Abstract
本发明提供一种胶框,用于固定产生光源并向面板传输光源的背光模块,所述胶框包括用于粘贴遮光胶带的端面,所述端面设置有弹性凸起部。本发明通过在胶框的粘贴遮光胶带的端面上设置弹性凸起部,当下压液晶面板时,弹性凸起部可以起到减震缓冲作用,从而可以防止上下棱镜片、扩散片或导光板被压伤或刮伤。本发明还提供一种背光模块和显示装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电子显示设备领域,尤其涉及一种胶框、背光模块和显示装置。
背景技术
背光模块用于为显示装置中的显示模块提供背光,随着对小尺寸液晶显示器的解析度的要求越来越高,背光的亮度需求也逐步增加,因此需要对背光模块的各部件进行高亮处理,这就需要使用高硬度或者无表面涂层的胶体,以至于高亮处理后的膜片的抗刮性能和其他性能会降低。当人手在摩擦或点压显示屏以及在进行可靠性试验时,显示屏会下沉到上下棱镜片上,上下棱镜片又会压伤扩散片,继而压伤导光板,从而会影响产品的显示效果和可靠性。
发明内容
本发明提供一种胶框、背光模块和显示装置,能够在下压液晶面板时,防止上下棱镜片、扩散片或导光板被压伤或刮伤。
本发明提供一种胶框,用于固定产生光源并向面板传输光源的背光模块,所述胶框包括两两相对设置并且首尾相连的四个侧壁,所述侧壁均具有相对设置的上端面和下端面以及连接所述上端面和下端面的两个侧面,所述侧壁的所述上端面上设有弹性凸起部。
其中,所述弹性凸起部的截面呈拱形。
其中,所述弹性凸起部的截面呈矩形。
其中,所述弹性凸起部由弹性PC材料制成。
其中,所述胶框和所述弹性凸起部通过双色注塑技术制成。
本发明还提供一种背光模块,包括灯管组、导光板、扩散片、下棱镜片、上棱镜片和前述任一项所述的胶框,所述灯光组用于向所述导光板发射光线,所述上棱镜片、所述下棱镜片、所述扩散片和所述导光板依次层叠设置,所述扩散片通过粘贴到所述弹性凸起部的粘胶与所述胶框固定连接。
其中,所述导光板包括出光面、与所述出光面相对设置的背光面和连接所述出光面和所述背光面的侧面,所述灯管组邻近所述导光板的所述侧面以向所述导光板发射光线,所述扩散片包括相对的第一端和第二端,所述第一端邻近所述灯管组,所述扩散片的所述第一端通过粘贴到所述弹性凸起部的粘胶与所述胶框固定连接。
其中,所述弹性凸起部的截面呈拱形。
其中,所述弹性凸起部的截面呈矩形。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,包括液晶屏和前述任一项所述的背光模块,所述液晶屏包括依次层叠的上偏光片、彩色滤光片、薄膜晶体管和下偏光片,所述下偏光片的下表面与所述弹性凸起部接触,并且通过粘贴到所述弹性凸起部的粘胶与所述背光模块固定连接。
相较于现有技术,本发明通过在胶框的粘贴遮光胶带的端面上设置弹性凸起部,当下压液晶面板时,弹性凸起部可以起到减震缓冲作用,即当冲量不变时,弹性凸起部可以增大作用时间,从而可以让下压力变小,因而可以防止上下棱镜片、扩散片或导光板被压伤或刮伤。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参照图1、图2和图3,显示装置包括液晶屏1和背光模块2,液晶屏1包括依次层叠的上偏光片11、彩色滤光片12、薄膜晶体管13和下偏光片14。背光模块2包括灯管组21、导光板22、扩散片23、下棱镜片24、上棱镜片25和胶框26。上棱镜片25、下棱镜片24、扩散片23和导光板22依次层叠设置。导光板22包括出光面221、与出光面221相对设置的背光面222和连接出光面221和背光面222的侧面223,灯管组21邻近导光板22的侧面223以向导光板22发射光线,扩散片23包括相对的第一端和第二端,第一端邻近灯管组21。
