上述实施例中的头盔插扣采用现有结构,也可以根据需要采用现有材料制作成的以下结构,即所述母扣1包括的卡合端面沿其长度方向设有收纳孔10,该收纳孔10内设有母扣卡合部(附图未标示),该母扣1的卡合端相对的两个侧面设有与收纳孔10连通的卡合脱离开口11;所述公扣2包括两个与母扣卡合部配合且具有弹性形变的公扣卡扣21,当公扣公扣21插入母扣1时,公扣卡扣21处于被压状态,在公扣2插入母扣1到位后,公扣卡扣部21复位与母扣卡合部卡合,并位于卡合脱离开口11。所述卡合脱离开口是指用于与卡扣部配合实现固定公扣2,同时便于使公扣卡扣21与母扣1分离实现可拆卸。
需要拆卸时,在两个卡合脱离开口11处同时用力向内夹,使两个公扣卡扣21向内移动直至离开卡合脱离开口11,再沿插扣长度方向稍用力即可使母扣与公扣分离,实现拆卸。
为了避免在公扣卡扣21与母扣1分离拆卸时对两个公扣卡扣21 相对施力时出现施力过大,造成公扣卡扣21断裂现象出现,在两个公扣卡扣21之间设有一个限位条22,使公扣卡扣21在受力时只能在有限的形变空间进行,避免出现形变空间过大,造成公扣卡扣断裂。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换,而这些修改或替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 新型头盔插扣,包括与第一束缚带连接的公扣和第二束缚带连接并与公扣配合的母扣,其特征在于:所述公扣或母扣上设有使公扣和母扣与皮肤保持隔离状态的托架。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型头盔插扣,其特征在于:所述母扣的卡合端面沿其长度方向设有收纳孔,该收纳孔内设有母扣卡合部,该母扣的卡合端相对的两个侧面设有与收纳孔连通的卡合脱离开口;所述公扣包括两个与母扣卡合部配合且具有弹性形变的公扣卡扣,当公扣公扣插入母扣时,公扣卡扣处于被压状态,在公扣插入母扣到位后,公扣卡扣部复位与母扣卡合部卡合,并位于卡合脱离开口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的新型头盔插扣,其特征在于:所述托架的底部设有一个或两向外凸出的托架卡扣,该托架卡扣与公扣或母扣上设置的固定孔配合固定。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的新型头盔插扣,其特征在于:所述托架设有两个对称设置的托部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的新型头盔插扣,其特征在于:所述托架为弧形。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的新型头盔插扣,其特征在于:所述托架或托部为弹性或柔性材质。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的新型头盔插扣,其特征在于:所述托架或托部上设有透气孔。
  8. 一种新型头盔,包括头盔主体和设于头盔主体的两条束缚带,以及与两条束缚带分别连接的头盔插扣,该头盔插扣包括与第一束缚带连接的公扣和第二束缚带连接并与公扣配合的母扣,其特征在于:所述公扣或母扣上设有使公扣和母扣与皮肤保持隔离状态的托架。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的新型头盔,其特征在于:所述托架的底部设有一个或两向外凸出的托架卡扣,该托架卡扣与公扣或母扣上设置的固定孔配合固定。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的新型头盔,其特征在于:所述托架设有两个对称设置的托部,该托部为弹性或柔性材质,所述托部上设有透气孔。
