Abstract
紐の挿通路と、挿通路の入り口の一部を構成する入り口バーと、挿通路の出口の一部を構成する出口バーと、入り口と出口との間において紐に押し当てられて挿通された紐を屈曲させるストッパー部と、入り口とストッパー部との間において入り口バーに向き合うように形成された湾曲面若しくは傾斜面又はこれらの組み合わせからなる紐の入り口側ガイド面部と、出口とストッパー部との間において出口バーに向き合うように形成された湾曲面若しくは傾斜面又はこれらの組み合わせからなる紐の出口側ガイド面部とを備えてなる。
Description
この発明は、紐留め具、及び、これを含んで構成される紐留め装置に関する。
二つのチューブ状の紐挿通路間に基部から突出する紐係合部を配してなる紐保持体を、二箇所に設けさせて構成された紐結束具がある(特許文献1参照)。
この特許文献1のものにあっては、紐は、二つの紐挿通路のそれぞれを通過した状態で、二つの紐挿通路間においてこの紐挿通路より突き出し端を上方に位置させる紐係合部上を紐が乗り越えるようにすることで、紐に係合するようになっている。このため、紐に対し最初にかかる紐結束具を取り付ける作業は困難である。この点、特許文献1のものにあっては、紐係合部の一方又は双方に前記紐挿通路に側方から連絡するスリットを設けてこれを断面C字状に構成する構成も開示されている。このようなスリットを設ければ、これを利用して紐挿通路に紐を導入し易くはなる。しかし、特許文献1の構成では、紐挿通路に保持された紐にこの紐の長さ方向に交叉する向きの力が作用された場合、前記スリットからの紐の抜け出しを生じさせるおそれがある。
この発明が解決しようとする主たる問題点は、通された紐に対し所定の留め付け力をもって留め付くように構成された紐留め具、及び、これを含んで構成される紐留め装置における紐の挿通作業を、留め付け後の紐の抜け出しを生じさせない態様で、より容易に行えるようにする点にある。
前記課題を達成するために、この発明にあっては、紐留め具を、
紐の挿通路と、
前記挿通路の入り口の一部を構成する入り口バーと、
前記挿通路の出口の一部を構成する出口バーと、
前記入り口と前記出口との間において前記紐に押し当てられて挿通された前記紐を屈曲させるストッパー部と、
前記入り口と前記ストッパー部との間において前記入り口バーに向き合うように形成された湾曲面若しくは傾斜面又はこれらの組み合わせからなる前記紐の入り口側ガイド面部と、
前記出口と前記ストッパー部との間において前記出口バーに向き合うように形成された湾曲面若しくは傾斜面又はこれらの組み合わせからなる前記紐の出口側ガイド面部とを備えてなる、ものとした。

前記挿通路の入り口から前記挿通路に導入された紐は、前記入り口側ガイド面部に導かれ前記入り口バーと前記ストッパー部との間から紐留め具の外側に一旦引き出される。このように引き出された紐を、前記ストッパー部と前記出口バーとの間より前記挿通路に再導入でき、再導入された紐は前記出口側ガイド面部に導かれ前記出口から引き出される。これにより、紐留め具に対する紐の挿通作業は容易化される。挿通された紐は屈曲されてその屈曲内側にストッパー部が押し当てられることから、紐留め具は所定の留め付け力をもって紐に留めつく。
前記入り口の一部を構成する前記入り口側ガイド面部の端末は、前記ストッパー部を通って前記入り口バーと前記出口バーとを結ぶ仮想の第一直線に対し前記入り口バーを通って直交する仮想の第二直線上に位置され、
前記出口の一部を構成する前記出口側ガイド面部の端末は、前記仮想の第一直線に対し前記出口バーを通って直交する仮想の第三直線上に位置されるようにすることが、この発明の態様の一つとされる。

