Dispositivo visualizador de marcas Objeto
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo visualizador de marcas de señalización de un dispositivo electromecánico.
Estado de la técnica
Es conocido en el estado de la técnica un dispositivo, que actúa como tacómetro y cuenta revoluciones, comprendiendo un indicador con el cual es posible hacer indicaciones correspondientes a dos magnitudes físicas relacionadas entre sí de un vehículo a motor; es decir, sobre una parte graduada, el único indicador del dispositivo suministra información simultánea sobre la velocidad instantánea del vehículo a motor y del régimen de funcionamiento del motor para la velocidad instantánea del vehículo en ese momento.
Sin embargo, el referido dispositivo es incapaz de indicar la existencia de una incorrecta correlación entre ambos parámetros del vehículo a motor cuando el vehículo tiene un funcionamiento distinto del funcionamiento normal esperado.
Sumario
La presente invención busca resolver uno o más de los inconvenientes expuestos anteriormente mediante un dispositivo visualizador de marcas de señalización como está definido en las reivindicaciones. El dispositivo visualizador de marcas de señalización que están asociadas a magnitudes físicas vinculadas entre sí, y relativas al funcionamiento de una pluralidad de dispositivos electromecánicos, donde cooperan partes eléctricas y mecánicas para conformar un conjunto; donde el dispositivo visualizador comprende un dispositivo controlador, en comunicación eléctrica con al menos un primer dispositivo medidor, un segundo dispositivo medidor y un tercer dispositivo referenciador adaptado para suministrar un valor de referencia relativo a la relación entre las magnitudes físicas, para registrar continuamente los valores de una primera magnitud física y de una segunda magnitud física, originadas en el primer y segundo dispositivo medidor respectivamente y del tercer dispositivo referenciador adaptado para suministrar un valor de referencia relativo a la relación entre las magnitudes; estando el dispositivo controlador en comunicación eléctrica con un primer indicador, un segundo indicador, de manera que el dispositivo controlador genera y transmite hacia el primer y segundo indicador las correspondientes señales posicionadoras con el fin de que el
primer y segundo indicador, respectivamente, señalicen las correspondientes marcas de señalización pertenecientes a la primera escala graduada y a la segunda escala graduada; y con las escalas y marcas de señalización con el fin de que tomen su tamaño y posición adecuados y las marcas de señalización se posicionen correctamente de acuerdo con los datos suministrados por el dispositivo referenciador adaptado para suministrar un valor de referencia relativo a la relación entre las magnitudes.
Durante el funcionamiento normal o esperado de los dispositivos del conjunto el primer y segundo indicador estarán alineados señalizando marcas de señalización alineadas también, y durante un funcionamiento diferente del funcionamiento normal o esperado, el primer y segundo indicador estarán desalineados señalizando marcas de señalización desalineadas también.
Adicionalmente, el dispositivo controlador es conectable eléctricamente con un tercer indicador adaptado para mostrar, en tiempo real, de manera audiovisual el valor de referencia. El dispositivo visualizador de marcas de señalización de un dispositivo electromecánico tal como un vehículo a motor incluye al menos una primera escala graduada y una segunda escala graduada divididas ambas en marcas de señalización asociadas respectivamente a una primera magnitud física y una segunda magnitud física medibles independientemente.
Las marcas de señalización representan una sucesión de unidades entre un valor mínimo y máximo de las magnitudes físicas relacionadas entre sí mediante una relación matemática conocida. Consecuentemente, el dispositivo visualizador comprende escalas graduadas de diversas magnitudes físicas medibles.
Las magnitudes físicas representan el funcionamiento instantáneo de elementos o partes del dispositivo electromecánico. El dispositivo visualizador comprende un primer indicador adaptado para señalar una marca de señalización perteneciente a la primera escala graduada y un segundo indicador adaptado también para señalar una marca de señalización perteneciente también a la segunda escala graduada; siendo mostradas ambas primera y segunda escala graduadas sobre una pantalla de visualización para que ambos primer y segundo indicador puedan ser mostrados superpuestos en la misma pantalla de visualización durante el funcionamiento normal de los elementos del dispositivo electromecánico. Es decir, los dos indicadores señalizan marcas de señalización que están alineadas durante el funcionamiento normal del dispositivo electromecánico.
