- the valve body 7 is formed with a pressure receiving surface on the surface facing the valve seat (the surface on the valve seat side).
- the pressure receiving surface is divided into a first surface 7a and a second surface 7b.
- the first surface 7a is the above-described bottom surface 17a, and is formed farther from the valve seat 15 than the second surface 7b and closer to the central axis of the valve body 7 than the second surface 7b. .
- the center of gravity X of the entire valve body 7 is located inside the recess 17 as seen in the longitudinal cross-sections of FIGS.
- the point of action Y of the lift B acting on the entire valve body 7 (the force replaced with a single force) is higher than the center of gravity X of the entire valve body 7 in the longitudinal section of FIGS. positioned.
- the first surface 7 a is formed farther from the valve seat 15 than the center of gravity X of the valve body 7. Therefore, the point of action Y of the lift B acting on the entire valve body 7 is located ahead of the center of gravity X of the entire valve body 7 in the direction of travel of the valve body 7.
- the action point of lift will be described.
- the refrigerant enters from below the check valve and exits from above. Since pressure loss occurs in this process, the pressure below the check valve is always higher than that above the check valve, and the valve body 7 is lifted upward. In particular, the pressure loss before and after the refrigerant passes through the valve body is large due to the configuration of the check valve. Furthermore, when the distance between the valve body and the valve seat is so short that chattering occurs, the pressure loss before and after that is large. Therefore, the lower side can be broadly divided into the high pressure side and the upper side can be broadly divided into the low pressure side with the valve body interposed therebetween.
- the bottom surface 17a of the valve body is on the high pressure side
- the top surface 17b of the valve body is on the low pressure side
- lift is generated by the pressure difference between the two surfaces.
- FIG. 7 is a view of the same mode as FIG. 6 relating to the first embodiment, and is a view for explaining a state in which the valve body is tilted from the vertical direction.
- FIG. 8 is a diagram related to the comparative example and having the same form as that of FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 both exaggerate the inclination aspect for easy understanding.
- the lift acting surface is the lower end surface of the valve body. That is, the point of action of lift B (force replaced with a single force) is at a position lower than the center of gravity where gravity G acts. For this reason, gravity and lift are vectors that face each other, and because of radial clearance, once an inclination occurs, a rollover moment Mo occurs in the inclined direction. Once tilted, the moment acts so as to tilt further, so that the valve element contacts the inner side surface of the check valve. Further, when contact occurs, the valve body receives a reaction force from the inner side surface of the check valve due to the action / reaction, and the valve body tilts in the reverse direction.
- the valve body 7 is provided with a recess 17.
- the lift generated in the valve body in the case of the flow in the valve opening direction is due to the pressure difference generated in the valve body, and therefore the lift generation surface is above the comparative example having no recess.
- the lift surface is above the center of gravity, and lift is generated upward. That is, as described above, the action point Y of the lift B is located above the center of gravity X.
- gravity and lift are vectors opposite to each other, and even if a tilt occurs once due to radial clearance, a recovery moment Mr that tries to return the tilted direction is generated. . Therefore, even if an irregular situation occurs and the valve body is tilted, a moment is generated to recover the valve body, and the motion is attenuated and disappears. Therefore, chattering in the posture direction hardly occurs.
- valve body is required to be lighter because the lighter one can flow the refrigerant against gravity even at a low flow rate.
- a valve body can be comprised with resin.
- various parts are generally connected by copper piping. Therefore, the valve box 5 that houses the valve body 7 is preferably made of metal such as copper or brass in consideration of assemblability.
- the valve body 7 slides in the valve box 5, the wear resistance is improved by combining the valve body (resin) and the main body (metal) with different materials.
- chattering can be suppressed as a whole without relying on a spring.
- FIG. 9 is a diagram of the same mode as FIG. 6 regarding the second embodiment.
- the second embodiment is the same as the first embodiment described above except for the parts described below.
- the valve element 107 includes a first member 121 and a second member 123.
- the second member 123 is located at the lower end of the first member 121. When the valve is closed, the second member 123 contacts the valve seat 15.
- the center of gravity of the second member 123 is below the center of gravity of the first member 121.
- the density of the second member 123 is greater than the density of the first member 121.
- the chattering can be suppressed as a whole without relying on the spring as in the first embodiment. Furthermore, in the second embodiment, since the center of gravity of the entire valve body 107 is located below the center of gravity of the entire valve body 7 of the first embodiment, the distance between the action points of gravity and lift increases. Since the recovery moment is further increased when compared with postures having the same inclination, the effect of suppressing chattering in the posture direction is further enhanced.

- the valve body 207 includes a first member 121 and a second member 123.
- the second member 123 is located at the lower end of the first member 121. When the valve is closed, the second member 123 contacts the valve seat 15. The center of gravity of the second member 123 is below the center of gravity of the first member 121. The density of the second member 123 is greater than the density of the first member 121.
- the first member 121 and the second member 123 form a concave portion 17 similar to the concave portion of the first embodiment described above.
- a porous body 225 is provided in the recess 17.
- the porous body 225 is made of, for example, a plastic sintered porous body or a foamed plastic (bubble continuous type).
- the recess 17 is open to the lower end surface of the valve body 207, and the lower end of the porous body 225 is substantially aligned with the lower end surface of the valve body 207 described above.
- the same advantages as those of the corresponding first or second embodiment are obtained. Furthermore, the following advantages are obtained in the third embodiment.
- the surface of the porous body opens inside the check valve in a space that becomes the low pressure side in the reverse flow. For this reason, a gravity center falls compared with the case where there is no porous body. As the center of gravity decreases, the distance between the points of action of gravity and lift increases. Therefore, when compared with postures having the same inclination, the recovery moment described above further increases, and chattering in the posture direction is suppressed. Moreover, in this invention, it is important to provide a recessed part from the relationship between gravity and lift. On the other hand, when the concave portion is provided, the center of gravity tends to rise.
- Embodiment 3 by providing a porous body, it is possible to simultaneously obtain the three advantages of obtaining the recovery moment, lowering the center of gravity, and improving the strength. Yes.
- FIG. 10 is an example in which the features of the third embodiment are combined with the second embodiment, but the features of the third embodiment may be combined with the first embodiment. it can.

Abstract
