由以上技术方案可以看出,本发明通过第一服务侧设备对服务交互信息和用户设备的标识信息的统一上报,使得第二服务侧设备能够收集各用户设备的服务交互信息,并进行分析后生成各用户设备对应的服务推荐信息;当第三服务侧设备发现用户设备后,从第二服务侧设备获取该用户设备标识对应的服务推荐信息并发送给该用户设备。通过本发明能够实现针对用户设备的信息推荐,尤其是弥补了目前对于可穿戴设备信息推荐的技术空白。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
图1为本发明实施例提供的系统结构图,如图1中所示,该系统可以包括:第一服务侧设备、第二服务侧设备和第三服务侧设备。其中第一服务侧设备的数量可以是一个或多个,第三服务侧设备的数量也可以是一个或多个。
本系统中涉及的服务侧设备和用户设备在架构上都可以包含一些基本组件,如总线、处理系统、存储系统、一个或多个输入/输出系统、和通信接口等。总线可以包括一个或多个导线,用来实现服务侧设备和用户设备各组件之间的通信。处理系统包括各类型的用来执行指令、处理进程或线程的处理器或微处理器。存储系统可以包括存储动态信息的随机访问存储器(RAM)等动态存储器,和存储静态信息的只读存储器(ROM)等静态存储器,以及包括磁或光学记录介质与相应驱动的大容量存储器。输入系统供用户输入信息到服务侧设备或用户设备,如键盘、鼠标、手写笔、声音识别系统、触摸屏或生物测定系统等。输出系统可以包括用来输出信息的显示器、打印机、扬声器等。通信接口用来使服务侧设备之间以及用户设备与服务侧设备之间进行通信。
另外,上述服务侧设备和用户设备上均可以包含有用来管理系统资源、控制其它程序运行的操作系统软件,以及用来实现特定功能模块的应用软件。
图1所示系统对应的方法流程可以如图2中所示。
其中,第一服务侧设备在201中从用户设备获取服务交互信息以及用户设备的标识信息,并在202中提供给第二服务侧设备。用户设备的标识信息可以是UDID(唯一设备标识符)、厂商为用户设备定制的唯一序列号或者用户设备的介质访问控制(MAC)地址等。
服务交互信息可以包含服务内容信息,还可以包含支付信息和服务提供者信息中的 至少一种。其中,服务内容信息可以包括服务名称、服务价格等信息,其中服务名称可以是诸如商品名称、菜品名称、或者是其他类别的服务内容名称。支付信息可以包括支付金额、支付地点、支付方式、支付时间等。服务提供者信息可以包括服务提供者名称、编号、位置等信息。可以根据具体的服务适应性地确定或调整上述信息的含义和内容。
在203中,第二服务侧设备对收集到的用户设备的标识信息和服务交互信息进行分析,生成各用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。第二服务侧设备会接收到各第一服务侧设备发送的服务交互信息以及用户设备的标识信息,收集到这些信息后可以存储于数据库,以供后续进行分析。
在进行分析时,可以首先将同一用户设备的标识信息对应的所有服务交互信息进行整合,然后分析用户的服务特征或服务偏好等,例如用户所偏好的服务内容,基于分析结果生成服务推荐信息,并将服务推荐信息和用户设备的标识信息进行对应存储,以备后续推荐时使用。
其中,第二服务侧设备进行的分析处理可以是周期性地,也可以是由管理人员或者特定事件触发的。
另外,第二服务侧设备还可以获取与用户设备的标识信息相关联的用户属性信息,在生成服务推荐信息时,可以进一步结合用户属性信息进行分析。该用户属性信息可以从与用户设备所关联的其他应用软件中获取,例如与用户设备关联的支付类软件、邮箱类软件、消息类软件等等中获取。
在204中,第三服务侧设备从第二服务侧设备获取该用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息,如果第三服务侧设备发现用户设备,则在205中,将获取的服务推荐信息发送给该用户设备。
第三服务侧设备可以预先从第二服务侧设备获取服务推荐信息,也可以在发现用户设备后从第二服务侧设备获取该用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。
由于服务交互信息可能是用户设备与不同服务提供者分别进行的,因此可以依据各服务提供者对收集到的服务交互信息进行分类,分别针对各服务提供者生成用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。
例如,分别确定用户设备A与服务提供者a的服务交互信息c1、用户设备B与服务提供者a的服务交互信息c2、用户设备A与服务提供者b的服务交互信息c3、用户设备B与服务提供者b的服务交互信息c4……。
然后,利用服务交互信息c1进行分析,得到针对服务提供者a的用户设备A对应的 服务推荐信息d1;利用服务交互信息c2进行分析,得到针对服务提供者a的用户设备B对应的服务推荐信息d2;利用服务交互信息c3进行分析,得到针对服务提供者b的用户设备A对应的服务推荐信息d3;利用服务交互信息c4进行分析,得到针对服务提供者b的用户设备B对应的服务推荐信息d4。
可以针对不同的服务提供者分别设置第三服务侧设备,接续上例,针对服务提供者a设置的第三服务侧设备如果发现用户设备A,则向用户设备A发送服务推荐信息d1;如果发现用户设备B,则向用户设备B发送服务推荐信息d2。针对服务提供者b设置的第三服务侧设备如果发现用户设备A,则向用户设备A发送服务推荐信息d3;如果发现用户设备B,则向用户设备B发送服务推荐信息d4。