このようにした場合、挿通路に前記のように挿通された紐は、前記入り口と前記ストッパー部との間では前記入り口バーを屈曲内側に押し当てるようにして屈曲され、前記出口と前記ストッパー部との間では前記出口バーを屈曲内側に押し当てるようにして屈曲され、前記入り口バーと出口バーとの間ではこれらと反対の側から紐に対しストッパー部を押し当てることができ、挿通された紐に対し強固に紐留め具を留め付けることが可能とされる。
また、前記入り口側ガイド面部の端末と前記ストッパー部とを結ぶ仮想の第四直線と前記入り口バーとの距離、及び、前記出口側ガイド面部の端末と前記ストッパー部とを結ぶ仮想の第五直線と前記出口バーとの距離が、前記紐の太さよりも小さくなるようにすることが、この発明の態様の一つとされる。
このようにした場合、前記入り口側ガイド面部の端末と前記ストッパー部との間で入り口側バーを紐に強固に押し当てることができると共に、前記出口側ガイド面部の端末と前記ストッパー部との間で出口側バーを紐に強固に押し当てることができる。
また、前記入り口バーは、前記入り口側ガイド面部に向き合うアール凸面状の第一面部と、前記入り口の一部を構成する第二面部とを有すると共に、この第二面部を前記挿通路への前記紐の導入を容易にするように傾斜させる構成とすることが、この発明の態様の一つとされる。このようにした場合、前記入り口から挿通路内に紐をよりスムースに挿通できる。
また、前記出口バーは、前記出口側ガイド面部に向き合うアール凸面状の第一面部と、前記出口の一部を構成する第二面部とを有すると共に、この第二面部を前記挿通路からの前記紐の引き出しを容易にするように傾斜させる構成とすることが、この発明の態様の一つとされる。このようにした場合、前記出口より挿通された紐をスムースに引き出すことができる。
また、前記入り口バー及び前記出口バーがそれぞれ、前記第二面部に平行をなす第三面部を備えたものとすることが、この発明の態様の一つとされる。このようにした場合、紐留め具をプラスチック成形品とする場合には、前記第二面部及び前記第三面部を、これらに平行となる向きに可動する単一のスライドコアによって同時に成形することができ、紐留め具を金型構造を複雑にすることなく成形し易くなる。
また、前記入り口バーの第一面部及び前記出口バーの第一面を、アール凸面状とすることが、この発明の態様の一つとされる。このようにした場合、第一に、前記挿通路に挿通した紐に対しこれを傷つけないように前記第一面部を押しつけることができ、また、第二に、紐留め具をプラスチック成形品とする場合には、この第一面部を頂部を尖らせた凸面状に構成させた場合に比べ、金型構造を複雑にすることなく成形し易くなる。
また、前記紐留め具は、ベース部を有し、前記入り口バー、前記出口バー及び前記ストッパー部は前記ベース部から突き出すように形成されていると共に、
前記入り口バーの突き出し端と前記出口バーの突き出し端とを連接させる連接部を備え、
前記ベース部と前記連接部との間に前記挿通路を形成させた形態とすることが、この発明の態様の一つとされる。

また、仮想の中心軸を挟んだ両側にそれぞれ前記挿通路を備え、前記中心軸を中心とした対称位置にそれぞれ前記入り口バー、出口バー及びストッパー部を配するようにすることが、この発明の態様の一つとされる。
また、前記課題を達成するために、この発明にあっては、第一の観点から、紐留め装置を、前記紐留め具と、前記紐の挿通部を備えた引き手部材とからなり、この引き手部材の少なくとも一部が、前記紐留め具の入り口バーと出口バーとの間に納まるようにしてなる、ものとした。
また、前記課題を達成するために、この発明にあっては、第二の観点から、紐留め装置を、前記紐留め具と、前記紐の挿通部を備えた引き手部材とからなり、この引き手部材の少なくとも一部が、前記中心軸を挟んだ一方側に位置される前記出口バーと前記中心軸を挟んだ他方側に位置される前記出口バーとの間に納まるようにしてなる、ものとした。
