Abstract
他の様々な香料との調和性に優れ、調合することでナチュラルでフレッシュなフローラル感を与えることができる化合物及び香料組成物を提供する。本発明は、式(I)で表されるシクロプロパン化合物及び式(I)で表されるシクロプロパン化合物を含有する香料組成物を提供する。 [式(I)中、R1がメチル基かつR2がメチル基、又はR1が水素原子かつR2がエチル基である。]
Description
本発明は、新規なシクロプロパン化合物及び該シクロプロパン化合物を含有する香料組成物に関する。
香りは製品等の嗜好性や高級感、安心感、効果への期待感などを演出する重要な要素である。さらに、特徴ある香りは製品を識別する効果、及び顧客を引き付ける効果を与える。特に柔らかさを特徴とするフローラルの香調は、トイレタリー製品をはじめ様々な商品に用いられている。
一方、製品への賦香は、香りのバランスや持続性などを制御するために、複数の香料素材を混合した香料組成物を用いて行われるのが一般的である。香料組成物を構成する香料素材は他の香料素材との調和性がよいことが求められる。特にフローラルの香調は、その柔らかい香りから他の香料素材との調和性に優れることが知られている。
特許文献1には、たとえば、(シン、トランス)-1-(2-エチル-1-メチルシクロプロピル)ヘキサン-1-オールが、グリーン、フレッシュ、香辛料様、チョコレートの臭気があることが開示されており、((シス)-2-イソブチル-1-メチルシクロプロピル)メタノールの開示はあるが、その香気の記載はない。
特許文献2には、たとえば、(1R*,2R*)-[2-メチル-2-(4’-メチル-3’-ペンテニル)シクロプロぺニル]メタノールが、ややウッディな側面を有する重いローズ様の匂いであることが開示されている。
特許文献3には、たとえば、4-(2,2-ジメチル-シクロプロピル)-ブタン-2-オールの開示はあるが、その香気の記載はない。
香料素材は、構造が類似していれば類似の香調を有する傾向にあるものの、例外も多く、特に複数の置換基を組み合わせて変化させた場合、その香調がどのように変化していくかは予測しがたく、また、他の香料素材との調和性も予測しがたいものである。
香料素材によっては、他の香料成分と干渉して香調が変わったり、弱めあったりする場合があるので、調香の自由度を上げるためには、香料素材のバリエーションの拡大が望まれる。特に、柔らかさのあるフローラルな香調を有し、トイレタリー製品をはじめ様々な製品の賦香に好適に用いられる香料組成物が望まれていた。
本発明の課題は、他の様々な香料との調和性に優れ、調合することでナチュラルでフレッシュなフローラル感を与えることができる化合物及び香料組成物を提供することにある。
本発明者らは、特定構造のシクロプロパン化合物が、フローラルの香調を有し、他の様々な香料との調和性に優れ、調合することでナチュラルでフレッシュなフローラル感を与えることを見出し、本発明を完成した。
すなわち、本発明は、式(I)で表される新規なシクロプロパン化合物及び該シクロプロパン化合物を含む香料組成物である。
前記式(I)中、R1がメチル基かつR2がメチル基、又はR1が水素原子かつR2がエチル基である。
本発明のシクロプロパン化合物は、フローラルの香調を有し、他の様々な香料との調和性に優れ、調合することでナチュラルでフレッシュなフローラル感を与えることができる。
[シクロプロパン化合物]
本発明のシクロプロパン化合物は、下記式(I)で表されるものである。本明細書中、式(I)のシクロプロパン化合物を化合物(I)と呼ぶことがある。