Se ha de observar que hay un indicador por escala graduada, el cual se posiciona sobre una marca de señalización de la correspondiente escala graduada para señalizar el valor de la magnitud física relativa al funcionamiento actual del elemento del dispositivo electromecánico. Si el funcionamiento de al menos un elemento del dispositivo electromecánico es distinto al funcionamiento normal o esperado del mismo, el primer indicador y el segundo indicador dejarán de ser mostrados superpuestos sobre la pantalla de visualización, para señalizar cada indicador una marca de señalización en la correspondiente escala graduada. Es decir, las marcas de señalización indicadas actualmente por cada indicador no están alineadas cuando el funcionamiento de algún elemento del dispositivo electromecánico es distinto del funcionamiento normal del mismo.
Consecuentemente, ambos primer y segundo indicador son mostrados sobre la pantalla de visualización desalineados señalizando también marcas de señalización desalineadas sobre las escalas actualmente mostradas en la pantalla de visualización. El dispositivo visualizador comprende además un dispositivo controlador en comunicación eléctrica con el primer y segundo dispositivo medidor para registrar continuamente los valores de la primera y segunda magnitudes físicas originadas en el primer y segundo dispositivo medidor y con el tercer dispositivo referenciador adaptado para suministrar un valor de referencia entre las magnitudes. El dispositivo controlador está en comunicación eléctrica con el primer y segundo indicador para generar y transmitir correspondientes señales posicionadoras hacia el primer y segundo indicador, respectivamente, con el fin de que ambos primer y segundo indicador señalen una marca de señalización perteneciente a la primera escala graduada y una marca de señalización perteneciente también a la segunda escala graduada respectivamente. El dispositivo controlador está en comunicación eléctrica con las escalas graduadas y las marcas de señalización a fin de que tomen su tamaño y posición adecuados a cada momento en tiempo real.
El primer y segundo indicador se posicionan, en tiempo real, sobre las respectivas marcas de señalización de la pantalla de visualización. Cada marca de señalización representa el valor de una magnitud física sobre la escala graduada correspondiente.
La primera magnitud física corresponde a la señal de salida de un primer dispositivo medidor adaptado para medir la primera magnitud física del primer elemento del dispositivo electromecánico; por ejemplo, el primer dispositivo medidor está configurado para medir la velocidad instantánea del vehículo; y la segunda magnitud física corresponde a la señal de salida de un segundo dispositivo medidor adaptado para medir la segunda magnitud física del segundo elemento parte del dispositivo electromecánico como por ejemplo, las revoluciones por minuto del motor del mismo vehículo.
Durante el funcionamiento normal, la primera escala graduada y la segunda escala graduada son representadas en la pantalla de visualización en función de la relación matemática asociada al funcionamiento, según el valor de referencia proporcionado por el dispositivo referenciador en tiempo real; del vehículo, de manera que el primer y segundo indicador se muestran señalizando, si el funcionamiento es normal, dos marcas de señalización vinculadas, respectivamente, cada una de las marcas a un escala graduada. Para este ejemplo, el valor de referencia de la relación matemática correspondería a la marcha o relación de cambio engranda en la caja de cambios.
Con cada cambio de relación matemática entre la primera y segunda magnitud física medible el valor de referencia proporcionado por el dispositivo referenciador, varía y al menos una de las escalas graduadas varía su tamaño y si fuera necesario su posición con respecto a la otra escala graduada en función de la relación matemática existente. Consecuentemente, las marcas de señalización de la escala graduada variable se desplazan también de acuerdo y coincidiendo con su nueva relación con la otra escala.
