Description

本发明涉及贴片插拔式接线插键、驱动电源盒及可拆装式模块LED灯。
背景技术
随着LED照明技术的高速发展,LED灯的节能效果已经达到非常高的程度,在同等光效的情况下,能耗已经降到白炽灯的1/8和电子节能灯的1/2,LED照明产品已逐渐取代目前的传统照明产品。
一个LED灯的成本主要体现在散热灯壳及驱动电源上,对于一个LED灯的质量来说,最重要的是散热、LED灯珠及驱动电源。其中的LED驱动电源是把电源供应转换为特定的电压电流以驱动LED发光的电压转换器,LED驱动电源的输出则大多数为可随LED正向压降值变化而改变电压的恒定电流源。而影响驱动电源整体寿命的则是电容,电容在高温下的寿命就直接影响驱动电源的寿命,从而影响整个LED灯的使用寿命。而对于无散热片或者散热效果不好的LED灯,其灯芯温度可达110度以上,致使电容寿命极大减低,从而降低了驱动电源的整体寿命。LED灯具寿命标准是按照光衰30%就算灯具损坏,也就是说光衰达到初始状态70%的时候,这款灯基本上就算坏掉了。正常情况下,一般3W球泡灯实用寿命在25000小时左右。在产品设计时,需将驱动电源的寿命应尽可能与LED芯片(或LED灯珠)寿命配合,以加强LED灯的使用寿命。但是,驱动电源的寿命有赖于低寿命的电容,致使虽然目前LED芯片寿命较长而驱动电源寿命却不足的较大差异,同时由于目前 的LED灯均是采用驱动电源固定式连接在LED灯的内部结构,即驱动电源的正负极引线均采用锡焊的方式与LED灯珠及灯头相连接,驱动电源不可拆卸,因此,造成因驱动电源寿命短的问题而将长寿命的LED芯片甚至整体LED灯废弃的极大资源浪费,形成了较大的生产成本和使用成本,不利于LED灯的普及。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够用于弱电〔多股软线〕电连接结构件的贴片插拔式接线插键、采用该贴片插拔式接线插键构成的驱动电源盒以及及具有该驱动电源盒结构的可拆装式模块LED灯,本发明可实现对驱动电源及其他组件的方便更换,节约了能源资源,大幅度降低了使用成本,有利于LED灯的普及。
本发明所述的贴片插拔式接线插键,包括插键盒以及安装在所述插键盒内的正、负极插键本体,所述正、负极插键本体各包括一个插板且每个插板的两端各设有两片弹性插片,位于插板每一端的两片弹性插片均内向卷曲使该两片弹性插片的一端形成夹线钳,另一端形成接线槽;所述插键盒的两端设有与所述接线槽位置相对应的接线孔,所述插键盒的上部设有按压键,所述按压键位于夹线钳的正上方。所述正、负极插键本体、弹性插片均为导体,插键盒为绝缘体。
对于上述所述贴片插拔式接线插键,所述正极或负极插键本体中,插板两端形成的两个夹线钳相对设置。
对于上述所述贴片插拔式接线插键,所述正极或负极插键本体中,插板中部向上凸起使贴近夹线钳。
本发明所述的LED驱动电源盒,包括灯头,所述灯头上设有电源支架安装板,所述电源支架安装板的上表面设有至少两个上述所述的贴片插拔式接线插键,所述电源支架安装板的下方连接有电源盖板,在所述电源支架安装板与电源盖板之间形成用于放置驱动电源的空间;所述电源支架安装板上设有穿线孔,所述驱动电源的正、负极引线可穿过穿线孔连接到所述贴片插拔式接线插键上进而分别连接灯头的正、负极以及LED灯珠的正、负极。
对于上述所述的LED驱动电源盒,所述电源支架安装板的上表面上设有凹槽轨,所述贴片插拔式接线插键的插键盒上设有与所述凹槽轨相配合的连接部使所述贴片插拔式接线插键可活动安装在电源支架安装板的上表面上。
对于上述所述的LED驱动电源盒,所述电源支架安装板的两侧端部设有凸条,所述电源盖板的两侧部设有与所述凸条相配合的直线凹槽使所述电源盖板可活动安装在电源支架安装板上。
对于上述所述的LED驱动电源盒,所述电源盖板上可设有气孔。
本发明所述的可拆装式模块LED灯,包括LED光源、驱动电源和散热外壳,还包括上述所述的LED驱动电源盒,所述LED驱动电源盒可装入散热灯壳内且所述散热灯壳可拆装式连接到所述LED驱动电源盒上。所述LED驱动电源盒与散热灯壳可通过螺纹连接或者卡槽连接或者弹销连接以实现可拆装式连接。
对于上述所述的可拆装式模块LED灯,所述散热灯壳整体为自下而上缩口的形状且所述散热灯壳的内壁与外壁之间具有若干自下而上的 通气孔道,所述散热灯壳上端部的内壁高出于外壁。
