技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属穿戴产品连接器为主辐射体的智能穿戴产品天线。
背景技术
目前市场上使用的一种穿戴产品天线,主要分为蓝牙天线(BT)、WIFI天线和主天线,一般来说,主天线主要用于设备之间的通讯,WIFI天线用于获取连接WIFI,蓝牙天线一般用于设备和终端之间的连接。通常,对于主天线来说,为了便于穿戴,智能穿戴设备的尺寸都比较小,所以主板的尺寸相应的也会比较小,因此,主天线的面积也会相应地变小,可主天线所处的环境和位置也会影响到天线的通讯性能。天线的效果也会受到限制,天线的效率也会受到影响而变得很低,再加上一般人体对智能穿戴设备的天线也会产生较大的影响,所以目前的智能穿戴设备的内置天线和表带天线通常效果都不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术之缺陷,提供了一种金属穿戴产品连接器为主辐射体的智能穿戴产品天线,其具有结构简单、实用性强的特性。
本发明是这样实现的:一种金属穿戴产品连接器为主辐射体的智能穿戴产品天线,其包括:
一外壳,其内设置一主板,所述主板具有一地点和一馈点;
一FPC天线,装设于所述外壳中,所述FPC天线与所述馈点连接且作为整个天线的微调部分;
一金属螺钉,其与所述FPC天线连接;
一表扣,设置于所述外壳的侧边,所述表扣有一金属连接体,所述金属螺钉固定于所述金属连接体中,使FPC天线与金属连接体相连接,金属连接体和FPC天线组成一套完整的天线再通与主板相连接。
本发明所述金属螺钉固定于所述金属连接体中,使FPC天线与金属连接体相连接,金属连接体和FPC天线组成一套完整的天线再与主板相连接,因此金属连接体就相当于是一个外置天线,也是整个天线主要的一部分,在使用性能上相当于加长了主板,克服了主板尺寸的限制,提高天线的效率和发射接收效果,减少了主板和环境对天线效果的制约和影响。

如图1-图2,本发明实施例提供一种金属穿戴产品连接器为主辐射体的智能穿戴产品天线,其包括:一外壳、一FPC天线、一金属螺钉、一表扣。
一外壳(也称为穿戴产品主体),其内设置一主板1,所述主板1具有一地馈点和一电馈点。
一FPC天线3(内置FPC天线),装设于所述外壳中,所述FPC天线与所述馈点连接且作为整个天线的微调部分。
一金属螺钉2,其与所述FPC天线中连接。
一表扣,设置于所述外壳的侧边,所述表扣有一金属连接体4,所述金属螺钉2固定于所述金属连接体4中,使FPC天线3与金属连接体4相连接,金属连接体4和FPC天线3组成一套完整的天线再与主板相连接。将金属材质的穿戴产品主体和表扣的金属连接体4连接起来,将金属连接体4、主板1和内置FPC天线3通过一枚金属螺丝2相连接,相当于将表扣作为一个外置天线,同时它也是整个天线的一部分,这样可以提高天线的效率和发射接收效果,减少了主板和环境对天线效果的制约和影响,两边的金属连接体可以连接表带用于佩戴。

  1. 一种金属穿戴产品连接器为主辐射体的智能穿戴产品天线,其特征在于,包括:
    一外壳,其内设置一主板,所述主板具有一地馈点和一电馈点;
    一FPC天线,装设于所述外壳中,所述FPC天线与所述馈点连接且作为整个天线的微调部分;
    一金属螺钉,其与所述FPC天线连接;
    一表扣,设置于所述外壳的侧边,所述表扣有一金属连接体,所述金属螺钉固定于所述金属连接体中,使FPC天线与金属连接体相连接,金属连接体和FPC天线组成一套完整的天线与主板相连接。
