本发明的技术方案中,带体部具有可分离的两端部,记忆金属丝具有在自然状态下呈环形的记忆状态,以使所述带体部自然维持呈环形,而使所述 腕带自然维持在佩戴状态,如此,一方面可以节省腕带扣、及其相关连接结构,从而节省物料成本和装配成本;另一方面用户在佩戴时,无需进行腕带扣的对位扣接,且用户无需解扣就能摘除腕带,能使用户能方便快捷地将腕戴设备佩戴或摘除于腕部,从而提升用户的使用体验。另外,带体部内设有第一安装腔,记忆金属丝收容安装于第一安装腔内,以通过带体部为记忆金属部提供物理防护。此外,由于记忆金属丝在所述带体部内的旋转不受限制,使得在反向施力于带体部时,所述带体部能在第一佩戴方式和第二佩戴方式之间切换,也即,腕带既可以正向佩戴,也可以反向佩戴,从而可以丰富具有该腕带的腕戴设备的使用功能,例如但不限于,对于仅在一侧具有显示区域的设备主体,正向佩戴时,可显露所述显示区域,反向佩戴时,则可隐藏所述显示区域,以避免显示内容泄露;而对于在正反两侧均设有监测探头的设备主体,正向佩戴时,可供反侧的监测探头贴附皮肤测量,反向佩戴时,则可供正侧的监测探头贴附皮肤测量;也可通过两侧带面颜色和/或图案的设计,使产品呈现不同的穿戴风格。

本发明目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本发明提出一种腕戴设备,参照图1和图2,该腕戴设备通常包括腕带及 设于腕带上的设备主体20,该设备主体20可以是表体(例如可以是普通手表表盘,也可以是智能手表表盘,或者是手环主体等),也可以是健康监测模块(一般指无屏显功能的表体,例如可以设有监测用户心率、血压等的监测传感器,也可以设有监测运动状态、行走步数等的传感器等)。本发明中,该腕带具有环形的佩戴状态,且其佩戴状态是可以自然维持的,也即,即使在非佩戴状态下,腕带也能维持环形状态,不同于啪啪圈。不失一般性,设备主体20设于腕带的中部;当然,于其他实施例中,设备主体20也可以相较于中部位置略为偏置。需要说明的是,在一些特例情况下,该腕戴设备也可以仅为一根腕带,而并不设置设备主体20,例如,其可以为一根装饰用的腕带。
需要说明的是,本发明中腕带所具有的环形的佩戴状态是指,腕带在自然状态下只有一种形态,也即其只会自然维持在环形状态,这与啪啪圈不同,啪啪圈在自然状态下能有两种形态,一种是直条形态,另一种是弧形(环形)形态,直条形态的啪啪圈在拍打手腕后,能转变为弧形(环形)形态,以实现佩戴。当然,还需要说明的是,本发明中腕带“只会自然维持在环形状态”并非要限制腕带的形变能力,至少地,在外力的作用下,腕带的两端部是可以发生形变的而向外张开的,以使得用户能将腕戴设备佩戴或摘除于腕部,而当外力消失后,腕带所发生的形变能自回复,并回复至弧形的佩戴状态。
参照图1和图2,在本发明一实施例中,该腕带包括带体部11和设于带体部11的记忆金属部12,其中,带体部11具有可分离的两端部,记忆金属部12具有在自然状态下呈环形的记忆状态,以使所述带体部11自然维持呈环形,而使所述腕带自然维持在佩戴状态,如此,一方面可以节省腕带扣、及其相关连接结构,从而节省物料成本和装配成本;另一方面用户在佩戴时,无需进行腕带扣的对位扣接,且用户无需解扣就能摘除腕带,能使用户能方便快捷地将腕戴设备佩戴或摘除于腕部,从而提升用户的使用体验。
可以理解,记忆金属具有超弹性,表现为在外力作用下,记忆金属具有比一般金属大得多的变形恢复能力,即加载过程中(如佩戴过程/摘除过程中)产生的大应变会随着卸载而消除,从而恢复至(环形)记忆形状。
在一实施例中,于所述佩戴状态,带体部11的两端部之间存在间隙。然本设计不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,于所述佩戴状态,带体部11的两端 部相层叠(见图1);于其他再一些实施例中,于所述佩戴状态,带体部11的两端部则相错位并行;于其他又一些实施例中,于所述佩戴状态,带体部11的两端部相对接。
可选地,参照图5,在带体部11的两端部相层叠时,相层叠的两端部的两相对表面中的至少一者设有凸起111,这些凸起111可以呈扁平的点状,也可以呈刺状或者倒刺状;可以理解,凸起111的增设能增大相层叠的两端部的两相对表面之间的摩擦力,降低相层叠的两端部之间发生沿带体部11长度方向的位移的概率,从而能提高该腕带的佩戴稳定性,特别地,由于其所增大的是两相对表面发生滑动位移时的摩擦力,而不会增加相层叠两端部之间在垂直于带体部11外表面方向上的连接力(现有的魔术贴主要增加连接力),也即,在将带体部11的两端部向外掰(施力近乎垂直于带体部11的外表面)而佩戴或摘除腕带时,凸起111不会造成任何阻碍,从而不会给腕带的佩戴和摘除带来额外的劳动量。
