技术领域
本公开涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种胶框、背光模组和显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示装置具有轻、薄、耗电小等优点,广泛应用于现代化信息设备中。由于液晶显示器本身不具发光特性,需依赖背光源供应充足且分布均匀的光源来达到显示的功能,因此背光模组性能的好坏直接影响到液晶显示器的品质。
相关技术中的背光模组通常包括背板、设置在背板上的背光部件和胶框。胶框通常采用硬质材料制成。在背光模组与显示面板组合过程中,容易导致显示面板破碎,或者胶框与显示面板边角干涉导致产生胶框屑异物等问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开提供一种胶框、背光模组和显示装置,用于解决在背光模组与显示面板组合过程中,硬质胶框容易导致显示面板破碎,或者胶框与显示面板边角干涉导致产生胶框屑异物的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本公开提供一种胶框,应用于背光模组,所述胶框包括软胶本体,所述软胶本体包括第一边框、第二边框、第三边框和第四边框,其中,至少一个边框上设置有第一固定部,所述第一固定部用于固定显示面板。
可选的,设置所述第一固定部的边框包括断开的第一子边框和第二子边框,所述第一固定部为所述第一子边框和第二子边框之间形成的缺口。
可选的,所述第一固定部为开设于所述至少一个边框上的凹槽。
可选的,所述第一固定部设置于所述第一边框上,所述第一边框为上边框。
可选的,所述第一固定部用于设置显示面板固定胶带。
可选的,至少一个边框上设置有第二固定部,所述第二固定部用于设置胶 框固定胶带。
可选的,所述第二固定部为开设于所述至少一个边框上的凹槽。
可选的,至少一个边框上设置有用于固定背光模组中的光学膜材的膜材固定部。
可选的,所述第二边框和所述第四边框设置有所述膜材固定部,所述第二边框为右边框,所述第四边框为左边框。
可选的,所述第一边框,所述第二边框,所述第三边框和所述第四边框依次连接,所述第一边框与所述第三边框相对设置,所述第二边框与所述第四边框相对设置;所述第一边框,所述第二边框,所述第三边框和所述第四边框的高度相同。
可选的,所述膜材固定部为固定卡槽。
本公开还提供一种背光模组,包括背板以及设置在所述背板上的背光部件和胶框,所述胶框为上述胶框。
可选的,所述背光模组还包括:显示面板固定胶带,设置于所述第一固定部;
所述显示面板固定胶带的高度高于设置所述第一固定部的边框的高度。
可选的,所述显示面板固定胶带高出设置所述第一固定部的边框0.02~0.05mm。
可选的,所述显示面板固定胶带的宽度与设置所述第一固定部的边框的宽度相同。
可选的,至少一个边框上设置有第二固定部,所述背光模组还包括:胶框固定胶带,设置于所述第二固定部,用于将所述胶框固定于所述背板上。
可选的,所述显示面板固定胶带自所述背板沿第一方向延伸的距离大于设置所述第一固定部的边框自所述背板沿所述第一方向延伸的距离;其中,所述第一方向垂直于所述背板并从所述背板指向所述显示面板。
可选的,所述胶框固定胶带粘着于所述至少一个边框朝向所述背板的表面上。
可选的,所述第二固定部为开设于所述至少一个边框上的凹槽。
本公开还提供一种显示装置,包括上述背光模组。
本公开的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:
由于用于背光模组的胶框为软胶胶框,软胶胶框具有韧性,因此在与显示面板组装过程中,不会与显示面板边角造成干涉,可避免显示面板破碎以及产生胶框屑异物等问题,从而可提高显示装置的品质,降低制造成本。另一方面,软胶胶框弹性大,容易拆卸,提高了背光模组的回收效率。另外,胶框上设置有用于固定显示面板的固定部,从而方便地将显示面板固定。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图和实施例,对本公开的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本公开,但不用来限制本公开的范围。
本公开的一些实施例提供一种用于背光模组的胶框。所述胶框包括软胶本体。所述软胶本体包括第一边框、第二边框、第三边框和第四边框。其中,至少一个边框上设置有第一固定部,所述第一固定部用于固定显示面板。
