사면을 포함할 수 있으며, 경사면을 포함한 곡면형태일 수 있다. 또한, 제1 도전층의 측면(123)은 하면/상면을 제외한 나머지 부분인, 제1 도전층을 둘러싸는 부분을 말한다.
이 때, 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판은, 제1 도전층이 형성되면서 제1 도전층의 하면 넓이가 제1 도전층의 상면 넓이보다 더 큰 형태로 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 제1 도전층의 하면 넓이가 더 커지므로 제1 기판과 제1 도전층의 접촉면이 더 넓어지고, 제1 기판과 제1 도전층 사이의 접착력이 향상될 수 있다.
도 3a를 참조하면, 제1 도전층은 다수의 공극(125)을 포함할 수 있으며, 다수의 금속 입자(124)를 포함할 수 있다. 이 때, 다수의 금속 입자와 결합체(binder)가 포함된 메탈 페이스트 잉크로 제1 도전층을 형성할 수도 있으며, 제1 도전층 자체에 다수의 공극만을 별도로 형성할 수도 있으며, 다수의 금속 입자를 포함하는 제1 도전층을 형성할 수도 있다.
이 때, 제1 도전층이 포함하는 다수의 공극(125) 또는 다수의 금속 입자(124)는 일정 비율로 형성될 수 있다. 상세하게는, 제1 도전층의 공극률이 5% 내지 50% 로 형성될 수 있다. 더욱 바람직하게는, 제1 도전층의 공극률이 10% 내지 40%로 형성될 수 있다. 제1 도전층의 공극률이 5%보다 낮은 경우, 금속 입자를 결합시키는 유기 바인더의 비율이 줄어들기 때문에 접착력이 낮아질 수 있고, 제1 도전층의 공극률이 50% 이상인 경우, 제1 도전층을 형성하는 금속의 비율이 지나치게 낮아 도전율이 떨어지며, 도전성 및 전기적 신호의 전달률이 낮아지게 되는 문제점이 발생할 수 있다.
마찬가지로, 제1 도전층을 형성하는 금속의 조성비가 60% 내지 95% 로 형성될 수 있다. 금속의 조성비가 60% 이하인 경우 제1 도전층의 공극률이 높은 경우와 마찬가지로 전기적 신호의 전달률이 낮아질 수 있으며, 금속의 조성비가 95% 이상인 경우 금속 입자를 결합시키는 유기 바인더의 비율이 줄어들기 때문에 접착력이 낮아질 수 있다.
제1 도전층(120)이 포함하는 다수의 금속 입자(124)로 이루어지는 경우, 금속 입자의 크기는 50nm 내지 1μm로 형성될 수 있다. 금속 입자의 크기는 바람직하게 50nm 내지 200nm 일 수 있다. 더욱 바람직하게는 50nm 내지 100nm 일 수 있다. 또한, 다수의 금속 입자는 구리(Cu), 금(Au), 은(Ag) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함할 수 있으며, 도전성과 연성이 좋은 여러 금속을 사용할 수도 있다. 이 때, 다수의 금속 입자는 제1 도전층이 제1 기판 상에 형성된 후 금속 입자간 소결이 발생할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판은, 제1 도전층이 유기물을 더 포함할 수 있다. 이러한 유기물은 결합체(binder)인 레진으로 형성될 수 있으며, 이러한 유기물 또는 레진들은 제1 도전층에 형성된 공극에 위치할 수 있다. 더 자세하게, 제1 도전층에 형성된 공극을 유기물 또는 결합체인 레진이 채울 수 있다.
도 3b를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제1 도전층 측면(123) 또는 경사면은 일정한 경사각(126)을 형성할 수 있다. 이 때, 경사각(126)은 제1 기판의 일면과 수직인 임의의 가상선과, 제1 도전층의 측면(123) 또는 경사면이 이루는 예각을 말한다. 제1 도전층의 하면(122) 넓이가 제1 도전층의 상면(121) 넓이보다 더 큰 경우, 자연스럽게 측면이 경사각(126)을 형성하게 되며, 이러한 경사각(126)은 10도 내지 80도의 각도로 형성될 수 있다. 경사각이 10도 이하인 경우, 제1 기판과 제1 도전층 간의 접착력이 충분히 생길 수 없는 문제가 발생하며, 경사각이 80도 이상인 경우, 제1 도전층의 면적이 지나치게 넓어져 미세패턴을 구현할 수 없는 문제점이 발생할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판은, 제1 도전층의 상면 조도가 제1 도전층의 측면 조도보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 한다.
