本发明的有益效果是:
其一、本发明所提供的一种半月型LED灯具,将相应的灯座设计成半月型,相应的LED发光单元布设于相应的弧形容置槽内,在整体结构新颖时尚,美观精致的同时,相应的LED发光单元所发射的灯光也能呈现弧形向外扩散,并透过所述透光面罩射出,使得灯光光线发散均匀性好,灯光照明效果好。
其二、本发明在具体实施时,还增设有弧形散热器,所述半月型灯座的前端面的上端及后端面的上端分别开设有一与所述弧形散热器位置相对的散热通风口,进而,本发明散热效果好,使得使用寿命长。
其三、本发明整体结构简单,做工精细,几乎可适合适用于任何场所的照明,且本发明在技术的改进及结构的改进上,均不需要增加太多的成本,使得本发明必然具有很好的市场推广价值,本发明会非常的受欢迎,能得到有效普及。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图及具体实施例详细说明本发明的技术方案,以便更清楚、直观地理解本发明的发明实质。
实施例一
参照图1、图2及图3所示;本发明的实施例一是提供一种半月型LED灯具,包括半月型灯座、LED发光单元、透光面罩及与弧形散热器;
其中,半月型灯座包括相垂直成形为L型的左端面、下端面、用以旋接 左端面上边沿及下端面右边沿的弧形面、通过左端面、下端面与弧形面的侧边沿相围护的前端面及后端面;
半月型灯座的弧形面向内凹陷形成为一弧形容置槽,发光单元固设于弧形容置槽内,透光面罩可拆卸的盖合于弧形容置槽的槽口。
半月型LED灯具将相应的灯座设计成半月型,相应的LED发光单元布设于相应的弧形容置槽内,在整体结构新颖时尚,美观精致的同时,相应的LED发光单元所发射的灯光也能呈现弧形向外扩散,并透过透光面罩射出,使得灯光光线发散均匀性好,灯光照明效果好。
弧形散热器与弧形容置槽形状相适配,固设于弧形容置槽内,并位于发光单元的下端;半月型灯座的前端面的上端及后端面的上端分别开设有一与弧形散热器位置相对的散热通风口。增设有弧形散热器且半月型灯座的前端面的上端及后端面的上端分别开设有一与弧形散热器位置相对的散热通风口,进而,散热效果好,使得使用寿命长。
弧形散热器包括上弧形面板、下弧形面板及多个均匀固设于上弧形面板与下弧形面板之间的散热鳍片,相邻的散热鳍片之间形成为散热流道。
发光单元为多块拼接成弧形面的设有LED灯珠的LED灯板组成,每块LED灯板的下表面分别与上弧形面板的上端面相抵接。
从而,发光单元所散发的热量即可直接被传导至与其相抵接的上弧形面板上,再通过散热鳍片、下弧形面板及散热流道二散发到空气中,使得本发明的散热效果更佳。
此处,需要说明的是,具体实施时,上弧形面板、下弧形面板及多个散热鳍片均采用铝合金材质制作,且多个散热鳍片均呈弧面结构,以使增大其吸热面,使得传导热量的效果进一步得到加强。
半月型灯座内设有为LED灯板供电的供电单元。供电单元为大功率可充电电池或用以与外接电源相连接的接线端子。
弧形容置槽的槽口的内边沿环绕该弧形容置槽的内壁均匀设置有多个卡槽,透光面罩的罩口的外边沿环绕该透光面罩的外壁均匀设置有多个与相应卡槽位置相对的卡扣;当多个卡扣分别卡置于相应位置的卡槽内时,透光面罩将弧形容置槽盖合,以使与半月型灯座相固定形成一体。并且,具体实施时,透光面罩为半透明的塑胶材质制作。
如此,在透光面罩固定性好、不易脱落的同时,透光面罩还能通过手动挤压而使得卡扣与相应的卡槽分离,使得将透光面罩卸下,以便于对弧形容置槽内的发光单元进行更换及维修,进而,使用方便,切实可行。
需要补充的是,具体实施时,半月型灯座的弧形面与该半月型灯座的下端面相连接的部位向内凹陷形成为一倒角,以使半月型灯座的弧形面与该半月型灯座的下端面平滑过渡,使得整体结构更加美观。
实施例二
参照图4、图5所示,本发明的实施例二提供的是一种插拔式LED灯模组,包括半月型LED灯具和插座,半月型LED灯具与插座插接式连接。
本实施例中的半月型LED灯具与实施例一相同,为达到与插座插接式连接,此外在还增加了以下的特征:半月型LED灯具在半月型灯座内设有与发光单元电连接的朝向半月型灯座的侧端面的相互平行的第一插头及第二插头,且半月型灯座的侧端面开设有一插槽;
插座包括固定座及设置于固定座上的插接座,插接座具有与第一插头位置相对的第一插接口及与第二插头位置相对的第二插接口;
当插接座插至于插槽内,以使第一插头及第二插头分别插至于第一插接口及第二插接口内时,半月型灯座与插座插接式连接。