其中第三服务侧设备可以通过近距离通信的发现机制发现用户设备,并获取用户设备的标识信息。其中近距离通信可以包括但不限于蓝牙、wifi或Zigbee。举个例子,第三服务侧设备可以是AP(接入点)设备,当存在具有wifi通信功能的用户设备进入AP设备的覆盖区域,则该AP设备就能够发现该用户设备并获取到该用户设备的标识信息。再例如,第三服务侧设备可以是蓝牙设备,当存在具有蓝牙功能的用户设备被第三服务器侧设备扫描到后,就能够发现该用户设备并获取到该用户设备的标识信息。
作为一种典型的应用场景,本发明提供的方法和系统可以应用于诸如超市、商场等传统商家为可穿戴设备进行信息推荐。下面以该应用场景为例,进行详细描述。在这种应用场景下,上述的用户设备为可穿戴设备,诸如智能手环、智能手表、智能眼镜等。第一服务侧设备可以为商家的POS(Point Of Sale,销售终端)设备,第二服务侧设备为数据分析平台,第三服务侧设备为在商家处设置的AP设备,对应的系统组成可以如图3所示,在该系统中还可以包括商家数据平台。对应的方法流程可以如图4中所示,可以包括以下步骤:
在401中,POS设备从可穿戴设备获取支付信息以及WID(可穿戴设备的标识信息,WearableDevice ID)。
在402中,POS设备将交易信息以及WID发送给商家数据平台。
在现有技术中,POS设备获取的支付信息,即支付金额、支付日期、支付地点、商户编号、支付方式、交易流水号等,是与商品信息分别获取并上传给商家数据平台的。但用户利用可穿戴设备具体购买了哪些商品是无从获知的,在本实施例中,POS设备在获取支付信息时,会同时获取WID,由于POS设备在形成支付信息时,是通过扫取商品条形码后形成订单以及该订单的支付信息的,或者是扫取订单条形码后形成支付信息的。 因此POS设备可以将商品信息、支付信息以及WID均发送给商家数据平台。也就是说,本步骤中涉及的交易信息可以包括商品信息和支付信息。另外,交易信息中还可以包括商家信息,或者商家信息包含在支付信息中。
在本步骤中,实际上是通过POS设备建立了商品信息和WID之间的关联关系。除此之外,还可以进一步将商品信息、支付信息、商家信息以及WID都进行关联。
在403中,商家数据平台将各WID对应的交易信息发送给数据分析平台。
需要说明的是,在本应用场景中存在商家数据平台,POS设备将数据先发送给商家数据平台,数据分析平台可以在特定事件触发下、管理人员触发下或者周期性地从商家数据平台获取数据。但在其他应用场景中,第一服务侧设备可以直接发送数据给第二服务侧设备,或者经由其他设备发送数据给第二服务侧设备。
在404中,数据分析平台对收集到的WID和交易信息进行分析,针对各商家生成各WID对应的商品推荐信息。
在数据分析平台会收集到各WID对应的商品信息和支付信息,其数据内容可以如下所示:
{WID,{time,location,{{item1,price,num},{item2,price,num},…}}
其中,time为支付日期,location为支付地点(例如商家的地点或分店名称等),item为商品名称或标识,price为商品价格,num为商品数量。
在本步骤中,可以对属于同一WID的各条数据进行整合,如果交易信息中仅包含商品信息,那么对属于同一WID的商品信息进行整合和分析,得到用户所偏好的商品信息,基于用户所偏好的商品信息生成该WID对应的服务推荐信息。例如将用户所偏好的商品类型的促销信息作为服务推荐信息,将用户所偏好商品类型的新品信息作为服务推荐信息,等等。
如果交易信息中除了商品信息之外还包含支付信息,那么可以对属于同一WID的支付信息进行分析,得到用户的支付偏好,诸如用户偏好的商品价位、用户偏好的支付方式等等,在生成服务推荐信息时,可以结合对用户的支付偏好的分析。例如当用户所偏好的支付方式(例如支付宝支付、某银行的银行卡支付等)有促销活动时,可以将该促销活动作为WID对应的服务推荐信息。
另外,如果交易信息中还包含商家信息(即服务提供者信息),那么可以对属于同一WID的各条数据进行整合后,再基于商家信息进行分类,得到同一WID在某商家的商品信息和支付信息。然后,再采用上述的分析和生成服务推荐信息的方式,针对各商 家分别生成WID对应的服务推荐信息。例如针对某WID在家乐福的所有商品信息和支付信息,可以确定出用户的所偏好的商品类型和支付方式,将用户所偏好商品类型和/或所偏好的支付方式对应的促销信息作为推荐信息,将该推荐信息与家乐福的标识信息、WID进行对应存储。
另外,在数据分析平台还可以通过支付信息导入用户属性信息,将用户属性信息与WID相关联。例如可穿戴设备利用第三方支付平台进行支付,则可以将用户在第三方支付平台的用户属性信息与该可穿戴设备进行关联。在分析得到该WID对应的推荐信息时,可以进一步结合用户属性进行分析。例如进一步结合用户的性别、年龄、地域特征等,使得生成的推荐信息更贴近用户需求。
需要说明的是,上述距离均是以商品信息为例进行描述,除了这种形式的服务内容之外,还可以是菜品信息、美容项目信息、健身项目信息等形式的服务内容,不再一一穷举。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所述的第二服务侧设备除了如本实施例中所述,包括数据分析平台之外,还可以包含其他设备,例如可以包含数据分析平台和商家数据平台。在生成推荐信息时,可以由数据分析平台对收集的服务交互信息进行分析后,给出推荐建议,例如分析得出用户偏好的商品类型后,将用户偏好的商品类型作为可穿戴设备的标识信息对应的推荐建议。然后将推荐建议提供给商家数据平台,由商家数据平台负责根据推荐建议以及自身的推荐信息生成规则(例如选择与用户偏好的商品类型对应的促销信息),生成针对该可穿戴设备的推荐信息。
