服务处理方法及服务处理装置、存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术,尤其涉及一种服务处理方法及服务处理装置、存储介质。
背景技术
使用移动终端(如智能手机、平板电脑等)运行的应用成为用户获取信息的重要手段;目前,用户可以基于移动终端运行的应用预定各种形式的服务(如通过移动终端中的应用进行网上购物、订购外卖服务、订购如保洁、家政等服务)并使用,将传统的线下业务提供为线上以各种形式的服务,成为移动互联网的业务融合的新趋势,但是,用户在使用移动终端的应用进行预定服务的过程中难以快速定位期望使用的服务;
用户会在移动终端安装各种应用以预定不同形式的各种服务,第三方服务的后台会定期或不定期地向移动终端对应的应用推送用户可能感兴趣的服务,由此带来以下问题:
1)推送信息所包括的服务不能保证总是用户期望使用的,服务推荐的精度低;
2)用户需要频繁查看推送服务的信息是否来自用户的正常通信(如短信通信、基于社交应用的通信),给用户的正常通信带来了干扰。
综上,相关技术存在难以精确快速定位用户期望使用的服务的问题,同时给用户基于移动终端的正常通信带来干扰。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种服务处理方法及服务处理装置、存储介质,能 够高效精确地确定移动终端用户需要使用的服务。

本发明实施例中,在用户服务使用界面中的服务(设为第一服务)后,通过设置第一服务的信息提示标识,在用户触发查看信息提示标识时,将第三方后台服务通知第一服务已经使用的信息连同第二服务的提示标识共同显示;
在通知用户第一服务已经使用的同时,达到了通过第二服务的提示标识向用户推荐第二服务的目的,不需要通过专门的推送消息向用户推荐第二服务,避免对用户的正常通信造成干扰;
同时,由于第二服务是与用户已经使用的第一服务关联的服务,从而能够基于用户的服务的实际使用情况准确确定用户需要使用的服务,实现了向用户个性化地推荐服务的技术效果,提升了推荐服务的精度。

现在将参考附图描述实现本发明实施例中记载的移动终端,移动终端 可以以各种形式来实施,例如,上述的移动终端可以是智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑或穿戴式设备(如智能眼镜、智能手表等),移动终端的操作系统可以是安卓操作系统、iOS操作系统或其他任意第三方开发的可以运行于微型计算机结构(至少包括处理器和内存)的操作系统(如移动版Linux系统、黑莓QNX操作系统等),本发明实施例中的附图中以移动终端为智能手机进行说明,这不构成对本发明实施例记载的技术方案所适用的移动终端类型的限定。
移动终端运行有能够获取服务的第一应用(这里的第一应用并非特指,仅仅是用于表示具有获取服务的功能的应用,该获取服务的功能可以提供为特定的功能模块以嵌入到移动终端运行的任意应用如社交应用中,也可以提供为专用的用于获取服务的应用);这里的服务可以是包装为服务的线下业务(例如商家优惠券、代金券、团购券、红包、会员卡、外卖服务、保洁服务和家政服务等),也可以是在网络上使用的服务(例如网络游戏点卡、网上影院电影票等),也可以是线上和线下相结合的服务。
基于以上记载的移动终端及其运行的第一应用提出本发明实施例。
参见图1示出的服务处理方法的一个可选的流程示意图,移动终端从第三方服务后台获取第一应用预定的服务(步骤101)时,以第一应用为社交应用为例,有以下几种典型的方式:
方式1),参见图2,在用户通过移动终端中的社交应用(社交应用客户端)关注提供服务的第三方服务的社交应用公众平台(步骤201),社交应用公众平台是在社交应用的基础上实现的功能,个人和企业都可以打造在社交应用公众平台注册公众号,通过社交应用公众平台注册的公众号,实现和特定群体的文字、图片、语音的全方位沟通、互动。用户可以通过在社交应用中提供的订阅功能来关注感兴趣的公众号(如上述的提供第三 方服务的公众号),接收公众号推送的相关信息。
