Description

直撑式车顶帐篷 技术领域
本发明涉及帐篷的技术领域,尤其涉及一种直撑式车顶帐篷。
背景技术
随着私家车拥有量的不断壮大,自驾游已经成为新兴的旅游方式。为了满足人们自驾出行的便利性,附属在车上的用于自驾出行的产品开发方兴未艾,车用帐篷就是在这一环境下发展出来的。
车用帐篷是可以搭设在车顶之上的帐篷,由于在使用时,不象其他帐篷那样贴近地面,因此不易受地气、湿气的侵入,使用上更为舒适。典型的车用帐篷如2010年7月21日授权公告的CN201531147U号中国实用新型专利、2012年4月11日授权公告的CN202187605U号中国实用新型专利、2013年9月25日授权公告的CN203213695U号中国实用新型专利等等。
现有车用帐篷的帐篷架一般是由底座以及设置在底座上的帐篷架杆组成,该帐篷架杆可以展开或者收折,目前帐篷架杆的展开以及收折有多种结构形式,有的是完全人工的手动操作,有的可以采用手摇式的半自动操作,有的可以实现全自动操作。但是整个帐篷的支架结构均较为复杂,成本较高,致使市场价格居高不下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,展收平稳且支撑稳固的直撑式车顶帐篷。
为实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种直撑式车顶帐篷,其包括底座、可展开或收折的帐篷架以及恰可罩置于底座上的篷顶盖,该帐篷架连接底座与篷顶盖;其中:所述帐篷架包括两组分别设置于底座相对边框处的支杆组,各支杆组包括两分别枢接于边框两端或近两端处的折杆以及连接两折杆的一螺杆,两折杆是由两节杆配合枢接件构成;两折杆的枢接件上设有螺母以分别与螺杆的两端套配,同时螺杆上设有驱动装置以驱动螺杆正向与反向转动。
所述驱动装置采用有线控制或无线控制工作。
所述驱动装置包括电机、定位装置以及电源。
所述电机呈横向设置而直接驱动螺杆,定位装置包括至少一具柔性的弹性固定绳,此弹性固定绳的一端是配合电机上,另一端是连接在篷顶盖上。
所述篷顶盖上设置有供弹性固定绳配合的横杆。
所述电机呈纵向设置,而定位装置包括连接电机与螺杆的蜗轮蜗杆组件以及一套置于螺杆上的螺杆保护盒,电机直接配合在螺杆保护盒上,螺杆保护盒上开设有开槽,枢接件上的螺母通过一套置于保护盒上的配合套与螺杆配合。
所述电机通过电机保护套配合在螺杆保护盒上。
所述电机采用直流电机。所述各螺杆的两端在伸置于枢接件的螺母后,在端口处配合有一防止螺杆与枢接件脱离的端帽。
采用上述方案后,本发明通过在底座相对边框上设置由螺杆连接的两折杆,通过驱动装置驱动螺杆旋转,而带动折杆的枢接件沿螺杆向外或向内运动,实现折杆的两杆件展开或收合,以令帐篷的篷顶盖升起与收合,使整个帐篷的展收结构简单、易行,而且展收动作更加平稳,帐篷的支撑更加稳固。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
如图1至图8所示,本发明揭示了一种直撑式车顶帐篷,其包括底座A、可展开或收折的帐篷架B以及恰可罩置于底座A上的篷顶盖C;所述帐篷架B连接底座A与篷顶盖C,该帐篷架B包括两组分别设置于底座A相对边框A1上的支杆组1,各支杆组1包括两分别枢接于边框A1两端或近两端处的折杆11以及连接两折杆11的一螺杆12,两折杆11是由两节杆配合枢接件13构成,其中上节杆111的另一端是枢接于篷顶盖C上,下节杆112的另一端是枢接在边框A1上;两折杆11的枢接件13上设有螺母131以分别与螺杆12的两端套配,同时螺杆12上设有驱动装置以驱动螺杆12正向与反向转动。该驱动装置包括电机14、定位装置15以及电源,并且电机14可采用直流电机。
所述驱动装置可采用有线控制或无线控制工作。
在各螺杆12的两端在伸置于枢接件13的螺母131后,在端口处配合有一端帽121,以防止螺杆12与枢接件13脱离。
配合图1至图4所示的本发明实施例1,其中的电机14是呈横向设置,其输出轴直接带动螺杆12转动,而定位装置15包括至少一具柔性的弹性固定绳151,此弹性固定绳151的一端是配合电机14上,另一端是连接在篷顶盖C上,此处是在篷顶盖C上设置有供弹性固定绳15配合的横杆C1,此弹性固定绳151对电机14具有限定功能,以保证其有效的输出正反转动力以带动螺杆12转动。