在405中,设置于商家处的AP设备发现可穿戴设备的WID后,从数据分析平台获取针对该商家生成的该WID对应的推荐信息。
例如,在家乐福设置AP设备,当用户持可穿戴设备进入该AP设备的覆盖范围后,该AP设备能够通过wifi发现机制发现该可穿戴设备并获取WID,然后该AP设备可以将该WID发送给数据分析平台,由数据分析平台将针对家乐福这一商家生成的该WID对应的推荐信息返回给该AP设备。
更具体地,可以预先在AP设备中配置商家标识信息,AP设备在发送WID给数据分析平台时,可以一并发送商家标识给数据分析平台,由数据分析平台将针对该商家标识生成的该WID对应的推荐信息返回给该AP设备。或者,在数据分析平台可以预先维护各AP标识与各商家之间的对应关系,AP设备在发送WID给数据分析平台时,可以携带该AP设备自身的标识,数据分析平台可以首先确定该AP设备对应的商家,然后将 针对该商家生成的该WID对应的推荐信息返回给该AP设备。
需要说明的是,数据分析平台也可以经由商家数据平台将推荐信息提供给设置于商家处的AP设备。
在406中,AP设备将获取的推荐信息发送给该可穿戴设备。
在本步骤中,AP设备可以通过wifi通信机制,将推荐信息发送给可穿戴设备。当然,也可以通过其他消息机制将推荐信息发送给可穿戴设备,但前提是WID与可穿戴设备的消息APP账户关联,且AP设备能够获取该关联关系。例如,用户在支付时采用的第三方支付平台与WID进行关联,AP设备从数据分析平台获取到该关联关系后,可以通过第三方支付平台的消息机制发送推荐信息给可穿戴设备。
另外,可穿戴设备还可以进一步将接收到的推荐信息发送给与该可穿戴设备绑定的手机或平板电脑等移动终端。
本申请上述实施例可应用在各种场景中,例如,当用户在商场等可提供服务的场所进行消费后,如购买衣服、美容、用餐,可以使用用户设备(如,手机、手表等)针对所使用的服务进行支付操作;在支付操作的过程中,可以将本次使用服务的服务内容信息以及相关场景信息提供给网络侧设备(例如POS机)。其中,场景信息可以包括本次使用服务的时间、本次使用服务的地点等信息。一般情况下,用户消费所产生的支付信息中会包括支付日期、支付地点、商户编号等信息,通过支付信息中包括的这些信息可以确定相关的场景信息,例如,支付日期即本次使用服务的时间、支付地点、商户编号即本次使用服务的地点。其中,本次使用服务的地点的颗粒度可以预先设定,例如,可以是商场地点,也可以是具体的商户地点。
以上描述中,通过支付信息确定场景信息是本申请实施例提供的一种实施方式,实际应用中,还可以通过其他方式确定:例如,时间信息可以根据POS机收款的时间确定;地点信息可以由用户设备定位并随交易信息一起发送,或者由POS机所对应的商户的位置确定。
网络侧接收到用户设备提供的本次使用服务的服务内容信息以及相关场景信息后,将接收到的这些信息与该用户设备的标识绑定,用以分析用户的行为偏好,以优化后续对用户的推荐。例如,根据用户X所使用的服务内容信息,确定出用户X偏好的服务A,根据相关的场景信息,确定用户X使用该服务A时偏好的时间B和地点C,进而在发现用户X再次进入所偏好的地点C后,向该用户X推荐所偏好的服务A或在用户X所偏好的时间B向该用户X推荐所偏好的服务A,从而更好地把握了推荐时机,提高了对用 户所推荐的信息的有效性。此处,时间B可以是一个具体时间,或一个时间段。
图5为本发明实施例提供的一种装置结构图,该装置可以设置于用户设备,如图5中所示,该装置可以包括:第一交互单元01和第二交互单元02。各组成单元的主要功能如下:
第一交互单元01负责将服务交互信息与用户设备的标识信息提供给第一服务侧设备。第二交互单元02在该用户设备被第三服务侧设备发现后,从第三服务侧设备接收与用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息,该服务推荐信息是第三服务设备根据该服务交互信息生成的。
其中,用户设备的标识信息可以采用但不限于:UDID、厂商为用户设备制定的唯一序列号、或用户设备的介质访问控制(MAC)地址等。
第一交互单元01提供给第一服务侧设备的服务交互信息可以包括支付信息,第二交互单元02接收到的服务推荐信息是对该用户设备的支付信息所对应的服务内容信息进行分析后得到的。
具体地,第二交互单元02是通过近距离通信的发现机制被第三服务侧设备发现,并向第三服务侧设备提供用户设备的标识信息。其中上述近距离通信可以包括但不限于:蓝牙、wifi或Zigbee。
作为一种优选的应用场景,用户设备可以是可穿戴设备,诸如智能手环、智能手表、智能眼镜等。
图6为本发明实施例提供的另一种装置结构图,该装置设置于上述第一服务侧设备,如图6中所示,该装置可以包括:信息获取单元11和交互单元12,各组成单元的主要功能如下:
信息获取单元11负责从用户设备获取服务交互信息以及用户设备的标识信息。具体可以在用户设备对服务内容进行支付操作后,获取服务交互信息。
交互单元12负责将服务交互信息和用户设备的标识信息提供给第二服务侧设备。
具体地,信息获取单元11可以首先读取服务内容信息,然后从用户设备获取对服务内容信息的支付信息以及用户设备的标识信息。
交互单元12提供给第二服务侧设备的服务交互信息包括服务内容信息,或者包括服务内容信息和支付信息,还可以进一步包括服务提供者信息。
作为一种优选的实施方式,该第一服务侧设备可以为POS设备。
图7为本发明实施例提供的再一种装置结构图,该装置可以设置于第二服务侧设备, 如图7所示,该装置可以包括:收集单元21、分析单元22和推荐单元23,各组成单元的主要功能如下:
收集单元21负责收集用户设备的标识信息和服务交互信息。