조도(粗度, roughness)는 표면 거칠기를 뜻하며, 일반적으로 토양입자나 역의 표면일 거칠고 매끄러운 정도를 나타내는 수치이다. 이러한 표면 조도를 구하기 위하여, 최대높이조도(Rt), 중심선평균조도(Ra), 10점 평균 조도(Rz) 등 여러 수치를 측정할 수 있다.
최대높이조도(Rt)는 최고점과 최저점 간의 거리를 의미한다. Rt값의 경우, 측정 부위에 따라서 그 측정값이 달라질 수 있으므로 표면조도를 대표할 만한 부분을 여러 곳 측정하여 그 평균값을 구하는 것이 바람직하다.
중심선평균조도(Ra)는 산술평균 거칠기를 뜻하며, 기준길이 내의 거칠기 평균값을 이용한다. 일반적으로, 중심선에서 표면의 단면 곡선까지 길이의 절대값들의 기준 길이내에서의 평균으로 산출한다.
10점 평균조도(Rz)는 평균거리를 의미하며, 거칠기 단면 곡선에서 기준길이만큼 채취하여 단면곡선의 평균선과 평행한 임의직선을 긋고 가장 높은 5개 산의 기준선으로부터 거리의 평균값과 가장 낮은 5개 골의 기준선으로부터의 거리의 평균값과의 차이로 나타낸다.
본 발명의 경우, 제1 도전층의 상면(121) 조도가 제1 도전층의 측면(123) 조도보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 한다. 제1 도전층을 형성하는 다수의 금속 입자의 경우, 하면의 넓이가 상면의 넓이보다 더 넓게 형성되면서 측면으로 각종 금속 입자들이 튀어나오게 되므로, 측면 조도가 더 높아지게 된다.
구체적으로, 본 발명의 제1 기판 제1 도전층을 형성하는 다수의 금속 입자 크기에 따라 조도 값이 달라질 수 있다. 금속 입자 크기가 클수록 최대높이조도(Rt), 중심선평균조도(Ra), 10점 평균조도(Rz) 모두 커지는 경향이 있다. 본 발명의 금속입자 크기에 따른 상면 및 측면의 표면 조도 측정값은 다음 표 1과 같다.

따라서, 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판은, 상기 제1 도전층의 상기 상면의 조도가 Rt값이 10 내지 60 nm, Ra값이 5 내지 30 nm, Rz값이 320 nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 제1 도전층의 상기 측면의 조도가 Rt값이 20 내지 120 nm, Ra값이 10 내지 60 nm, Rz값이 40 내지 240 nm 인 것을 특징으로 한다.
특히, 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판의 일 실시예로서, 다수의 금속 입자 및 유기물을 포함하는 메탈 페이스트 방식으로 제1 도전층이 형성되는 경우, 제1 도전층의 상면 및 측면의 조도는 일반적인 공정의 인쇄회로기판보다 낮을 수 있다. 더 구체적으로, 종래의 포토리소그래피 방식의 공정으로 인쇄회로기판의 도전층을 형성한 경우, 도전층의 상면 및 측면의 조도는 본 발명의 제1 도전층의 상면 및 측면의 조도보다 낮을 수 있다. 이는 종래의 공정에서 도전층의 상면 및 측면의 일부를 물리적/화학적으로 제거하는 공정이 생략되기 때문이다.
도 4a, 도 4b, 도 4c는 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판에서, 제1 기판과 제1 도전층을 고정시키기 위한 다양한 실시예를 나타내는 구성도이다.
본 발명의 인쇄회로기판은, 제1 기판과 제1 도전층의 고정력을 향상시키기 위하여 다양한 실시예를 이용할 수 있으며, i)제1 기판과 제1 도전층 사이에 형성되는 제1 중간층을 사용하거나, ii)금속 입자 자체가 제1 기판에 파고들어 결합할 수도 있다.