本発明のシクロプロパン化合物は、式(I)において、R1がメチル基かつR2がメチル基で表される化合物、及びR1が水素原子かつR2がエチル基で表される化合物が挙げられる。本発明のシクロプロパン化合物は、他の様々な香料との調和性に優れ、調合することでフレッシュでみずみずしいフローラル感を与える観点から、式(I)において、R1がメチル基かつR2がメチル基で表される1-(2-イソブチル-1-メチルシクロプロピル)エタン-1-オール(下記式(I-1)で示す。本明細書中、化合物(I-1)と呼ぶことがある。)、及び式(I)において、R1が水素原子かつR2がエチル基で表される1-(2-イソブチルシクロプルピル)プロパン-1-オール(下記式(I-2)で示す。本明細書中、化合物(I-2)と呼ぶことがある。)のうち、式(I)において、R1がメチル基かつR2がメチル基で表される1-(2-イソブチル-1-メチルシクロプロピル)エタン-1-オール(I-1)が好ましい。
[シクロプロパン化合物の製造方法]
本発明の式(I)で表されるシクロプロパン化合物は、一般的な有機化学反応を用いて合成することができ、その製造方法に制限はない。例えば、式(II)で表される化合物の二重結合部分をシクロプロパン化して式(I)で表される化合物を得ることができる(スキーム1参照)。
本発明の式(I)で表されるシクロプロパン化合物は、一般的な有機化学反応を用いて合成することができ、その製造方法に制限はない。例えば、式(II)で表される化合物の二重結合部分をシクロプロパン化して式(I)で表される化合物を得ることができる(スキーム1参照)。
前記式(I)中、R1がメチル基かつR2がメチル基、又はR1が水素原子かつR2がエチル基である。
式(II)で表される化合物の二重結合をシクロプロパン化する方法は一般的な方法であれば特に制限はないが、例えば、溶媒中、亜鉛触媒等の金属触媒の存在下又は超音波照射下にジヨードメタンを反応させる方法、あるいは酢酸鉛の存在下にジアゾメタンを反応させる方法等により得ることが挙げられる。なかでも、シクロプロパン化する方法としては、溶媒中、金属触媒の存在下又は超音波照射下にジヨードメタンを反応させる方法が好ましく、金属触媒の存在下にジヨードメタンを反応させる方法がより好ましい。
前記溶媒中、金属触媒の存在下又は超音波照射下にジヨードメタンを反応させる方法における金属触媒としては、亜鉛触媒が好ましく、ジメチル亜鉛、ジエチル亜鉛等のジアルキル亜鉛がより好ましい。
前記溶媒中、金属触媒の存在下又は超音波照射下にジヨードメタンを反応させる方法における金属触媒の使用量は、化合物(II)に対して、好ましくは0.01モル倍量以上、より好ましくは0.1モル倍量以上であり、そして、好ましくは10モル倍量以下、より好ましくは5モル倍量以下である。
前記溶媒中、金属触媒の存在下又は超音波照射下にジヨードメタンを反応させる方法において用いられる溶媒としては、ジクロロメタン、ジエチルエーテルなどが挙げられる。
反応終了後に得られた式(I)で表される化合物は、水洗、溶媒留去、カラムクロマトグラフィーによる精製等を行ってもよい。これらの操作を行うことで、高純度の式(I)で表される化合物を得ることが出来る。
[式(II)の化合物の製造]
式(II)の化合物は、例えば、イソバレルアルデヒド(下記式(XI)で示す。本明細書中、化合物(XI)と呼ぶことがある。)と2-ブタノン(下記式(X)で示す。本明細書中、化合物(X)と呼ぶことがある。)を用いて交差アルドール付加反応を行い、ついで脱水して式(III)の化合物を得、式(III)の化合物を還元して得ることができる(スキーム2参照)。なお、式(III)の化合物には、式(III-1)の化合物と式(III-2)の化合物を、式(II)の化合物には、式(II-1)の化合物と式(II-2)の化合物を含む。
式(II)の化合物は、例えば、イソバレルアルデヒド(下記式(XI)で示す。本明細書中、化合物(XI)と呼ぶことがある。)と2-ブタノン(下記式(X)で示す。本明細書中、化合物(X)と呼ぶことがある。)を用いて交差アルドール付加反応を行い、ついで脱水して式(III)の化合物を得、式(III)の化合物を還元して得ることができる(スキーム2参照)。なお、式(III)の化合物には、式(III-1)の化合物と式(III-2)の化合物を、式(II)の化合物には、式(II-1)の化合物と式(II-2)の化合物を含む。
<交差アルドール付加反応及び脱水反応>
前記製造方法において、まず、イソバレルアルデヒド(XI)と2-ブタノン(X)を用いて塩基触媒存在下、交差アルドール付加反応を行う。前記反応は水溶液中で行うことが好ましい。前記塩基触媒としては、アルカリ金属の水酸化物が好ましく、水酸化ナトリウムがより好ましい。反応温度は5℃以上30℃以下が好ましく、反応時間は1時間以上60時間以下が好ましい。
前記製造方法において、まず、イソバレルアルデヒド(XI)と2-ブタノン(X)を用いて塩基触媒存在下、交差アルドール付加反応を行う。前記反応は水溶液中で行うことが好ましい。前記塩基触媒としては、アルカリ金属の水酸化物が好ましく、水酸化ナトリウムがより好ましい。反応温度は5℃以上30℃以下が好ましく、反応時間は1時間以上60時間以下が好ましい。
交差アルドール付加反応を収率よく進める観点から、反応溶液に更に水を添加してもよい。
次に得られた生成物を脱水する。脱水反応は、反応液にリン酸等を添加して、水の沸点以上で行うことが好ましい。反応系の圧力を変化させた場合には、当該圧力における水の沸点以上で行うことが好ましい。1気圧(101kPa)においては、105℃以上160℃以下で行うことが好ましい。
脱水により、α、β不飽和ケトンである、3,6-ジメチルヘプト-3-エン-2-オン(前記式(III-1)で示す。本明細書中、化合物(III-1)と呼ぶことがある。)と、7-メチルオクト-4-エン-3-オン(下記式(III-2)で示す。本明細書中、化合物(III-2)と呼ぶことがある)が得られる。
なお、交差アルドール付加反応及び脱水反応においては、化合物(III-1)と化合物(III-2)が得られるが(スキーム3参照)、精密蒸留あるいはシリカゲルカラムと蒸留を併用することによって、化合物(III-1)と化合物(III-2)を分離することもできる。この分離により、純度の高い化合物(III-1)および化合物(III-2)を得ることができる。または、分離の条件を調節することにより、特定比率の化合物(III-1)と化合物(III-2)の混合物を得ることができる。
<還元反応>
次に得られたα、β不飽和ケトンを還元する。還元方法は一般的な還元方法で有れば、特に制限ないが、カルボニル基のみを還元させる為に、ヒドリド還元が好ましい。