この発明によれば、紐留め具、及び、これを含んで構成される紐留め装置における紐の挿通作業を、留め付け後の紐の抜け出しを生じさせない態様で、容易に行なうことができる。
以下、図1~図24に基づいて、この発明の典型的な実施の形態について、説明する。この実施の形態にかかる紐留め具Rは、紐Wの挿通路1を備えており(図7、図18、図19)、この挿通路1に挿通された紐Wに対し所定の留め付け力をもって留め付くように構成されたものである。より具体的には、かかる紐留め具Rの前記挿通路1には紐Wは屈曲状態で挿通されるようになっており、屈曲された紐Wの屈曲内側にこの挿通路1内において紐留め具Rの一部を構成する後述のストッパー部3が押し当てられるようになっている(図9、図23)。これにより、かかる紐留め具Rは、紐Wの任意の位置に所定の留め付け力をもって留め付け可能となる。前記所定の留め付け力を越える力をもって、紐Wを引っ張るか、紐Wの長さ方向に沿って紐留め具Rを移動操作することで、紐Wに対する紐留め具Rの留め付け位置を変えることが可能とされる。
かかる紐Wは、このように紐留め具Rの留め付けが可能なものであれば、その形状(丸紐、平紐など)、材質や構造(編み紐、ゴム紐、合成樹脂製の紐など)は問われない。かかる紐留め具Rは、典型的には、こうした紐Wにより絞られたり、引き締められたりする箇所を備えた各種の物品におけるこの紐Wに留め付けられて、その留め付け位置を変えることでこのような箇所を絞ったり、緩めたりするように用いられる。
この実施の形態にかかる紐留め具Rは、後述の第一例及び第二例共に、
紐Wの挿通路1と、
前記挿通路1の入り口1aの一部を構成する入り口バー2aと、
前記挿通路1の出口1bの一部を構成する出口バー2bと、
前記入り口1aと前記出口1bとの間において前記紐Wに押し当てられて挿通された前記紐Wを屈曲させるストッパー部3と、
前記入り口1aと前記ストッパー部3との間において前記入り口バー2aに向き合うように形成された湾曲面α若しくは傾斜面β又はこれらの組み合わせからなる前記紐Wの入り口側ガイド面部4と、
前記出口1bと前記ストッパー部3との間において前記出口バー2bに向き合うように形成された湾曲面α若しくは傾斜面β又はこれらの組み合わせからなる前記紐Wの出口側ガイド面部5とを備えてなる。

前記出口1bと前記ストッパー部3との間において前記出口バー2bに向き合うように形成された湾曲面α若しくは傾斜面β又はこれらの組み合わせからなる前記紐Wの出口側ガイド面部5とを備えてなる。
そこで、先ず、後述の第一例及び第二例に共通する構成について、主として第一例を参照しつつ説明する。
前記挿通路1の入り口1aから前記挿通路1に導入された紐Wは、前記入り口側ガイド面部4に導かれ前記入り口バー2aと前記ストッパー部3との間から紐留め具Rの外側に一旦引き出される(図7)。このように引き出された紐Wを、前記ストッパー部3と前記出口バー2bとの間より前記挿通路1に再導入でき、再導入された紐Wは前記出口側ガイド面部5に導かれ(図8)前記出口1bから引き出される(図9)。これにより、紐留め具Rに対する紐Wの挿通作業は容易化される。挿通された紐Wは屈曲されてその屈曲内側にストッパー部3が押し当てられることから、紐留め具Rは所定の留め付け力をもって紐Wに留めつく。
前記入り口側ガイド面部4は、前記入り口バー2aを湾曲内側に位置させてこの入り口バー2aとの間を前記挿通路1の一部とする構成であれば足り、前記入り口側ガイド面部4は、図10に示されるように、湾曲面αと傾斜面βとから構成してあっても、また、図11に示されるように、複数の傾斜面βから構成してあっても構わない。