分析单元22负责对收集单元21收集的用户设备的标识信息和服务交互信息进行分析,生成用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。
推荐单元23向第三服务侧设备提供用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息,以在第三服务侧设备发现用户设备后进行推送。
其中,上述用户设备的标识信息可以包括但不限于:UDID、厂商为用户设备制定的唯一序列号、或用户设备的介质访问控制(MAC)地址。
上述服务交互信息至少包括服务内容信息,还可以进一步包括支付信息和服务提供者信息中的至少一种。
若服务交互信息包括有服务内容信息,则分析单元22可以确定用户设备的标识信息对应的服务内容信息,然后对服务内容信息进行分析,得到用户所偏好的服务内容;再基于用户所偏好的服务内容生成用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。例如将用户所偏好的商品类型的促销信息作为服务推荐信息,将用户所偏好商品类型的新品信息作为服务推荐信息,等等。
若服务交互信息包括有服务提供者信息,则分析单元22可以先确定用户设备的标识信息对应的服务内容信息;然后对确定的服务内容信息基于服务提供者进行分类;再对分类后的服务内容信息分别进行分析,得到用户针对各服务提供者所偏好的服务内容;最后基于用户针对各服务提供者所偏好的服务内容,分别针对各服务提供者生成用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。
另外,在进行分析时,还可以进一步结合支付信息,即进一步对WID对应的支付信息进行分析,确定用户所偏好的支付信息,进一步结合用户所偏好的支付信息生成上述服务推荐信息。例如当用户所偏好的支付方式(例如支付宝支付、某银行的银行卡支付等)有促销活动时,可以将该促销活动作为WID对应的服务推荐信息。
除此之外,收集单元21获取与用户设备的标识信息相关联的用户属性信息,分析单元22在生成服务推荐信息时,进一步结合对用户属性信息进行的分析。例如进一步结合用户的性别、年龄、地域特征等,使得生成的推荐信息更贴近用户需求。
图8为本发明实施例提供的又一种装置结构图,该装置设置于第三服务侧设备,如图8所示,该装置可以包括:发现单元31、获取单元32和发送单元33。各组成单元的 主要功能如下:
发现单元31负责发现用户设备。获取单元32从第二服务侧设备获取用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。在发现单元31发现用户设备后,由发送单元33将服务推荐信息发送给用户设备。
由于第三服务侧设备可以针对服务提供商进行设置,对应于这种情况,获取单元32可以从第二服务侧设备获取第三服务侧设备所属服务提供者生成的用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。
发现单元32可以通过近距离通信的发现机制发现用户设备并获取用户设备的标识信息。其中,近距离通信可以包括但不限于:蓝牙、wifi或Zigbee。
作为一种优选的实施方式,第三服务侧设备可以包括具备近距离通信功能的接入设备。
举一个例子,假设用户使用智能手表在家乐福进行过多次购物并进行支付。在进行结算时,家乐福的POS机逐一扫描用户所购买商品的条码后形成订单以及该订单的支付信息,用户使用智能手表的支付功能与POS机进行交互后结算。POS机在此过程中获取到支付信息以及智能手表的WID,POS机将WID、支付信息以及商品信息上传至商家数据平台。
商家数据平台周期性地将数据上传至数据分析平台。在数据分析平台可以将上述智能手表在家乐福所有的支付信息和商品信息进行分析,针对家乐福生成该智能手表的WID对应的推荐信息。其中该推荐信息可以是用户偏好购买的商品类型的促销信息。
在家乐福处设置有一个或多个AP设备,当用户持智能手表再次进入家乐福或者在家乐福附近时,该AP设备就能够发现进入自身覆盖范围的智能手表并获取其WID。然后该AP设备将WID和家乐福的标识信息发送给数据分析平台,并从数据分析平台获取针对家乐福生成的该WID对应的推荐信息,并将该推荐信息发送给智能手表,这样用户通过智能手表就能够获取到自己偏好购买的商品信息的促销信息。
除了上面所举例子之外,还可以应用于其他应用场景。例如用户设备为智能眼镜,第一服务侧设备为图书馆的图书借阅设备,第二服务侧设备为图书管理分析平台,第三服务侧设备为设置于图书馆的AP设备。用户在图书馆借阅图书时,通过智能眼镜与图书借阅设备的交互,图书借阅设备能够获取用户借阅的图书信息以及智能眼镜的ID,并将图书信息和智能眼镜的ID上传至图书管理分析平台。图书管理分析平台能够针对各图书馆分别生成各智能眼镜对应的图书推荐信息,例如用户所偏好图书类型的新书资讯。 当用户再次来到图书馆,设置于图书馆的AP设备会发现用户佩戴的智能眼镜并获取其ID,从图书管理平台获取到针对该智能眼镜的图书推荐信息,并发送给智能眼镜。这样用户就能够在到达图书馆时,及时获取到自己所偏好图书类型的新书资讯,包括新书名称、简介、在图书馆中的书架位置等,从而给用户选择和查找图书等带来便利。对于其他应用场景不再一一穷举。
可见,本发明提供了一种特别适用于传统服务提供者对用户设备的信息推荐方式,诸如饭店、酒店、图书馆、超市、美容院等等这些提供线下服务的提供者,能够利用现有的物联网实现对用户设备有针对性的服务信息推荐。
