本发明的实施例涉及一种贴标装置。
背景技术
贴标装置是用来给各种产品贴附标签的装置,可以包括贴标按压治具、半自动贴标装置和全自动贴标装置等等。
在显示设备行业,由于各种标签的长度、大小和种类繁多,通常使用贴标按压治具来对产品贴附标签。操作人员可以先用贴标按压治具抓取标签,之后再通过贴标按压治具将标签贴附在产品上。
然而,使用已知的贴标按压治具以上述方式对产品贴附标签的技术存在贴标精度较低的缺陷。
发明内容
为了解决相关技术中通过贴标按压治具来对产品贴附标签的贴标精度较低的问题,本发明实施例采用了以下技术方案。
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供一种贴标装置,所述贴标装置包括:
尺度控制组件和剥料组件;
所述尺度控制组件配置以获取料带并导出预定长度的料带;
所述剥料组件配置以抓取所述尺度控制组件导出的料带上的目的标签,并将所述目的标签贴附在位于预设位置的待贴标产品上以获得贴标产品。
在一个示例中,所述料带上设置有等间距的多个标签,并且所述尺度控制组件导出的料带的长度L满足:H+K≤L≤H+2K,其中,K为所述料带上多个标签间的间距,H为所述标签的长度。
在一个示例中,所述贴标装置还包括:供料组件和收料组件,
所述供料组件配置以初始放置料带;
所述收料组件配置以将所述料带从所述供料组件中拉出并收纳;
其中,所述尺度控制组件、剥料组件设置、供料组件和收料组件设置为使得:在所述收料组件的带动下从所述供料组件的料带在经过所述尺度控制 组件和所述剥料组件之后才被所述收料组件收纳。
在一个示例中,所述供料装置是转盘,并且所述收料装置是电机驱动的转盘。

所述产品放置组件包括底座和与其连接的至少两个产品放置平台,每个所述产品放置平台配置以放置所述待贴标产品并且在所述底座的带动下依次移动到所述预设位置。
在一个示例中,所述至少两个产品放置平台以所述底座的中心为圆心呈圆周阵列排布,并且所述底座可旋转并带动所述至少两个产品放置平台以所述底座的中心为圆心做圆周运动。
在一个示例中,所述贴标装置还包括贴标检查组件,
所述贴标检查组件配置以获取位于检查位置的所述贴标产品的图像,并根据所述图像确定所述贴标产品的标签是否满足预设贴附精度;
其中,每个所述产品放置平台配置以在所述底座的带动下移动到所述预设位置后、还可在所述底座的带动下继续移动到所述检查位置。
在一个示例中,所述贴标检查组件包括摄像头,所述摄像头配置以获取位于所述检查位置的所述贴标产品的图像。
在一个示例中,所述贴标检查组件还包括带光源的放大镜,所述带光源的放大镜设置在所述摄像头和所述检查位置之间。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:
通过尺度控制组件来控制每次给待贴标产品贴标签时导出的料带的长度,以提高剥料组件抓取标签并将标签贴附在待贴标产品上的精度。解决了已知技术中通过贴标按压治具来对产品贴附标签时产生的贴标精度较低的问题;实现了提高贴标精度的效果。

图1是本发明实施例示出的一种贴标装置的结构示意图。如图1所示,该贴标装置可以包括尺度控制组件11和剥料组件12。尺度控制组件11配置以获取料带,并对获取的料带的长度进行控制后导出;即,导出预定长度的料带。剥料组件12配置以抓取尺度控制组件11导出的料带上的目的标签,并将目的标签贴附在位于预设位置的待贴标产品D上,以得到贴标产品。
如上所述,本发明实施例提供的贴标装置中,通过尺度控制组件来控制每次给待贴标产品贴标签时导出的料带的长度,以提高剥料组件抓取标签并将标签贴附在待贴标产品上的精度。由此解决了已知技术中使用贴标按压治具来对产品贴附标签而产生的贴标精度较低的问题,实现了提高贴标精度的 效果。
图2A示出了本发明实施例提供的另一种贴标装置的结构示意图,该贴标装置在图1所示的贴标装置的基础上增加了额外的部件,从而使得本发明实施例提供的贴标装置具有更好的性能。
