Abstract

携帯情報端末に特定のアクセス情報を自動で登録することで、広告宣伝機能を高めるアクセス情報自動登録システムを提供する。　所定の利用者が一定の行為を行うことにより、その利用者が保有する携帯情報端末から発信された当該行為を行った旨の行為情報をアプリケーションサーバが受信する。その後、アプリケーションサーバから携帯情報端末に、携帯情報端末に内蔵された電子プログラムを実行することを指示する命令と、電子プログラムの実行の際に必要とするアクセス先情報と、を送信する。

Description

アクセス情報自動登録システム
 　本発明は、アクセス情報自動登録システム、具体的には、携帯情報端末に特定のアクセス情報（電話番号、Ｅ－ｍａｉｌアドレス、ＵＲＬ情報等をいう。）を自動で登録するアクセス情報自動登録システムに関するものである。
　近年、インターネットなどの通信ネットワークの普及により、宣伝広告媒体をウェブサイトに掲載したり、電子メールにより通知したりする方法が提案されている。しかしながら、チラシ情報に情報コードを付して情報を提案するという方法は、そのチラシを入手できる者にとっては有効であるが、そのチラシを入手できない者にとっては情報にアクセスすることができず、有効でない。
　そこで、特許文献１に記載の電子広告提供システムが従来提案されていた。特許文献１に記載の電子広告システムは、広告主がＱＲコード（登録商標）を読み取り、そのＱＲコードに記録されたＵＲＬ等の情報から簡単に自己ＰＲする動画や、企業等の動画ＣＭにアクセスすることができるというものである。