도 4a를 참조하면, 제1 기판(110)과 제1 도전층 사이에는 유기물 또는 결합체인 레진으로 형성된 제1 중간층(131)이 형성될 수 있다. 자세하게, 제1 도전층의 공극에 포함된 유기물 또는 레진과 동일한 성분의 유기물 또는 레진이 제1 중간층을 구성하여 제1 도전층과 제1 기판 간의 결합력을 향상시킬 수 있다.
도 4b를 참조하면, 제1 기판(110)과 제1 도전층 사이에는 별도의 접착층(132)을 추가한 제1 중간층(131)이 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 접착층은 제1 도전층에 포함되는 유기물과 다른 재료를 이용하여 형성할 수도 있고, 유기물 또는 레진을 이용할 수도 있다. 이 경우, 제1 기판(110) 상에 접착층(132)을 먼저 형성한 후, 그 위에 제1 도전층을 형성하여 제1 도전층과 제1 기판을 결합하고 밀착력을 확보도록 한다.
이러한 접착층은 폴리아세트산비닐, 고분자 용액, 시아노아크릴레이트, 비스아크릴레이트, 중합체, 요소수지 등 일반적으로 사용될 수 있는 모든 접착용 재료를 쓸 수 있다. 또한, 접착 필름, 접착액, 접착 테이프 등 접착층을 형성할 수 있는 다양한 방법을 사용할 수 있다.
도 4c를 참조하면, 제1 기판(110)과 제1 도전층 사이에 다수의 금속 입자(133)의 일부가 제1 기판의 일면에 파고들어, 제1 기판과 제1 도전층을 제1 기판에 고정시킨다. 특히, 금속 입자의 크기가 큰 경우 제1 기판의 일면에 파고들기 용이하며, 입자가 파고듬으로써 물리적인 결합을 유도하고, 제1 기판의 연화점까지 온도를 올려서 표면에 일부 녹아들어가게 함으로써 화학적인 결합을 유도할 수 있다.
도 5a, 도 5b는 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판에서, 커버층을 더 포함하는 구성을 나타내는 또다른 실시예이다. 이 때, 도 5a는 중간층을 포함하는 인쇄회로기판의 실시예이며, 도 5b는 별도의 중간층 없이 형성되는 인쇄회로기판의 실시예이다.
도 5a, 도 5b를 참조하면, 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판은 제1 커버층(140)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 제1 커버층은 제1 도전층 또는 제1 중간층 상에 형성되며, 인쇄회로기판이 사용되는 실시예에 따라서 인쇄회로기판 일부를 덮는 형태로 형성될 수도 있고, 인쇄회로기판 전체를 덮는 형태로 형성될 수도 있다.
또한, 제1 커버층(140)은 제1 기판(110)과 동일한 소재로 형성되어, 제1 기판과 같은 역할을 수행할 수도 있다. 더 구체적으로, 제1 커버층(140) 상에 또다른 도전층, 중간층 및 커버층이 더 형성될 수도 있다. 또한, 제1 커버층(140)은 제1 도전층(120) 및 회로를 보호하기 위한 절연 물질로 이루어질 수도 있다. 또한, 제1 커버층은 제1 기판과 동일한 소재로 형성하는 경우, 제1 커버층과 제1 도전층 사이에 보호 역할을 수행하는 보호층을 더 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제1 기판 상에 제1 중간층 및 제1 도전층이 형성되고, 제1 도전층 상에 절연물질 등으로 이루어진 보호층이 형성될 수 있다. 이어, 보호층 상에 PET필름, 종이 또는 섬유 등 유연한 소재의 제1 커버층(140)이 형성되어, 제1 커버층 상에 또다른 도전층이 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판은, 제1 커버층(140) 상에 제2 도전층(150)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 이 때, 제2 도전층(150)은 제1 도전층(120)과 다른 층에 형성되어, 겹층의 도전층을 형성하여 전기적 신호를 송/수신하는 역할을 수행한다. 제2 도전층 역시 제1 도전층과 동일한 방식으로 형성될 수 있으며, 상면/하면/측면을 포함하여 두께 및 높이를 가지고 형성될 수 있다. 이 때, 제2 도전층의 하면 넓이가 상면 넓이보다 더 큰 형태로 형성될 수도 있으며, 제2 도전층의 상면 조도가 측면 조도보다 낮도록 형성할 수 있다. 또한, 제2 도전층 역시 기판 상의 회로 패턴으로 형성될 수 있으며, 도전층의 형상에 따라 회로 패턴이 NFC 코일에 사용될 수도 있다.