Con cada cambio de relación matemática de referencia, tercer indicador es capaz de mostrar, en tiempo real, información relativa al valor de referencia relativo existente entre las magnitudes. El primer y/o segundo indicador adaptaran su posición de indicación a la nueva representación de las escalas graduadas mostradas en la pantalla de visualización, para señalar las marcas de señalización correspondientes al funcionamiento actual del dispositivo electromecánico; pudiendo darse dos situaciones, una de ellas es que el primer y segundo indicador permanezcan superpuestos o alineados para indicar marcas de señalización alineadas lo que corresponde a un funcionamiento normal o esperado; y la segunda situación posible es que el primer y segundo indicador se muestren desalineados o no superpuestos para señalizar marcas de señalización desalineadas correspondientes a un funcionamiento diferente al funcionamiento normal o esperado del dispositivo electromecánico. Por lo tanto, el primer y segundo indicador están posicionados sobre
diferentes marcas de señalización sin estar alineadas sobre las escalas graduadas mostradas por el dispositivo visualizador.
Los indicadores dejan de ser mostrados alineados cuando la relación matemática entre las magnitudes físicas medibles es distinta de la relación relativa al funcionamiento normal, de acuerdo al valor de referencia suministrado por el dispositivo referenciador en el instante actual.
La primera y/o segunda escala graduada son mostradas en la pantalla de visualización con un cierto grado de ampliación o reducción y/o desplazamiento en función de la relación existente, de acuerdo con el valor suministrado por el dispositivo referenciador; en un instante dado, en tiempo real; entre la primera y segunda magnitud.
Consecuentemente, el dispositivo visualizador está adaptado para notificar al usuario del dispositivo electromecánico que el mismo tiene un funcionamiento que se desvía del funcionamiento normal o esperado, cuando el primer indicador y el segundo indicador no están superpuestos y están posicionados sobre marcas de visualización no alineadas también; es decir, el dispositivo visualizador notifica la existencia de un funcionamiento anómalo de al menos un elemento.
El dispositivo visualizador permite al usuario detectar un funcionamiento anómalo, o no esperado o que se separa de lo normal o habitual, sin necesidad de requerir conocimientos por parte del mismo usuario para reconocer un tipo de funcionamiento que se separa del normal o esperado.
Breve descripción de las figuras
Una explicación más detallada de la invención se da en la descripción que sigue y que se basa en las figuras adjuntas:
• La figura 1 muestra en un diagrama la pantalla de visualización del dispositivo visualizador de marcas de señalización, que están asociadas a magnitudes físicas vinculadas entre sí, y relativas al funcionamiento de una pluralidad de dispositivos, que cooperan como un conjunto cargador o consumidor de una fuente de alimentación cargada/descargada al 100%, durante un funcionamiento normal de los elementos del conjunto del dispositivo; · La figura 2 muestra en un diagrama la pantalla de visualización de un dispositivo visualizador de marcas de señalización, durante un funcionamiento distinto del
normal o esperado de los elementos del conjunto del dispositivo cargado/descargado al 60%;
• La figura 3 muestra en un diagrama la pantalla de visualización del dispositivo visualizador de marcas de señalización, durante un funcionamiento normal de una pluralidad de dispositivos, que cooperan como un vehículo a motor, cuando está engranada la primera velocidad del mismo vehículo;
• La figura 4 muestra en un diagrama la pantalla de visualización del dispositivo visualizador de marcas de señalización, durante un funcionamiento distinto del funcionamiento normal o esperado del vehículo a motor cuando está engranada la primera velocidad del mismo vehículo;
• La figura 5 muestra en un diagrama la pantalla de visualización del dispositivo visualizador de marcas de señalización, durante un funcionamiento normal de una pluralidad de dispositivos, que cooperan como un vehículo a motor, cuando está engranada la quinta velocidad del mismo vehículo; y
• La figura 6 muestra en un diagrama la pantalla de visualización del dispositivo visualizador de marcas de señalización, durante un funcionamiento distinto del funcionamiento normal o esperado del vehículo a motor cuando está engranada la quinta velocidad del mismo vehículo.