在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。上述的多个服务侧设备也可以不是物理上分开的,,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各设备的功能既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器(processor)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明保护的范围之内。

Claims (59)

  1. 一种信息推荐方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    第一服务侧设备从用户设备获取服务交互信息以及所述用户设备的标识信息,并提供给第二服务侧设备;
    第二服务侧设备对收集到的所述用户设备的标识信息和服务交互信息进行分析,生成所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息;
    如果第三服务侧设备发现所述用户设备,则根据从所述第二服务侧设备获取的所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息,向所述用户设备进行推荐。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户设备的标识信息包括:
    唯一设备识别符(UDID)、厂商为用户设备制定的唯一序列号、或用户设备的介质访问控制(MAC)地址。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,第二服务侧设备对收集到的所述用户设备的标识信息和服务交互信息进行分析,生成所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息,包括:
    第二服务侧设备从所述服务交互信息中获取服务内容信息;
    对所述服务内容信息进行分析,得到用户所偏好的服务内容;
    基于用户所偏好的服务内容生成所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二服务侧设备对收集到的所述用户设备的标识信息和服务交互信息进行分析,生成所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息,包括:
    所述第二服务侧设备将所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务交互信息依据各服务提供者进行分类;分别针对各服务提供者生成用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息;
    所述第三服务侧设备获取的服务推荐信息为:针对所述第三服务侧设备所属服务提供者生成的所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二服务侧设备在对收集到的所述用户设备的标识信息和服务交互信息进行分析时,进一步对所述服务交互信息中的支付信息进行分析,得到用户的支付偏好,结合用户的支付偏好生成所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。
  6. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:所述第二服务 侧设备获取与所述用户设备的标识信息相关联的用户属性信息;
    在生成所述服务推荐信息时,进一步结合对所述用户属性信息进行的分析。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第三服务侧设备发现所述用户设备包括:
    所述第三服务侧设备通过近距离通信的发现机制发现所述用户设备并获取到所述用户设备的标识信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1、2、3、4或7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户设备为可穿戴设备。
  9. 根据权利要求1、2、3、4或7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一服务侧设备为POS设备,所述第二服务侧设备为数据分析平台,所述第三服务侧设备为具备近距离通信功能的接入设备。
  10. 根据权利要求1、2、3、4或7任一权项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一服务侧设备在所述用户设备对服务内容进行支付操作后,获取所述服务交互信息。
  11. 一种信息推荐系统,其特征在于,该系统包括:
    第一服务侧设备,用于从用户设备获取服务交互信息以及所述用户设备的标识信息,并提供给第二服务侧设备;
    第二服务侧设备,用于对收集到的所述用户设备的标识信息和服务交互信息进行分析,生成所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息;
    第三服务侧设备,用于如果发现所述用户设备,则根据从所述第二服务侧设备获取的所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息,向所述用户设备进行推荐。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,所述用户设备的标识信息包括:
    UDID、厂商为用户设备制定的唯一序列号、或用户设备的介质访问控制(MAC)地址。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第二服务侧设备,具体用于:
    从所述服务交互信息中获取服务内容信息;
    对所述服务内容信息进行分析,得到用户所偏好的服务内容;
    基于用户所偏好的服务内容生成所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第二服务侧设备,具体用于:将所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务交互信息依据各服务提供者进行分类;分别针对各服务提供者生成用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息;
    所述第三服务侧设备获取的服务推荐信息为:针对所述第三服务侧设备所属服务提供者生成的所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第二服务侧设备在对收集到的所述用户设备的标识信息和服务交互信息进行分析时,进一步对所述服务交互信息中的支付信息进行分析,得到用户的支付偏好,结合用户的支付偏好生成所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。
  16. 根据权利要求13或14所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第二服务侧设备,还用于获取与所述用户设备的标识信息相关联的用户属性信息;在生成所述服务推荐信息时,进一步结合所述用户属性信息进行分析。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第三服务侧设备,具体用于通过近距离通信的发现机制发现所述用户设备并获取到所述用户设备的标识信息。
  18. 根据权利要求11、12、13、14或17所述的系统,其特征在于,所述用户设备为可穿戴设备。
  19. 根据权利要求11、12、13、14或17所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一服务侧设备为POS设备,所述第二服务侧设备为数据分析平台,所述第三服务侧设备为具备近距离通信功能的接入设备。
  20. 根据权利要求11、12、13、14或17所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一服务侧设备在所述用户设备对服务内容进行支付操作后,获取所述服务交互信息。
  21. 一种信息推荐方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    用户设备发送服务交互信息与用户设备的标识信息;
    被第三服务侧设备发现后,从所述第三服务侧设备接收与所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息,其中,所述服务推荐信息根据所述服务交互信息生成。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户设备的标识信息包括:
    唯一设备识别符(UDID)、厂商为用户设备制定的唯一序列号、或用户设备的介质访问控制(MAC)地址。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务交互信息包括:支付信息;
    所述服务推荐信息是对所述用户设备的支付信息所对应的服务内容信息进行分析后得到的。
  24. 根据权利要求21至23任一权项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述被第三服务侧 设备发现包括:
    所述用户设备通过近距离通信的发现机制被所述第三服务侧设备发现,并向所述第三服务侧设备提供所述用户设备的标识信息。
  25. 一种信息推荐装置,该装置设置于用户设备,其特征在于,该装置包括:
    第一交互单元,用于发送服务交互信息与所述用户设备的标识信息;
    第二交互单元,用于被第三服务侧设备发现后,从所述第三服务侧设备接收与所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息,其中,所述服务推荐信息根据所述服务交互信息生成。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其特征在于,所述用户设备的标识信息包括:
    唯一设备识别符(UDID)、厂商为用户设备制定的唯一序列号、或用户设备的介质访问控制(MAC)地址。
  27. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其特征在于,所述服务交互信息包括:支付信息;
    所述服务推荐信息是对所述用户设备的支付信息所对应的服务内容信息进行分析后得到的。
  28. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二交互单元,具体用于通过近距离通信的发现机制被所述第三服务侧设备发现,并向所述第三服务侧设备提供所述用户设备的标识信息。
  29. 根据权利要求25至28任一权项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述用户设备包括:可穿戴设备。