前記ヒドリド還元は、水素化ホウ素ナトリウム等の金属水素化物を用いることが好ましい。
また、前記ヒドリド還元において、還元の選択性を高めるため、前記金属水素化物に加えて、セリウム化合物を更に用いることが好ましい。前記セリウム化合物としては、塩化セリウムが好ましい。
前記ヒドリド還元は、窒素雰囲気下で行うことが好ましい。
前記ヒドリド還元の反応温度は、副反応を抑制する観点から、-20℃以上50℃以下が好ましい。
前記ヒドリド還元は、溶媒中で行うことが好ましい。前記溶媒としては水やアルコールなどのプロトン性溶媒が好ましい。
還元反応により、化合物(III-1)からは、3,6-ジメチルヘプト-3-エン-2-オール(前記式(II-1)で示す。本明細書中、化合物(II-1)と呼ぶことがある。)が得られ、化合物(III-2)からは、7-メチルオクト-4-エン-3-オール(下記式(II-2)で示す。本明細書中、化合物(II-2)と呼ぶことがある)が得られる(スキーム4参照)。
なお、化合物(III-1)と化合物(III-2)を分離せず、これらの混合物を用いて還元した場合、化合物(II-1)と化合物(II-2)の混合物を得ることができる。
得られた化合物(I-1)の香調はフローラル、ライラック、ローズ、シトラスである。化合物(I-2)の香調はフローラル、ハーバル、フルーティ、わずかにミューゲである。
なお、化合物(II-1)と化合物(II-2)を分離せず、これらの混合物を用いてシクロプロパン化した場合、化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)の混合物を得ることができる。
[香料組成物]
本発明の香料組成物は、化合物(I)を含む。化合物(I)の含有量は、香料組成物中、好ましくは0.01質量%以上、より好ましくは0.1質量%以上、更に好ましくは0.3質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは99.99質量%以下、より好ましくは15質量%以下、更に好ましくは5質量%以下である。化合物(I)を0.01質量%以上99.99質量%以下含むことにより、香料組成物にナチュラルでフレッシュなフローラル感を与えることができる。前記化合物(I)としては、他の様々な香料との調和性に優れ、調合することでフレッシュでみずみずしいフローラル感を与えることができる観点から、化合物(I-1)が好ましい。
本発明の香料組成物は、化合物(I)を含む。化合物(I)の含有量は、香料組成物中、好ましくは0.01質量%以上、より好ましくは0.1質量%以上、更に好ましくは0.3質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは99.99質量%以下、より好ましくは15質量%以下、更に好ましくは5質量%以下である。化合物(I)を0.01質量%以上99.99質量%以下含むことにより、香料組成物にナチュラルでフレッシュなフローラル感を与えることができる。前記化合物(I)としては、他の様々な香料との調和性に優れ、調合することでフレッシュでみずみずしいフローラル感を与えることができる観点から、化合物(I-1)が好ましい。
また、本発明の香料組成物は、化合物(I)として、化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)の両方を含んでもよい。本発明の香料組成物が、化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)を含む場合、前記香料組成物における化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)の合計含有量は、好ましくは0.01質量%以上、より好ましくは0.1質量%以上、更に好ましくは0.3質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは99.99質量%以下、より好ましくは15質量%以下、更に好ましくは5質量%以下である。化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)を合計で0.01質量%以上99.99質量%以下含むことにより、香料組成物にナチュラルでフレッシュなみずみずしさに加え、フルーティな甘さのあるフローラル感を与えることができる。
また、本発明の香料組成物は、化合物(I)以外の香料として、通常用いられる他の香料成分や、所望組成の調合香料を含むことができる。化合物(I)以外の香料を含むことにより、例えば、ブーケ調、ヒヤシンス調、ゼラニウム調、ローズ調、ラン調、スズラン調(ミューゲ)などの様々なフローラル香気を本発明の香料組成物に付与することができる。
本発明の香料組成物が化合物(I)として、化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)の両方を含む場合、化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)の含有比率(化合物(I-1)/化合物(I-2))(質量比)は、フレッシュでみずみずしいフローラル感を強める観点から、好ましくは70/30以上、より好ましくは80/20以上、更に好ましくは90/10以上であり、そして、フレッシュでみずみずしいフローラルの香調を維持したまま、フルーティーな甘さを付与する観点から、好ましくは99.9/0.1以下、より好ましくは99/1以下、更に好ましくは98/2以下、より更に好ましくは95/5以下である。
また、本発明の柔軟剤等の繊維処理組成物、洗浄剤組成物あるいは毛髪化粧料等の化粧料組成物において、化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)の両方を含む場合、化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)の含有比率(質量比)は、ナチュラルでフレッシュなフローラルの香調を付与する観点から、90/10以上95/5以下が更に好ましい。
本発明の香料組成物において、化合物(I)と組み合わせて用いることができる他の香料としては、化合物(I)以外のアルコール類、炭化水素類、フェノール類、エステル類、カーボネート類、アルデヒド類、ケトン類、アセタール類、エーテル類、カルボン酸類、ラクトン類、ニトリル類、シッフ塩基類、天然精油や天然抽出物等の香料成分が挙げられる。
これらの中でも、化合物(I)以外の他の香料としては、アルコール類、炭化水素類、フェノール類、エステル類、アルデヒド類、ケトン類、アセタール類およびエーテル類が好ましく、中でも、化合物(I)以外のアルコール類、エステル類がより好ましい。
化合物(I)以外のアルコール類としては、テルペン系アルコール、芳香族アルコール、脂肪族アルコール等が挙げられる。
テルペン系アルコールとしては、リナロール、エチルリナロール、シトロネロール、ゲラニオール、ネロール、ターピネオール、α-ターピネオール、ジヒドロミルセノール、ファルネソール、ネロリドール、セドロール、メントール、ボルネオール、イソボルニルシクロヘキサノール等が挙げられる。
芳香族アルコールとしては、フェニルエチルアルコール、ベンジルアルコール、ジメチルベンジルカルビノール、フェニルエチルジメチルカルビノール、フェニルヘキサノール等が挙げられる。
脂肪族アルコールとしては、シス-3-ヘキセノール、1-(2,2,6-トリメチルシクロヘキシル)-3-ヘキサノール、アンバーコア(花王株式会社商品名、1-(2-tert-ブチルシクロヘキシルオキシ)-2-ブタノール)、サンダルマイソールコア(花王株式会社商品名、2-メチル-4-(2,2,3-トリメチル-3-シクロペンテン-1-イル)-2-ブテン-1-オール)、マグノール(花王株式会社商品名、エチルノルボニルシクロヘキサノールを主成分とする混合物)、ウンデカベルトール(Givaudan社商品名、4-メチル-3-デセン-5-オール)等が挙げられる。
炭化水素類としては、リモネン、α-ピネン、β-ピネン、テルピネン、セドレン、ロンギフォレン、バレンセン等が挙げられる。
フェノール類としては、グアヤコール、オイゲノール、イソオイゲノール、チモール、パラクレゾール、バニリン、エチルバニリン等が挙げられる。
エステル類としては、ギ酸エステル、酢酸エステル、プロピオン酸エステル、酪酸エステル、吉草酸エステル、ヘキサン酸エステル、ヘプタン酸エステル、ノネン酸エステル、安息香酸エステル、桂皮酸エステル、サリチル酸エステル、ブラシル酸エステル、チグリン酸エステル、ジャスモン酸エステル、ジヒドロジャスモン酸エステル、グリシド酸エステル、アンスラニル酸エステル等が挙げられる。
これらのエステル類の中でも、酢酸エステル、プロピオン酸エステル、ジヒドロジャスモン酸エステルが好ましく使用される。
ギ酸エステルとしては、リナリルホルメート、シトロネリルホルメート、ゲラニルホルメート等が挙げられる。
酢酸エステルとしては、ヘキシルアセテート、シス-3-ヘキセニルアセテート、リナリルアセテート、シトロネリルアセテート、ゲラニルアセテート、ネリルアセテート、テルピニルアセテート、ノピルアセテート、ボルニルアセテート、イソボルニルアセテート、アセチルオイゲノール、アセチルイソオイゲノール、o-tert-ブチルシクロヘキシルアセテート、p-tert-ブチルシクロヘキシルアセテート、トリシクロデセニルアセテート、ベンジルアセテート、フェニルエチルアセテート、スチラリルアセテート、シンナミルアセテート、ジメチルベンジルカルビニルアセテート、3-ペンチルテトラヒドロピラン-4-イルアセテート等が挙げられる。
プロピオン酸エステルとしては、シトロネリルプロピオネート、トリシクロデセニルプロピオネート、アリルシクロヘキシルプロピオネート、ベンジルプロピオネート、スチラリルプロピオネート等が挙げられる。
酪酸エステルとしては、シトロネリルブチレート、ジメチルベンジルカルビニルn-ブチレート、トリシクロデセニルイソブチレート等が挙げられる。
吉草酸エステルとしては、メチルバレレート、エチルバレレート、ブチルバレレート、アミルバレレート、ベンジルバレレート、フェニルエチルバレレート等;ヘキサン酸エステルとしては、メチルヘキサノエート、エチルヘキサノエート、アリルヘキサノエート、リナリルヘキサノエート、シトロネリルヘキサノエート等が挙げられる。
ヘプタン酸エステルとしては、メチルヘプタノエート、アリルヘプタノエート等が挙げられる。
ノネン酸エステルとしては、メチル2-ノネノエート、エチル2-ノネノエート、エチル3-ノネノエート等が挙げられる。
フェニル酢酸エステルとしては、フェニルエチルフェニルアセテート、p-クレジルフェニルアセテート等が挙げられる。
フェニル酢酸エステルとしては、フェニルエチルフェニルアセテート、p-クレジルフェニルアセテート等が挙げられる。
安息香酸エステルとしては、メチルベンゾエート、ベンジルベンゾエート等が挙げられる。
桂皮酸エステルとしては、メチルシンナメート、ベンジルシンナメート等が挙げられる。
サリチル酸エステルとしては、メチルサリシレート、n-ヘキシルサリシレート、シス-3-ヘキセニルサリシレート、シクロヘキシルサリシレート、ベンジルサリシレート等が挙げられる。
ブラシル酸エステルとしては、エチレンブラシレート等が挙げられる。
チグリン酸エステルとしては、ゲラニルチグレート、1-ヘキシルチグレート、シス-3-ヘキセニルチグレート等が挙げられる。
ジャスモン酸エステルとしては、メチルジャスモネート等が挙げられる。
ジヒドロジャスモン酸エステルとしては、メチルジヒドロジャスモネート等が挙げられる。
アンスラニル酸エステルとしては、メチルアンスラニレート、エチルアンスラニレート、ジメチルアンスラニレート(メチルN-メチルアンスラニレート)等が挙げられる。
その他のエステルとしては、エチル2-メチルブチレート、メチルアトラレート、アリルシクロヘキシルグリコレート、アリルアミルグリコレート(IFF社商品名、2-ペンチロキシグリコール酸アリル)、フルテート(花王株式会社商品名、エチルトリシクロ[5.2.1.02,6]デカン-2-イルカルボキシレート)、ポワレネート(花王株式会社商品名、エチル2-シクロヘキシルプロピオネート)、ペラナット(花王株式会社商品名、2-メチルペンチル2-メチルバレレート)、メルサット(花王株式会社商品名、エチル3,5,5-トリメチルヘキサノエート)、イロチル(花王株式会社商品名、2-エチルカプロン酸エチル)、メチル2,4-ジヒドロキシ-3,6-ジメチルベンゾエート等が挙げられる。
カーボネート類としては、リファローム(IFF社商品名、シス-3-ヘキセニルメチルカーボネート)、ジャスマシクラット(花王株式会社商品名、メチルシクロオクチルカーボネート)、フロラマット(花王株式会社商品名、エチル2-tert-ブチルシクロヘキシルカーボネート)等が挙げられる。
アルデヒド類としては、n-オクタナール、n-ノナナール、n-デカナ-ル、n-ドデカナ-ル、2-メチルウンデカナール、10-ウンデセナール、シトロネラール、シトラール、ヒドロキシシトロネラール、トリプラール(IFF社商品名、2,4-ジメチル-3-シクロヘキセニルカルボキシアルデヒド)、シクロベルタール(花王株式会社商品名、ジメチル-3-シクロヘキセニル-1-カルボキシアルデヒド)、ベンズアルデヒド、フェニルアセトアルデヒド、フェニルプロピルアルデヒド、シンナミックアルデヒド、ジメチルテトラヒドロベンズアルデヒド、ブルゲオナール(Givaudan社商品名、3-(p-tert-ブチルフェニル)-プロパナール)、リラール(IFF社商品名、ヒドロキシマイラックアルデヒド)、ポレナールII(花王株式会社商品名、2-シクロヘキシルプロパナール)、リリアール(Givaudan社商品名、p-tert-ブチル-α-メチルヒドロシンナミックアルデヒド)、p-イソプロピル-α-メチルヒドロシンナミックアルデヒド、フロラロゾン(IFF社商品名、p-エチル-α,α-ジメチルヒドロシンナミックアルデヒド)、α-アミルシンナミックアルデヒド、α-ヘキシルシンナミックアルデヒド、ヘリオトロピン、ヘリオナール(IFF社商品名、α-メチル-3,4-メチレンジオキシヒドロシンナミックアルデヒド)等が挙げられる。