社交应用向社交应用后台发送被关注的社交应用公众平台的信息(步骤202),社交应用后台向对应的第三方服务后台获取可用的服务的信息(步骤203),并将服务的信息发送至移动终端中的社交应用(步骤204),由社交应用在显示界面中呈现(步骤205)供用户选择,当用户选中期望使用的服务(步骤206)后,社交应用向社交应用后台提交获取服务的使用凭证(视提供服务的第三方服务后台而有所区别,通过可以采用如序列号、条形码和二维码)等形式的图形码来唯一标识一个服务的请求(步骤207),由社交应用后台向第三方服务后台获取对应的使用凭证(步骤208)并发送至移动终端的社交应用中(步骤209),社交应用可以在服务使用界面呈现获取的服务的信息(步骤210,获取的使用凭证用户作为后续使用服务的凭证,可以在服务使用界面中显示,也可以不显示)。

参见图4,社交应用的卡包(也就是社交应用中的卡包功能,支持通过服务使用界面的形成呈现用户获取的各种服务的电子化凭证)中示出了用户通过社交应用预定的多个服务,包括团购券、会员卡以及红包;当用户需要使用代金券(第一服务)时,可以通过特定的操作方式(如单击、双击)选中代金券,社交应用在卡包面检测选取使用代金券的操作,检测到代金券被选取使用时,从卡包界面(服务使用界面)切换至代金券的详情 界面(使用凭证界面),获取代金券的二维码(使用凭证)并在图5示出的详情界面(使用凭证界面)呈现;二维码可以供服务提供方扫描二维码以确认用户身份并提供相应的服务。
在服务使用界面中的第一服务被使用之后,移动终端从第三方服务后台获取到服务使用界面呈现的第一服务被使用的信息(步骤102);
具体参见图6,在第一应用的服务使用界面中的代金券(第一服务)被使用时,服务提供方会提取代金券(第一服务)的使用凭证(步骤401),在代金券(第一服务)被使用后服务提供方将已使用的代金券(第一服务)的使用凭证提交至第三方服务后台(步骤402),使第三方服务后台核销代金券(第一服务)的使用凭证(步骤403),在第三方服务后台核销代金券(第一服务)的使用凭证之后,向社交应用后台发送代金券(第一服务)被使用的消息(步骤404),社交应用后台向对应的社交应用发送代金券(第一服务)被使用的消息(步骤405),从而实现了从移动终端从第三方服务后台获取到服务使用界面呈现的第一服务被使用的信息(步骤102,当然,该消息是通过社交应用平台传输至移动终端)。
由于移动终端中第一应用的服务使用界面中是用于呈现待使用的预定服务的,在确定服务使用界面中的代金券(第一服务)被使用之后,移动终端将更新服务使用界面中呈现的服务(步骤103),其中至少不再呈现第一服务,并在服务使用界面呈现第一服务的信息提示标识(步骤104)。
本发明实施例对信息提示标识在服务使用界面中显示的位置以及显示方式不做限定,信息提示标识可以在服务使用界面的任意空闲区域显示,显示方式可以采用图像、文字之一或结合的方式;参见图7,在图4中的代金券(第一服务)被使用之后,基于图6的处理流程移动终端获取到代金券被使用的信息,在服务使用界面中停止呈现代金券(第一服务),并呈现一文字形式的信息提示标识。
在信息提示标识被触发时,移动终端运行的第一应用向用户提示代金券(第一服务)已经被使用的信息,以及与第一服务关联的第二服务的信息提示标识(步骤105);当第二服务的信息提示标识被触发时,将第二服务添加至第一应用的服务使用界面,第二服务是在多个方面与第一服务关联的服务,在用户使用第一服务之后,用户选择使用第二服务的概率要明显高于其他服务,实现了跟随用户的服务情况而向用户后续最可能使用的第二服务,实现服务的个性化推荐,推荐服务的精度明显高于相关技术不区分用户进行的统一性的服务推荐;并且向用户推荐的第二服务是在用户触发第一服务的信息提示标识以查看第一服务被使用的信息时完成,这就不需要通过特定的消息下发,避免频繁产生信息提示而对用户的正常通信产生干扰。
如前所述,第一服务可以在多个方面与第二服务关联,例如:
1)、第二服务与第一服务为相同类型、相同服务提供方的服务,通常用户可能会多次使用所预定的服务如代金券等,通过向用户推荐用户之前所使用的服务,便于用户再次使用;当然,当用户再次使用与第一类型相同类型的服务时,用户的需求可能大于前一次使用第一服务的需求,因此第二服务与第一服务虽然属于相同类型,但第二服务承载的服务的度量(如代金券的数额、通信流量券的流量数额)可以大于第一服务承载的服务的度量。
2)、第二服务的类型与第一服务为相同类型、不同服务提供方的服务,实际应用中,存在第一服务被使用后,第一服务的服务提供方暂时不会再次提供第一服务的情况,此时,可以将另一服务提供方提供的与第一服务类型相同的第二服务推荐给用户,实现了对服务的普遍性曝光;例如当KFC的代金券(第一服务)提供之后,可以将麦当劳的代金券(第二服务)推荐给用户。