한편, 제2 도전층(150)은 제1 도전층(120)과 같이 다수의 금속 입자로 형성될 수 있으며, 일정한 공극률 또는 금속의 조성비를 가지고 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 금속 입자와 유기물을 일정 비율로 섞어서 메탈 페이스트로 형성할 수도 있다.
또한, 제2 도전층(150)과 제1 커버층(140) 사이에 제2 중간층(160)을 형성할 수 있다. 이 때, 제2 중간층은 제1 중간층과 같이 제1 커버층과 제2 도전층 사이를 고정시키는 역할을 수행하며, 유기물 또는 결합체인 레진으로 형성되거나, 별도의 접착층으로 형성되거나, 다수의 금속 입자가 제1 커버층 사이에 파고들어 고정시키는 방식으로 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 제2 도전층 또는 제2 중간층 상이 제2 커버층(170)을 형성할 수 있다. 이 때, 제2 커버층(170)은 제1 커버층과 같이 제2 기판의 역할을 수행할 수도 있으며, 제2 도전층 및 회로를 보호하기 위한 절연 물질로 이루어질 수도 있다. 한편, 제2 커버층 상에는 또다시 제3 도전층, 제3 중간층, 제3 커버층 등 제품상의 설계에 따라서 복층의 도전층이 형성될 수 있다. 예를 들어, NFC 코일의 회로 패턴을 구현하는 경우, 복층의 NFC 코일을 형성함으로써 유도기전력의 세기를 강화하고 무선 충전 등의 적용에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판의 도전층은 NFC 코일 형상을 가질 수 있다. NFC(near field communication)란 무선태그(RFID) 기술 중 하나로 13.56MHz의 주파수 대역을 사용하는 비접촉식 통신 기술이다. 통신거리가 짧기 때문에 상대적으로 보안이 우수하고 가격이 저렴해 주목 받는 차세대 근거리 통신 기술이다. NFC는 데이터 읽기와 쓰기 기능을 모두 사용할 수 있기 때문에 기존에 RFID(radio frequency identification) 사용을 위해 필요했던 판독기(reader)가 필요하지 않다. 블루투스 등 기존의 근거리 통신 기술과 유사하지만 블루투스(Bluetooth)처럼 기기 간 연결 설정을 하지 않아도 되는 장점이 있다.
또한, 인쇄회로기판의 도전층에 NFC 코일을 적용한 본 발명은 온도 감지 장치에 적용될 수 있다. 자세하게, 온도 감지 장치는 본 발명의 도전층에 NFC 코일이 적용된 인쇄회로기판을 포함할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 온도 감지 장치는 체온을 지속적으로 측정하기 위하여 신체에 부착되면서, 보다 얇고 가볍게 제조하여 착용자에게 편안함을 주는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 온도 감지 장치는 신체에 부착되기 때문에 기판이 유연하여야 하므로, 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판을 적용할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 온도 감지 장치는 온도 센서 칩을 더 포함할 수 있다. 외부장치에 의해 NFC 코일에 자기장 변화가 생기면 NFC 코일에 유도 전류가 발생하여 전극에 연결된 온도 센서 칩이 작동되고, 온도 센서 칩이 감지한 정보는 다시 NFC 코일에 전달되어 외부장치와 정보를 송수신하기 위한 신호를 생성하게 된다. 따라서 별도의 배터리를 구비할 필요가 없으며, 신체에 부착되어 있는 한 언제든지 외부장치를 통해 간편히 온도 측정이 가능한 장점이 있다.