如图2A所示,贴标装置还可包括供料组件13和收料组件14。供料组件13配置以原始放置料带。例如,供料组件13可以实施为一个转盘,料带可以缠绕在该转盘上并且可以随着转盘的旋转逐渐导出。收料组件14配置以将料带从供料组件13中拉出并收纳料带。例如,收料组件14可以实施为一个带驱动的转盘。示例性的,收料组件14可以由步进电机进行驱动。
根据本实施例的技术方案,在收料组件14的带动下,料带从供料组件13导出、经过尺度控制组件11和剥料组件12、最后被收料组件14收纳。例如,通过转盘形式的收料组件14的受驱动的转动,原本缠绕于同样转盘形式的供料组件13的料带会在拉力下逐渐离开供料组件13并最终缠绕在收料组件14上以实现上述“收纳”。在此不对供料组件13、尺度控制组件11、剥料组件12和收料组件14之间的位置关系作任何限定,只要能够使得在所述收料组件14的带动下从所述供料组件13导出的料带在经过所述尺度控制组件11和所述剥料组件12之后才被所述收料组件14收纳即可。
图2B为图2A所示贴标装置中尺度控制组件11的结构示意图,包括固定件111、移动件112和标签感应器113,其中,移动件112与固定件111活动连接。移动件112配置以夹持例如受收料组件14的驱动而从供料组件13导出的料带10,并在料带10的带动下在固定件111上运动。虽然图2B中所示的是移动件112在料带10的带动下以z为轴沿曲线运动的情况,但移动件112也可以在料带10的带动下做直线运动,本发明实施例对此不作限制。
在一个示例中,贴标装置还包括标签感应器113和与尺度控制组件11电连接的尺度控制模块。标签感应器113配置以感应料带10上标签101之间的间隔区域j;料带10上设置有等间距的多个标签101,相邻标签101之间的区域即为所述间隔区域。示例性的,标签感应器113可以通过料带10上的高度差来感应间隔区域j。尺度控制模块配置以在标签感应器113感应到料带10上的目的标签之前的间隔区域时、控制移动件112夹持料带10, 此后移动件112被料带10带动从初始位置移动预设距离后停止,并限制料带10的移动;尺度控制模块还配置以在剥料组件12将目的标签贴附至待贴标产品之后、控制移动件112回到初始位置,其中,目的标签为料带10上的任一标签;预设距离等于尺度控制组件11计划导出的料带的长度L,并且L满足:H+K≤L≤H+2K,其中,K为料带10上标签101间的间距,H为标签的长度。目的标签之前的间隔区域为目的标签两边的间隔区域中沿移动方向r比较靠前的那个间隔区域。
在使用本发明实施例提供的贴标装置给待贴标产品贴附标签时,每一次贴标都需要完成一系列相同的贴标动作,而所述尺度控制组件11的设置可以确保在使用相同的料带的情况下、每次贴标时导出的料带长度都一致。此外,操作人员还可以通过尺度控制组件11来调节导出的料带的长度L,使本发明实施例提供的贴标装置可以精确地将不同的料带(不同的料带上的标签大小可能不同,标签间的间距也可能不同)上的标签贴附在待贴标产品上。
仍如图2A所示,剥料组件12包括贴附气缸121和移动气缸122。贴附气缸121上设置有剥料贴附杆121a,剥料贴附杆121a能够沿剥料贴附杆121a的长度方向a运动,剥料贴附杆121a配置以将目的标签从料带上剥离并贴附在待贴标产品D上。移动气缸122上设置有剥料平台122a,剥料平台122a能够在移动气缸122的带动下在剥料位置与待机位置间移动。图2A示出了剥料平台122a位于剥料位置b的示意图;图2C示出了剥料平台122a位于待机位置c的示意图。图2C其它标号的含义与图2A中一致。
在一个示例中,贴标装置还包括与剥料组件12电连接的剥料控制模块。剥料控制模块配置以在剥料平台122a在剥料位置且目的标签随料带移动到剥料平台122a上时、控制剥料贴附杆121a抓取目的标签;剥料控制模块还配置以在剥料贴附杆121a抓取目的标签后、控制剥料平台122a移动到待机位置,并控制剥料贴附杆121a伸出,以将目的标签贴附在待贴标产品上。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中涉及的尺度控制模块和剥料控制模块可以为一个或多个处理器构成,用于控制本发明实施例提供的贴标装置的运行。