3)、第二服务的类型与第一服务的类型关联;例如,美容健康类型的服务可以具有关联关系,第一服务为美容院体验卡时,第二服务可以为体检卡。
在一个实施例中,前述步骤105中呈现第一服务被使用的信息,以及与第一服务关联的第二服务的信息提示标识时,可以切换至与第一应用的服务使用界面不同的信息提示界面,在信息提示界面呈现第一服务被使用的信息、以及第二服务的信息提示标识;移动终端运行的第一应用的服务使用界面中针对第一服务的信息提示标识被触发时,移动终端运行的第一应用从服务使用界面切换至信息提示界面,在信息提示界面中呈现第一服务被使用的信息,以及与第一服务关联的第二服务的信息提示标识,在提示第一服务已经使用的同时,还向用户推荐第二服务;其中,在一个示例中第二服务的信息提示标识可以承载第二服务的描述信息下面分别说明。
结合图7示出的服务使用界面,第一服务的信息提示标识被触发时,切换至图8所示的信息提示界面,包括有第一服务被使用的信息(还可以包括使用时间、地点等信息)、以及第二服务的信息提示标识,第二服务的信息提示标识承载有对应第二服务的描述信息,特征描述信息用于表征第二服务与第一服务关联的特征,例如均属于相同的服务提供方;当用户需要使用了解推荐的第二服务时会对图8示出的第二服务的信息提示标识实施触发操作,参见图9并结合图10,当移动终端运行的第一应用检测到第二服务的信息提示标识被触发(步骤501),从图8示出的信息提示界面切换至图10示出的服务预定界面,并在服务预定界面呈现第二服务的预定操作标识(步骤502)。
检测到第二服务的预定操作标识被触发时,从第三方服务后台获取第二服务的使用凭证,如图11所示,在切换返回的服务使用界面中基于获取的使用凭证呈现第二服务(步骤503);用户可以在服务使用界面呈现的第 二服务,具体使用方法于前述使用第一服务相同,这里不再赘述,在向用户提示第一服务被使用的信息的同时,实现了跟踪用户的使用服务的情况推荐用户会使用的第二服务。
图10示出的第二服务的预定操作界面,是移动终端运行的第一应用中跳转至服务提供方的页面而呈现,在图8示出的第二服务的信息提示标识可以采用文字链接实现(链接至服务提供方的预定服务的界面),实现了文字链类型的跟随推荐位,也就是在提示第一服务已经使用的同时使用文字链接的形式推荐第二服务。
在一个实施例中,前述步骤105中呈现第一服务被使用的信息,以及与第一服务关联的第二服务的信息提示标识时,可以切换至与第一应用的服务使用界面不同的信息提示界面,在信息提示界面呈现第一服务被使用的信息、以及第二服务的信息提示标识;移动终端运行的第一应用的服务使用界面中针对第一服务的信息提示标识被触发时,移动终端运行的第一应用从服务使用界面切换至信息提示界面,在信息提示界面中呈现第一服务被使用的信息,以及与第一服务关联的第二服务的信息提示标识,在提示第一服务已经使用的同时,还向用户推荐第二服务;其中,第二服务的信息提示标识承载有对应第二服务的预定操作标识。
结合图7示出的服务使用界面,第一服务的信息提示标识被触发时,切换至图12所示的信息提示界面,包括有第一服务被使用的信息(还可以包括使用时间、地点等信息)、以及第二服务的预定操作标识;当用户需要预定第二服务时,对图12示出的第二服务的预定操作标识实施触发操作,参见图13并结合图14,移动终端运行的第一应用检测到第二服务的预定操作标识被触发(步骤601),从第三方服务后台获取第二服务的使用凭证,在切换返回的服务使用界面中基于所获取的使用凭证呈现第二服务(步骤602)。用户可以在服务使用界面呈现的第二服务,具体使用方法于前述使 用第一服务相同,这里不再赘述,在向用户提示第一服务被使用的信息的同时,实现了跟踪用户的使用服务的情况推荐用户会使用的第二服务(与第一服务的服务提供方可以不同,例如图8中第一服务也即社交应用充值的服务提供方为社交应用充值平台,而图10中示出的第二服务也即10M流量充值券的服务方为运营商)。
上述示例是在信息提示界面中直接呈现第二服务的预定操作标识,方便用户快速预定第二服务,信息提示界面中的第二服务的预定操作标识实现了对与第一服务相同来源(来自同一服务提供方)的服务的推荐,实现了原生服务的跟随推荐位,也就是向用户推荐与第一服务来自相同服务提供方的服务(例如图12中示出的第一服务也即代金券、以及图14中示出的第二服务也即折扣券仅来自LaVita商家)。
