Description
本发明属于建筑施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种海上人居系统及其建造方法。
目前,陆地上的土地资源越来越紧缺,人们的住房拥挤,光线不足,空气不流畅,导致人们居住的环境越来越差,而随着人们生活水平的提高,对居住环境的要求也越来越高。一些近海的城市为了扩大土地面积,花费大量的人力物力进行了填海工程。
相对于内陆的居住环境,海边的空气清新、海景优美,视野广阔吸引着人们向往以及追求在海边或海上居住。
我国海岸线长,人口众多,特别是一些发达的海边城市,居住压力尤其突出。所以,发展海上的人居系统,对缓解城市的住房压力以及满足人们对海上居住环境的需求具有重大的意义。
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种海上人居系统及其建造方法,旨在解决目前陆地上的土地资源紧缺,导致人们居住的环境越来越差的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种海上人居系统,包括浮于海面上的甲板、定位板、安装于所述甲板上的住宅以及固定于海岸或海底上的固定台,所述定位板的一端可上下活动地安装于所述甲板上,其另一端可上下活动地安装于所述固定台上;所述住宅包括至少两个模块,所述模块的至少一侧面设置有凸台和/或凹槽,相应地,与其左右或上下相邻的模块设置有凹槽和/或凸台,所述模块的凸台可嵌入与其相邻的模块的凹槽内,位于所述住宅最下方的模块的底部与所述甲板可拆卸连接。
进一步地,所述模块的凸台与其相邻的模块的凹槽可拆卸连接。
进一步地,所述模块上的凸台顶部和/或凹槽底部开设有通道,相应地,与其相邻的模块的凹槽底部和/或凸台顶部亦开设有通道,相邻的两个模块通过两者的通道相连通。

B、设计各模块的拼装方案;
C、将模块运输至施工现场;
D、在海岸或海底建造固定台,在海面上铺设甲板,并用定位板将甲板安装在固定台上;
E、在甲板上,根据拼装方案,将模块与模块通过两者的凸台以及凹槽相互嵌套,拼装在一起,并将位于住宅最下方的模块的底部与甲板进行可拆卸的连接,即完成所述海上人居系统的建造。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明的海上人居系统建造在海面上,不占用陆地面积,为人们的居住用地提供了新的空间,并且不用填海,节省了大量的人力物力。并且,本发明的模块与模块之间可通过凸台与凹槽相互嵌套实现拼装,其施工过程简单,快捷;同时能根据客户的需求定制住宅的设计方案,并且,模块与模块间并非固定的连接,因此,在住宅拼装前以及居住期间,均能随时地对住宅的布局进行变改,从而能满足人们对居住环境多样需求。

,为本发明的一较佳实施例,一种海上人居系统,包括浮于海面上的甲板1、定位板2、安装于甲板1上的住宅3以及固定于海岸或海底上的固定台4。定位板2的一端可上下活动地安装于甲板1上,其另一端可上下活动地安装于固定台4上。从而,在海水涨潮或退潮时,甲板1可以上、下浮动。
上述住宅3包括三个楼层单元31,其中,位于住宅3最下方的楼层单元31具有三个模块311,该三个模块311分别为餐厨模块311a、客厅模块311b以及卧室模块311c,客厅模块311b位于餐厨模块311a以及卧室模块311c之间,其中,客厅模块311b的一端部与餐厨模块311a的一端部平齐,与卧室模块311c一端部不平齐;客厅模块311b的另一端部与餐厨模块311a的另一端部不平齐,与卧到模块311c的另一端部平齐。从而,客厅模块311b与餐厨模块311a以及卧室模块311c形成错落结构,以便于划分住宅3的公共区域以及私密区域。为了防止住宅3相对于甲板1滑动,该楼层单元31的三个模块311的底部与甲板1通过螺栓等可拆卸方式连接。