Descripción
En relación ahora con las figuras 1 a 6, el dispositivo visualizador de marcas de señalización 15, 16 de una pluralidad de dispositivos, que cooperan como un conjunto, tal como un vehículo a motor, un cargador o consumidor de una fuente de alimentación, etc., comprende al menos un primer indicador 13 para señalizar una marca de señalización 15 de una primera escala graduada 1 1 y un segundo indicador 14 para señalizar una marca de señalización 16 de una segunda escala graduada 12, siendo mostradas las escalas graduadas 1 1 , 12 y los indicadores 13, 14 sobre una pantalla de visualización; de manera que durante el funcionamiento normal de los elementos del dispositivo el primer y segundo indicador 13, 14 son mostrados superpuestos o alineados en la misma pantalla de visualización. Es decir, los dos indicadores 13, 14 señalizan marcas de señalización 15, 16 que están alineadas durante el funcionamiento normal del dispositivo electromecánico.
El dispositivo visualizador comprende además un dispositivo controlador en comunicación eléctrica con el primer y segundo dispositivo medidor para registrar continuamente los valores de la primera y segunda magnitudes físicas originadas en el primer y segundo
dispositivo medidor y un tercer dispositivo referenciador adaptado para suministrar un valor de referencia relativo a la relación entre las magnitudes físicas medidas.
El dispositivo controlador está en comunicación eléctrica con el primer y segundo indicador para generar y transmitir correspondientes señales posicionadoras hacia el primer y segundo indicador, respectivamente, en consonancia o de acuerdo con el valor referente a la relación entre las magnitudes medidas, con el fin de que ambos primer y segundo indicador 13, 14 señalen una marca de señalización 15 perteneciente a la primera escala graduada 11 y una marca de señalización 16 perteneciente también a la segunda escala graduada 12 respectivamente. El dispositivo controlador está en comunicación eléctrica con un tercer indicador 17 que muestra, en tiempo real, audiovisualmente información relativa al valor de referencia relativo a la relación entre magnitudes físicas.
El dispositivo controlador comprende un procesador de señal digital que lleva a cabo la transformación, en tiempo real, en consonancia o de acuerdo con el valor de referencia proporcionado por el dispositivo referenciador de la relación entre las magnitudes físicas medidas; de las escalas graduadas divididas en marcas de señalización, variando al menos una de ellas su tamaño y si fuera necesario su posición en función de la nueva relación matemática existente. En el caso de un vehículo a motor, la relación matemática corresponde a la velocidad o marcha engranada en la caja de cambio. Las marcas de señalización de la escala graduada variable o de las escalas graduadas 15, 16 variables se desplazarán también de acuerdo y coincidiendo con su nueva relación con la otra escala u otras escalas.
Los valores de magnitudes físicas recibidas desde el primer y segundo dispositivo medidor son transformadas en señales de posicionamiento por el dispositivo controlador, el cual transmite las señales de posicionamiento hacia el primer y segundo indicador 13, 14 para que señalen las correspondientes marcas de señalización 15, 16 perteneciente a las escalas graduadas 11 , 12.
En relación ahora con las figuras 1 , 3 y 5, en caso afirmativo de existencia de un funcionamiento normal de los elementos del dispositivo electromecánico, el primer y segundo indicador 13, 14 se muestran superpuestos o alineados en la misma pantalla de visualización.
El primer y segundo indicador 13, 14 se posicionan, en tiempo real, sobre las respectivas marcas de señalización 15, 16 de las escalas graduadas mostradas en la pantalla de
visualización. Por lo tanto, el dispositivo visualizador muestra información de los valores actuales del funcionamiento del vehículo al usuario del mismo.
Se ha de observar que hay un indicador por escala graduada, el cual se posiciona sobre una marca de señalización de la correspondiente escala graduada para señalizar el valor de la magnitud física relativa al funcionamiento actual del elemento del dispositivo electromecánico.
