本发明公开了一种防治红蜘蛛绿色复合防治剂,包括以下的重量百分比的组分:菜籽油20-40%、氢氧化钾2-3%、尿素10-20%、氢氧化铜2-3%、光催化剂3-6%、番茄碱2-5%、微生物活性酶2-5%,余量加水到100%;其中微生物酶由富集培养基、白僵菌、胶质芽孢杆菌富集培养发酵制取;富集培养基由稻壳30%、玉米粉10%、红糖5%,余量加水至100%,微生物菌以富集培养基的0.3%接种;其中光催化剂为壳聚球锐钛型ITO2;经实际大田种植,可达到杀灭红蜘蛛的卵、若螨、成螨的功效,更可引发作物自我产生保护素,作物的生长健壮,提升作物的质量。

Description

一种防治红蜘蛛绿色复合防治剂 技术领域
本发明涉及一种防治红蜘蛛绿色复合防治剂,属于植物虫害防治的技术领域。
背景技术
叶螨科是植食螨类,取食植物的茎、叶、花,取食的方式以刺吸植物的茎叶,吸取其汁液使受害部分失去水分,严重时叶片有发红、发黄的现象,使得受害株失去光合作用后出现死亡现象,其在植物网上结一疏松的丝网,所以有时被误认为小蜘蛛,植物受害严重时,叶片呈现一红色火烧状,一般俗称红蜘蛛,叶螨科的种类多,常见的红蜘蛛有二班叶螨、朱砂叶螨、全瓜螨、短须螨,杀螨剂是由化学合成的药剂常见的有哒螨灵、甲氰菊酯、甲维盐、三唑锡、双甲眯、唑螨脂等,上述杀螨剂有些对成螨有效,有些对若螨有效,有些对卵有效,有些对卵、若螨、成螨均有功效,但在实际使用上红蜘蛛对神经性的药剂,施用过1~2次后便会出现抗药性,特别是对烟碱类制成的农药具有抗药性,在使用杀螨剂时需要注意的是一种药一年尽可能使用一次,要在螨害发生的初期,群体数量少时使用,保持螨群中有较多的敏感个体,延缓抗药性的产生,但是种植户常常因为用药不当,造成抗药能力群体日益增加,造成叶螨防治上的困难,而且使用杀螨剂,容易造成瓜果类产出品的质量下降,草莓甜度下降30-40%,草莓的香味下降口感变软,香瓜失去原有的香味,在现在的生态环境的要求下,市场对收成物的安全要求下,逐渐的向无公害、生态有机种植的方向发展,对于农药不残余、内在质量的要求越来越高,实在有必要探讨控制叶螨的最佳途径,寻找可提升植物产生自我保护,采用植物源的防治方法防治叶螨,且克服因为使用杀螨剂产生的农药残留和抗药性的问题。
发明内容
针对目前叶螨防治的困难度,本发明的目的是依据叶螨的取食方式、生理结构与迁移特性,及作物受害后的修护能力,采用植物源抗虫剂,加入受害后的叶面进行营养补充,提高光合作用的机理,制取出对卵、若螨、成螨均具有功效的一种防治红蜘蛛绿色复合防治剂,并可促进植物光合作用,进行碳水化合物的转换,增加植株的营养吸收,达到防螨增产的效果。
为实现上述目的,提供一种防治红蜘蛛绿色复合防治剂,其所述的特征在于包括以下的重量百分比的组分:菜籽油20-40%、氢氧化钾2-3%、尿素10-20%、氢氧化铜2-3%、光催化剂3-6%、番茄碱2-5%、微生物活性酶2-5%,余量加水到100%;其中微生物酶由富 集培养基、白僵菌、胶质芽孢杆菌富集培养发酵制取;富集培养基由稻壳30%、玉米粉10%、红糖5%,余量加水至100%,微生物菌以富集培养基的0.3%接种;其中光催化剂为壳聚球锐钛型ITO2;
本发明优先出最佳组合成分的重量百为分比:菜籽油30%、氢氧化钾3%、尿素17%、氢氧化铜3%、
光催化剂4%、番茄碱3%、微生物活性酶3%;发酵菌群:富集发酵培养基、白僵菌、胶质芽孢杆菌;
本发明的一种防治红蜘蛛绿色复合防治剂的制备方法:
1、将菜籽油加入氢氧化钾不断地搅拌混合均匀,加入水后静置7天进行皂化反应,进一步地将尿素、光催化剂、氢氧化铜进行晶化反应3天;
2、将白僵菌、胶质芽孢杆菌接种到配置好的富集培养基,进行富集培养7天,过滤残渣提取发酵液;
3、进一步地将完成的步骤1与步骤2混合搅拌均匀,即得一种防治红蜘蛛绿色复合防治剂;
本发明的优点:
1、本发明的材料来自植物源与生物源,其中的金属元素铜为植物生长需要的元素,施用后易由土壤降解成植物需要的营养,不产生残留;钛元素是生物亲和元素不产生毒性;
2、本发明施入后由发酵液的活性酶即蛋白酶、几丁质酶溶解红蜘蛛的表皮,侵入虫体内部,消耗体内的养分;
3、本发明的铜离子侵入红蜘蛛成虫的体内,迅速与虫体内的蛋白结合,凝结虫体蛋白阻断其营养吸收,造成虫体死亡;侵入虫卵后使其虫卵内部的蛋白凝结,灭活虫卵的活性;
4、本发明的菜籽油的油膜喷施后,将成虫粘住防止成虫迁移,尿素结晶体增加植物受害后的营养元素;
5、本发明施用后提升作物体内的硅细胞,防止红蜘蛛咬食叶、茎;
6、本发明施用后提高作物产生抗虫凝结素,提升自我免疫力外,更可提升作物的产量与质量。