アセタール類としては、アセトアルデヒドエチルフェニルプロピルアセタール、シトラールジエチルアセタール、フェニルアセトアルデヒドグリセリルアセタール、フェニルアセトアルデヒドジメチルアセタール、エチルアセトアセテートエチレングリコールアセタール、ボアザンブレンフォルテ(花王株式会社商品名)、トロエナン(花王株式会社商品名)等が挙げられる。
エーテル類としては、セドリルメチルエーテル、エストラゴール、アネトール、β-ナフチルメチルエーテル、β-ナフチルエチルエーテル、リモネンオキサイド、ローズオキサイド、ネロールオキサイド、1,8-シネオール、ローズフラン、アンブロキサン(花王株式会社商品名、[3aR-(3aα,5aβ,9aα,9bβ)]-ドデカハイドロ-3a,6,6,9a-テトラメチルナフト[2.1-b]フラン)、ハーバベール(花王株式会社商品名、3,3,5-トリメチルシクロヘキシルエチルエーテル)、ガラクソリド(IFF社商品名、ヘキサメチルヘキサヒドロシクロペンタベンゾピラン)等が挙げられる。
カルボン酸類としては、安息香酸、フェニル酢酸、桂皮酸、ヒドロ桂皮酸、酪酸、2-ヘキセン酸等が挙げられる。