所述软胶可以为软质聚氯乙烯(PVC),硅胶,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA),乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE),苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体(TPES)等。
由于用于背光模组的胶框为软胶胶框,软胶胶框具有韧性,因此在与显示面板组装过程中,不会与显示面板边角造成干涉,可避免显示面板破碎以及产生胶框屑异物等问题,从而可提高显示装置的品质,降低制造成本。另一方面,软胶胶框弹性大,容易拆卸,提高了背光模组的回收效率。另外,胶框上设置有用于固定显示面板的固定部,从而方便地将显示面板固定。
在本公开的一些实施例中,设置所述第一固定部的边框可以包括断开的第 一子边框和第二子边框,所述第一固定部为所述第一子边框和第二子边框之间形成的缺口。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述第一固定部也可以为开设于对应边框上的凹槽。
可选的,所述第一固定部设置于所述第一边框上,所述第一边框为上边框。
可选的,所述第一固定部用于设置显示面板固定胶带,即通过显示面板固定胶带固定显示面板。当然,在本公开的其他一些实施例中,也可以通过其他一些方式固定显示面板,例如卡扣等方式。
可选的,至少一个边框上设置有第二固定部,所述第二固定部用于设置胶框固定胶带。从而可通过胶框固定胶带方便地将胶框固定在背光模组的背板上。
可选的,所述第二固定部为开设于对应边框上的凹槽。从而使得设置胶框固定胶带的边框的高度不高于其他边框的高度。
可选的,至少一个边框上还设置有用于固定背光模组中的光学膜材的膜材固定部,以避免光学膜材移位,提高背光模组的发光效率,并且还能够避免光学膜材在组装背光模组时掉落。
可选的,所述第二边框和所述第四边框设置有所述膜材固定部,所述第二边框为右边框,所述第四边框为左边框。
可选的,所述膜材固定部为开设于对应边框上的固定卡槽,从而方便地将光学膜材固定。
请参考图1,图1为本公开的一些实施例的胶框的俯视图,所述胶框包括软胶本体,所述软胶本体由第一边框111、第二边框112、第三边框113和第四边框114围设而成,所述第一边框111、第二边框112、第三边框113和第四边框114依次连接,其中,第一边框111与所述第三边框113相对设置,第二边框112和第四边框114相对设置。所述第一边框111为上边框,所述第一边框111上设置有第一固定部116,所述第一固定部116用于设置显示面板固定胶带。第一固定部116为开设于第一边框111上的凹槽。
本实施例中,所述显示面板固定胶带为双面胶,一面用于粘着胶框,一面用于粘着显示面板。
请参考图2,图2为本公开的一些实施例的胶框的俯视图,所述胶框包括软胶本体,所述软胶本体由第一边框111、第二边框112、第三边框113和第 四边框114围设而成,所述第一边框111、第二边框112、第三边框113和第四边框114依次连接,其中,第一边框111与所述第三边框113相对设置,第二边框112和第四边框114相对设置。所述第一边框111为上边框,所述第一边框111上设置有第一固定部116,所述第一固定部116用于设置显示面板固定胶带。所述第一边框111包括断开的两部分,即,与第二边框112连接的第一子边框1111以及与所述第四边框114连接的第二子边框1112。所述第一固定部116为所述第一子边框1111和第二子边框1112之间形成的缺口。
本实施例中,所述显示面板固定胶带为双面胶,一面用于粘着背光模组的背板,一面用于粘着显示面板。
上述实施例中,胶框上设有用于设置显示面板固定胶带的第一固定部,用于设置显示面板固定胶带,从而可采用显示面板固定胶带固定显示面板,防止显示面板与背光模组组合过程中,显示面板掉落。
本实施例中,只在一个边框(本实施例为第一边框111)上设置第一固定部,用于设置显示面板固定胶带,该种结构的优点在于:方便显示面板的拆卸。在本公开的其他一些实施例中,也可在多个边框上设置第一固定部,例如在第一边框111和第三边框113上均设置第一固定部,以用于设置显示面板固定胶带,从而使得显示面板的固定更牢固。
上述实施例中,第一边框111为上边框,第三边框113为下边框,所谓上边框是指显示面板的上边缘对应的边框,下边框是中显示面板的下边缘对应的边框。