尤其针对刺状或者倒刺状的凸起111,优选的,凸起111为软胶凸起。在佩戴过程中由于用户剧烈甩动手腕,会造成腕带相层叠两端部之间产生垂直方向的挤压力和水平方向的相对位移惯性,垂直方向的挤压力会使软胶凸起垂直方向被挤压,而水平方向相对位移惯性会使软胶凸起水平方向被拉伸,从而增加软胶凸起与相对侧腕带和/或相对侧腕带上设置的另一组软胶凸起之间的接触面积,进而增加腕带相层叠两端部之间摩擦力,阻止腕带相层叠两端部错开从而避免腕带从腕部滑脱。可选的,尤其在相层叠的两端部的两相对表面中均设有软胶凸起,腕带在腕部佩戴晃动过程中,垂直方向的挤压力和水平方向的相对位移惯性造成两组软胶凸起均挤压变形,从而胶着缠绕在一起,使腕带的佩戴更加稳定牢靠。因此,本发明的腕带无需腕带扣辅助也无需担心滑脱问题。
在本发明的其他实施例中,针对点状的凸起111,也可采用软件或者硬胶材质。
因此,本发明的记忆金属部12能够实现在无需腕带扣扣合的情况下,腕戴设备在用户腕部稳定支撑和佩戴;带体部11端部的凸起111能够防止带体部11的两端部错位,从而防止腕带圈尺寸变大从腕部滑脱,进一步增加了佩戴稳定性;此外,记忆金属部12和凸起111的设置,还避免了传统腕戴设备 在佩戴过程中的腕带扣合操作以及摘除过程中的解扣操作,使佩戴和摘除过程变得更加便易。
在一实施例中,带体部11内设有第一安装腔,记忆金属部12收容安装于第一安装腔内,也即,记忆金属部12内设于带体部11内,以通过带体部11为记忆金属部12提供物理防护。
可选地,记忆金属部12包括记忆金属丝121和/或记忆金属片。为节省材料,记忆金属部12通常采用记忆金属丝121或者记忆金属窄片。参照图3(a)、3(b)、3(c),在一实施例中,记忆金属部12包括相并行的多个长条状的记忆金属件(丝状或窄片状),该记忆金属件呈沿带体部11的长度方向延伸的条状,且其中至少两个记忆金属件分别靠近带体部11的相对两侧设置。在另一实施例中,记忆金属部12包括一个长条状的记忆金属件(丝状或窄片状),该记忆金属件在母相平面内呈连续折弯设置而具有多个折弯部,再以所述母相平面的一侧为内侧来弯曲呈环形。参照图3(d),在再一实施例中,记忆金属部12包括两个长条状的记忆金属件(丝状或窄片状),每一记忆金属件在母相平面内具有至少一个折弯部,再以所述母相平面的一侧为内侧来弯曲呈环形,该两个记忆金属件的折弯部不相交。参照图3(e),在又一实施例中,记忆金属部12包括两个长条状的记忆金属件(丝状或窄片状),每一记忆金属件在母相平面内呈连续折弯设置而具有多个折弯部,再以所述母相平面的一侧为内侧来弯曲呈环形,该两个记忆金属件的折弯部相交。
可选地,参照1和图2,第一安装腔贯穿带体部11的一端部,腕带还设有套帽14,该套帽14套设于带体部11上被第一安装腔所贯穿的端部。可以理解,带体部11的另一端部可以是封闭的,也即第一安装腔并不贯穿带体部11的另一端部,如此,只需要一个套帽14即可。本实施例中,套帽14的设置能避免记忆金属部12外露,及避免记忆金属部12掉出。可选地,套帽14的材质可以采用软胶、硬胶或金属等。进一步可选地,套帽14与带体部11之间的连接方式可但不限于为热压连接、胶粘连接等。
可选地,在记忆金属部12设置为记忆金属丝121时,所述记忆金属丝121的端部呈球状或类球状设置,以降低记忆金属丝121端部的锐利程度,降低记忆金属丝121端部穿出带体部11的概率。可以理解,记忆金属丝121的端部的球状或类球状结构是加粗设置的,也即,其球状或类球状结构的直 径比记忆金属丝121的直径要大。
可选地,套帽14上形成有供记忆金属丝121的球状或类球状端部适配收容的安装槽140,以避免记忆金属丝121的端部脱离套帽14,减少记忆金属丝121在相对第一安装腔的滑动。进一步可选地,参照图4,套帽14呈夹片状,而包括呈相对设置的两个夹片部141,每一夹片部141的面向另一夹片部141的表面上设有半个安装槽140。
在一实施例中,参照图1和图2,腕带还包括设于带体部11的安装部13,该安装部13用以供设备主体20安装,以便于实现设备主体20与腕带之间的连接。可选地,所述安装部13内设有第二安装腔,所述第二安装腔用以供设备主体20收容安装,以提高设备主体20安装的稳定性和可靠性。进一步可选地,安装部13还设有与第二安装腔连通的开口131,该开口131既可以供设备主体20装拆通过,在设备主体20具有显示区域时,又可以使所述显示区域可视,而在设备主体20具有检测探头时,还可供检测探头伸出。