また、前記出口側ガイド面部5は、前記出口バー2bを湾曲内側に位置させてこの出口バー2bとの間を前記挿通路1の一部とする構成であれば足り、前記出口側ガイド面部5は、図10に示されるように、湾曲面αと傾斜面βとから構成してあっても、また、図11に示されるように、複数の傾斜面βから構成してあっても構わない。
なお、図示の例では、前記紐Wは、図7における左側から挿通路1に導入することも可能であり、この場合、図7における出口1bが入り口1aとして機能し、図7における出口側ガイド面部5が入り口側ガイド面部4として機能することとなる。
また、この実施の形態にあっては、前記入り口1aの一部を構成する前記入り口側ガイド面部4の端末4aは、前記ストッパー部3を通って前記入り口バー2aと前記出口バー2bとを結ぶ仮想の第一直線x1(図6参照)に対し前記入り口バー2aを通って直交する仮想の第二直線x2(図6参照)上に位置され、
前記出口1bの一部を構成する前記出口側ガイド面部5の端末5aは、前記仮想の第一直線に対し前記出口バー2bを通って直交する仮想の第三直線x3(図6参照)上に位置されるようになっている。

これによりこの実施の形態にあっては、図9に示されるように、挿通路1に前記のように挿通された紐Wは、前記入り口1aと前記ストッパー部3との間では前記入り口バー2aを屈曲内側に押し当てるようにして屈曲され、前記出口1bと前記ストッパー部3との間では前記出口バー2bを屈曲内側に押し当てるようにして屈曲され、前記入り口バー2aと出口バー2bとの間ではこれらと反対の側から紐Wに対しストッパー部3を押し当てることができ、挿通された紐Wに対し強固に紐留め具Rを留め付けることが可能とされる。
また、この実施の形態にあっては、前記入り口側ガイド面部4の端末4aと前記ストッパー部3とを結ぶ仮想の第四直線x4(図6参照)と前記入り口バー2aとの距離、及び、前記出口側ガイド面部5の端末5aと前記ストッパー部3とを結ぶ仮想の第五直線x5(図6参照)と前記出口バー2bとの距離が、前記紐Wの太さよりも小さくなるようにしている。
これにより、この実施の形態にあっては、前記入り口側ガイド面部4の端末4aと前記ストッパー部3との間で入り口1a側バーを紐Wに強固に押し当てることができると共に、前記出口側ガイド面部5の端末5aと前記ストッパー部3との間で出口1b側バーを紐Wに強固に押し当てることができる。
また、この実施の形態にあっては、前記入り口バー2aは、前記入り口側ガイド面部4に向き合うアール凸面状の第一面部S1と、前記入り口1aの一部を構成する第二面部S2とを有すると共に、この第二面部S2を前記挿通路1への前記紐Wの導入を容易にするように傾斜させている。図示の例では、入り口バー2aは、その軸方向ax(図5参照)に交叉する向きの断面をこの軸方向に亘る各位置においてほぼ同一の形状としていると共に、前記第一面部S1と、前記第二面部S2とを備えている。前記第二面部S2は、前記ストッパー部3の側に近づくに連れて挿通路1を狭める向きの傾斜を有している。これにより、この実施の形態にあっては、前記入り口1aから挿通路1内に紐Wをスムースに挿通できるようになっている。
また、この実施の形態にあっては、前記出口バー2bは、前記出口側ガイド面部5に向き合うアール凸面状の第一面部S1と、前記出口1bの一部を構成する第二面部S2とを有すると共に、この第二面部S2を前記挿通路1からの前記紐Wの引き出しを容易にするように傾斜させている。図示の例では、出口バー2bは、その軸方向に交叉する向きの断面をこの軸方向に亘る各位置においてほぼ同一の形状としていると共に、前記第一面部S1と、前記第二面部S2とを備えている。前記第二面部S2は、前記ストッパー部3の側に近づくに連れて挿通路1を狭める向きの傾斜を有している。これにより、この実施の形態にあっては、前記出口1bより挿通された紐Wをスムースに引き出せるようになっている。