上述两实施例中,第二边框112和第四边框114上均设置有膜材固定部115,所述膜材固定部115为固定卡槽,所述膜材固定部115用于固定背光模组中的光学膜材,避免光学膜材移位,提高背光模组的发光效率,并且还能够避免光学膜材在组装背光模组时掉落。所述光学膜材为导光板、棱镜片、扩散片和/或发射片等。相应的,所述光学膜材上还设置有与所述固定卡槽相匹配的凸耳。
本实施例中,第二边框112和第四边框114上均设置有两个膜材固定部115,当然,膜材固定部115的数量并不限于此。另外,在本公开的其他一些实施例中,也可以仅在一个边框上设置所述膜材固定部。
本公开的一些实施例还提供一种背光模组,包括背板以及设置在所述背板上的背光部件和胶框,所述胶框为上述任一实施例所述的胶框。
请参考图3,图3为本公开的一些实施例的背光模组的俯视图,所述背光模组包括:背板(图未示出)以及设置在所述背板上的背光部件(图未示出)和胶框,所述胶框包括软胶本体,所述软胶本体由第一边框111、第二边框112、第三边框113和第四边框114围设而成,所述第一边框111、第二边框112、第三边框113和第四边框114依次连接,其中,第一边框111与所述第三边框113相对设置,第二边框112和第四边框114相对设置。
所述第一边框111为上边框,所述第一边框111上设置有第一固定部116,所述第一固定部116用于设置显示面板固定胶带。所述第一边框111包括断开的两部分,与第二边框112连接的第一子边框1111以及与所述第四边框114连接的第二子边框1112。所述第一固定部116为所述第一子边框1111和第二子边框1112之间形成的缺口。
所述背光模组还包括:显示面板固定胶带12,用于固定显示面板,设置于所述第一固定部116;所述显示面板固定胶带12的高度高于所述胶框的边框的高度,从而可以保证显示面板能够与显示面板固定胶带12接触到。例如,在本公开的一些实施例中,可按照图8所示设置显示面板20、显示面板固定胶带12、胶框的边框1111、1112以及背板。如图8所示,显示面板固定胶带12自背板沿第一方向延伸的距离大于设置第一固定部116的边框1111和1112自背板沿第一方向延伸的距离,其中,第一方向垂直于背板并从背板指向显示面板20。所述边框的高度是指所述边框靠近显示面板且与显示面板平行的一面的高度,所述胶框的各个边框的高度相同。
可选的,所述显示面板固定胶带12与所述胶框的边框的高度差小于预设阈值,以避免因显示面板固定胶带12与边框的高度差太大,导致显示面板在两者的衔接区域而产生裂纹。
可选的,所述显示面板固定胶带12高出所述胶框的边框0.02~0.05mm。
可选的,所述显示面板固定胶带12的宽度与设置所述第一固定部116的边框(本实施例中为第一边框111)的宽度相同,以避免显示面板产生裂纹。
本公开的一些实施例中,所述胶框可以通过双面胶粘着在背板上,通常情况下,如图4所示,背板包括底板131和侧板132,所述胶框11可以通过胶框固定胶带14固定在侧板132上。
或者,如图5所示,所述胶框11上也可以设置卡扣结构,通过卡扣结构 与背板固定连接。
当然,上述两实施例仅用于说明,在本公开的其他一些实施例中,胶框和背板也可以通过其他方法固定连接。
请参考图6,图6为本公开的一些实施例的背光模组的俯视图,本实施例与图3所示的背光模组的区别在于:所述第一子边框1111和第二子边框1112上分别设置有第二固定部117,所述第二固定部117用于设置胶框固定胶带。所述背光模组还包括:胶框固定胶带15,设置于第二固定部117,所述胶框固定胶带15粘着于所述第一子边框1111和第二子边框1112朝向所述背板的表面上,以防止设置所述第一固定部116的第一边框111脱落。可选的,第二固定部117为开设于对应边框上的凹槽,从而使得设置胶框固定胶带的边框的高度不高于其他边框的高度。例如,在本公开的一些实施例中,可按照图8所示将胶框固定胶带15设置于第二固定部117之中,并如图8所示设置显示面板20、显示面板固定胶带12、胶框的边框1111和1112、第二固定部117、胶框固定胶带15以及背板。
请参考图7,图7为本公开的一些实施例的背光模组与显示面板的组合示意图。图中,20为显示面板。
