背景技术
注射给药是现代医学治疗时经常性采用的一种方法,一般在药物不宜口服,或根据病情需要较快速度实现药物效果的情况下使用,其中包括皮下注射、肌肉注射等多种注射方法。皮下注射、肌肉注射需要在特定的部位注射,进针深度分别有不同要求。

发明内容

本发明另一种改进方案是,所述内套筒外壁所设的轴向行程限位结构为沿 轴向设置的弹性凸条,外壳内壁对应的轴向行程限位结构为周壁上间隔布设沿轴向延长的呈台阶状凹槽。
本发明更进一步改进方案是,所述内套筒外周套设一壳体盖,其内径大于内套筒主体外径小于内套筒中部的轴向行程限位结构围成的环状部外径,壳体盖与外壳组固,将内套筒定位于外壳内。壳体盖使内套筒、外壳结合成稳定的整体,适于操作。
本发明更进一步改进方案是,所述外壳内壁设若干轴向导向槽或导向轨道,所述内套筒中部设有径向变形的至少一个弹性结构,弹性结构为三面或两面与内套筒主体割离的弹片,弹片上设有凸块或凹槽,凸块与导向槽、或导向轨道与凹槽卡合引导内套筒作轴向运动,内套筒周向旋转,凸块在弹片作用下,避让形成导向槽的凸面。凸块配合导向槽引导内套筒相对于外壳作轴向运动,同时弹性结构因具有一定的径向变形,内套筒作周向旋转时,也可避让形成导向槽的凸面,结构合理。
本发明更进一步改进方案是,所述内套筒远端套装一外套筒,外套筒内壁设有与注射器具外壁接合的内表面。由于内套筒内可容纳接合的注射器具外径规格不一,因此同一直径的内套筒只能配合一种注射器具,内套筒结构复杂活,制造成本高,为了提高其通用性,可不改变内套筒内径,在内套筒远端套装的一与不同注射器具适配的外套筒。
本发明更进一步改进方案是,所述内套筒或外套筒内套装一弹性筒,弹性筒下段直径逐渐缩小,该段周壁上开设至少一个轴向缺口,弹性筒沿径向变形,弹性筒内壁设有与注射器内壁接合的内表面。内套筒或外套筒内径依然在一定程度上受限,在内套筒或外套筒内加装一弹性筒,使同一规格的该装置,配适 注射器具更宽范围内的外径规格。
本发明更进一步改进方案是,所述外壳近端的通孔外周设有环状凸台,凸台端面内陷。注射时凸头端面先接触陷入目标部位,使得扎针及推送药液更稳定。
本发明更进一步改进方案是,所述凸台采用弹性体材料制成。接触目标部位使人感觉舒服。
本发明更进一步改进方案是,所述内套筒外壁上设有突起或凹陷的刻度线。旋转外壳使内套筒上的指向标志件与外壳上注射器针头长度标识件对应后,按压内套筒,观察内套筒进深刻度线是否一致,便于检测该装置生产是否合格,同时观察计算运动行程距离。
一种控制穿刺深度和隐针的装置使用方法,包括
步骤(1),选用权利1-9所述的任一项控制穿刺深度和隐针的装置、注射器具,根据与注射器具配合的针头长度,旋转该装置外壳使指向标志件与注射器针头长度标识件对应;
步骤(2),将做好准备工作的注射器具安放接合到内套筒中,使该装置保持于注射器具前部,注射器具前端针头隐入外壳内;
步骤(3),握持注射器具向选定目标部位垂直撞击,该装置外壳近端首先接触并停驻于目标部位表面,注射器具继续推动内套筒由初始轴向位置向近端轴向运动,针头受限突出外壳近端的通孔,扎入并保持在目标部位;
步骤(4),进一步操作注射器具完成药液推送;
步骤(5),垂直将注射器具连同针头拔出,内套筒回复至初始轴向位置,外壳自动将注射器具前端的针头隐藏。
本发明的效果:
