Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement et un système pour l'identification adaptative d'appels indésirables. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : lors de la détection du déclenchement d'une touche de réponse, mettre en route automatiquement un enregistreur intégré d'un terminal et enregistrer le signal audio pendant l'appel; déterminer si un numéro de l'appelant actuel lu sur un écran du terminal est potentiellement un numéro d'appelant indésirable; si c'est le cas, analyser un texte correspondant au signal audio enregistré par l'enregistreur et extraire du texte des mots-clés multiples; faire correspondre séquentiellement les mots-clés à des mots d'historique préalablement recueillis, présents dans une base de données; puis terminer la mise en correspondance et déterminer que le numéro d'appelant actuel est un numéro d'appelant indésirable lorsqu'un taux de réussite de la correspondance des mots-clés dépasse un certain seuil. La présente invention identifie et configure le fait qu'un numéro inconnu est un numéro d'appelant indésirable en enregistrant un appel et en extrayant des mots-clés de l'enregistrement à mettre en correspondance.