また、この実施の形態にあっては、前記入り口バー2a(第二例ではバー構成体2)及び前記出口バー2b(第二例ではバー構成体2)がそれぞれ、前記第二面部S2に平行をなす第三面部S3を備えたものとなっている(図12、図24)。これにより、この実施の形態にあっては、紐留め具をプラスチック成形品とする場合には、前記第二面部S2及び前記第三面部S3を、これらに平行となる向きfに可動する単一のスライドコアSC(図12、図24参照)によって同時に成形することができ、紐留め具Rを金型構造を複雑にすることなく成形し易くなる。
また、この実施の形態にあっては、前記入り口バー2aの第一面部S1及び前記出口バー2bの第一面部S1を、アール凸面状としていることから、第一に、前記挿通路1に挿通した紐Wに対しこれを傷つけないように前記第一面部S1を押しつけることができ、また、第二に、紐留め具Rをプラスチック成形品とする場合には、この第一面部S1を頂部を尖らせた凸面状に構成させた場合に比べ、金型構造を複雑にすることなく成形し易くなる。
また、この実施の形態にあっては、紐留め具Rは、ベース部を有し、前記入り口バー2a、前記出口バー2b及び前記ストッパー部3は前記ベース部から突き出すように形成されていると共に、
前記入り口バー2aの突き出し端と前記出口バー2bの突き出し端とを連接させる連接部6を備え、
前記ベース部と前記連接部6との間に前記挿通路1を形成させた形態となっている。

これにより、この実施の形態にあっては、前記挿通路1は、前記ベース部と前記入り口バー2aと前記連接部6とに囲繞された箇所、及び、前記ベース部と前記出口バー2bと前記連接部6とに囲繞された箇所を持ち、一旦挿通路1に挿通された紐Wは紐Wをその長さ方向に沿う向きに引っ張って挿通路1から引き出さない限り挿通路1内に保持され続ける。
(第一例)
図1~図12は、紐留め具Rに、前記挿通路1を一系統のみ備えた例を示している。

この第一例にあっては、紐留め具Rは、幅と、長さと、厚さとを持った構成となっている。すなわち、紐留め具Rは、表面7及び裏面8と四つの厚さ側の面9…9とを実質的に持った構成となっている(図1参照)。厚さ側の四つの面9…9のうちの二つの長さ側の面の一方は、閉塞部10となっており、他方に開放部11が形成されている。また、厚さ側の四つの面9…9のうちの二つの幅側の面の一方に前記入り口1a(前述のように出口1bとしても機能しうる。)が形成され、他方に前記出口1b(前述のように入り口1aとしても機能しうる。)が形成されている。
この第一例にあっては、紐留め具Rは、中実部12と、前記入り口バー2aと、前記出口バー2bと、前記連接部6となる長さ側連接部13と、幅側連接部14とを備えた構成となっている。
前記中実部12は、前記閉塞部10と、前記入り口側ガイド面部4と、前記出口側ガイド面部5と、前記表面7の一部となる表面部12aと、前記裏面8の一部となる裏面部12bとを備えている(図1参照)。この中実部12の前記入り口側ガイド面部4と前記出口側ガイド面部5とが接し合うコーナーが前記ストッパー部3となっている。
前記入り口バー2a及び出口バー2bは、紐留め具Rの厚さ方向に軸方向axを沿わせるように配されている。
前記長さ側連接部13は、外面を前記表面7の一部とする長さ側連接部13と、外面を前記裏面8の一部とする長さ側連接部13とからなり、両長さ側連接部13、13の間に紐Wの挿通可能な距離を開けて、前記入り口バー2aの端部と前記中実部12のストッパー部3と前記出口バー2bの端部とをつなぐように設けられている。
前記幅側連接部14は、外面を前記表面7の一部とする幅側連接部14と、外面を前記裏面8の一部とする幅側連接部14とからなり、両幅側連接部14、14の間に紐Wの挿通可能な距離を開けて、前記入り口バー2aの端部と前記中実部12の入り口側ガイド面部4の端末4a、及び、前記出口バー2bの端部と前記中実部12の出口側ガイド面部5の端末5aとをつなぐように設けられている。