本发明简化了药液注射操作的技术难度,提高作业效率,可配合市售多种注射器具以及与注射器具配合的各种长度针头,单手操作快速垂直进针出针,最大限度保证最佳注射深度皮下注射,保证药液注射的效果;同时隐藏裸露的针头,减小意外针刺、断针的危险,减轻操作者的焦虑、恐惧心理,满足了不同人群自给药优化注射的需求。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1至图5所示,本发明包括外壳1及可容纳接合注射器具的内套筒3,内套筒3定位于外壳1内并可沿轴向运动和周向旋转;在外壳1内壁和内套筒3外壁分别设有若干个对应配合的轴向行程限位结构,所述内套筒3外壁所设的轴向行程限位结构为沿周向呈台阶状分布的凸缘32,外壳1内壁对应的轴向行程限位结构为沿轴向延长的凸条12;外壳和内套筒均具有远端的开口和近端的通孔,外壳1与内套筒3之间设有弹簧2,其两端分别抵设于外壳近端内壁与内 套筒近端外壁,推动外壳1和内套筒2近端分离,使内套筒3相对于外壳1保持在初始轴向位置;外壳1及内套筒3外周面分别设置对应注射器具针头的长度标识件11和指向标志件31。
所述内套筒3使用自润滑性能佳的材质制造,如POM、PA、PEEK、PTFE树脂等。外壳1与内套筒3之间所设的弹簧2表面至少部分地涂敷以阻尼材料。
所述内套筒3外周套设一壳体盖4,其内径大于内套筒主体外径小于内套筒中部的轴向行程限位结构围成的环状部外径,壳体盖4与外壳1组固,将内套筒3定位于外壳1内。
所述外壳1内壁设若干轴向导向槽13,所述内套筒3中部设有径向变形的至少一个弹性结构,弹性结构为三面与内套筒主体割离的弹片33,弹片33上设有凸块34,凸块34与导向槽13啮合引导内套筒3作轴向运动,内套筒3周向旋转,凸块34在弹片33作用下,避让形成导向槽的凸面14。
所述内套筒3远端套装一外套筒5,外套筒5内壁设有与注射器具外壁接合的内表面。所述外套筒5内套装一弹性筒6,弹性筒6下段直径逐渐缩小,该段周壁上开设至少一个轴向缺口61,弹性筒6沿径向变形,弹性筒6内壁设有与注射器内壁接合的内表面。
所述外壳1近端的通孔外周设有环状凸台15,凸台端面16内陷。所述凸台15采用弹性体材料制成,该弹性体材料,可以是硅胶,也可以是热塑性弹性体等。
所述内套筒3外壁上设有突起的刻度线35。
一种控制穿刺深度和隐针的装置使用方法,包括
步骤(1),选用权利1-9所述的任一项控制穿刺深度和隐针的装置、注射器 具,根据与注射器具配合的针头长度,旋转该装置外壳使内套筒上的指向标志件与外壳上注射器针头长度标识件对应;
步骤(2),将做好准备工作的注射器具安放接合到内套筒中,使该装置保持于注射器具前部,注射器具前端针头隐入外壳内;
步骤(3),握持注射器具向选定目标部位垂直撞击,该装置外壳近端首先接触并停驻于目标部位表面,注射器具继续推动内套筒由初始轴向位置向近端轴向运动,针头受限突出外壳近端的通孔,扎入并保持在目标部位;
步骤(4),进一步操作注射器具完成药液推送;
步骤(5),垂直将注射器具连同针头拔出,内套筒回复至初始轴向位置,外壳自动将注射器具前端的针头隐藏。
实施例2
如图6-7所示,所述内套筒3外壁所设的轴向行程限位结构为沿轴向设置的弹性凸条32′,外壳内壁对应的轴向行程限位结构为周壁上间隔布设沿轴向延长的呈台阶状凹槽12′。其余如实施例1。
应当认识到本文所介绍和显示的结构可由等效结构代替,本发明的实施例不是仅有的用来实施本发明的结构。尽管已经显示和介绍了本明的优选实施例,对于所属领域的技术人员,很明显这些实施例是以示例的方式提出,在不脱离本发明的情况下,所述领域的技术人员可以进行多种变化、改变和替换。如使用中将指向标志件31和长度标识件11进行不同指向对应组合,有目的地控制注射针头突出外壳近端通孔突出部分的长度,来满足不同厚度皮肤人群的注射需求。