Description

一种半自动车顶帐 技术领域
本发明涉及帐篷的技术领域,尤其涉及一种半自动车顶帐。
背景技术
随着私家车拥有量的不断壮大,自驾游已经成为新兴的旅游方式。为了满足人们自驾出行的便利性,附属在车上的用于自驾出行的产品开发方兴未艾,车用帐篷就是在这一环境下发展出来的。
车用帐篷是可以搭设在车顶之上的帐篷,由于在使用时,不象其他帐篷那样贴近地面,因此不易受地气、湿气的侵入,使用上更为舒适。典型的车用帐篷如2010年7月21日授权公告的CN201531147U号中国发明专利、2012年4月11日授权公告的CN202187605U号中国发明专利、2013年9月25日授权公告的CN203213695U号中国发明专利等等。
现有车用帐篷的帐篷架一般是由底座以及设置在底座上的帐篷架杆组成,该帐篷架杆可以展开或者收折,目前帐篷架杆的展开以及收折有多种结构形式,有的是完全人工的手动操作,有的可以采用手摇式的半自动操作,有的可以实现全自动操作。但是整个帐篷的支架结构均较为复杂,成本较高,致使市场价格居高不下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,操作方便且展收便利的半自动车顶帐。
为实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种半自动车顶帐,其包括底座、帐篷架杆、配合在帐篷架杆及底座上的篷布及驱动机构;其中:所述帐篷架杆包括至少两个U型支杆,该两个U型支杆的两自由端分别枢接于底座一边的两端,所述底座相对U型支杆两自由端的两边框上分别设有一驱动机构,其为一伸缩结构,一端枢接于底座的边框上,另一端是枢接于帐篷架杆相对于底座最外侧的U型支杆上,而各U型支杆均与篷布固定在一起。
所述U型支杆的横杆与底座的宽度相适配,而U型支杆的两竖杆与底座的长度相适配,而驱动机构的另一端是枢接于底座最外侧的U型支杆的竖杆下部。
所述伸缩结构的驱动机构为气弹簧或气、油压缸或弹性伸缩结构。
一种半自动车顶帐,其包括底座、帐篷架杆、配合在帐篷架杆及底座上的篷布及驱动机构;其中:所述帐篷架杆包括至少两个U型支杆,该两个U型支杆的两自由端分别枢接于底座一边的两端,各个U型支杆均枢接有伸缩结构的驱动机构,各个驱动机构的一端均枢接于底座的边框上;而篷布的外缘固定在底座及相对底座最外侧的U型支杆上。
所述U型支杆的横杆与底座的宽度相适配,而U型支杆的两竖杆与底座的长度相适配。
所述伸缩结构的驱动机构为气弹簧或气、油压缸或弹性伸缩结构。
一种半自动车顶帐,其包括底座、帐篷架杆、配合在帐篷架杆及底座上的篷布及驱动机构;其中:所述帐篷架杆包括至少三个U型支杆,各U型支杆的两自由端分别枢接于底座一边的两端,而底座自下向上排列的第二个U型支杆上枢接有与底座相连接的伸缩结构的第一驱动机构,而第二个U型支杆与最外侧的U型支杆之间还枢接有伸缩结构的第二驱动机构,另外篷布是固定在底座、第一个U型支杆及最外侧的U型支杆上。
所述U型支杆的横杆与底座的宽度相适配,而U型支杆的两竖杆与底座的长度相适配。
所述第一驱动机构、第二驱动机构为气弹簧或气、油压缸或弹性伸缩结构。
采用上述方案后,本发明通过在底座的一端枢接至少两个U型支杆,并配合具有伸缩结构的驱动机构,便可以实现整个帐篷展收功能,从而实现结构简单,操作方便及展收便利的特效。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
如图1至图4所示,本发明所揭示的一种半自动车顶帐,其包括底座1、帐篷架杆2、配合在帐篷架杆2及底座1上的篷布3及驱动机构4。其中:
所述的底座1为框架结构,其可以放置于地面或者固定于汽车的顶部。
所述的帐篷架杆2包括至少两个U型支杆21,该两个U型支杆21的两自由端分别枢接于底座1一边的两端,即该U型支杆21的横杆211与底座1的一边宽度相适配,而U型支杆21的两竖杆212与底座1的另一边宽度相适配,此实施例中的U型支杆21是设置三个,且均与篷布3固定在一起。
所述底座1相对U型支杆21两自由端的两边框上分别设有一驱动机构4,其为一伸缩结构,一端枢接于底座1的边框上,另一端是枢接于帐篷架杆2相对于底座1最外侧的U型支杆21竖杆212的下部。此伸缩结构的驱动机构4可为气弹簧或气、油压缸或弹性伸缩结构,只要是可以实现长度方向伸缩的结构均可。
配合图3、4所示,当收合帐篷时,对最外侧的U型支杆21向底座1方向施力克服驱动机构4的支撑力,如采用固定在最外侧U型支杆21上的织带5,则各个U型支杆21便会向底座1收拢,同时压缩驱动机构4,待完全收合后进行固定,便实现了帐篷的收合,此时的驱动机构4处于压缩蓄能状态。反之,松释对最外侧U型支杆21的束缚力,则最外侧U型支杆21在驱动机构4的顶推下向上向外展开,在带动篷布3撑开的同时,另外两个U型杆杆21亦被篷布3带动展开,以实现整个帐篷的展开状态。
如图5所示的本发明半自动车顶帐的实施例2,其与实施例1不同的是:各个U型支杆21的两竖杆212均枢接有驱动机构4,各个驱动机构4的一端均枢接于底座1的边框上;而篷布3的外缘固定在底座1及相对底座1最外侧的U型支杆21上,同样可以实现帐篷展收自如的功能。
如图6所示的本发明半自动车顶帐的实施例3,其与实施例1不同的是:以三个U型支杆21为例说明,而底座1自下向上排列的第二个U型支杆21上枢接有与底座1相连接的第一驱动机构4,而第二个U型支杆21与最外侧的U型支杆21之间还枢接有第二驱动机构4',另外篷布3是固定在底座1、第一个U型支杆21及最外侧的U型支杆21上,亦可以实现帐篷展收自如的功能。
综上所述,本发明的半自动车顶帐篷,通过在底座1的一端枢接至少两个U型支杆21,并配合具有伸缩结构的驱动机构4,便可以实现整个帐篷展收功能,从而实现结构简单,操作方便及展收便利的特效。