Cada marca de señalización 15 de la primera escala graduada 11 está asociada con un valor de una primera magnitud física medible relativa a un primer elemento del vehículo. Análogamente, las marcas de señalización 16 de la segunda escala graduada 12 están asociadas a valores de una segunda magnitud física medible, también, relativa a un segundo elemento del vehículo.
Las marcas de señalización 15, 16 representan una sucesión de unidades entre un valor mínimo y máximo de las magnitudes físicas representativas del funcionamiento de elementos del dispositivo electromecánico. Las escalas graduadas 1 1 , 12 están relacionadas entre sí mediante una relación matemática conocida. Consecuentemente, el dispositivo visualizador incluye escalas graduadas de diversas magnitudes físicas medibles.
Con cada cambio de relación matemática entre la primera y segunda magnitud física medible, al menos una de las escalas graduadas 11 , 12 varía su tamaño y si fuera necesario su posición con respecto a la otra escala graduada en función de la relación matemática existente. Consecuentemente, las marcas de señalización 15, 16 de una escala graduada son desplazables también de acuerdo y coincidiendo con la relación actual entre escalas graduadas 11 , 12.
Por consiguiente, el tamaño y la posición relativa de la primera escala 1 1 con respecto a la segunda escala 12 es variable, así como la posición de sus marcas de señalización 15, 16, siendo función de la relación actual entre la primera y segunda magnitud física.
Durante el funcionamiento normal, la primera escala graduada 1 1 y la segunda escala graduada 12 son representadas en la pantalla de visualización en función de la relación matemática asociada al funcionamiento actual, en tiempo real; del dispositivo electromecánico, de manera que el primer y segundo indicador 13, 14 se muestran señalizando dos marcas de señalización vinculadas, respectivamente, cada una de las marcas a una escala graduada.
Sin embargo, si el funcionamiento de al menos un elemento del dispositivo electromecánico es distinto al funcionamiento normal o esperado del mismo, el primer indicador y el segundo
indicador dejarán de ser mostrados alineados sobre la pantalla de visualización, para señalizar cada indicador una marca de señalización en la correspondiente escala graduada. Es decir, las marcas de señalización 15, 16 indicadas actualmente por cada indicador 13, 14 no están alineadas cuando el funcionamiento de algún elemento del dispositivo electromecánico es distinto del funcionamiento normal del mismo; ver figuras 2, 4 y 6.
Con cada cambio de relación matemática entre la primera y segunda magnitud física medible, al menos una de las escalas graduadas varia su tamaño y si fuera necesario su posición con respecto a la otra escala graduada en función de la relación matemática actual. Consecuentemente, las marcas de señalización de la escala graduada variable se desplazan también de acuerdo y coincidiendo con la nueva relación entre escalas.
El primer y/o segundo indicador 13, 14 adaptaran su relación de funcionamiento, y si fuera necesario su posición de indicación, a la nueva representación de las escalas graduadas 1 1 , 12 mostradas en la pantalla de visualización, para señalar las marcas de señalización 15, 16 correspondientes al funcionamiento actual del dispositivo electromecánico; habiendo dos situaciones, una de ellas es que el primer y segundo indicador permanecen superpuestos o alineados para indicar marcas de señalización alineadas lo que correspondería a un funcionamiento normal; ver figuras 1 , 3 y 5; y la segunda situación posible es que el primer y segundo indicador 13, 14 son mostrados desalineados o no superpuestos para señalizar marcas de señalización 15, 16 desalineadas lo que correspondería a un funcionamiento diferente al funcionamiento normal del dispositivo electromecánico; ver figuras 2, 4 y 6.
Por lo tanto, el primer y segundo indicador 13, 14 están posicionados sobre diferentes marcas de señalización 15, 16 sin estar alineadas sobre las escalas graduadas mostradas por el dispositivo visualizador.
Los indicadores dejan de ser mostrados alineados cuando la relación matemática entre las magnitudes físicas medibles es distinta de la relación relativa al funcionamiento normal del conjunto.