これらの化合物(I)以外のその他の香料の含有量は、調合香料の種類、目的とする香気の種類及び香気の強さ等により適宜選択することができるが、香料組成物中、好ましくは0.0001質量%以上、より好ましくは0.001質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは99.99質量%以下、より好ましくは80質量%以下である。また、その他の香料の含有量の合計は、香料組成物中、好ましくは5質量%以上、より好ましくは50質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは99.99質量%以下、より好ましくは99.95質量%以下である。
本発明の香料組成物が化合物(I)として化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)の両方を含む場合、化合物(I-1)及び化合物(I-2)以外のその他の香料の含有量は、調合香料の種類、目的とする香気の種類、及び香気の強さ等により適宜選択することができるが、香料組成物中、好ましくは0.0001質量%以上、より好ましくは0.001質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは99.99質量%以下、より好ましくは80質量%以下である。また、その他の香料の含有量の合計は、香料組成物中、好ましくは5質量%以上、より好ましくは50質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは99.99質量%以下、より好ましくは99.95質量%以下である。
本発明の香料組成物は、化合物(I)及びその他の香料素材を含有させるベースとして、それ自身は匂いを持たない油剤を含有させることができる。かかる油剤は、香料成分を均一に混合させ、製品に配合しやすく、適度な強度の香りを賦香しやすくする。かかる油剤の具体例としては、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ブチレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール等の多価アルコール類、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、アジピン酸ジブチル、セバシン酸ジエチル等のエステル類、流動パラフィン、スクワラン等の炭化水素類が挙げられる。かかる油剤の含有量は、香料組成物中、好ましくは1質量%以上、より好ましくは10質量%以上、更に好ましくは15質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは95質量%以下、より好ましくは80質量%以下、更に好ましく50質量%以下である。
また、本発明の香料組成物は、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル等の界面活性剤を含有しても良い。
〔賦香成分としての使用〕
本発明の化合物(I)を含有する香料組成物は、ナチュラルでフレッシュなフローラル感を有する香料素材または調合香料として、各種製品の賦香成分として使用することができる。また、化合物(I)を含有する香料組成物は、ナチュラルでフレッシュなみずみずしさに加え、フルーティな甘さのあるフローラル感を有する調合香料として、各種製品の賦香成分として使用することができる。
本発明の化合物(I)を含有する香料組成物は、ナチュラルでフレッシュなフローラル感を有する香料素材または調合香料として、各種製品の賦香成分として使用することができる。また、化合物(I)を含有する香料組成物は、ナチュラルでフレッシュなみずみずしさに加え、フルーティな甘さのあるフローラル感を有する調合香料として、各種製品の賦香成分として使用することができる。
従って、本発明は、香料として、化合物(I)を含有する香料組成物を調合し、賦香成分として使用する方法である。当該香料組成物の使用方法としては、単独で又は他の成分と組み合わせて、石鹸、化粧品、毛髪化粧料、洗剤、柔軟剤、スプレー製品、芳香剤、香水、入浴剤等のトイレタリー製品のベースに含有させることができる。従って、本発明は、石鹸、化粧品、毛髪化粧料、洗剤、柔軟剤、スプレー製品、芳香剤、香水、入浴剤等のトイレタリー製品の香料として、化合物(I)を含有する香料組成物、化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)を含有する香料組成物、及び化合物(I-1)を含有する香料組成物を調合し、使用する方法である。
前記使用する方法において、香料組成物が化合物(I)を含む場合、化合物(I)の使用量は、香料組成物全体に対して、好ましくは0.01質量%以上、より好ましくは0.1質量%以上、更に好ましくは0.3質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは99.99質量%以下、より好ましくは15質量%以下、更に好ましくは5質量%以下である。化合物(I)を0.01質量%以上99.99質量%以下含むことにより、ナチュラルでフレッシュなフローラル感を与えることができる。
また、前記使用する方法において、香料組成物が化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)を含有する場合、化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)の合計含有量は、香料組成物全体に対して、好ましくは0.01質量%以上、より好ましくは0.1質量%以上、更に好ましくは0.3質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは99.99質量%以下、より好ましくは15質量%以下、更に好ましくは5質量%以下である。化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)を合計で0.01質量%以上99.99質量%以下含むことにより、ナチュラルでフレッシュなみずみずしさに加え、フルーティな甘さのあるフローラル感を与えることができる。
なかでも、本発明の化合物(I)を含有する香料組成物を、毛髪や衣類等の繊維に処理して、花様の香りを付与することが好ましく、賦香成分として好ましく使用することができる製品としては、シャンプー、リンス等の毛髪化粧料、衣類用の洗浄剤及び柔軟剤等が挙げられる。
従って、本発明は、本発明の香料組成物を含有する洗浄剤組成物、本発明の香料組成物を含有する化粧料組成物、本発明の香料組成物を含有する繊維処理組成物、本発明の香料組成物を含む芳香消臭剤、及び本発明の香料組成物を含む清掃用不織布も提供する。
本発明の洗浄剤組成物としては、身体用洗浄剤組成物、衣料用洗浄剤組成物、硬質表面用洗浄剤組成物が好ましく、身体用洗浄剤組成物、衣料用洗浄剤組成物がより好ましく、衣料用洗浄剤組成物が更に好ましい。また本発明の洗浄剤組成物としては、粉末洗浄剤組成物、液体洗浄剤組成物が挙げられる。
身体用洗浄剤組成物の例としては、皮膚用洗浄剤組成物、毛髪用洗浄剤組成物が挙げられ、皮膚用洗浄剤組成物が好ましい。
硬質表面用洗浄剤組成物の例としては、多用途洗浄剤(All Purpose Cleaner)、食器用洗浄剤組成物が挙げられる。
本発明の洗浄剤組成物には、化合物(I)、または化合物(I)を含有する香料組成物以外に、陰イオン性界面活性剤を含有することが好ましく、更に非イオン性界面活性剤、pH調整剤、粘度調整剤、溶媒、油剤、防腐剤、水等を配合することができる。
本発明の繊維処理組成物としては、柔軟剤が好ましい。
本発明の化粧料組成物としては、香水、身体用化粧料、シャンプー、リンス等の毛髪化粧料が好ましい。
本発明の香水には、化合物(I)または化合物(I)を含有する香料組成物以外に、溶媒、水等を配合することができる。
また、本発明の式(I)で表されるシクロプロパン化合物(化合物(I))は、前記のように、ナチュラルでフレッシュなフローラル香気を有する。従って、化合物(I)は、ナチュラルでフレッシュなフローラル感を有する香料素材または調合香料として、各種製品の賦香成分として使用することができる。また、化合物(I)は、フレッシュでみずみずしいフローラル感にフルーティな甘さを有する調合香料として、各種製品の賦香成分として使用することができる。したがって、本発明は、香料として、化合物(I)を賦香成分として使用する方法である。
当該化合物(I)の使用方法としては、単独で又は他の成分と組み合わせて、石鹸、化粧品、毛髪化粧料、洗剤、柔軟剤、スプレー製品、芳香剤、香水、入浴剤等のトイレタリー製品のベースに含有させることができる。従って、本発明は、石鹸、化粧品、毛髪化粧料、洗剤、柔軟剤、スプレー製品、芳香剤、香水、入浴剤等のトイレタリー製品の香料として、化合物(I)、化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)の両方、及び化合物(I-1)を、使用する方法である。
上述した実施形態に関し、本発明はさらに以下の香料組成物、製造方法、使用する方法、及び使用を開示する。