Claims (9)

1、一种半自动车顶帐,其包括底座、帐篷架杆、配合在帐篷架杆及底座上的篷布及驱动机构;其特征在于:所述帐篷架杆包括至少两个U型支杆,该两个U型支杆的两自由端分别枢接于底座一边的两端,所述底座长度方向的两边框上分别设有一驱动机构,其为一伸缩结构,一端枢接于底座的边框上,另一端是枢接于帐篷架杆相对于底座最外侧的U型支杆上,而各U型支杆均与篷布固定在一起。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种半自动车顶帐,其特征在于:所述U型支杆的横杆与底座的宽度相适配,而U型支杆的两竖杆与底座的长度相适配,而驱动机构的另一端是枢接于底座最外侧的U型支杆的竖杆下部。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种半自动车顶帐,其特征在于:所述伸缩结构的驱动机构为气弹簧或气、油压缸或弹性伸缩结构。
4、一种半自动车顶帐,其包括底座、帐篷架杆、配合在帐篷架杆及底座上的篷布及驱动机构;其特征在于:所述帐篷架杆包括至少两个U型支杆,该两个U型支杆的两自由端分别枢接于底座一边的两端,各个U型支杆均枢接有伸缩结构的驱动机构,各个驱动机构的一端均枢接于底座的边框上;而篷布的外缘固定在底座及相对底座最外侧的U型支杆上。
5、如权利要求4所述的一种半自动车顶帐,其特征在于:所述U型支杆的横杆与底座的宽度相适配,而U型支杆的两竖杆与底座的长度相适配。
6、如权利要求4所述的一种半自动车顶帐,其特征在于:所述伸缩结构的驱动机构为气弹簧或气、油压缸或弹性伸缩结构。
7、一种半自动车顶帐,其包括底座、帐篷架杆、配合在帐篷架杆及底座上的篷布及驱动机构;其特征在于:所述帐篷架杆包括至少三个U型支杆,各U型支杆的两自由端分别枢接于底座一边的两端,而底座自下向上排列的第二个U型支杆上枢接有与底座相连接的伸缩结构的第一驱动机构,而第二个U型支杆与最外侧的U型支杆之间还枢接有伸缩结构的第二驱动机构,另外篷布是固定在底座、第一个U型支杆及最外侧的U型支杆上。
8、如权利要求7所述的一种半自动车顶帐,其特征在于:所述U型支杆的横杆与底座的宽度相适配,而U型支杆的两竖杆与底座的长度相适配。
9、如权利要求7所述的一种半自动车顶帐,其特征在于:所述第一驱动机构、第二驱动机构为气弹簧或气、油压缸或弹性伸缩结构。