具体实施方式
下面配合实际的使用案例说明本发明的特性
1、案例一:江苏张家港某农场,利用大棚种植番木瓜60亩地,种植数量为8900株树龄2年,在2015年5月份发现木瓜叶出现红色干枯状叶片有如火烧状,经检查后确定由二班叶面、朱砂叶螨引起的,经询问用户调查得知是于去年种植后,红蜘蛛的虫情非常严重,木瓜叶片被红蜘蛛咬食到只剩下顶端的叶片,地面上布满红蜘蛛的虫体,喷施哒螨灵进行防治,到10月份天气转凉时,虫情才降低下来,今年再发生虫情,为防止产生抗药性,不敢再使用哒螨灵进行防治,改用本发明的红蜘蛛绿色复合防治剂500倍液进行喷施,在喷施后的3天进行虫情检查,发现红蜘蛛的虫害降低下来,检查受害的叶片,虫体变成透明状,成虫黏住在叶面上无法移动,虫卵变成黑色状,施用30天后虫情受到控制,未见火烧状叶片;
2、案例二:江苏苏州东山镇某草莓种植户,应用简易大棚种植红颜草莓10亩,于2015年2月份发现草莓园出现叶片火烧状的现象,确定为二班叶螨引起的现象,种植户采用捕食螨进行捕食,对虫情有一定的控制,但每7天必须进行施放捕食螨一次,考虑其成本太高,种植户以5亩地采用本发明的红蜘蛛绿色复合防治剂进行实验,用1000倍液土壤、叶面喷施的方法进行,在3月份为红蜘蛛出蛰大爆发的时间,检查草莓园虫情指数为3.5%,检查虫体发现虫体成透明状、虫卵呈黑色状,采收的草莓甜度为13-14度,具有浓厚的乳油香味;未喷施的5亩地采用捕食螨进行防治,虫情指数为18%,草莓的甜度为7-9度,用本发明的喷施后的草莓苗的叶片厚,颜色浓郁,茎秆挺直,挂果的茎不下垂。
由以上实际在大田的应用上,当红蜘蛛的虫情指数高时,采用高浓度进行红蜘蛛防治,虫情刚发生时采用低溶度防治,均可达到杀灭红蜘蛛的目的,而且有效地灭活红蜘蛛的卵,阻断其迁移作用,更可引发作物自我产生保护素,作物的生长健壮,提升作物的质量,是值得推广的一种绿色无毒的红蜘蛛防治的解决方案。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭示如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的修改和完善,因此本发明的保护范围当以权利要求书所界定的为准。

  1. 本发明公开了一种防治红蜘蛛绿色复合防治剂,其所述的特征在于包括以下重量百分比的组分:菜籽油20-40%、氢氧化钾2-3%、尿素10-20%、氢氧化铜2-3%、光催化剂3-6%、番茄碱2-5%、微生物活性酶2-5%,余量加水到100%;其中微生物酶由富集培养基、白僵菌、胶质芽孢杆菌富集培养发酵制取;富集培养基由稻壳30%、玉米粉10%、红糖5%,余量加水至100%,微生物菌以富集培养基的0.3%接种;其中光催化剂为壳聚球锐钛型ITO2。
  2. 如权利要求1一种防治红蜘蛛绿色复合防治剂,其特征在于优先出最佳组合成分的重量百为分比:菜籽油30%、氢氧化钾3%、尿素17%、氢氧化铜3%、光催化剂4%、番茄碱3%、微生物活性酶3%。
  3. 如权利要求1一种防治红蜘蛛绿色复合防治剂,其特征在于其制备方法:
    1)、将菜籽油加入氢氧化钾不断地搅拌混合均匀,加入水后静置7天进行皂化反应,进一步地将尿素、光催化剂、氢氧化铜进行晶化反应3天;
    2)、将白僵菌、胶质芽孢杆菌接种到配置好的富集培养基,进行富集培养7天,过滤残渣提取发酵液;
    3)、进一步地将完成的步骤1与步骤2混合搅拌均匀,即得一种防治红蜘蛛绿色复合防治剂。
