Abstract
L'invention concerne une pièce (1) moulée par injection à composants multiples pour un dispositif d'éclairage d'un véhicule, présentant un premier composant synthétique (10) en un poly(méthacrylate de méthyle), formé au moyen d'une première étape de moulage par injection, et présentant un deuxième composant synthétique (11) en une poly(méthacrylate de méthyle) qui est au moins partiellement injecté sur ou au-dessus du premier composant synthétique (10) au moyen d'une deuxième étape de moulage par injection de telle sorte qu'un composite de matière est formé par les deux composants synthétiques (10, 11). Pour éviter des dégradations dans la zone de bord au niveau de la ligne de séparation entre les deux composants synthétiques (10, 11), selon l'invention, au moins un des composants synthétiques (10, 11) est un poly(méthacrylate de méthyle) résistant aux chocs, présentant une résistance aux chocs selon Charpy d'au moins 30 kJ/M2.