帐篷展开时,启动驱动装置的电机14输出正转动力,带动螺杆12正转,则枢接件13会沿螺杆12向外侧运动,进而带动折杆11进行展开动作,篷顶盖C在折杆11的顶推下向上平稳撑起,待枢接件13运动至螺杆12的端部时,折杆11形成竖杆,帐篷处于完全展开状态,驱动装置停止工作,同时对枢接件13具有一锁扣状态,以保证帐篷展开的平稳性与牢固性。
当然,通过控制驱动装置令枢接件13运动的长度亦可选择篷顶盖C撑起的使用高度。
反之,当帐篷收合,启动驱动装置的电机14输出反转动力,带动螺杆12反转,则枢接件13会沿螺杆12向内侧运动,进而带动折杆11进行收折动作,篷顶盖C在折杆11的拉动下向下平稳降落,待折杆11的两杆件完全收合时,帐篷处于完全收合状态,篷顶盖C完全罩置于底座A上。
此处设置定位装置15不仅具有保证电机14正常工作的功能,还进一步保证螺杆12运行的平稳性。
配合图5至图8所示的本发明实施例2,其中的电机14是呈纵向设置,而定位装置15'是包括连接电机14与螺杆12的蜗轮蜗杆组件152以及一套置于螺杆12上的螺杆保护盒153,电机14可直接配合在螺杆保护盒153上,亦可通过电机保护套141配合在螺杆保护盒153上。蜗轮蜗杆组件152是将电机14纵向的输出转换成横向的动力,而螺杆保护盒153是对电机14具有定位功能,保证其有效的输出正反转动力带动螺杆12转动,同时还可以保护螺杆12。此螺杆保护盒153上开设有开槽1531,枢接件13上的螺母131通过一套置于保护盒153上的配合套132与螺杆12配合,开槽1531是保证位于螺杆保护盒153外部的配合套132与位于螺杆保护盒153内部的螺母131实现同步的连接动作。
综上所述,本发明通过在底座A相对边框A1上设置由螺杆12连接的两折杆11,通过驱动装置驱动螺杆12旋转,而带动折杆11的枢接件13沿螺杆12向外或向内运动,实现折杆11的两杆件展开或收合,以令帐篷的篷顶盖C升起与收合,使整个帐篷的展收结构简单、易行,而且展收动作更加平稳,帐篷的支撑更加稳固。

1、一种直撑式车顶帐篷,其包括底座、可展开或收折的帐篷架以及恰可罩置于底座上的篷顶盖,该帐篷架连接底座与篷顶盖;其特征在于:所述帐篷架包括两组分别设置于底座相对边框处的支杆组,各支杆组包括两分别枢接于边框两端或近两端处的折杆以及连接两折杆的一螺杆,两折杆是由两节杆配合枢接件构成;两折杆的枢接件上设有螺母以分别与螺杆的两端套配,同时螺杆上设有驱动装置以驱动螺杆正向与反向转动。
2、如权利要求1所述的直撑式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述驱动装置采用有线控制或无线控制工作。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的直撑式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述驱动装置包括电机、定位装置以及电源。
4、如权利要求3所述的直撑式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述电机呈横向设置而直接驱动螺杆,定位装置包括至少一具柔性的弹性固定绳,此弹性固定绳的一端是配合电机上,另一端是连接在篷顶盖上。
5、如权利要求4所述的直撑式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述篷顶盖上设置有供弹性固定绳配合的横杆。
6、如权利要求3所述的直撑式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述电机呈纵向设置,而定位装置包括连接电机与螺杆的蜗轮蜗杆组件以及一套置于螺杆上的螺杆保护盒,电机直接配合在螺杆保护盒上,螺杆保护盒上开设有开槽,枢接件上的螺母通过一套置于保护盒上的配合套与螺杆配合。
7、如权利要求6所述的直撑式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述电机通过电机保护套配合在螺杆保护盒上。
8、如权利要求3所述的直撑式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述电机采用直流电机。
9、如权利要求1所述的直撑式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述各螺杆的两端在伸置于枢接件的螺母后,在端口处配合有一防止螺杆与枢接件脱离的端帽。