이하 본 발명의 인쇄회로기판이 적용되는 실시예에 대하여 설명한다. 앞서 설명한 내용과 중복되는 내용은 생략될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 온도 감치 장치(210)는 유아의 체온을 모니터링 하기 위한 용도로 사용될 수 있다. 온도 감지 장치(210)는 밴드형 또는 패치형으로 구현되어 유아의 신체 부위, 예를 들어 팔, 손목, 겨드랑이 등에 착용 또는 부착시켜 유아의 체온을 감지하도록 할 수 있다. 온도 감지부(220)는 비접촉식 또는 접촉식으로 구현될 수 있으며, 해당 온도 감지부(220)는 유아로부터 발생되는 열 에너지 또는 복사광을 효과적으로 감지할 수 있는 위치에 배치시킴이 바람직하다.
상기 유아에 착용 또는 부착된 온도 감지 장치는 외부 단말기(250), 바람직하게는 부모의 스마트폰과 근거리 통신망을 통해 연결된다. 이 때 근거리 통신망이란 블루투스 또는 와이파이 통신망을 포함할 수 있다. 온도 감지 장치(210)는 유아의 체온을 기설정된 주기마다 획득, 즉 유아의 온도정보를 주기마다 획득한다.
상기 온도 감지 장치(210)는 외부 단말기(250)와의 데이터통신 가능여부를 일정 주기마다 확인하는데, 확인 결과 외부 단말기(250)와의 데이터통신이 가능한 경우, 즉 상기 온도 감지 장치(210)와 사전에 패어링 된 또는 기등록된 외부 단말기(250)가 근거리 통신이 가능한 범위 내에 존재하는 경우 상기 온도 감지 장치(210)는 획득한 온도정보를 상기 외부 단말기(250)로 전송한다.
한편, 확인 결과 외부 단말기(250)와의 데이터통신이 불가능한 경우, 즉 상기 온도 감지 장치(210)와 사전에 패어링 된 또는 기등록된 외부 단말기(250)가 근거리 통신이 가능한 범위 내에 존재하지 않는 경우 상기 온도 감지 장치(210)는 획득한 온도정보를 해당 온도 감지 장치(210) 내에 구비된 저장부에 저장한다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 온도 감지 장치(210)는 외부 단말기(250)로 온도정보를 전송하거나 또는 온도 감지 장치(210) 내부에 온도정보를 저장하는 기능 이외에도 획득한 온도정보의 이상여부를 감지하여 사용자에게 알람을 시현함으로써 사용자가 이를 인지할 수 있게 할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 온도 감지 장치(210)가 유아의 체온을 지속적으로 모니터링 하던 중 기설정된 범위 내의 온도정보가 획득된 경우, 가령 37도 이상의 온도정보가 획득된 경우 상기 온도 감지 장치(210)는 내부적으로 구비된 알람부를 작동시켜 부모로 하여금 이를 알 수 있게 할 수 있다. 물론 이 때, 데이터통신이 가능한 경우라면 부모의 스마트폰에 상기 온도정보가 전송되고 상기 스마트폰 내에 설치된 어플리케이션을 통해 스마트폰 자체의 알람을 작동시킬 수도 있다.
또 다른 한편, 본 발명에 따른 온도 감지 장치(210)는 온도의 이상 여부뿐 아니라 해당 온도 감지 장치(210)와 외부 단말기(250) 간의 데이터통신이 불가능해 진 경우에도 알람부를 작동시켜 부모로 하여금 이를 인지할 수 있게 할 수 있다. 온도 감지 장치(210)를 착용 또는 부착한 유아가 부모의 곁을 벗어나는 경우, 즉 유아가 상기 데이터통신이 불가능할 정도로 부모의 곁을 벗어나는 경우 상기 온도 감지 장치(210)는 알람부를 시현하여 부모가 이를 알 수 있게 할 수 있다.