在一个实施例中,前述步骤105中呈现第一服务被使用的信息,以及与第一服务关联的第二服务的信息提示标识时,可以在第一应用的服务使用界面中完成(也就是不进行界面的切换),结合图15并参见图16,在服务使用界面中停止呈现第一服务(步骤701),并在第一服务的原显示区域呈现对应第一服务的信息提示标识、以及与第一服务关联的第二服务的信息提示标识(步骤702);检测到第二服务的预定操作标识被触发(步骤703),从第三方服务后台获取第二服务的使用凭证(步骤704),在第一服务的原显示区域中基于所获取的使用凭证呈现第二服务(步骤705),由于不需要进行显示界面的切换,使用户在不离开当前操作界面的前提下预定需要使用的服务,给用户带来连续的操作体验;如前第二服务的信息提示标识可以至少两种呈现方式,在示例1)中第二服务的信息提示标识可以承载第二服务的描述信息,或者在示例2中)第二服务的信息提示标识承载对应第二服务的预定操作标识。
如前所述,移动终端运行的第一应用的服务使用界面中的第一服务被使用之后,移动终端运行的第一应用更新服务使用界面中呈现的服务。在在一个实施例中,参见图17并结合图18,在前述的在服务使用界面中停止呈现第一服务的基础上,还可以尝试从第三方服务后台在预定第一服务或预定与第一服务关联的第二服务(步骤801),在预定成功时在服务使用界面中再次呈现所预定的服务(步骤802);由于第一服务是被用户使用过的服务,那么用户后续再次使用第一服务或与第一服务关联的第二服务的概率高于用户从而使用过的服务,提高了对用户推荐服务的精度。
在一个实施例中,还记载一种服务处理装置,可以设置于移动终端中,由移动终端中的处理器读取可读介质(如闪存、硬盘)中的可执行指令可以实现服务处理装置的功能;
参见图19示出的服务处理装置的功能结构示意图,服务处理装置包括:
第一获取单元100,配置为从第三方服务后台获取第一应用预定的服务,并通过第一应用的服务使用界面呈现预定的服务;
第二获取单元200,配置为从第三方服务后台获取到服务使用界面呈现的第一服务被使用的信息,更新服务使用界面中呈现的服务,并呈现对应第一服务的信息提示标识;
第一检测单元300,配置为检测到对应第一服务的信息提示标识被触发,呈现第一服务被使用的信息,以及与第一服务关联的第二服务的信息提示标识;其中,第二服务的信息提示标识支持提示用户将第二服务添加至第一应用的服务使用界面。
示例性地,第一检测单元300还配置为从服务使用界面切换至信息提示界面,在信息提示界面中呈现第一服务被使用的信息,以及与第一服务关联的第二服务的信息提示标识。
示例性地,第二服务的信息提示标识承载有对应第二服务的描述信息, 特征描述信息配置为表征第二服务与第一服务关联的特征;服务处理装置还包括:
第二检测单元400(与第一检测单元300连接),配置为检测到第二服务的信息提示标识被触发,从信息提示界面切换至服务预定界面,并在服务预定界面呈现第二服务的预定操作标识;
第三检测单元500(与第二检测单元400连接),配置为检测到第二服务的预定操作标识被触发,从第三方服务后台获取第二服务的使用凭证,在切换返回的服务使用界面中基于所获取的使用凭证呈现第二服务。
示例性地,第二服务的信息提示标识承载有对应第二服务的预定操作标识;
服务处理装置还包括:
第四检测单元600(图19中未示出,与第三检测单元500连接),配置为检测到第二服务的预定操作标识被触发,从第三方服务后台获取第二服务的使用凭证,在切换返回的服务使用界面中基于所获取的使用凭证呈现第二服务。
示例性地,第二获取单元200包括:
第一呈现模块,配置为在服务使用界面中停止呈现第一服务,并在第一服务的原显示区域呈现对应第一服务的信息提示标识;
第二呈现模块(与第一呈现模块连接),配置为在第一服务的原显示区域呈现第二服务的信息提示标识,第二服务的信息提示标识承载有对应第二服务的预定操作标识;
检测模块(与第二呈现模块连接),配置为检测到第二服务的预定操作标识被触发,从第三方服务后台获取第二服务的使用凭证,在第一服务的原显示区域中基于所获取的使用凭证呈现第二服务。