对于上述所述的可拆装式模块LED灯,所述LED光源位于柱形灯罩内,所述柱形灯罩可拆装式连接到所述散热灯壳的下端部。所述柱形灯罩与散热灯壳可通过螺纹连接或者卡槽连接或者弹销连接以实现可拆装式连接。本发明的可拆装式模块LED灯适用于LED球泡灯、筒灯、射灯等。
本发明提供了一种能够用于多股软线连接结构件的贴片插拔式接线插键、采用该贴片插拔式接线插键构成的驱动电源盒以及具有该驱动电源盒结构的可拆装式模块LED灯。本发明可实现对坏损的驱动电源以及相关零部件进行方便更换,不会造成长寿命的LED芯片甚或整体LED灯的废弃,同时本发明设计的结构简单,造价成本低,免去了锡焊,节约了资源,降低了生产成本和使用成本,有利于LED灯的普及。
本发明的有益效果主要体现在如下方面:
(1)散热灯壳利用冷热空气对流原理,通过自下而上缩口的通气孔道进行独立散热,对封闭在散热灯壳内部电子原件不会受到灰尘和其它任何影响;散热灯壳的外层也可包有散热塑料,可使灯体更加安全,美观。
(2)本发明的柱型灯罩设计相比传统半球型灯罩,透光照射角度可増大至270度以上,灯罩顶端可采用凹面使光聚集照射的更远。
(3)电源支架安装板上设有凸条、凹槽及线孔,可安装贴片插拔式接线插键和驱动电源,使贴片插拔式接线插键和驱动电源更灵活方便拆装,
(4)电源盖板对驱动电源是一种保护,避免驱动电源和散热灯壳接触导致短路漏电,也使灯的整体更安全,达到和符合(超过)世界各国的安 全规定。
(5)本发明贴片插拔式接线插键可作贴片焊接式插件使用,也可做为插槽式插件使用,可灵活方便的拆装电源及光源。
(6)釆用本发明的结构,只更换损坏的原件,不用灯体全部报废,对环保是很好的貢献,也无需用其它低等材料代用而降低灯的性能,从而提高了灯的品质又大幅降低了LED等的使用成本,使LED灯更好更快的普及民用。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示,本发明的贴片插拔式接线插键,包括插键盒14以及安装在所述插键盒14内的正、负极插键本体,所述正、负极插键本体各包括一个插板10且每个插板10的两端各设有两片弹性插片11,位于插板10每一端的两片弹性插片11均内向卷曲使该两片弹性插片11的一端形成夹线钳13,另一端形成接线槽12;所述插键盒的两端设有与所述接线槽12位置相对应的接线孔16,所述插键盒14的上部设有按压键15,所述按压键15位于夹线钳13的正上方。按下按压键15,使夹线钳13张开,从而将接线引入夹线钳13,松开按压键15即实现接线,正、负极插键本体、弹性插片均为导体,插键盒为绝缘体;所述正极或负极插键本体中,插板10两端形成的两个夹线钳13相对设置。所述正极或负极插键本体中,插板10中部向上凸起使贴近夹线钳13,使在接线时能够更好的实现将接线连接在夹线钳。
如图5-6所示,采用本发明上述所述的贴片插拔式接线插键9构成的一种LED驱动电源盒,其包括灯头2,所述灯头2上设有电源支架安装板6,所述电源支架安装板6的上表面设有两个贴片插拔式接线插键9,所述电源支架安装板6的下方连接有电源盖板7,在所述电源支架安装板6与电源盖板7之间形成用于放置驱动电源8的空间;所述电源支架安装板6上设有穿线孔,所述驱动电源8的正、负极引线可穿过穿线孔连接到所述贴片插拔式接线插键9上进而分别连接灯头2的正、负极以及LED光源的正、负极;所述电源支架安装板6的上表面上设有凹槽轨62,所述贴片插拔式接线插键9的插键盒14上设有与所述凹槽轨62尺寸形状相对应配合的连接部17使所述贴片插拔式接线插键9可活动 安装在电源支架安装板6的上表面上;所述电源支架安装板6的两侧端部设有凸条61,所述电源盖板7的两侧部设有与所述凸条61尺寸形状相对应配合的直线凹槽71使所述电源盖板7可活动安装在电源支架安装板6上;所述电源盖板7上设有气孔,图中未画出。
如图5-8所示,具有本发明上述所述驱动电源盒结构的一种可拆装式模块LED灯,其包括LED光源5、驱动电源8和散热外壳3,还包括上述本发明所述的LED驱动电源盒,该LED驱动电源盒可装入散热灯壳3内且所述散热灯壳3可拆装式连接到所述LED驱动电源盒上,所述LED驱动电源盒与散热灯壳可通过螺纹连接或者卡槽连接或者弹销连接或者其结合的连接方式以实现LED驱动电源盒与散热灯壳的可拆装式连接;所述散热灯壳3整体为自下而上缩口的形状且所述散热灯壳3的内壁与外壁之间具有若干自下而上的通气孔道1,所述散热灯壳3上端部的内壁高出于散热灯壳3上端部的外壁;所述LED光源5位于LED灯罩4内,所述LED灯罩4可拆装式连接到所述散热灯壳散热灯壳3的下端部,所述LED灯罩与散热灯壳可通过螺纹连接或者卡槽连接或者弹销连接或者其结合的连接方式以实现可拆装式连接。