需要说明,本发明的显示装置为左右对称结构,故图3中仅示出显示装置的一端,另一端的结构可以参照图3。
根据本发明的胶框26的作用是固定产生光源并向面板传输光源的背光模块2,胶框26包括两两相对设置并且首尾相连的四个侧壁261,侧壁261均具有相对设置的上端面和下端面以及连接上端面和下端面的两个侧面,侧壁261的上端面上设有弹性凸起部262。
本实施例中的胶框为弹性材料制成,可在一定的范围内自由伸展或弯曲,而凸起部262优选由弹性PC材料制成,PC材料是一种综合性能优良的非晶型热塑性树脂,具有优异的电绝缘性、延伸性、尺寸稳定性及耐化学腐蚀性,较高的强度、耐热性和耐寒性。胶框26和弹性凸起部262可以通过双色注塑技术制成,从而可以将不同材料的胶框和凸起部一体制成。而弹性凸起部262的截面可以为拱形或矩形,当然,弹性凸起部262的截面可以是其他形状。
参照图1,扩散片23通过粘贴到弹性凸起部262的粘胶27例如口字胶27与胶框26固定连接。弹性凸起部262可以增大固定黏胶的粘贴面积,从而可以更牢固将各膜片固定在胶框上。
参照图2和图3,下偏光片14的下表面与弹性凸起部262接触,并且通过粘贴到弹性凸起部262的粘胶与背光模块2固定连接。当人手在摩擦或点压显示屏1以及在进行可靠性试验,显示屏1向下运动时,上端面上设置的弹性凸起部262会起到缓冲减震作用,即在下压冲量不变的前提下,作用时间增大,从而会使得液晶屏1的下压力变小,因此可以阻止各膜片被压伤或刮伤。
本实施例中的胶框适用于侧入式背光模块,同样也适用于直下式背光模块的结构形式。

Claims (10)
1.一种胶框,用于固定产生光源并向面板传输光源的背光模块,所述胶框包括两两相对设置并且首尾相连的四个侧壁,所述侧壁均具有相对设置的上端面和下端面以及连接所述上端面和下端面的两个侧面,其特征在于,所述侧壁的所述上端面上设有弹性凸起部。
2.如权利要求1所述的胶框,其特征在于,所述弹性凸起部的截面呈拱形。
3.如权利要求1所述的胶框,其特征在于,所述弹性凸起部的截面呈矩形。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的胶框,其特征在于,所述弹性凸起部由弹性PC材料制成。
5.如权利要求4所述的胶框,其特征在于,所述胶框和所述弹性凸起部通过双色注塑技术制成。
6.一种背光模块,其特征在于,包括灯管组、导光板、扩散片、下棱镜片、上棱镜片和如权利要求1至5任一项所述的胶框,所述灯光组用于向所述导光板发射光线,所述上棱镜片、所述下棱镜片、所述扩散片和所述导光板依次层叠设置,所述扩散片通过粘贴到所述弹性凸起部的粘胶与所述胶框固定连接。
7.如权利要求6所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述导光板包括出光面、与所述出光面相对设置的背光面和连接所述出光面和所述背光面的侧面,所述灯管组邻近所述导光板的所述侧面以向所述导光板发射光线,所述扩散片包括相对的第一端和第二端,所述第一端邻近所述灯管组,所述扩散片的所述第一端通过粘贴到所述弹性凸起部的粘胶与所述胶框固定连接。
8.如权利要求7所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述弹性凸起部的截面呈拱形。
9.如权利要求7所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述弹性凸起部的截面呈矩形。
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括液晶屏和如权利要求6至9任一项所述的背光模块,所述液晶屏包括依次层叠的上偏光片、彩色滤光片、薄膜晶体管和下偏光片,所述下偏光片的下表面与所述弹性凸起部接触,并且通过粘贴到所述弹性凸起部的粘胶与所述背光模块固定连接。