在一个示例中,如图2A所示,贴标装置还包括压紧组件15,压紧组件15包括压紧气缸151和压紧平台152,压紧组件15配置以获取尺度控制组 件11导出的料带,并将料带导向剥料组件12。虽然图2A中示出的压紧平台152是由移动气缸122的上部构成的,但压紧平台152也可以单独设置,本发明实施例对此不作限制。压紧气缸151上设置有压紧杆151a,压紧杆151a能够在压紧气缸151的带动下将移动到压紧平台152上的料带压紧,以限制料带移动。
在一个示例中,如图2A所示,压紧平台152上还设置有平整片152a,平整片152a配置以压覆在料带上,使压紧平台152上的料带贴在压紧平台152上移动。平整片152a可以由弹性材料制成,以便于当将料带压在压紧平台152上时、料带能够移动。
在一个示例中,如图2A所示,贴标装置还包括:产品放置组件16。
产品放置组件16包括连接的底座161和至少两个产品放置平台162,每个产品放置平台162能够在底座161的带动下依次移动到预设位置y;产品放置平台162配置以放置待贴标产品D。通过设置至少两个产品放置平台162,贴标装置在完成对一个待贴标产品的贴标后,能够立刻对下一个待贴标产品进行贴标,提高了贴标装置的工作效率。
在一个示例中,至少两个产品放置平台162以底座161的中心为圆心呈圆周阵列排布,底座161能够旋转并带动至少两个产品放置平台162以底座161的中心做圆周运动。图2D为图2A示出的产品放置组件16的俯视图,如图2D所示,两个产品放置平台162以底座161的中心g为圆心做圆周运动。当然,产品放置平台162的个数不限于图2A和2D示出的两个,本发明实施例对此不作限制。
在一个示例中,如图2A所示,贴标装置还包括贴标检查组件17。贴标检查组件17能够获取位于检查位置p的贴标产品的图像,并根据图像确定贴标产品(完成贴标后的待贴标产品)上的标签是否满足预设贴附精度。例如,检查位置p可以是产品放置平台162放置贴标产品的位置。例如,每个产品放置平台162可在底座161的带动下移动到预设位置后,还能够在底座161的带动下继续移动到上述检查位置p。例如,贴标检查组件17可包括摄像头171以获取位于检查位置p的贴标产品的图像。
在一个示例中,贴标检查组件17还包括带光源的放大镜172,带光源的放大镜172可设置在摄像头171和检查位置p之间。带光源的放大镜172 能够辅助摄像头171获取贴标产品的图像,提高图像的清晰度和亮度。
图2E为本发明实施例提供的贴标装置在运行时的结构示意图。如图2E所示,料带10从供料组件13中导出后进入尺度控制组件11,再从尺度控制组件11中导出并经过压紧平台152和剥料平台122a,最后进入收料组件14。
需要补充说明的是,本发明实施例提供的贴标装置中,通过设置能够在移动气缸的带动下在剥料位置与待机位置间移动的剥料平台,使剥料贴附杆能够通过仅以其长度方向运动就完成抓取标签以及贴附标签的动作,提高了标签的贴附精度。本发明实施例提供的贴标装置自动化程度较高,无需人工操作即可自动完成贴标,且能够通过尺度控制组件控制标签位置,使贴标装置能够将各种不同大小的标签准确地贴附在待贴标产品上,提高了贴标装置的适用性。
需要补充说明的是,本发明实施例提供的贴标装置中,通过设置摄像头来获取位于检查位置的贴标产品的图像,实现了能够检查贴标产品的标签贴附情况的效果。
需要补充说明的是,本发明实施例提供的贴标装置中,通过设置至少两个产品放置平台,能够持续地给待贴标产品贴附标签,实现了提高贴标装置的工作效率的效果。
需要补充说明的是,本发明实施例提供的贴标装置中,通过设置压紧组件,能够在贴附平台移动时压紧料带,使得压紧组件的移动不会影响料带的位置,提高了标签位置的精度。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的贴标装置,通过尺度控制组件来控制每次给待贴标产品贴标签时导出的料带的长度,以提高剥料组件抓取标签并将标签贴附在待贴标产品上的精度,解决了已知技术中通过贴标按压治具来对产品贴附标签时产生的贴标精度较低的问题,实现了提高贴标精度的效果。