可选地,安装部13包括与带体部11连接的织物层、及附着于织物层的第一软胶膜层,所述开口131为依次贯穿第一软胶膜层和织物层的切口。可以理解,第一软胶膜层的设置可使得织物层变硬,从而便于所述开口131的裁切加工,尤其是可以使得在裁切时能避免织物抽丝的现象出现。本实施例中,通常地,带体部11的材质也采用织物,如此,可一次性编织出带体部11和安装部13的织物层,便于加工。
在前述实施例中,带体部11的材质通常采用织物;然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,带体部11的材质除了织物外,还可但不限于采用软胶和/或硬胶等。需要说明的是,带体部11除了可以由单一的织物或者单一的软胶或者单一的硬胶制成之外(特别地,在带体部11的材质采用单一硬胶时,带体部11整体呈长条片状,而具有足够的可弯曲柔性),带体部11还可以由两种以上的材质共同制成。例如,带体部11可以包括呈带状的织物本体、及包覆织物本体边缘的软胶包边,织物本体具有较好的透气性,软胶包边能提供较好的定型效果,且可避免织物本体的边缘脱线、及减少带体部11边缘的脏污(相较于织物而言,软胶不易于脏污,且即使脏污了,也易于擦洗);可选地,织物本体的内侧还可设有第二软胶膜层,以通过第二软胶膜层隔离汗液等,降低织物本体被汗液等脏污的概率;进一步可选地,第二软胶膜层 上设有透气孔,有利于保证带体部11的透气性良好。
在一实施例中,所述带体部11具有相对的第一带面和第二带面,所述佩戴状态包括以所述第一带面为内环面的第一佩戴方式(见图1)和以所述第二带面为内环面的第二佩戴方式(见图7);所述记忆金属部12为沿所述带体部11的长度方向延伸的条状的记忆金属丝121,所述记忆金属丝121设置在所述带体部11内,以使所述带体部11能在所述第一佩戴方式和所述第二佩戴方式之间切换。因此,第一带面和第二带面上采用不同的设计风格(如不同颜色、图案等),通过正向佩戴或者反向佩戴使本申请的产品呈现两种穿戴风格。
可以理解,记忆金属丝121与第一安装腔的内表面不粘连,因此,在反向施力(定义与带体部11弯曲方向相反施力为反向施力)于带体部11/记忆金属部12时,记忆金属丝121受外力的驱动可以自由旋转而不受带体部11限制。如此,当带体部11处于第一佩戴方式下,用户可向后翻动带体部11,在翻转力的作用下,记忆金属丝121在第一安装腔中自由旋转,从而使得带体部11能切换至第二佩戴方式;反之亦然。
需要说明的是,在前述设有所述套帽14的实施例中,套帽14不仅具有保护作用,由于套帽14是套设于记忆金属丝121端部的,因此,记忆金属丝121的球状或类球状端部与套帽14上的安装槽140的内表面也是不粘连的,进一步保证外力施加带体部11/记忆金属部12时,记忆金属丝121受外力的驱动可以自由旋转而不受限制,以保证带体部11可以向后翻转。
在本发明的其他实施例中,也可不设置套帽14,只要记忆金属丝121的末端不被固定,保证记忆金属丝121自由旋转而不受限制即可。
本实施例所提供的腕带既可以正向佩戴,也可以反向佩戴,可以丰富具有该腕带的腕戴设备的使用功能,例如但不限于,对于仅在一侧具有显示区域的设备主体20,正向佩戴时,可显露所述显示区域,反向佩戴时,则可隐藏所述显示区域,以避免显示内容泄露;而对于在正反两侧均设有监测探头的设备主体20,正向佩戴时,可供反侧的监测探头贴附皮肤测量,反向佩戴时,则可供正侧的监测探头贴附皮肤测量。
可选地,第一安装腔的内表面和/或记忆金属丝121的外表面设有涂层。可选地,设于记忆金属丝121外表面的涂层可以设置为光滑涂层,例如但不 限于特氟龙涂层、纳米陶瓷涂层或碳化钨涂层等,以一方面使得记忆金属丝121表面光滑,有益于其自由旋转,方便两种佩戴状态切换的同时,不会划伤带体部11的内壁,延长带体部11的使用寿命,另一方面可避免记忆金属丝121被腐蚀,延长记忆金属丝121的使用寿命。可选地,在第一安装腔内表面的涂层也设置为光滑涂层,以便于记忆金属丝121的顺畅插入,提高装配效率。
在一实施例中,第一安装腔与第二安装腔连通;所述记忆金属丝121设有两根;设备主体20设有在带体部11的宽度方向上相间隔设置的两定位槽21,两记忆金属丝121一一对应地安装于两所述定位槽21,以在使用过程中,避免两记忆金属丝121在带体部11的宽度方向上相互靠拢,从而保证该两记忆金属丝121能为带体部11的相对两侧提供支撑力,尤其是在带体部11的材质采用织物的情况下,可以理解,织物相较于软胶和硬胶更需要支撑。