三个模块311的两端部上设置有凹槽3111,凹槽3111的底部均开设有通孔(图中未示出),通孔上嵌置有窗户(图中未示出);同时,亦可在三个模块311的凸台3112顶部开设通孔(图中未示出),当然,开设有通孔的凹槽3111或凸台3112并不限定于模块311的端部,于侧面上的凹槽3111或凸台3112开设通孔并嵌置窗户亦可。
上述三个模块311均属于同一楼层单元31,都在同一水平面上,因此,上述的模块311只是与其左右相邻的模块311的拼装。当住宅3的上下两个楼层单元31需要拼装时,需要在上、下相邻的两个模块311上亦分别设置凸台3112以及凹槽3111。所以,本实施例中的首个楼层单元31的三个模块311的顶面(即模块311的上侧面)上均设置有凸台3112,凸台3112顶部开设有通道3113,第二个楼层单元31的三个模块311的底面(即模块311的下侧面)设置有与首层楼层单元31的凸台3112相嵌套的凹槽3111
,该凹槽3111上亦开设有通道3113,以使上下两个楼层单元31连通。位于最上方的楼层单元31的模块311的顶面上的凸台3112或凹槽3111可不开设通道3113或通孔,或者可开设通孔用于嵌置窗户3114或门3115。除此之外,为了保证模块311的密封性以及结构强度,住宅3内的模块311除凸台3112以及凹槽3111外的区域均为密封的墙体。
上卧室模块311c外侧面上还设置有模块化植物墙(图中未示出)。该模块化植物墙可起到隔热的作用,减小日照对卧室模块311c内的气温影响,同时还可作为景观。
本实施例的海上人居系统的建造步骤如下:
A、在工厂内完成模块311的制作以及装修;
B、设计各模块311的拼装方案;
C、将模块311运输至施工现场;
D、在海岸或海底建造固定台4,在海面上铺设甲板1,并用定位板2将甲板1安装在固定台4上;
E、在甲板1上,根据拼装方案,将首层楼层单元31的模块311与模块311通过两者的凸台3112以及凹槽3111相互嵌套,拼装在一起,并将位于该楼层单元31的模块311的底部与甲板1进行可拆卸的连接,即完成首层楼层单元31的建造;
F、将第二层楼层单元31的模块311先与首层楼层单元31的模块311拼装,再将该第二楼层单元31的模块311与第二楼层单元31的其他模块311拼装;直到完成第二层楼单元31所有模块311的拼装;
G、重复步骤F,完成第三楼层单元31的拼装;
H、在卧室模块311c的外侧面上嵌置模块化植物墙,完成海上人居系统的建造。
本实施例的海上人居系统建造在海面上,不占用陆地面积,为人们的居住用地提供了新的空间,并且不用填海,节省了大量的人力物力。并且,本发明的模块311与模块311之间可通过凸台3112与凹槽3111相互嵌套实现拼装,其施工过程简单,快捷;同时能根据客户的需求定制住宅的设计方案,并且,模块311与模块311间并非固定的连接,因此,在住宅3拼装前以及居住期间,均能随时地对住宅3的布局进行变改,从而能满足人们对居住环境多样需求。
本发明的住宅3可采用多种拼装方案,请参见图5,列举了与上述描述相同的用于同一楼层单元31的模块311错落方布的多种拼装方案,除此之外,请参见图6,为用于同一楼层单元31的,沿中心模块311拓展的多种拼装方案,请参见图7,为住宅3沿水平以及纵向拓展的多种拼装方案。

- 如权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的海上人居系统,其特征在于,所述住宅包括三个模块,所述的三个模块分别为餐厨模块、客厅模块以及卧室模块,所述三个模块通过各自的凸台和/或凹槽与其相邻的模块相互嵌套。
- 如权利要求1所述的海上人居系统,其特征在于,所述模块的端部与其相邻的模块的端部对齐或不对齐。
- 如权利要求1所述的海上人居系统,其特征在于,所述模块的侧面上还设置有模块化植物墙。
- 如权利要求1所述的海上人居系统,其特征在于,所述住宅包括至少两个纵向设置的楼层单元,每一楼层单元包括至少两个水平设置的模块,所述模块的左和/或右侧面、底面和/或顶面均设置有凸台和/或凹槽,相应地,与所述模块左右以及上下相邻的模块的左和/或右侧面、底面和/或顶面均设置有凹槽和/或凸台。
- 如权利要求1所述的海上人居系统的建造方法,包括以下的步骤:A、在工厂内完成模块的制作以及装修;B、设计各模块的拼装方案;C、将模块运输至施工现场;D、在海岸或海底建造固定台,在海面上铺设甲板,并用定位板将甲板安装在固定台上;E、在甲板上,根据拼装方案,将模块与模块通过两者的凸台以及凹槽相互嵌套,拼装在一起,并将位于住宅最下方的模块的底部与甲板进行可拆卸的连接,即完成所述海上人居系统的建造。