한편, 앞서 온도 감지 장치(210)가 내부 저장부에 저장해 둔 온도정보 또는 상기 온도 감지 장치(210)가 외부 단말기로 전송한 온도정보는 누적되어 저장될 수 있으며, 이렇게 누적된 온도정보들은 향후 병원 등과 같은 기관에서 다른 단말기를 이용하여 읽어들일 수 있도록 구현될 수 있다. 이에 따라 사용자로서는 누적 온도정보를 병원 등의 기관에 용이하게 제공할 수 있어 후속적인 조치를 신속하게 취할 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 온도감지장치(210)는 어린이가 물놀이장에서 착용 내지 부착하여 사용할 수 있다.
어린이는 신체 일부에 온도 감지 장치(210)를 착용 또는 부착하고 물놀이를 즐길 수 있으며, 이 때 상기 온도 감지 장치(210)는 외부 단말기(250), 예를 들어 부모의 스마트폰과 데이터통신이 가능하도록 근거리 통신망을 통해 연결될 수 있다.
실시예에 따른 온도 감지 장치(210)는 어린이의 온도정보를 획득하되 비정상적인 범위, 예를 들어 33도의 온도정보가 획득된 경우 온도 감지 장치(210) 내 구비된 알람부를 구동시킬 수 있다. 나아가 근거리 통신망을 통해 연결된 외부 단말기(250)에도 이를 전송하고 외부 단말기(250)로 하여금 알람을 울리게 함으로써 부모가 이를 인지하게 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 온도 감지 장치(210)는 외부 단말기(250)와의 데이터통신 가능여부를 지속적으로 확인하여 데이터통신이 불가능한 상태가 되는 경우, 즉 어린이가 해수욕장 등에서 너무 멀리 떨어져 데이터통신이 불가능해지는 경우 온도 감지 장치(210) 내부에 구비된 알람부를 구동시킬 수 있다. 나아가, 상기 외부 단말기(250)로서도 상기 패어링된 온도 감지 장치(210)가 연결이 끊기는 경우 부모에 이를 알림으로써 어린이의 위치가 제한범위를 벗어났음을 인지하게 할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 온도감지장치(210)는 밴드형으로 제조되어 대상물의 형상이 여러 가지이더라도 쉽게 착용이 되도록 할 수 있다. 즉, 상기 온도 감지 장치(210)는 신축성의 밴드 상에 기판을 형성시키고, 기판 상에 앞서 설명한 세부구성을 구비시킴으로써 밴드형의 온도 감지 장치(210)를 제조할 수 있다. 이러한 밴드형 온도 감지 장치(210)는 유아의 팔 또는 다리 부위에 착용시키기 유용하며, 나아가서는 유아용품에 둘러 씌우기에도 유용하다.
관련하여, 본 발명에 따른 온도 감지 장치(210)는 유아용 젖병(230)의 온도를 모니터링 하는 데에 쓰일 수 있다. 도 6a는 온도 감지 장치(210)를 활용하여 젖병(230)의 온도정보를 획득하는 실시예를 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다.
도 6a에 따르면, 밴드형 온도 감지 장치(210)는 젖병(230)에 둘러 씌워져 착용될 수 있으며, 특히 온도 감지부(220)가 상기 젖병(230) 내 우유의 온도를 효과적으로 감지할 수 있도록 온도 감지부(220)가 젖병(230) 외벽에 접하게 할 수 있다.
한편, 앞선 실시예와 마찬가지로 온도 감지 장치(210)는 보호자의 스마트폰과 근거리 통신망을 통해 연결되어 상기 젖병(230)의 온도를 지속적으로 전송할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 온도 감지 장치(210)는 젖병(230)의 온도가 기설정된 적정범위에 이르면 스마트폰으로 하여금 이를 보호자에 알리도록 할 수 있으며, 또는 온도 감지 장치(210) 내에 자체적으로 구비된 알람부를 작동시켜 빛 또는 소리를 통해 주변 보호자가 이를 인지하도록 할 수 있다. 일반적으로 유아를 위한 우유를 데운 후 이를 적정한 온도까지 식히는 시간이 필요하며, 적정 온도인지는 보호자가 직접 손을 대어 확인을 하는데, 본 발명에 따른 온도 감지 장치(210)를 활용하는 경우 보호자로서는 적정 온도까지 식을 때까지 젖병(230)을 계속적으로 손을 대어 확인할 필요가 없으며, 젖병(230)이 식는 시간동안에도 다른 일을 할 수 있어 보호자가 시간을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있게 하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 온도감지장치(210)는 패치형으로 제조되어 대상물의 다양한 위치에 부착될 수 있다. 즉, 본 발명에 따른 온도 감지 장치(210)는 대상물의 겉면 또는 사람의 피부에 부착되는 접착성의 접착층을 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 접착층 상에 플렉서블한 재질의 기판을 형성시키고, 상기 기판 상에 온도 감지부(220), 통신부, 제어부등 세부구성을 구비시켜 온도 감지 장치(210)를 제조할 수 있다. 이와 같이 패치형으로 제조된 온도 감지 장치(210)의 경우 유아 용품 상의 어느 위치에든지 자유롭게 부착할 수 있다.