すなわち、この第一例では、紐留め具Rの表面7又は裏面8が前記ベース部として機能するようになっている。

この第二例は、仮想の中心軸yを挟んだ両側にそれぞれ前記挿通路1を備え、前記中心軸yを中心とした対称位置にそれぞれ前記入り口バー2a、出口バー2b及びストッパー部3を配した構成となっている。
具体的には、この第二例は、板状をなすベース部15と、このベース部15の一面においてこのベース部15の中央から突き出す中核部16と、この中核部16の周回方向において隣り合うバー構成体2との間に90度分の間隔を開けて前記ベース部15の一面から突き出す四つのバー構成体2…2と、前記連接部6となる周回連接部17とを備えた構成となっている。
前記中核部16は、中心に中空部16aを有すると共に、この中空部16aの周回方向において隣り合う突出部16bとの間に90度分の間隔を開けて放射方向に突き出す四つの突出部16b…16bを備えている。
隣り合う突出部16b、16b間の中核部16の側面は、この中核部16を突き出し方向に直交する向きで断面にした状態において、この中核部16の中心側を湾曲外側とした湾曲側面16cとなっている。すなわち、中核部16は四つの湾曲側面16c…16cを有している。
中核部16の四つの湾曲側面16c…16cの外側には、前記バー構成体2がそれぞれ、湾曲側面16cとの間に紐Wの通過可能な距離を開けて配されている。
前記周回連接部17は、環状をなすと共に、前記ベース部15の一面との間に紐Wの挿通可能な距離を開けて配されている。周回連接部17は、前記バー構成体2の突き出し端と前記中核部16の突出部16bとにおいてこれらと一体化されている。
そして、この実施の形態にあっては、前記中核部16及びバー構成体2の突き出し方向に直交し、前記中核部16の中心を挟んだ対向位置にある二箇所の突出部16bを通る仮想の中心軸yを挟んだ両側にそれぞれ前記挿通路1が位置されるようになっている。この実施の形態にあっては、前記仮想の中心軸yを図18のように右上の突出部16bと左下の突出部16bとを通るy1と把握した場合のみならず、前記仮想の中心軸yを図19のように左上の突出部16bと右下の突出部16bとを通るy2と把握した場合にも、仮想の中心軸yを挟んだ両側にそれぞれ前記挿通路1が位置されるようになっている。
すなわち、この第二例では、前記バー構成体2が前記入り口バー2a又は出口バー2bとなり、前記湾曲側面16cが前記入り口側ガイド面部4又は出口側ガイド面部5となり、前記突出部16bが前記ストッパー部3、入り口側ガイド面部4の端末4a又は前記出口側ガイド面部5の端末5aとして機能するようになっている(図22参照)。
より具体的には、前記仮想の中心軸yを挟んだ一方側に位置される前記入り口バー2aとなるバー構成体2の対称位置に前記仮想の中心軸yを挟んだ他方側に位置される前記入り口バー2aとなるバー構成体2が位置され、
前記仮想の中心軸yを挟んだ一方側に位置される前記出口バー2bとなるバー構成体2の対称位置に前記仮想の中心軸yを挟んだ他方側に位置される前記出口バー2bとなるバー構成体2が位置され、
前記仮想の中心軸yを挟んだ一方側に位置される前記ストッパー部3となる突出部16bの対称位置に前記仮想の中心軸yを挟んだ他方側に位置される前記ストッパー部3となる突出部16bが位置される、ようになっている。
前記仮想の中心軸yを挟んだ一方側に位置される前記出口バー2bとなるバー構成体2の対称位置に前記仮想の中心軸yを挟んだ他方側に位置される前記出口バー2bとなるバー構成体2が位置され、