La primera magnitud física corresponde a la señal de salida de un primer dispositivo medidor adaptado para medir la primera magnitud física del primer elemento del dispositivo electromecánico; por ejemplo, el primer dispositivo medidor está configurado para medir la velocidad instantánea del vehículo; la segunda magnitud física corresponde a la señal de salida de un segundo dispositivo medidor adaptado para medir la segunda magnitud física del segundo elemento parte del dispositivo electromecánico como por ejemplo, las revoluciones por minuto del motor del mismo vehículo y el tercer valor, corresponde a una
referencia acerca de la relación matemática entre las magnitudes anteriores como por ejemplo el número de marcha engranada.
Consecuentemente, el dispositivo visualizador está adaptado para notificar al conductor del vehículo que el mismo tiene un funcionamiento que se desvía del funcionamiento normal o esperado, cuando el primer indicador y el segundo indicador no están superpuestos y están posicionados sobre marcas de señalización no alineadas también; es decir, el dispositivo visualizador notifica la existencia de un funcionamiento anómalo de al menos un elemento del vehículo.
El primer y segundo indicador 13, 14 son un puntero, que apunta a una marca de la correspondiente escala graduada asociada, a su vez, a una magnitud medible.
El indicador puede ser un puntero de aguja montado de forma pivotante o giratoria, que mueve la punta de la aguja a lo largo de la escala a través de un giro o movimiento de giro o de movimiento lineal desplazable hasta el valor actual de la magnitud física medible.
Tanto las marcas de señalización 15, 16; como las escalas 1 1 , 12 y los indicadores 13, 14; pueden mostrarse en diferentes colores y variar de color para identificar los valores actuales de las magnitudes físicas, según convenga para una más fácil comprensión de la información mostrada por el dispositivo de visualización.
Con cada cambio de relación matemática entre la primera y segunda magnitud física medible, al menos una de las escalas graduadas 11 , 12 varía su tamaño y si fuera necesario su posición con respecto a la otra escala graduada en función de la relación matemática existente.
El primer y/o segundo indicador 13, 14 adaptaran su funcionamiento a la nueva relación de las escalas para señalar a la nueva colocación de las respectivas marcas de señalización, moviéndose si es necesario de manera conjunta para señalizar marcas de señalización 15, 16 diferentes a las marcas de señalización anteriores al cambio producido.
Los indicadores 13, 14 dejan de mostrarse alineados cuando se deja de cumplir la relación matemática relativa al funcionamiento normal del dispositivo electromecánico que vincula a las magnitudes físicas medidas.
Cuando varía la relación matemática que relaciona ambas magnitudes físicas, cambia al menos unas de las escalas graduadas, variando su tamaño y si fuera necesario la posición de la escala graduada mostrada en la pantalla de visualización, desplazándose las marcas de señalización 15, 16 para que con la nueva relación sigan siendo mostradas alineadas en
ambas escalas las marcas de señalización que cumplen la relación matemática que relaciona ambas magnitudes.
Si el valor de la separación entre ambos primer y segundo indicador 13, 14 supera una diferencia umbral, el usuario del dispositivo electromecánico puede ser invitado a tomar alguna acción en el uso o mantenimiento del dispositivo electromecánico, o incluso llevar el dispositivo electromecánico a un servicio de asistencia técnica, para verificar el correcto funcionamiento del mismo para tomar las acciones oportunas, ayudando al usuario a dar el mejor uso posible.
Consecuentemente, el dispositivo visualizador puede indicar al conductor del vehículo que el mismo tiene un funcionamiento que se desvía del funcionamiento normal esperado o del más eficaz, cuando el primer indicador y el segundo indicador 13, 14 están posicionados sobre marcas de señalización 15, 16 no alineadas de ambas escalas; es decir, el dispositivo visualizador notifica la existencia de un funcionamiento anómalo o diferente al previsto de partes del vehículo vinculadas entre sí por magnitudes físicas. Resumiendo, la primera y segunda escala graduada 11 , 12 son mostradas en la pantalla de visualización con un cierto grado de ampliación o reducción y/o desplazamiento en función de la relación existente, en un instante dado, entre la primera y segunda magnitud física.