  1. 一种贴标装置,包括尺度控制组件和剥料组件;其中,
    所述尺度控制组件配置以获取料带并导出预定长度的料带;
    所述剥料组件配置以抓取所述尺度控制组件导出的料带上的目的标签,并将所述目的标签贴附在位于预设位置的待贴标产品上以获得贴标产品。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的贴标装置,其中,所述料带上设置有等间距的多个标签,所述尺度控制组件导出的料带的长度L满足H+K≤L≤H+2K,其中,K为所述多个标签间的间距,H为所述标签的长度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的贴标装置,还包括:供料组件和收料组件,其中,
    所述供料组件配置以初始放置料带;
    所述收料组件配置以将所述料带从所述供料组件中拉出并收纳;
    其中,所述尺度控制组件、剥料组件设置、供料组件和收料组件设置为使得:在所述收料组件的带动下从所述供料组件导出的料带在经过所述尺度控制组件和所述剥料组件之后才被所述收料组件收纳。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的贴标装置,其中,所述供料装置是转盘,并且所述收料装置是电机驱动的转盘。

    所述贴附气缸上设置有剥料贴附杆,所述剥料贴附杆配置以沿所述剥料贴附杆的长度方向运动并且配置以将所述目的标签从所述料带上剥离并贴附在所述待贴标产品上;
    所述移动气缸上设置有剥料平台,所述剥料平台配置以在所述移动气缸的带动下在剥料位置与待机位置间移动;并且
    所述剥料控制模块配置以在所述剥料平台在所述剥料位置且所述目的标签随所述料带移动到所述剥料平台上时、控制所述剥料贴附杆抓取所述目的标签;所述剥料控制模块配置以在所述剥料贴附杆抓取所述目的标签后、控制所述剥料平台移动到所述待机位置并控制所述剥料贴附杆伸出以将所述目的标签贴附在所述待贴标产品上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的贴标装置,还包括压紧组件,所述压紧组件包括压紧气缸和压紧平台,所述压紧组件配置以获取所述尺度控制组件导出的所述料带,并将所述料带导向所述剥料组件,其中,
    所述压紧气缸上设置有压紧杆,所述压紧杆配置以在所述压紧气缸的带动下将移动到所述压紧平台上的料带压紧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的贴标装置,其中,
    所述压紧平台上还设置有平整片,所述平整片配置以压覆在所述料带上,以使所述压紧平台上的所述料带贴在所述压紧平台上移动。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的贴标装置,还包括产品放置组件,其中,
    所述产品放置组件包括底座和与其连接的至少两个产品放置平台,每个所述产品放置平台配置以放置所述待贴标产品并且在所述底座的带动下依次移动到所述预设位置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的贴标装置,其中,

  11. 根据权利要求9所述的贴标装置,还包括贴标检查组件,
    所述贴标检查组件配置以获取位于检查位置的所述贴标产品的图像,并根据所述图像确定所述贴标产品的标签是否满足预设贴附精度;
    其中,每个所述产品放置平台配置以在所述底座的带动下移动到所述预设位置后、还可在所述底座的带动下继续移动到所述检查位置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的贴标装置,其中,所述贴标检查组件包括摄像头,所述摄像头配置以获取位于所述检查位置的所述贴标产品的图像。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的贴标装置,其中,所述贴标检查组件还包括带光源的放大镜,所述带光源的放大镜设置在所述摄像头和所述检查位置之间。