〔化合物の同定〕
以下の製造例等で得られた各化合物の構造を、核磁気共鳴スペクトル(1H-NMR)により同定した。核磁気共鳴スペクトルは、溶媒としてクロロホルム-dを用いて、Varian社製の製品名「Mercury 400」により測定した。

[製造例1]
3,6-ジメチルヘプト-3-エン-2-オン(化合物(III-1))及び7-メチルオクト-4-エン-3-オン(化合物(III-2))の製造
3,6-ジメチルヘプト-3-エン-2-オン(化合物(III-1))及び7-メチルオクト-4-エン-3-オン(化合物(III-2))の製造
フラスコに水酸化ナトリウム(0.5g)と水(100g)と2-ブタノン(X)(210g、2.9モル)を入れ、15℃に維持して、攪拌しながらイソバレルアルデヒド(XI)(100g、1.2モル)を5時間で滴下し、水酸化ナトリウム(1.0g)を追加添加し、さらに25℃で48時間攪拌した。攪拌後、反応液を静置し下層を除去した後、上層から過剰な2-ブタノン(X)を留去した。
続いて、反応液上層部分に85%リン酸(5g)を加え、フラスコに水分留装置を付けて120℃に加熱し脱水を行った。脱水後の反応液に水酸化ナトリウム(3.5g)を加えて中和し、乾燥した。得られた反応液を濃縮し、残留物(105g)を得た。
得られた残留物をシリカゲルカラム(展開溶媒:ヘキサン/酢酸エチル=99/1(v/v))を用いて精製した。得られた精製物をさらに蒸留により精製して、化合物(III-1)を55g、化合物(III-2)を10g得た。
得られた化合物(III-1)の純度は97%で、化合物(III-2)の純度は94%であった。
[製造例2]
3,6-ジメチルヘプテン-2-オール(化合物(II-1))の製造
3,6-ジメチルヘプテン-2-オール(化合物(II-1))の製造
フラスコに3,6-ジメチルヘプト-3-エン-2-オン(化合物(III-1))(6.1g、0.044モル)、塩化セリウム7水和物(1.7g、0.044モル)、およびメタノール(45mL)を窒素雰囲気下に加え、0℃に冷却した。更に-8℃に冷却し、反応混合物へ水素化ホウ素ナトリウム(1.7g、0.044モル)を15分間かけて少しずつ加えた。2時間撹拌後、反応溶液を25℃にし、硫酸水溶液を加え20分間撹拌した。その後、反応混合物へ水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を加え、pH試験紙を用いて反応混合物のpHが6~7であることを確認した後、反応混合物からメタノールを留去した。tert-ブチルメチルエーテルと飽和食塩水を反応混合物へ加えて混合した後、水層と有機層を分離した。水層にtert-ブチルメチルエーテルを加えて混合した後、再度水層と有機層を分離した。前記有機層に飽和食塩水を加えて混合した後、水層を除去した。前記有機層からtert-ブチルメチルエーテルを留去し、3,6-ジメチルヘプテン-2-オール(化合物(II-1))を2.1g(純度96%)、粗収率76%で得た。

フラスコに3,6-ジメチルヘプテン-2-オール(化合物(II-1))(3.2g、0.22モル)とジクロロメタン(45mL)を加え、-10℃に冷却した。反応混合物へジエチル亜鉛のヘキサン溶液(1.09mol/L、50mL、0.055モル、化合物(II-1)に対して0.25モル倍)を加え、30分撹拌した後、滴下ロートを用いてジヨードメタン(14.6g、0.055モル)をゆっくり滴下した。滴下終了後、反応溶液を25℃にし2時間撹拌した。飽和塩化アンモニウム水溶液20mLを反応混合物へ加えた後、ジエチルエーテル30mLおよび2N塩酸水溶液35mLを加え、水層及び有機層が透明になるまで撹拌した。有機層と水層を分離後、有機層に水を加え混合した後、水層を除去した。この有機層を硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥させた後、ジクロロメタンを留去した。得られた残渣をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(展開溶媒:ヘキサン/酢酸エチル=80/20(v/v))を用いて生成物を分離し、1-(2-イソブチル-1-メチルシクロプロピル)エタン-1-オール(化合物(I-1))を2.1g(0.013モル)、収率62%で得た。
化合物(I-1)の1H-NMRの測定結果、及び香気評価を以下に示す。