插接座的下端设有一与其一体成型的向外延伸的朝向插槽的插接板;插接板的上端面的前端开设有一与该插接板的长度方向相垂直的限位沟槽,且插接板的下端面的中部沿该插接板的长度方向设有一向下凸出的限位凸台;
半月型灯座的下端面开设有一与限位凸台尺寸相适配的固定槽,且半月型灯座的内部于插槽的下端开设有一以使插槽与固定槽相贯通的用以容纳插接板的容纳槽,容纳槽的末端内壁形成有一与限位沟槽相适配的突起部;
当插接座插至于插槽内,以使第一插头及第二插头分别插至于第一插接口及第二插接口内,并以使插接板插至于容纳槽内,突起部卡置于限位沟槽内,限位凸台卡置于固定槽内时,半月型灯座与插座相固定形成一体。
如此,一方面,在具体使用时,将插座固定于墙面或桌面等位置,并连接市电,再将半月型灯座采用插接的方式与插座相插接,即可使得发光单元通电,进入工作状态,从而操作方便,使用方便,且省去了电源连接线,使 得整体结构变小,整体更精致。
另一方面,当插接座插至于插槽内,以使第一插头及第二插头分别插至于第一插接口及第二插接口内,并以使插接板插至于容纳槽内,突起部卡置于限位沟槽内,限位凸台卡置于固定槽内时,半月型灯座与插座相固定形成一体,进而,即使得半月型灯座与插座插接更牢固,而不会松脱,使得使用可靠性强。
实施例三
参照图6及图7所示,本发明的实施例三提供了一种插拔式LED灯模组,包括两个半月型LED灯具和插座,两个半月型LED灯具与插座插接式连接。
本实施例中的半月型LED灯具与实施例一相同,为达到与插座插接式连接,此外在还增加了以下的特征:半月型LED灯具在半月型灯座内设有与发光单元电连接的朝向半月型灯座的侧端面的相互平行的第一插头及第二插头,且半月型灯座的侧端面开设有一插槽。
插座包括固定座及设置于固定座上的插接座,插接座具有与第一插头位置相对的第一插接口及与第二插头位置相对的第二插接口;
当插接座插至于插槽内,以使第一插头及第二插头分别插至于第一插接口及第二插接口内时,半月型灯座与插座插接式连接。
插接座的下端设有一与其一体成型的向外延伸的朝向插槽的插接板;插接板的上端面的前端开设有一与该插接板的长度方向相垂直的限位沟槽,且 插接板的下端面的中部沿该插接板的长度方向设有一向下凸出的限位凸台;
半月型灯座的下端面开设有一与限位凸台尺寸相适配的固定槽,且半月型灯座的内部于插槽的下端开设有一以使插槽与固定槽相贯通的用以容纳插接板的容纳槽,容纳槽的末端内壁形成有一与限位沟槽相适配的突起部;
当插接座插至于插槽内,以使第一插头及第二插头分别插至于第一插接口及第二插接口内,并以使插接板插至于容纳槽内,突起部卡置于限位沟槽内,限位凸台卡置于固定槽内时,半月型灯座与插座相固定形成一体。
固定座为一柱状体灯座,具体是长方体形状,半月型LED灯具设有两个,插接座设有两个,两插接座关于柱状体灯座对称设置,每个插接座上可拆卸式插接有一个半月型LED灯具。
多个半月型LED灯具与插接座可拆卸式插接形成一体来构成可DIY的LED灯模组,在组装方便、插接方便、使用方便、更换方便的同时,也省去了电源连接线,使得整体结构更精致、更新颖、更时尚,更美观。
实施例四
本发明的实施例四提供了一种插拔式LED灯模组,包括三个半月型LED灯具和插座,三个半月型LED灯具与插座插接式连接。
对照图8所示;本实施例与实施例三的不同之处在于,半月型LED灯具设有三个,柱状体灯座上的插接座也设有三个,柱状体灯座呈六棱柱形状,相邻的两插接座之间的夹角互成120度,每个插接座上可拆卸式插接有一所 述半月型LED灯具。
实施例五
本发明的实施例五提供了一种插拔式LED灯模组,包括四个半月型LED灯具和插座,四个半月型LED灯具与插座插接式连接。
对照图9所示;本实施例与实施例三的不同之处在于,半月型LED灯具设有四个,柱状体灯座上的插接座也设有四个,柱状体灯座呈六棱柱形状,相邻的两插接座之间的夹角互成90度,每个插接座上可拆卸式插接有一所述半月型LED灯具。
实施例六
本发明的实施例六提供了一种插拔式LED灯模组,包括六个半月型LED灯具和插座,六个半月型LED灯具与插座插接式连接。
对照图10所示;本实施例与实施例三的不同之处在于,半月型LED灯具设有六个,柱状体灯座上的插接座也设有六个,柱状体灯座呈六棱柱形状,相邻的两插接座之间的夹角互成60度,每个插接座上可拆卸式插接有一所述半月型LED灯具。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种半月型LED灯具,其特征在于:包括半月型灯座、LED发光单元及透光面罩;