　しかしながら、特許文献１に記載の電子広告システムによれば、顧客等が携帯情報端末等を利用してＱＲコードを読み込み、ＱＲコードに記録されたＵＲＬ情報に基づいて自己ＰＲ動画や、企業等の動画ＣＭの保存されているサーバへアクセスする必要があった。つまり、この方法では、顧客らが自ら携帯情報端末等を用いてＱＲコードの読み込み、サーバへのアクセスを行う必要があり、広告宣伝としての効果はあまり期待できないものであった。また、何度も同じアクセス先へアクセスするためにはわざわざアクセス先を登録しなければ、再度ＱＲコードの読み込み等を行わなければならなかった。
　そこで、本発明者らが鋭意研究の結果、携帯情報端末等に搭載されているＯＳ（オペレーティングシステム）の機能、携帯電子端末にインストールされているアプリケーションソフトウェアの機能に着目した。そして、当該ＯＳの機能またはアプリケーションソフトウェアの機能を用いてアクセス情報を自動的に携帯情報端末に登録することで、前述の問題点を解消できることを知見し、本発明を完成させた。
　本発明は、携帯情報端末に特定のアクセス情報を自動で登録することで、広告宣伝機能を高めるアクセス情報自動登録システムを提供することを目的とする。
　請求項１に記載の発明は、所定の利用者が一定の行為を行うことにより、該利用者が保有する携帯情報端末から発信された当該行為を行った旨の行為情報をアプリケーションサーバが受信し、その後、該アプリケーションサーバから前記携帯情報端末に、該携帯情報端末に内蔵された電子プログラムを実行することを指示する命令と、該電子プログラムの実行の際に必要とするアクセス先情報と、を送信し、前記携帯情報端末が受信した前記命令と前記アクセス先情報とに基づき、前記電子プログラムを該携帯情報端末上で実行するアクセス情報自動登録システムである。
　一定の行為とは、アプリケーションサーバから携帯情報端末に電子プログラムを実行する旨の命令と、その実行の際に必要とするアクセス先情報とを送信するための契機となる行為をいい、例えば、電話を掛ける、指定された領域内に携帯情報端末を存在させる、携帯情報端末を動かす等が挙げられる。
　携帯情報端末とは、ズボンのポケット等に入れて持ち運べるくらい小型の情報端末であり、通話機能、インターネット接続機能、スケジュールやアドレス帳などを情報管理機能を有する電子情報機器全般をいう。スマートフォン（多機能携帯電話）が主流であるが、必ずしもスマートフォンである必要がなく、電話機能を有さないＰＤＡや、タブレット端末であってもよい。ただし、携帯情報端末は稼動している状態であることが必要である。
　アプリケーションサーバは、携帯情報端末から発信された行為情報を受信し、その携帯情報端末に内蔵された電子プログラムを実行する命令と、該電子プログラムの実行の際に必要とするアクセス先情報と、を当該携帯情報端末に送信するものである。
　「携帯情報端末に内蔵された電子プログラムを実行することを指示する命令」とは、当該携帯電子端末に内蔵され、アクセス先情報を登録する機能を発揮するための電子プログラムを実行する旨を命令するものである。アクセス先情報を登録する機能は、ＯＳの有する機能またはアプリケーションソフトウェアの有する機能である。
　アクセス先情報とは、携帯情報端末に登録する情報であり、電話番号、Ｅ－ｍａｉｌアドレス、ＵＲＬ情報等、アクセスを希望するアクセス先の情報をさす。
　本発明のアクセス情報自動登録システムは、携帯電子端末を保持している所定の利用者が一定の行為を行うだけで、その携帯電子端末に自動でアクセス情報を登録することができる。これにより、利用者が簡単に自己ＰＲ動画や、企業等の動画ＣＭの保存されているサーバへアクセスすることができる。また、何度も同じアクセス先へアクセスする場合であっても、自動でアクセス先を登録するため、利用者は特別な操作なしにアクセス先へアクセスすることができる。その結果、広告宣伝機能を高めることができる。
本発明の実施例１に係るアクセス情報自動登録システムの使用方法を示す流れ図である。 本発明の実施例２に係るアクセス情報自動登録システムの使用方法を示す流れ図である。
（実施例１）
　以下、この発明の実施例１を具体的に説明する。
　実施例１に係るアクセス情報自動登録システムは、電話機能を有する携帯電子端末を用い、その携帯電子端末から指定された電話番号に電話をかけることによって、当該携帯電子端末のデスクトップ画面に、指定されたＵＲＬ（統一資源位置指定子（Ｕｎｉｆｏｒｍ　Ｒｅｓｏｕｒｃｅ　Ｌｏｃａｔｏｒ））にアクセスすることができるアイコンを作成、設置するものである。
　実施例１に係るアクセス情報自動登録システムは、ＩＰネットワークを利用したＩＰ電話の受信機能を備えたサーバを有する。そのサーバには、発信した携帯電子端末（電話機能を有する携帯電子端末に限る）に割り当てられた電話番号を取得し、ＳＭＳ（ショートメッセージサービス）を利用してその電話番号にショートメッセージを送信するプログラムを備えている。
　具体的な動作について図１を用いて説明する。
　まず、携帯電子端末を有する所有者が当該携帯電子端末を用いて指定された電話番号に電話を掛ける。指定された電話番号は、サーバに割り当てられた電話番号であり、所有者が発信することにより、ＩＰネットワークを介して当該サーバに一次入電する。入電後、サーバは発信者の電話番号を取得し、一旦電話接続を切断する。その後、ＩＰネットワークを介して当該サーバに二次入電する。二次入電した当該サーバは音声ガイダンスを発信した携帯電子端末に送信する。その後、二次入電した電話接続を切断する。
　次に、サーバからＳＭＳを利用してサーバが取得した電話番号にショートメールを送信する。携帯電子端末の所有者は、当該ショートメールを受信・開封し、記載されたコードをクリックする。そのコードには、携帯電子端末のデスクトップ画面に、指定されたＵＲＬにアクセスすることができるアイコンを作成、設置するプログラムを実行させるようにその携帯電子端末に指令をだすものである。このため、記載されたコードをクリックすることにより、携帯電子端末のデスクトップ画面に、指定されたＵＲＬにアクセスすることができるアイコンが設置される。
　なお、ショートメールにコードではなく、特定のＵＲＬを記載してもよい。ショートメールを受信・開封し、そのＵＲＬをクリックすることにより、当該携帯電子端末に搭載されているブラウザが起動し、そのＵＲＬにアクセスすることで特定のウェブページを表示することができる。
（実施例２）
　実施例２に係るアクセス情報自動登録システムは、ＧＰＳ（全地球測位システム（Ｇｌｏｂａｌ　Ｐｏｓｉｔｉｏｎｉｎｇ　Ｓｙｓｔｅｍ））機能を有する携帯電子端末を用い、その携帯電子端末が特定のエリアに存在することをサーバが認知した場合に、当該携帯電子端末のデスクトップ画面に、指定されたＵＲＬにアクセスすることができるアイコンを作成、設置するものである。
　実施例１に係るアクセス情報自動登録システムは、ＧＰＳ解析機能を備えたサーバを有する。そのサーバには、特定の領域に携帯電子端末が存在することを、携帯電子端末から発せられたＧＰＳ信号を用いて検知し、その携帯電子端末に直接コードを送信するプログラムを備えている。
　具体的な動作について図２を用いて説明する。
　まず、携帯電子端末を有する所有者が当該携帯電子端末を用いてＧＰＳ機能を作動させ、位置情報を発信させる。その後、位置情報をサーバが受信した場合に、サーバは当該携帯電子端末にコードを送信する。そのコードには、携帯電子端末のデスクトップ画面に、指定されたＵＲＬにアクセスすることができるアイコンを作成、設置するプログラムを実行させるようにその携帯電子端末に指令をだすものである。このため、送信されたコードにより、携帯電子端末のデスクトップ画面に、指定されたＵＲＬにアクセスすることができるアイコンが設置される。
　本発明は、携帯情報端末を用いた広告宣伝機能を高めるための技術に有用である。

  1. 　所定の利用者が一定の行為を行うことにより、該利用者が保有する携帯情報端末から発信された当該行為を行った旨の行為情報をアプリケーションサーバが受信し、
    　その後、該アプリケーションサーバから前記携帯情報端末に、該携帯情報端末に内蔵された電子プログラムを実行することを指示する命令と、該電子プログラムの実行の際に必要とするアクセス先情報と、を送信し、
    　前記携帯情報端末が受信した前記命令と前記アクセス先情報とに基づき、前記電子プログラムを該携帯情報端末上で実行するアクセス情報自動登録システム。