前記仮想の中心軸yを挟んだ一方側に位置される前記ストッパー部3となる突出部16bの対称位置に前記仮想の中心軸yを挟んだ他方側に位置される前記ストッパー部3となる突出部16bが位置される、ようになっている。
図22は、図22における上側に位置される突出部16bと下側に位置される突出部16bとを通る仮想の中心軸yの左右をそれぞれ挿通路1として、一本の紐Wを図22の上側から下側に抜けるように右側の挿通路1に挿通させると共に下側に位置される突出部16b下で折り返すようにしてさらに図22の下側から上側に抜けるように左側の挿通路1に挿通させた例を示している。すなわち、この図22の例では、前記仮想の中心軸yを挟んだ右上側のバー構成体2及び左上側のバー構成体2が入り口バー2aとして機能すると共に、前記仮想の中心軸yを挟んだ右下側のバー構成体2及び左下側のバー構成体2が出口バー2bとして機能するようになっている。
また、この図22に示される例では、前記紐留め具Rと引き手部材Hとから紐留め装置を構成させるようにしている。引き手部材Hは、前記紐Wの挿通部Haを備えており、この挿通部Haに紐Wを通すことで紐Wに付設できるようになっている。図示の例では、引き手部材Hは、筒両端を共に開放させた筒状を呈すると共に、筒側部に二箇所の貫通穴Hb、Hbを有し、この二箇所の貫通穴Hb、Hbと筒内部とによって前記挿通部Haを形成させた構成となっている。引き手部材Hの筒両端間の距離は紐留め具Rの厚さと実質的に等しくなるようになっている。引き手部材Hは、その筒軸に直交する向きの断面形状において、幅狭側面部Hcと幅広側面部Hdとを持つように構成されている。前記貫通穴Hbは幅狭側面部Hcの中央に軸部Heを残してこの軸部Heから幅広側面部Hdの右端との間、及びこの軸部Heから幅広側面部Hdの左端との間に亘って形成されている。図示の例では、隣り合うバー構成体2の間に引き手部材Hの幅広側面部Hdは入り込まないが、幅狭側面部Hcは入り込むようになっている。
このように構成される紐留め装置にあっては、引き手部材Hを把持してこれを引っ張る操作をすることで、典型的には一方の手で紐留め具Rを把持し、他方の手で引き手部材H把持して引き手部材Hを引っ張る操作をすることで、紐留め具R内から紐Wを引き出し紐Wに対する紐留め具Rの留め付け位置を調整することができる(図22から図23)。
図示の例では、隣り合うバー構成体2、2の間において、前記ベース部15の外縁部15a及び周回連接部17の外縁部17aが凹状を呈するように構成されている。一方、引き手部材Hの幅狭側面部Hcはこれらの外縁部15a、17aの凹状に整合した凸状を呈するように構成されている。これにより、図示の例では、引き手部材Hを図21における下側において隣り合うバー構成体2、2間の紐Wに付設させた状態から紐留め具Rと引き手部材Hとを密着させた場合、この引き手部材Hの少なくとも一部、図示の例では前記幅狭側面部Hcが、前記中心軸yを挟んだ一方側に位置される前記出口バー2bとして機能するバー構成体2と前記中心軸yを挟んだ他方側に位置される前記出口バー2bとして機能するバー構成体2との間に見た目良く納まるようになっている(図22)。
図示は省略するが、引き手部材Hは、例えば、図22における前記中心軸yを挟んだ右側において上下に隣り合うバー構成体2、2間の紐Wに付設させることもでき、あるいは、図22における前記中心軸yを挟んだ左側において上下に隣り合うバー構成体2、2間の紐Wに付設させることもできる。このようにした場合、紐留め具Rと引き手部材Hとを密着させた場合、この引き手部材Hの少なくとも一部、図示の例では前記幅狭側面部Hcが、前記入り口バー2aとして機能するバー構成体2と前記出口バー2bとして機能するバー構成体2との間に納まるようにすることができる。