需要说明的是,在前述设有所述套帽14的实施例中,套帽14上的安装槽140也对在带体部11的宽度方向上间隔地设有两个,以分别供两记忆金属丝121的球状或类球状端部适配收容安装。
不失一般性,设备主体20具有相对的第一主体面201和第二主体面、及相对的第一侧面202和第二侧面,于佩戴状态,所述第一主体面201或所述第二主体面为内侧面。可选地,在一实施例中,参照图6(b),两定位槽21均为沿带体部11的长度方向贯穿设备主体20的孔型槽,且两定位槽21分别所述第一侧面202和第二侧面设置;然本设计不限于此,参照图6(c),在另一实施例中,两定位槽21也可分别凹设于第一主体面201的相对两侧;而在再一实施例中,两定位槽21也可分别凹设于第二主体面的相对两侧;而在又一实施例中,两定位槽21也可分别凹设于第一侧面202和第二侧面,例如,参照图6(a),其中一定位槽21凹设于第一侧面202的靠近第一主体面201的角落处,另一定位槽21凹设于第二侧面的靠近第一主体面201的角落处。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种腕带,其特征在于,包括:
    带体部,具有可分离的两端部;以及
    记忆金属丝,呈沿所述带体部的长度方向延伸的条状,设于所述带体部;
    所述记忆金属丝具有在自然状态下呈环形的记忆状态,以使所述带体部自然维持呈环形,而使所述腕带自然维持在佩戴状态;
    所述带体部内设有第一安装腔,所述记忆金属丝收容安装于所述第一安装腔内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的腕带,其特征在于,所述第一安装腔贯穿所述带体部的一端部,所述腕带还设有套帽,所述套帽套设于所述带体部上被所述第一安装腔所贯穿的端部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的腕带,其特征在于,所述记忆金属丝的端部呈球状或类球状设置;和/或
    所述套帽上形成有供记忆金属丝的球状或类球状端部适配收容的安装槽。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的腕带,其特征在于,所述第一安装腔的内表面和/或所述记忆金属丝的外表面设有涂层。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的腕带,其特征在于,所述带体部具有相对的第一表面和第二表面,所述佩戴状态包括以所述第一表面为内环面的第一佩戴方式和以所述第二表面为内环面的第二佩戴方式;
    反向施力于所述带体部,以使所述带体部在所述第一佩戴方式和所述第二佩戴方式之间切换。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的腕带,其特征在于,于所述佩戴状态,所述带体部的两端部相层叠,且相层叠的两端部的两相对表面中的至少一者设有凸起。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的腕带,其特征在于,所述腕带还包括设于所述带体部的安装部,所述安装部内设有第二安装腔,所述第二安装腔用以供腕戴设备的设备主体收容安装;和/或
    所述安装部还设有与所述第二安装腔连通的开口。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的腕带,其特征在于,所述安装部包括与所述带体部连接的织物层、及附着于所述织物层的第一软胶膜层,所述开口为依次贯穿所述第一软胶膜层和所述织物层的切口。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的腕带,其特征在于,所述带体部包括织物本体、及设于所述织物本体内侧的第二软胶膜层;和/或
    所述第二软胶膜层上设有透气孔。
  10. 一种腕戴设备,其特征在于,包括:
    设备主体;以及
    如权利要求1至9任一项所述的腕带,所述设备主体设于所述腕带。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的腕戴设备,其特征在于,所述设备主体设置为表体或者健康监测模块。