    所述半月型灯座包括左端面、下端面、用以旋接左端面上边沿及下端面右边沿的弧形面、以及通过左端面、下端面与弧形面的侧边沿相围护的前端面及后端面;左端面和下端面相垂直成形为L型;
    所述半月型灯座的弧形面向内凹陷形成为一弧形容置槽,所述发光单元固设于弧形容置槽内,所述透光面罩可拆卸的盖合于弧形容置槽的槽口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的半月型LED灯具,其特征在于:还包括一与弧形容置槽形状相适配的弧形散热器,所述弧形散热器固设于弧形容置槽内,并位于发光单元的下端;半月型灯座的前端面的上端及后端面的上端分别开设有一与弧形散热器位置相对的散热通风口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的半月型LED灯具,其特征在于:所述弧形散热器包括上弧形面板、下弧形面板及多个均匀固设于上弧形面板与下弧形面板之间的散热鳍片,相邻的散热鳍片之间形成为散热流道。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的半月型LED灯具,其特征在于:所述发光单元为多块拼接成弧形面的设有LED灯珠的LED灯板组成,每块所述LED灯板的下表面分别与上弧形面板的上端面相抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的半月型LED灯具,其特征在于:所述半月型灯座内设有为LED灯板供电的供电单元。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的半月型LED灯具,其特征在于:所述弧形容 置槽的槽口的内边沿环绕该弧形容置槽的内壁均匀设置有多个卡槽,所述透光面罩的罩口的外边沿环绕该透光面罩的外壁均匀设置有多个与相应卡槽位置相对的卡扣;
    当多个卡扣分别卡置于相应位置的卡槽内时,透光面罩将弧形容置槽盖合,以使与半月型灯座相固定形成一体。
  7. 一种插拔式LED灯模组,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1所述的半月型LED灯具和插座;
    所述半月型灯座内设有与发光单元电连接的朝向侧端面的相互平行的第一插头及第二插头,且侧端面开设有一插槽;
    所述插座包括固定座与设置于固定座上的插接座,插接座具有与第一插头位置相对的第一插接口及与第二插头位置相对的第二插接口;
    当插接座插至于插槽内,以使第一插头及第二插头分别插至于第一插接口及第二插接口内时,半月型灯座与插座进行插接式连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述插拔式LED灯模组,其特征在于,所述插接座的下端设有与其一体成型的向外延伸的朝向插槽的插接板;插接板的上端面的前端开设有与该插接板的长度方向相垂直的限位沟槽,且插接板的下端面的中部沿该插接板的长度方向设有一向下凸出的限位凸台;
    所述半月型灯座的下端面开设有与限位凸台尺寸相适配的固定槽,且半月型灯座的内部于插槽的下端开设有使插槽与固定槽相贯通的用以容纳插接板的容纳槽,容纳槽的末端内壁形成有一与限位沟槽相适配的突起部;
    当所述插接座插至于插槽内,使第一插头及第二插头分别插至于第一插接口及第二插接口内,并使插接板插至于容纳槽内,突起部卡置于限位沟槽内,限位凸台卡置于固定槽内时,半月型灯座与插座相固定形成一体。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的插拔式LED灯模组,其特征在于,所述固定座为一柱状体灯座,柱状体灯座的圆周侧壁均匀的设置有多个为半月型LED灯具供电的插接座,多个半月型LED灯具分别可拆卸式插接于相应的插座内,以使均匀的环绕固定于柱状体灯座外。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的插拔式LED灯模组,其特征在于,所述插接座设有二至六个,插接座围绕柱状体灯座呈均匀分布设置,每个插接座上可拆卸式插接有一个半月型LED灯具。