なお、当然のことながら、本発明は以上に説明した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の目的を達成し得るすべての実施形態を含むものである。

Claims (10)
- 紐の挿通路と、
前記挿通路の入り口の一部を構成する入り口バーと、
前記挿通路の出口の一部を構成する出口バーと、
前記入り口と前記出口との間において前記紐に押し当てられて挿通された前記紐を屈曲させるストッパー部と、
前記入り口と前記ストッパー部との間において前記入り口バーに向き合うように形成された湾曲面若しくは傾斜面又はこれらの組み合わせからなる前記紐の入り口側ガイド面部と、
前記出口と前記ストッパー部との間において前記出口バーに向き合うように形成された湾曲面若しくは傾斜面又はこれらの組み合わせからなる前記紐の出口側ガイド面部とを備えてなる、紐留め具。 - 前記入り口の一部を構成する前記入り口側ガイド面部の端末は、前記入り口バーと前記出口バーとを結ぶ仮想の第一直線に対し前記入り口バーを通って直交する仮想の第二直線上に位置され、
前記出口の一部を構成する前記出口側ガイド面部の端末は、前記仮想の第一直線に対し前記出口バーを通って直交する仮想の第三直線上に位置されるようにしてなる、請求項1に記載の紐留め具。 - 前記入り口側ガイド面部の端末と前記ストッパー部とを結ぶ仮想の第四直線と前記入り口バーとの距離、及び、前記出口側ガイド面部の端末と前記ストッパー部とを結ぶ仮想の第五直線と前記出口バーとの距離を、前記紐の太さよりも小さくさせてなる、請求項2に記載の紐留め具。
- 前記入り口バーは、前記入り口側ガイド面部に向き合う第一面部と、前記入り口の一部を構成する第二面部とを有すると共に、この第二面部を前記挿通路への前記紐の導入を容易にするように傾斜させており、
前記出口バーは、前記出口側ガイド面部に向き合う第一面部と、前記出口の一部を構成する第二面部とを有すると共に、この第二面部を前記挿通路からの前記紐の引き出しを容易にするように傾斜させてなる、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の紐留め具。 - 前記入り口バー及び前記出口バーはそれぞれ、前記第二面部に平行をなす第三面部を備えてなる、請求項4に記載の紐留め具。
- 前記入り口バーの第一面部及び前記出口バーの第一面を、アール凸面状としてなる、請求項4に記載の紐留め具。
- ベース部を有し、前記入り口バー、前記出口バー及び前記ストッパー部は前記ベース部から突き出すように形成されていると共に、
前記入り口バーの突き出し端と前記出口バーの突き出し端とを連接させる連接部を備え、
前記ベース部と前記連接部との間に前記挿通路を形成させてなる、請求項1~請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の紐留め具。 - 仮想の中心軸を挟んだ両側にそれぞれ前記挿通路を備え、前記中心軸を中心とした対称位置にそれぞれ前記入り口バー、出口バー及びストッパー部を配してなる請求項1~請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の紐留め具。
- 請求項1~請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の紐留め具と、前記紐の挿通部を備えた引き手部材とからなり、この引き手部材の少なくとも一部が、前記紐留め具の入り口バーと出口バーとの間に納まるようにしてなる、紐留め具装置。
- 請求項8に記載の紐留め具と、前記紐の挿通部を備えた引き手部材とからなり、この引き手部材の少なくとも一部が、前記中心軸を挟んだ一方側に位置される前記出口バーと前記中心軸を挟んだ他方側に位置される前記出口バーとの間に納まるようにしてなる、紐留め装置。