  30. 一种信息推荐方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    第一服务侧设备从用户设备获取服务交互信息以及所述用户设备的标识信息,并提供给第二服务侧设备。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一服务侧设备在所述用户设备对服务内容进行支付操作后,获取所述服务交互信息。
  32. 根据权利要求30所述的方法,其特征在于,第一服务侧设备从用户设备获取服务交互信息以及所述用户设备的标识信息包括:所述第一服务侧设备读取服务内容信息;从用户设备获取对所述服务内容信息的支付信息以及所述用户设备的标识信息;
    提供给所述第二服务侧设备的服务交互信息包括所述服务内容信息及其对应的支付信息。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务交互信息还包括服务提供者信息。
  34. 一种信息推荐装置,该装置设置于第一服务侧设备,其特征在于,该装置包括:
    信息获取单元,用于从用户设备获取服务交互信息以及所述用户设备的标识信息;
    交互单元,用于将所述服务交互信息和所述用户设备的标识信息提供给第二服务侧设备。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息获取单元在所述用户设备对服务内容进行支付操作后,获取所述服务交互信息。
  36. 根据权利要求34所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息获取单元,具体用于:读取服务内容信息;从用户设备获取对所述服务内容信息的支付信息以及所述用户设备的标识信息;
    所述交互单元提供给所述第二服务侧设备的服务交互信息包括所述服务内容信息,或者包括所述服务内容信息和所述支付信息。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的装置,其特征在于,所述服务交互信息还包括服务提供者信息。
  38. 根据要求34至37任一权项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一服务侧设备包括POS设备。
  39. 一种信息推荐方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    第二服务侧设备收集用户设备的标识信息和服务交互信息;
    对收集的用户设备的标识信息和服务交互信息进行分析,生成所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息;
    向所述第三服务侧设备提供所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息,以在所述第三服务侧设备发现所述用户设备后进行推送。
  40. 根据权利要求39所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户设备的标识信息包括:
    唯一设备识别符(UDID)、厂商为用户设备制定的唯一序列号、或用户设备的介质访问控制(MAC)地址。
  41. 根据权利要求39所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务交互信息包括:
    服务内容信息,或者,
    支付信息和服务内容信息,或者,
    服务内容信息和服务提供者信息,或者,
    支付信息、服务内容信息和服务提供者信息。
  42. 根据权利要求41所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述服务交互信息包括有服务内容信息,则所述对收集的用户设备的标识信息和服务交互信息进行分析,生成所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息包括:
    确定所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务内容信息;
    对所述服务内容信息进行分析,得到用户所偏好的服务内容;
    基于用户所偏好的服务内容生成所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。
  43. 根据权利要求41所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述服务交互信息包括有服务提供者信息,则所述对收集的用户设备的标识信息和服务交互信息进行分析,生成所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息包括:
    确定所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务内容信息;
    对确定的服务内容信息基于服务提供者进行分类;
    对分类后的服务内容信息分别进行分析,得到用户针对各服务提供者所偏好的服务内容;
    基于用户针对各服务提供者所偏好的服务内容,分别针对各服务提供者生成所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。
  44. 根据权利要求42或43所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述服务交互信息包括有支付信息,则进一步对支付信息进行分析,得到用户的支付偏好;