示例性地,第二获取单元200还配置为在服务使用界面中停止呈现第 一服务;或者,在服务使用界面中停止呈现第一服务,并尝试从第三方服务后台再次预定第一服务,在预定成功时在服务使用界面中再次呈现第一服务。
示例性地,服务处理装置还包括:
第五检测单元700(与第四检测单元600连接),配置为在服务使用界面检测选取使用服务的操作;检测到第一服务被选取使用时,从服务使用界面切换至使用凭证界面,获取第一服务的使用凭证并在使用凭证界面呈现。
参见图20示出的服务处理装置的一个可选的硬件结构示意图,包括处理器11、输入/输出接口13(例如显示屏、触摸屏、扬声器),存储介质14以及网络接口12,组件可以经系统总线15连接通信。相应地,存储介质14中均存储有用于执行本发明实施例记载的服务处理方法的可执行指令。图20中示出的各硬件模块可根据需要部分实施、全部实施或实施其他的硬件模块,各类型硬件模块的数量可以为一个或多个,各硬件模块可以在同一地理位置实施,或者分布在不同的地理位置实施。
在一个实施例中,还记载一种计算机可读介质,可以为ROM(例如,只读存储器、FLASH存储器、转移装置等)、磁存储介质(例如,磁带、磁盘驱动器等)、光学存储介质(例如,CD-ROM、DVD-ROM、纸卡、纸带等)以及其他熟知类型的程序存储器;计算机可读介质中存储有计算机可执行指令(例如腾讯视频等投射应用的二进制可执行指令),当执行指令时,引起至少一个处理器执行包括以下的操作:
从第三方服务后台获取第一应用预定的服务,并通过第一应用的服务使用界面呈现预定的服务;
从第三方服务后台获取到服务使用界面呈现的第一服务被使用的信息,更新服务使用界面中呈现的服务,并呈现对应第一服务的信息提示标 识;
检测到对应第一服务的信息提示标识被触发,呈现第一服务被使用的信息,以及与第一服务关联的第二服务的信息提示标识;其中,第二服务的信息提示标识支持提示用户将第二服务添加至第一应用的服务使用界面。
示例性地,当执行指令时,还引起至少一个处理器执行包括以下的操作:
从服务使用界面切换至信息提示界面,在信息提示界面中呈现第一服务被使用的信息,以及与第一服务关联的第二服务的信息提示标识。
示例性地,当执行指令时,还引起至少一个处理器执行包括以下的操作:
第二服务的信息提示标识承载有对应第二服务的描述信息,特征描述信息用于表征第二服务与第一服务关联的特征;
检测到第二服务的信息提示标识被触发,从信息提示界面切换至服务预定界面,并在服务预定界面呈现第二服务的预定操作标识;
检测到第二服务的预定操作标识被触发,从第三方服务后台获取第二服务的使用凭证,在从所述服务预定界面切换返回的服务使用界面中基于所获取的使用凭证呈现第二服务。

检测到第二服务的预定操作标识被触发,从第三方服务后台获取第二服务的使用凭证,在第一服务的原显示区域中基于所获取的使用凭证呈现第二服务。
示例性地,当执行指令时,还引起至少一个处理器执行包括以下的操作:
在服务使用界面中停止呈现第一服务;或者,
在服务使用界面中停止呈现第一服务,并尝试从第三方服务后台再次预定第一服务,在预定成功时在服务使用界面中再次呈现第一服务。
示例性地,当执行指令时,还引起至少一个处理器执行包括以下的操作:
在服务使用界面检测选取使用服务的操作;
检测到第一服务被选取使用时,从服务使用界面切换至使用凭证界面,获取第一服务的使用凭证并在使用凭证界面呈现。
本发明实施例的有益效果为:
基于用户的消费行为使用消息通知将用户已经使用的卡券或活动(第一服务)相关卡券或活动(也即是第二服务)推荐给用户,推荐精度高,不会对用户的通信造成干扰;传统的消息通知仅将用户在线下产生的行为反馈至用户,无法为用户提供与本次消费行为相关服务的推荐信息,使得消息通知能力缺乏价值承载;本发明实施例发明解决了服务提供方基于用户消费行为无法做精准运营的限制,可以在第一应用的消息通知中对服务 做延伸推荐和交叉运营,同时又满足了用户对精准推荐服务的需求。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
或者,本发明上述集成的单元如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对相关技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、RAM、ROM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种服务处理方法,所述方法包括:
    从第三方服务后台获取第一应用预定的服务,并通过所述第一应用的服务使用界面呈现所述预定的服务;
    从所述第三方服务后台获取到所述服务使用界面呈现的第一服务被使用的信息,更新所述服务使用界面中呈现的服务,并呈现对应所述第一服务的信息提示标识;
    检测到对应所述第一服务的信息提示标识被触发,呈现所述第一服务被使用的信息,以及与所述第一服务关联的第二服务的信息提示标识;其中,所述第二服务的信息提示标识支持提示用户将所述第二服务添加至所述第一应用的服务使用界面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述呈现所述第一服务被使用的信息,以及与所述第一服务关联的第二服务的信息提示标识,包括:
    从所述服务使用界面切换至信息提示界面;
    在所述信息提示界面中呈现所述第一服务被使用的信息,以及与所述第一服务关联的第二服务的信息提示标识。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:
    所述第二服务的信息提示标识承载有对应所述第二服务的描述信息,所述特征描述信息用于表征第二服务与所述第一服务关联的特征;
    检测到所述第二服务的信息提示标识被触发,从所述信息提示界面切换至服务预定界面,并在所述服务预定界面呈现所述第二服务的预定操作标识;
    检测到所述第二服务的预定操作标识被触发,从所述第三方服务后台 获取所述第二服务的使用凭证,在从所述服务预定界面切换返回的所述服务使用界面中基于所获取的使用凭证呈现所述第二服务。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:
    所述第二服务的信息提示标识承载有对应所述第二服务的预定操作标识;
    检测到所述第二服务的预定操作标识被触发,从所述第三方服务后台获取所述第二服务的使用凭证,在从所述服务预定界面切换返回的所述服务使用界面中基于所获取的使用凭证呈现所述第二服务。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述更新服务使用界面中呈现的服务,并呈现对应所述第一服务的信息提示标识,包括:
    在所述服务使用界面中停止呈现所述第一服务,并在所述第一服务的原显示区域呈现对应所述第一服务的信息提示标识;
    所述方法还包括:
    在所述第一服务的原显示区域呈现第二服务的信息提示标识,所述第二服务的信息提示标识承载有对应所述第二服务的预定操作标识;
    检测到所述第二服务的预定操作标识被触发,从所述第三方服务后台获取所述第二服务的使用凭证,在所述第一服务的原显示区域中基于所获取的使用凭证呈现所述第二服务。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述更新服务使用界面中呈现的服务,包括:
    在所述服务使用界面中停止呈现所述第一服务;或者,
    在所述服务使用界面中停止呈现所述第一服务,并尝试从所述第三方服务后台再次预定所述第一服务,在预定成功时在所述服务使用界面中再 次呈现所述第一服务。
  7. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:
    在所述服务使用界面检测选取使用服务的操作;
    检测到所述第一服务被选取使用时,从所述服务使用界面切换至使用凭证界面,获取所述第一服务的使用凭证并在所述使用凭证界面呈现。
  8. 一种服务处理装置,所述服务处理装置包括:
    第一获取单元,配置为从第三方服务后台获取第一应用预定的服务,并通过所述第一应用的服务使用界面呈现所述预定的服务;
    第二获取单元,配置为从所述第三方服务后台获取到所述服务使用界面呈现的第一服务被使用的信息,更新所述服务使用界面中呈现的服务,并呈现对应所述第一服务的信息提示标识;