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种控制穿刺深度和隐针的装置,其特征在于:包括外壳(1)及可容纳接合注射器具的内套筒(3),内套筒(3)定位于外壳(1)内并可沿轴向运动和周向旋转;在外壳(1)内壁和内套筒(3)外壁分别设有若干个对应配合的轴向行程限位结构;外壳和内套筒均具有远端的开口和近端的通孔,外壳(1)与内套筒(3)之间设有弹簧(2),其两端分别抵设于外壳近端内壁与内套筒近端外壁,推动外壳(1)和内套筒(2)近端分离,使内套筒(3)相对于外壳(1)保持在初始轴向位置;外壳(1)及内套筒(3)外周面分别设置对应注射器具针头的长度标识件(11)和指向标志件(31)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种控制穿刺深度和隐针的装置,其特征在于:所述内套筒(3)外壁所设的轴向行程限位结构为沿周向呈台阶状分布的凸缘(32),外壳(1)内壁对应的轴向行程限位结构为沿轴向延长的凸条(12);或者所述内套筒(3)外壁所设的轴向行程限位结构为沿轴向设置的弹性凸条(32′),外壳内壁对应的轴向行程限位结构为周壁上间隔布设沿轴向延长的呈台阶状凹槽(12′)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种控制穿刺深度和隐针的装置,其特征在于:所述内套筒(3)外周套设一壳体盖(4),其内径大于内套筒主体外径小于内套筒中部的轴向行程限位结构围成的环状部外径,壳体盖(4)与外壳(1)组固,将内套筒(3)定位于外壳(1)内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种控制穿刺深度和隐针的装置,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)内壁设若干轴向导向槽(13)或导向轨道,所述内套筒(3)中部设 有径向变形的至少一个弹性结构,弹性结构为三面或两面与内套筒主体割离的弹片(33),弹片(33)上设有凸块(34)或凹槽,凸块(34)与导向槽(13)、或导向轨道与凹槽啮合引导内套筒(3)作轴向运动,内套筒(3)周向旋转,凸块(34)在弹片(33)作用下,避让形成导向槽的凸面(14)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种控制穿刺深度和隐针的装置,其特征在于:所述内套筒(3)远端套装一外套筒(5),外套筒(5)内壁设有与注射器具外壁接合的内表面。
  6. 根据权利要求1或5所述的一种控制穿刺深度和隐针的装置,其特征在于:所述内套筒(3)或外套筒(5)内套装一弹性筒(6),弹性筒(6)下段直径逐渐缩小,该段周壁上开设至少一个轴向缺口(61),弹性筒(6)沿径向变形,弹性筒(6)内壁设有与注射器内壁接合的内表面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种控制穿刺深度和隐针的装置,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)近端的通孔外周设有环状凸台(15),凸台端面(16)内陷。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种控制穿刺深度和隐针的装置,其特征在于:所述环状凸台(15)采用弹性体材料制成。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种控制穿刺深度和隐针的装置,其特征在于:所述内套筒(3)外壁上设有突起或凹陷的刻度线(35)。
  10. 一种控制穿刺深度和隐针的装置使用方法,其特征在于:包括
    步骤(1),选用权利1-9所述的任一项控制穿刺深度和隐针的装置、注射器具,根据与注射器具配合的针头长度,旋转该装置外壳使指向标志件与注射器针头长度标识件对应;
    步骤(2),将做好准备工作的注射器具安放接合到内套筒中,使该装置保 持于注射器具前部,注射器具前端针头隐入外壳内;
