一种厂区办公室用空气清洁净化装置,包括壳体(1)、集尘机构(5)、一级过滤层(6)、二级过滤层(7)和空气增湿器(9),该壳体(1)为U型结构,壳体(1)一端的侧壁上设置有空气进口(2),壳体(1)的另一端设置有空气出口(3),壳体(1)内靠近空气进口(2)的位置上设置有鼓风扇(4),鼓风扇(4)下方的壳体(1)内设置有集尘机构(5),集尘机构(5)与空气出口(3)之间依次设置有一级过滤层(6)、二级过滤层(7)、活性炭吸附层(8)和空气增湿器(9),空气增湿器(9)与空气出口(3)之间还设置有排风扇(10)。

Description

一种厂区办公室用空气清洁净化装置 技术领域
本发明涉及了空气净化技术领域,尤其涉及了一种厂区办公室用空气清洁净化装置。
背景技术
随着工业的快速发展,环境质量受到很大影响,很多工业发达、经济效益好的城市的空气污染指数都爆表,已经达到了严重污染的指数,尤其是城市中工厂较为集中的开发区,由于工厂废气的排放,空气污染相当严重,这就给在厂区办公室工作的人员造成了一定的影响,长期生活在空气污染严重的环境中,会存在一定的健康隐患,因此对厂区办公室的空气净化越来越受到人们的重视。现有的办公室净化装置一般使用空气清洁器,直接对室内空气进行清洁净化,容易导致空气内的较大颗粒卡在机体内,影响机体的平稳运行,同时采用除尘板进行除尘,除尘效果一般,而且机体在运行过程中会产生噪音污染,影响办公室人员的工作。
因此,为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明特提供了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种结构简单、空气净化效果好以及噪音污染小的厂区办公室用空气清洁净化装置。
本发明针对上述技术缺陷所采用的技术方案是:
一种厂区办公室用空气清洁净化装置,包括壳体、集尘机构、一级过滤层、二级过滤层和空气增湿器,所述壳体为U型结构,所述壳体一端的侧壁上设置有空气进口,所述壳体的另一端设置有空气出口,所述壳体内靠近空气进口的位置上设置有鼓风扇,所述鼓风扇下方的壳体内设置有集尘机构,所述集尘机构与空气出口之间依次设置有一级过滤层、二级过滤层、活性炭吸附层和空气增湿器,所述空气增湿器与空气出口之间还设置有排风扇。
进一步地,所述集尘机构包括两个电极板以及设置于两个电极板之间的多个集尘板。
进一步地,每个集尘板上均设置有若干个集尘孔。
进一步地,两个电极板之间的多个集尘板为倾斜设置。
进一步地,所述空气进口处还设置有过滤网。
进一步地,所述鼓风扇和排风扇的风向调节片上均设置有吸声涂层。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明结构简单,大面积的电极板和集尘板倾斜设置,提高了惯性集尘的效果,清洁净化效果好。
2、本发明在空气进口增设有滤网,可对将要进行净化的空气实现预过滤,滤除掉空气中的大颗粒,有效的提高了工作效率和稳定性。
3、本发明在鼓风扇和排风扇的风向调节片上均设置有吸声涂层,有效的起到降低噪声污染的效果。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的一种厂区办公室用空气清洁净化装置,包括壳体1、集尘机构5、一级过滤层6、二级过滤层7和空气增湿器9,壳体1为U型结构,壳体1一端的侧壁上设置有空气进口2,壳体1的另一端设置有空气出口3,壳体1内靠近空气进口2的位置上设置有鼓风扇4,鼓风扇4下方的壳体1内设置有集尘机构5,集尘机构5与空气出口3之间依次设置有一级过滤层6、二级过滤层7、活性炭吸附层8和空气增湿器9,空气增湿器9与空气出口3之间还设置有排风扇10。
其中,集尘机构5包括两个电极板51以及设置于两个电极板51之间的多个集尘板52,每个集尘板52上均设置有若干个集尘孔521,两个电极板51之间的多个集尘板52为倾斜设置,结构简单,大面积的电极板51和集尘板52倾斜设置,提高了惯性集尘的效果,清洁净化效果好。
另外,空气进口2处还设置有过滤网11,可对将要进行净化的空气实现预过滤,滤除掉空气中的大颗粒,有效的提高了工作效率和稳定性。鼓风扇4和排风扇10的风向调节片上均设置有吸声涂层,有效的起到降低噪声污染的效果。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种厂区办公室用空气清洁净化装置,包括壳体、集尘机构、一级过滤层、二级过滤层和空气增湿器,其特征在于:所述壳体为U型结构,所述壳体一端的侧壁上设置有空气进口,所述壳体的另一端设置有空气出口,所述壳体内靠近空气进口的位置上设置有鼓风扇,所述鼓风扇下方的壳体内设置有集尘机构,所述集尘机构与空气出口之间依次设置有一级过滤层、二级过滤层、活性炭吸附层和空气增湿器,所述空气增湿器与空气出口之间还设置有排风扇。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种厂区办公室用空气清洁净化装置,其特征在于:所述集尘机构包括两个电极板以及设置于两个电极板之间的多个集尘板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种厂区办公室用空气清洁净化装置,其特征在于:每个集尘板上均设置有若干个集尘孔。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种厂区办公室用空气清洁净化装置,其特征在于:两个电极板之间的多个集尘板为倾斜设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种厂区办公室用空气清洁净化装置,其特征在于:所述空气进口处还设置有过滤网。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种厂区办公室用空气清洁净化装置,其特征在于:所述鼓风扇和排风扇的风向调节片上均设置有吸声涂层。