    第一检测单元,配置为检测到对应所述第一服务的信息提示标识被触发,呈现所述第一服务被使用的信息,以及与所述第一服务关联的第二服务的信息提示标识;其中,所述第二服务的信息提示标识支持提示用户将所述第二服务添加至所述第一应用的服务使用界面。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的服务处理装置,其中,
    所述第一检测单元还配置为从所述服务使用界面切换至信息提示界面,在所述信息提示界面中呈现所述第一服务被使用的信息,以及与所述第一服务关联的第二服务的信息提示标识。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的服务处理装置,其中,
    所述第二服务的信息提示标识承载有对应所述第二服务的描述信息,所述特征描述信息用于表征第二服务与所述第一服务关联的特征;
    所述服务处理装置还包括:
    第二检测单元,配置为检测到所述第二服务的信息提示标识被触发, 从所述信息提示界面切换至服务预定界面,并在所述服务预定界面呈现所述第二服务的预定操作标识;
    第三检测单元,配置为检测到所述第二服务的预定操作标识被触发,从所述第三方服务后台获取所述第二服务的使用凭证,在从所述服务预定界面切换返回的所述服务使用界面中基于所获取的使用凭证呈现所述第二服务。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的服务处理装置,其中,
    所述第二服务的信息提示标识承载有对应所述第二服务的预定操作标识;
    所述服务处理装置还包括:
    第四检测单元,配置为检测到所述第二服务的预定操作标识被触发,从所述第三方服务后台获取所述第二服务的使用凭证,在从所述服务预定界面切换返回的所述服务使用界面中基于所获取的使用凭证呈现所述第二服务。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的服务处理装置,其中,
    所述第二获取单元包括:
    第一呈现模块,配置为在所述服务使用界面中停止呈现所述第一服务,并在所述第一服务的原显示区域呈现对应所述第一服务的信息提示标识;
    第二呈现模块,配置为在所述第一服务的原显示区域呈现第二服务的信息提示标识,所述第二服务的信息提示标识承载有对应所述第二服务的预定操作标识;
    检测模块,配置为检测到所述第二服务的预定操作标识被触发,从所述第三方服务后台获取所述第二服务的使用凭证,在所述第一服务的原显示区域中基于所获取的使用凭证呈现所述第二服务。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的服务处理装置,其中,
    所述第二获取单元还配置为在所述服务使用界面中停止呈现所述第一服务;或者,在所述服务使用界面中停止呈现所述第一服务,并尝试从所述第三方服务后台再次预定所述第一服务,在预定成功时在所述服务使用界面中再次呈现所述第一服务。
  14. 如权利要求8至13任一项所述的服务处理装置,其中,
    所述服务处理装置还包括:
    第五检测单元,配置为在所述服务使用界面检测选取使用服务的操作;检测到所述第一服务被选取使用时,从所述服务使用界面切换至使用凭证界面,获取所述第一服务的使用凭证并在所述使用凭证界面呈现。
  15. 一种服务处理装置,所述服务处理装置包括:
    存储介质,配置为存储计算机可执行指令;
    处理器,配置为执行存储在所述存储介质上的计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令包括:
    从第三方服务后台获取第一应用预定的服务,并通过所述第一应用的服务使用界面呈现所述预定的服务;
    从所述第三方服务后台获取到所述服务使用界面呈现的第一服务被使用的信息,更新所述服务使用界面中呈现的服务,并呈现对应所述第一服务的信息提示标识;
    检测到对应所述第一服务的信息提示标识被触发,呈现所述第一服务被使用的信息,以及与所述第一服务关联的第二服务的信息提示标识;其中,所述第二服务的信息提示标识支持提示用户将所述第二服务添加至所述第一应用的服务使用界面。
  16. 一种存储介质,所述存储介质中存储有可执行指令,所述可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至7任一项所述的服务处理方法。