[製造例3]
7-メチルオクト-4-エン-3-オール(化合物(II-2))の製造
7-メチルオクト-4-エン-3-オール(化合物(II-2))の製造
フラスコに7-メチルオクト-4-エン-3-オン(化合物(III-2))(4.0g、0.032モル)、塩化セリウム7水和物(11.8g、0.032モル)、およびメタノール(30mL)を窒素雰囲気下に加え室温で撹拌した。更に-10℃に冷却し、反応混合物へ水素化ホウ素ナトリウム(1.2g、0.032モル)を20分間かけて少しずつ加えた。2時間撹拌後、反応溶液を25℃にし、硫酸水溶液を加え20分間撹拌した。その後、反応混合物へ水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を加え、pH試験紙を用いて反応混合物のpHが6~7であることを確認した後、メタノールを留去した。ジエチルエーテルと飽和食塩水を反応混合物へ加えて混合した後、水層と有機層を分離した。水層にジエチルエーテルを加えて混合した後、再度水層と有機層を分離した。前記有機層に飽和食塩水を加えて混合した後、水層を除去した。前記有機層からジエチルエーテルを留去し、7-メチルオクト-4-エン-3-オール(化合物(II-2))を3.7g(純度97%)、粗収率88%で得た。
[実施例2]
1-(2-イソブチルシクロプルピル)プロパン-1-オール(化合物(I-2))の製造
1-(2-イソブチルシクロプルピル)プロパン-1-オール(化合物(I-2))の製造
フラスコに7-メチルオクト-4-エン-3-オール(化合物(II-2))(1.7g、0.013モル)とジクロロメタン(60mL)を加え、-10℃に冷却した。そこに、ジエチル亜鉛のヘキサン溶液(1.09mol/L、30mL、0.033モル、化合物(II-2)に対して2.5モル倍)を加え、15分撹拌した後、滴下ロートを用いてジヨードメタン(8.8g、0.033モル)をゆっくり滴下した。滴下終了後、反応溶液を25℃にし、11時間撹拌した。飽和塩化アンモニウム水溶液10mLを反応混合物へ加えた後、ジエチルエーテル80mLおよび2N塩酸水溶液25mLを加え、水層及び有機層が透明になるまで撹拌した。有機層と水層を分離後、有機層に水を加え混合した後、水層を除去した。この有機層を硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥させた後、ジクロロメタンを留去した。得られた残渣をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(展開溶媒:ヘキサン/酢酸エチル=85/15(v/v))を用いて生成物を分離し、1-(2-イソブチルシクロプロピル)プロパン-1-オール(化合物(I-2))を1.5g(0.010モル)、収率79%で得た。
化合物(I-2)の1H-NMRの測定結果、及び香気評価を以下に示す。

[比較例1]
4-(2,2-ジメチルシクロプロピル)ブタン-2-オール(本明細書中、化合物(XX)と呼ぶことがある)の製造
4-(2,2-ジメチルシクロプロピル)ブタン-2-オール(本明細書中、化合物(XX)と呼ぶことがある)の製造
フラスコにメチルヘプテノン(6.3g、0.050モル)とメタノール(50mL)を加え-10℃に冷却した後、反応混合物へ水素化ホウ素ナトリウム(1.0g、0.025モル)を20分間かけて少しずつ加えた。2時間撹拌後、反応溶液を25℃にし、硫酸水溶液を加え20分間撹拌した。その後、反応混合物へ水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を加え、pH試験紙を用いて反応混合物のpHが6~7であることを確認した後、メタノールを留去した。ジエチルエーテルと飽和食塩水を加えて混合した後、水層と有機層を分離し、水層にジエチルメチルエーテルを加えて混合した後、再度水層と有機層を分離した。前記有機層に飽和食塩水を加えて混合した後、水層を除去した。前記有機層からジエチルエーテルを留去し、6-メチルヘプト-5-エン-2-オール(化合物(XXI))を5.8g(純度97%)、粗収率88%で得た。
フラスコに6-メチルヘプト-5-エン-2-オール(化合物(XXI))(2.9g、0.022モル)とジクロロメタン(45mL)を加え、-10℃に冷却した。そこに、ジエチル亜鉛のヘキサン溶液(1.09mol/L、50mL、0.055モル)を加え、30分撹拌した後、滴下ロートを用いてジヨードメタン(14.6g、0.055モル)をゆっくり滴下した。滴下終了後、反応溶液を25℃にし、20時間撹拌した。その後、40℃で反応混合物を3.5時間撹拌した。飽和塩化アンモニウム水溶液20mLを加えた後、ジエチルエーテル100mL、および2N塩酸水溶液25mLを加え、水層及び有機層が透明になるまで撹拌した。有機層と水層を分離後、有機層に水を加え混合した後、水層を除去した。この有機層を硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥させた後、ジクロロメタン及びジエチルエーテルを留去した。得られた残渣をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(展開溶媒:ヘキサン/酢酸エチル=80/20(v/v))を用いて生成物を分離し、4-(2,2-ジメチルシクロプロピル)ブタン-2-オール(化合物(XX))を2.3g、収率72%で得た。
化合物(XX)の1H-NMRの測定結果、及び香気評価を以下に示す。

[実施例1~3及び比較例1の香気評価]
実施例1で得られた化合物(I-1)と実施例2で得られた化合物(I-2)、化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)の混合物(実施例3と記載)、および比較例1で得られた化合物(XX)の香気評価を、下記香気評価方法に従い行った。得られた結果を表1に示す。

〔香気評価方法〕
調香・香料評価業務を5年経験した熟練者2名により、におい紙法により香調を判定した。におい紙(幅6mm長さ150mmの香料試験紙)の先端約5mmを、試料に浸漬し、評価した。

なお、実施例4~6及び比較例2~3の衣料用粉末洗剤での香気評価については、たらいに水4Lをはり、調製した粉末洗剤3gを溶解させ、前記熟練者2名により香気を直接評価して香調を判定した。
香気は、主として感じられる香り(主香気)を記載し、さらに、副次的に感じられる香り(副香気)を付記した。またフローラル感についても判定した。
前記表1に示すように、本発明のシクロプロパン化合物は、フローラル調の主香気を有することが確認できた。
[実施例4~6及び比較例2~3の香気評価]
実施例1で得られた化合物(I-1)と実施例2で得られた化合物(I-2)、化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)の混合物(実施例3)、比較例1で得られた化合物(XX)を用いて、表2に示す組成のホワイトフローラルタイプの衣料用洗剤用の香料組成物を調製した。これらの香料組成物を表3に示す衣料用洗剤の処方例中に配合したものを試料とし、香気評価を行い、官能評価により、衣料用粉末洗剤に用いた場合の判定を行った。官能評価の結果は表4に示す。
実施例1で得られた化合物(I-1)と実施例2で得られた化合物(I-2)、化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)の混合物(実施例3)、比較例1で得られた化合物(XX)を用いて、表2に示す組成のホワイトフローラルタイプの衣料用洗剤用の香料組成物を調製した。これらの香料組成物を表3に示す衣料用洗剤の処方例中に配合したものを試料とし、香気評価を行い、官能評価により、衣料用粉末洗剤に用いた場合の判定を行った。官能評価の結果は表4に示す。