도 6b는 패치형 온도 감지 장치(210)를 유모차(240) 차양막에 부착한 실시예를 나타낸 것이다. 일반적으로 유모차(240)는 유아를 데리고 외부에 나설 때 이용하게 되는데, 유아에게 직접 직사광선이 닿지 않도록 차양막을 구비하고 있다. 그러나 상기 차양막은 직사광선을 막는 기능에는 효과적일 수 있으나, 차양막에 닿아 유모차(240) 내부로 유입되는 열, 즉 복사열이 생성되어 유모차(240) 내부 온도를 크게 올릴 수 있으며 유아에게 악영향을 미칠 수 있는 문제가 있다. 또한 이러한 복사열에 의한 유모차(240) 내부온도 상승은 보호자가 쉽게 인지하기가 어려워 유아에 더욱 위험한 경우가 발생할 수 있다.
실시예에 따른 패치형 온도 감지 장치(210)는 이와 같이 유모차(240)의 차양막에 부착되어 차양막에 의해 방사되는 복사열을 감지함으로써 유모차(240) 내부의 온도정보를 획득하고 이를 근거리 통신망, 특히 블루투스 통신망을 통해 연결된 보호자의 스마트폰에 전송할 수 있다.
또한 상기 패치형 온도 감지 장치(210)는 앞선 실시예에서와 마찬가지로 보호자의 스마트폰과 데이터통신이 불가능한 상태가 되는 경우에는 획득한 온도정보를 해당 온도 감지 장치(210) 내에 누적하여 저장하며, 이후 데이터통신이 가능하게 되었을 때 앞서 누적 저장한 온도정보를 한꺼번에 상기 스마트폰으로 전송한다.
또한 상기 패치형 온도 감지 장치(210)는 자체적으로 알람부를 구비할 수 있으며, 유모차(240) 내부의 온도정보가 기설정된 범위에 포함되는 경우에는 이상을 알리기 위한 알람(빛, 소리, 진동)을 시현함으로써 주변에 있는 다른 사람들 또는 보호자의 주목을 끌게 할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 유모차(240) 내부의 온도정보가 30도 이상인 경우 상기 온도 감지 장치(210)는 빛을 발광시키거나 소리를 발생시키는 등의 방식으로 알람을 시현할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 보호자의 스마트폰에는 온도 감지 장치(210)와의 연동을 위한 어플리케이션이 설치될 수 있다. 해당 어플리케이션은 온도 감지 장치(210)와의 데이터통신 가능여부, 즉 상기 온도 감지 장치(210)가 근거리 통신이 가능한 범위 내에 존재하는지 지속적으로 확인하며, 상기 온도 감지 장치(210)가 범위 밖으로 벗어나는 경우에는 스마트폰 내 구비된 알람 시현 수단, 예를 들어 플래시라이트, 소리, 진동 등을 통해 보호자에 이를 알릴 수 있다.
위에서 설명된 본 발명의 실시 예들은 예시의 목적을 위해 개시된 것이며, 이들에 의하여 본 발명이 한정되는 것은 아니다. 또한, 본 발명에 대한 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 사상과 범위 안에서 다양한 수정 및 변경을 가할 수 있을 것이며, 이러한 수정 및 변경은 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 보아야 할 것이다.