本公开还提供一种显示装置,包括上述任一实施例中的背光模组。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种胶框,应用于背光模组,其中,所述胶框包括软胶本体,所述软胶本体包括第一边框、第二边框、第三边框和第四边框,其中,至少一个边框上设置有第一固定部,所述第一固定部用于固定显示面板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的胶框,其中,设置所述第一固定部的边框包括断开的第一子边框和第二子边框,所述第一固定部为所述第一子边框和第二子边框之间形成的缺口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的胶框,其中,所述第一固定部为开设于所述至少一个边框上的凹槽。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一固定部设置于所述第一边框上,所述第一边框为上边框。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的胶框,其中,所述第一固定部用于设置显示面板固定胶带。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,至少一个边框上设置有第二固定部,所述第二固定部用于设置胶框固定胶带。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的胶框,其中,所述第二固定部为开设于所述至少一个边框上的凹槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的胶框,其中,至少一个边框上设置有用于固定背光模组中的光学膜材的膜材固定部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的胶框,其中,所述第二边框和所述第四边框设置有所述膜材固定部,所述第二边框为右边框,所述第四边框为左边框。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的胶框,其中,所述第一边框,所述第二边框,所述第三边框和所述第四边框依次连接,所述第一边框与所述第三边框相对设置,所述第二边框与所述第四边框相对设置;
    所述第一边框,所述第二边框,所述第三边框和所述第四边框的高度相同。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的胶框,其中,所述膜材固定部为固定卡槽。
  12. 一种背光模组,包括背板以及设置在所述背板上的背光部件和胶框,所述胶框为如权利要求1-11任一项所述的胶框。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的背光模组,
    还包括:显示面板固定胶带,设置于所述第一固定部;
    所述显示面板固定胶带的高度高于设置所述第一固定部的边框的高度。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的背光模组,其中,所述显示面板固定胶带高出设置所述第一固定部的边框0.02~0.05mm。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的背光模组,其中,所述显示面板固定胶带的宽度与设置所述第一固定部的边框的宽度相同。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的背光模组,其中,至少一个边框上设置有第二固定部,所述背光模组还包括:胶框固定胶带,设置于所述第二固定部,用于将所述胶框固定于所述背板上。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的背光模组,其中,所述显示面板固定胶带自所述背板沿第一方向延伸的距离大于设置所述第一固定部的边框自所述背板沿所述第一方向延伸的距离;
    其中,所述第一方向垂直于所述背板并从所述背板指向所述显示面板。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的背光模组,其中,所述胶框固定胶带粘着于所述至少一个边框朝向所述背板的表面上。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的背光模组,其中,所述第二固定部为开设于所述至少一个边框上的凹槽。
  20. 一种显示装置,包括如权利要求12-19任一项所述的背光模组。