本发明可实现对坏损的驱动电源以及相关零部件进行方便更换,不会造成长寿命的LED芯片甚或整体LED灯的废弃,节约了资源,降低了使用成本和生产成本,有利于LED灯的普及。本发明所述驱动电源盒可结合专利CN201210143808.6一种LED灯、CN201210361467.X分组可拆卸式LED灯及专利CN201210191775.2一种LED灯珠而应用,从而可以使在一个灯上随意更换相匹配的LED灯珠或驱动电源或其他相 关零部件即可,完全改变了传统的焊接一体式LED灯,提高了灯的品质又大幅度降低了LED的使用成本,使LED灯更好更快的普及通用。

Claims (10)

  1. 贴片插拔式接线插键,其特征在于,包括插键盒(14)以及安装在所述插键盒(14)内的正、负极插键本体,所述正、负极插键本体各包括一个插板(10)且每个插板(10)的两端各设有两片弹性插片(11),位于插板(10)每一端的两片弹性插片(11)均内向卷曲使该两片弹性插片(11)的一端形成夹线钳(13),另一端形成接线槽(12);所述插键盒的两端设有与所述接线槽(12)位置相对应的接线孔(16),所述插键盒(14)的上部设有按压键(15),所述按压键(15)位于夹线钳(13)的正上方。
  2. 如权利要求1所述贴片插拔式接线插键,其特征在于,所述正极或负极插键本体中,插板(10)两端形成的两个夹线钳(13)相对设置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述贴片插拔式接线插键,其特征在于,所述正极或负极插键本体中,插板(10)中部向上凸起使贴近夹线钳(13)。
  4. 一种LED驱动电源盒,包括灯头(2),其特征在于,所述灯头(2)上设有电源支架安装板(6),所述电源支架安装板(6)的上表面设有至少两个权利要求1-3任一项所述的贴片插拔式接线插键(9),所述电源支架安装板(6)的下方连接有电源盖板(7),在所述电源支架安装板(6)与电源盖板(7)之间形成用于放置驱动电源(8)的空间;所述电源支架安装板(6)上设有穿线孔,所述驱动电源(8)的正、负极引线可穿过穿线孔连接到所述贴片插拔式接线插键(9)上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的LED驱动电源盒,其特征在于,所述电源支架安装板(6)的上表面上设有凹槽轨(62),所述贴片插拔式接线插键(9)的插键盒(14)上设有与所述凹槽轨(62)相配合的连接部(17)使所 述贴片插拔式接线插键(9)可活动安装在电源支架安装板(6)的上表面上。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的LED驱动电源盒,其特征在于,所述电源支架安装板(6)的两侧端部设有凸条(61),所述电源盖板(7)的两侧部设有与所述凸条(61)相配合的直线凹槽(71)使所述电源盖板(7)可活动安装在电源支架安装板(6)上。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的LED驱动电源盒,其特征在于,所述电源盖板(7)上设有气孔。
  8. 一种可拆装式模块LED灯,包括LED光源(5)、驱动电源(8)和散热外壳(3),其特征在于,还包括权利要求4-7任一项所述的LED驱动电源盒,所述LED驱动电源盒可装入散热灯壳(3)内且所述散热灯壳(3)可拆装式连接到所述LED驱动电源盒上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的可拆装式模块LED灯,其特征在于,所述散热灯壳(3)整体为自下而上缩口的形状且所述散热灯壳(3)的内壁与外壁之间具有若干自下而上的通气孔道(1),所述散热灯壳(3)上端部的内壁高出于散热灯壳(3)上端部的外壁。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的可拆装式模块LED灯,其特征在于,所述LED光源(5)位于柱形灯罩(4)内,所述柱形灯罩(4)可拆装式连接到所述散热灯壳(3)的下端部。