    在生成所述服务推荐信息时,结合对用户的支付偏好的分析。
  45. 根据权利要求42或43所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    所述第二服务侧设备获取与所述用户设备的标识信息相关联的用户属性信息;
    在生成所述服务推荐信息时,进一步结合对所述用户属性信息进行的分析。
  46. 一种信息推荐装置,该装置设置于第二服务侧设备,其特征在于,该装置包括:
    收集单元,用于收集用户设备的标识信息和服务交互信息;
    分析单元,用于对所述收集单元收集的用户设备的标识信息和服务交互信息进行分析,生成所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息;
    推荐单元,用于向所述第三服务侧设备提供所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息,以在第三服务侧设备发现所述用户设备后进行推送。
  47. 根据权利要求46所述的装置,其特征在于,所述用户设备的标识信息包括:
    唯一设备识别符(UDID)、厂商为用户设备制定的唯一序列号、或用户设备的介 质访问控制(MAC)地址。
  48. 根据权利要求46所述的装置,其特征在于,所述服务交互信息包括:
    服务内容信息,或者,
    支付信息和服务内容信息,或者,
    服务内容信息和服务提供者信息,或者,
    支付信息、服务内容信息和服务提供者信息。
  49. 根据权利要求48所述的装置,其特征在于,若所述服务交互信息包括有服务内容信息,则所述分析单元,具体用于:
    确定所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务内容信息;
    对所述服务内容信息进行分析,得到用户所偏好的服务内容;
    基于用户所偏好的服务内容生成所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。
  50. 根据权利要求48所述的装置,其特征在于,若所述服务交互信息包括有服务提供者信息,则所述分析单元,具体用于:
    确定所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务内容信息;
    对确定的服务内容信息基于服务提供者进行分类;
    对分类后的服务内容信息分别进行分析,得到用户针对各服务提供者所偏好的服务内容;
    基于用户针对各服务提供者所偏好的服务内容,分别针对各服务提供者生成所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。
  51. 根据权利要求49或50所述的装置,其特征在于,若所述服务交互信息包括有支付信息,则所述分析单元进一步对支付信息进行分析,得到用户的支付偏好,结合用户的支付偏好生成所述服务推荐信息。
  52. 根据权利要求49或50所述的装置,其特征在于,所述收集单元,还用于获取与所述用户设备的标识信息相关联的用户属性信息;
    所述分析单元在生成所述服务推荐信息时,进一步结合对所述用户属性信息进行的分析。
  53. 一种信息推荐方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    第三服务侧设备如果发现用户设备,则根据从第二服务侧设备获取的所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息,向所述用户设备进行推荐。
  54. 根据权利要求53所述的方法,其特征在于,从第二服务侧设备获取所述用户 设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息包括:
    从第二服务侧设备获取所述第三服务侧设备所属服务提供者生成的所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。
  55. 根据权利要求53所述的方法,其特征在于,所述发现用户设备包括:
    所述第三服务侧设备通过近距离通信的发现机制发现所述用户设备并获取所述用户设备的标识信息。
  56. 一种信息推荐装置,该装置设置于第三服务侧设备,其特征在于,该装置包括:
    发现单元,用于发现用户设备;
    获取单元,用于从第二服务侧设备获取所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息;
    发送单元,用于在所述发现单元发现用户设备后,将所述服务推荐信息发送给所述用户设备。
  57. 根据权利要求56所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元,具体用于从第二服务侧设备获取所述第三服务侧设备所属服务提供者生成的所述用户设备的标识信息对应的服务推荐信息。
  58. 根据权利要求56所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发现单元,具体用于通过近距离通信的发现机制发现所述用户设备并获取所述用户设备的标识信息。
  59. 根据权利要求56至58任一权项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第三服务侧设备包括具备近距离通信功能的接入设备。