5)フルーテート:花王株式会社(商品名)、化合物名:エチルトリシクロ[5.2.1.02,6]デカン-2-イルカルボキシレート
6)リリアール:Givaudan社(商品名)、化合物名:p-tert-ブチル-α-メチルヒドロシンナミックアルデヒド
7)アンバーコア:花王株式会社(商品名)、化合物名:1-(2-tert-ブチルシクロヘキシルオキシ)-2-ブタノール
8)ガラクソリド:IFF社(商品名)、化合物名:ヘキサメチルヘキサヒドロシクロペンタベンゾピラン
9)50%IPM:50質量%ミリスチン酸イソプロピル(IPM)溶液を示す。
10)アンブロキサン:花王株式会社(商品名)、化合物名:[3aR-(3aα,5aβ,9aα,9bβ)]-ドデカハイドロ-3a,6,6,9a-テトラメチルナフト[2.1-b]フラン
11)5%DPG:5質量%ジプロピレングリコール溶液を示す。

前記表4に示すように、本発明のシクロプロパン化合物を賦香成分として使用することで、ナチュラルでフレッシュなフローラル調を得ることが確認できた。
[実施例7~9及び比較例4~5の香気評価]
実施例1で得られた化合物(I-1)と実施例2で得られた化合物(I-2)、化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)の混合物(実施例3)、比較例1で得られた化合物(XX)を用いて、表5に示す組成のフローラルタイプの柔軟剤用の香料組成物を調製した。これらの香料組成物を表6に示す柔軟剤の処方例中に配合したものを試料とし、香気評価を実施例1と同様の方法で行い、官能評価により、柔軟剤に用いた場合の判定を行った。官能評価の結果は表7に示す。
実施例1で得られた化合物(I-1)と実施例2で得られた化合物(I-2)、化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)の混合物(実施例3)、比較例1で得られた化合物(XX)を用いて、表5に示す組成のフローラルタイプの柔軟剤用の香料組成物を調製した。これらの香料組成物を表6に示す柔軟剤の処方例中に配合したものを試料とし、香気評価を実施例1と同様の方法で行い、官能評価により、柔軟剤に用いた場合の判定を行った。官能評価の結果は表7に示す。

4)ガラクソリド:IFF社(商品名)、化合物名:ヘキサメチルヘキサヒドロシクロペンタベンゾピラン
5)50%DPG:50質量%ジプロピレングリコール(DPG)溶液を示す。

前記表7に示すように、本発明のシクロプロパン化合物を賦香成分として使用することで、ナチュラルでフレッシュなフローラル感を得ることが確認できた。
[実施例10~12及び比較例6~7の香気評価]
実施例1で得られた化合物(I-1)と実施例2で得られた化合物(I-2)、化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)の混合物(実施例3)、比較例1で得られた化合物(XX)を用いて、表8に示す組成のローズタイプのシャンプー用の香料組成物を調製した。これらの香料組成物を表9に示すシャンプーの処方例中に配合したものを試料とし、香気評価は実施例1と同様の方法で行い、官能評価により、シャンプーに用いた場合の判定を行った。官能評価の結果は表10に示す。
実施例1で得られた化合物(I-1)と実施例2で得られた化合物(I-2)、化合物(I-1)と化合物(I-2)の混合物(実施例3)、比較例1で得られた化合物(XX)を用いて、表8に示す組成のローズタイプのシャンプー用の香料組成物を調製した。これらの香料組成物を表9に示すシャンプーの処方例中に配合したものを試料とし、香気評価は実施例1と同様の方法で行い、官能評価により、シャンプーに用いた場合の判定を行った。官能評価の結果は表10に示す。
1)10%DPG:10質量%ジプロピレングリコール溶液を示す。
前記表10に示すように、本発明のシクロプロパン化合物を賦香成分として使用することで、ナチュラルでフレッシュなフローラル調を得ることが確認できた。
本発明のシクロプロパン化合物は、ナチュラルでフレッシュなフローラルの香調を有する香料素材として用いることができ、単独でまたは他の成分と組み合わせて、衣料用洗浄剤及び柔軟剤、並びに毛髪化粧料等のトイレタリー製品の賦香成分として使用できる。
Claims (15)
- R1がメチル基であり、かつR2がメチル基である、請求項1に記載のシクロプロパン化合物。
- 請求項1または2に記載のシクロプロパン化合物を含む香料組成物。
- R1がメチル基であり、かつR2がメチル基である請求項1に記載のシクロプロパン化合物と、R1が水素原子であり、かつR2がエチル基である請求項1に記載のシクロプロパン化合物とを含む香料組成物。
- R1がメチル基であり、かつR2がメチル基である請求項1に記載のシクロプロパン化合物と、R1が水素原子であり、かつR2がエチル基である請求項1に記載のシクロプロパン化合物との質量比が、(R1がメチル基であり、かつR2がメチル基である請求項1に記載のシクロプロパン化合物)/(R1が水素原子であり、かつR2がエチル基である請求項1に記載のシクロプロパン化合物)=70/30~99.9/0.1である、請求項4に記載の香料組成物。
- 式(I)で表されるシクロプロパン化合物以外のアルコール類、炭化水素類、フェノール類、エステル類、アルデヒド類、ケトン類、アセタール類およびエーテル類からなる群から選択される1種類以上の他の香料を更に含む、請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載の香料組成物。
- 油剤を更に含む、請求項3~6のいずれか一項に記載の香料組成物。
- 請求項3~7のいずれか一項に記載の香料組成物を含む繊維処理組成物。
- 請求項3~7のいずれか一項に記載の香料組成物を含む柔軟剤。
- 請求項3~7のいずれか一項に記載の香料組成物を含む洗浄剤組成物。
- 請求項3~7のいずれか一項に記載の香料組成物を含む毛髪化粧料。
- 請求項1または2に記載のシクロプロパン化合物を賦香成分として使用する方法。
- 賦香成分としての請求項3~7のいずれか一項に記載の香料組成物の使用。
- 請求項1または2に記載の式(I)で表されるシクロプロパン化合物の香料としての使用。
