下面结合本申请实施例中的附图对本申请实施例进行描述。
本实施例提供了一种表带及穿戴设备,穿戴设备包括表带及主机(图中未示出),利用表带可以将主机佩戴至使用者的手腕上。穿戴设备可以为手表、智能手表、手环等。
请参见图1、图2及图3,本申请实施例提供的一种表带,包括第一表带1及第二表带2,第一表带1与第二表带2分别连接至主机的两端(图中未示出),第一表带1与第二表带2扣合后,三者围合成环形,能够佩戴至使用者的手腕上。
优选地,第一表带1与主机之间为可拆卸式连接,第二表带2与主机之间亦为可拆卸式连接,此处的可拆卸式连接结构可以是生耳结构、卡榫扣入式结构、弹簧拴结构等,可以方便根据个人喜好更换第一表带1与第二表带2,增强实用性。当然,第一表带1、第二表带2与主机之间也可以采用直接固定的不可拆卸的连接结构,例如第一表带1、第二表带2与主机的外壳边框一体成型,或者第一表带1、第二表带2分别与主机的两端通过螺钉、粘接、焊接等方式固定连接。
如图1及图3所示,第一表带1上设置有第一通孔101和第二通孔102,第一通孔101和第二通孔102沿第一表带1的长度方向排布,第一通孔101和第二通孔102之间形成中间部100。第二表带2可以穿设于两个通孔101、102,以实现与第一表带1的连接。
如图1至图3所示,第一表带1具有第一固定端112和扣合端111,扣合端111与第一固定端112为第一表带1在自身长度方向Y上相对的两端,第一固定端112能够与穿戴设备的主机进行连接。第二表带2具有第二固定端212和连接端211,连接端211与第二固定端212为第二表带2在自身长度方向Y上相对的两端,第二固定端212能够与穿戴设备的主机进行连接。
此处,如图1、图2及图3所示,本申请中第一表带1、第二表带2均为长条薄型结构,所描述长度方向Y,是指第一表带1、第二表带2在伸直状态下具有较长尺寸的直线方向,当第一表带1、第二表带2、及主机连接成环形时,第一表带1、第二表带2的长度方向即为环形的周向;相应地,下述中的第一表带1、第二表带2的宽度方向为X,即环形穿戴设备的中心轴线方向,第一表带1、第二表带2的厚度方向为Z,即第一表带1、第二表带2扣合连接时二者的层叠方向。
第一固定端112和第二固定端212分别连接至主机上相对的两端处。本实施例中,第一固定端112上设置第一卡勾113、第二固定端212上设置第二卡勾213,主机的两端均设置有卡槽,第一卡勾113与第二卡勾213分别与主机两端的卡槽可拆卸式连接。此处,第一固定端112与第二固定端212也可以通过如前述生耳结构、弹簧拴结构等其他形式的可拆卸式结构与主机进行连接。
当第一表带1与第二表带2相扣合连接时,如图1及图2所示,第二表带2穿设于第一通孔101和第二通孔102,第一固定端112和扣合端111位于第二表带2的同侧,中间部100与扣合端111分别位于第二表带2相背的两侧;扣合端111与第二表带2扣合连接。
在进行佩戴时,将第二表带2的连接端穿过第一表带1的第一通孔101和第二通孔102,扣合端111与第二表带2进行扣合即可,佩戴简单方便;第一表带1与第二表带2在第一通孔101和第二通孔102处交叉两次,使得佩戴更为牢固,不易松脱。
进一步,在本实施例中,第一表带1和第二表带2与主机相连,且第一表带1与第二表带2相扣合连接时,第一表带1、所述主机与第二表带2连接成环形,扣合端111位于所述第二表带2的环外侧表面处,连接端211位于第一表带1的环内侧表面处。
本实施例中,第一表带1与第二表带2均具有相背的内表面和外表面,可以理解的,第一表带1与第二表带2的内表面及外表面是指,穿戴设备正常佩戴至使用者的手腕上时,穿戴设备整体成环形,第一表带1与第二表带2上朝向环内侧的表面为环内侧表面,即内表面,内表面所在一侧为内侧,内表面可以与手腕贴合,第一表带1与第二表带2上朝向环外侧的表面为环外侧表面,即外表面,外表面所在一侧为外侧。
将第一表带1与第二表带2进行连接时,将第二表带2的连接端211自第一表带1的内侧穿过第一通孔101,再从第一表带1的外侧穿过第二通孔102,此时第二表带2的连接端211位于第一表带1的内表面152处,可以利用第一表带1对连接端211进行遮挡,以使得穿戴设备整体外侧处简洁美观。第一表带1的扣合端111位于第二表带2的外表面251处,可以方便使用者对扣合端111进行操作,利于扣合端111与第二表带2之间的扣合连接及拆分。
如图3及图4所示,第一表带1包括扣合件11及带主体12,扣合件11在中间部100处与带主体12相连接,即中间部100包括带主体12的一部分和扣合件11的一部分。扣合件11位于第一表带1的扣合端111处。第一通孔101设置于扣合件11上,第二通孔102设置于带主体12上。通过将第一表带1分为扣合件11及带主体12两个部分,扣合件11及带主体12可以采用相同材质或者不同材质制成,以方便扣合件11的移动从而利于与第二表带2之间的连接。
在本实施例中,扣合件11与带主体12转动连接,二者之间转轴的中心轴线平行于第一表带的宽度方向X。第一通孔101位于扣合件11上,当扣合件11相 对带主体12进行转动时,可以使得第一通孔101一并转动,从而方便将第二表带2的连接端211穿过第一通孔101。扣合件11转动后,可以使得第一通孔101与第二通孔102贯穿排布,利于连接端211同时穿过第一通孔101和第二通孔102。
如图2及图3所示,带主体12的一端形成一折弯部121,折弯部121的延伸方向与带主体12呈一钝角θ,扣合件11转动连接于折弯部121,第二通孔102位于折弯部121上。该结构可以方便连接端211从第一表带1的外侧处穿过第二通孔102进入到第一表带1的内侧处。
扣合件11为折弯状,当第一表带1与第二表带2相扣合连接时,折弯部121与扣合件11二者的侧面整体呈梯形或拱形。进一步方便连接端211从第一表带1的内侧表面处穿过第一通孔101,折弯部121和扣合件11的侧面整体呈梯形或拱形,即使得中间部100呈突出状,可以进一步方便连接端211同时穿过第一通孔101和第二通孔102。此处,在其他实施方式中,第一表带1与第二表带2可以均为平直状,利用二者的柔性使得第二表带2可以穿过第一通孔101和第二通孔102。
带主体12及第二表带2均为柔性材料制成,以便于弯曲围合成环形。扣合件11为刚性材料制成。扣合件11采用刚性材料制成,可以提高扣合件11与第二表带2之间连接的结构强度。
扣合端111处设置有扣钉13,扣钉13处于第一表带1的内表面一侧。本实施例中,扣钉13设置在扣合件11上,扣钉13与扣合件11可以为刚性材料一体形成,以保证结构强度。
第二表带2上设置有多个扣孔23,多个扣孔23沿第二表带2的长度方向排布;当第一表带1与第二表带2相扣合连接时,扣钉13扣合于扣孔23中。利用扣钉13与扣孔23的配合,可以使得扣合端111与第二表带2扣合牢固。
此处,在其他实施方式中,也可以是,扣合端111设置有两个扣合勾,两个扣合勾对称设置在扣合端111的两侧面处,两个扣合勾之间形成扣合槽,当第一表带1与第二表带2连接时,第二表带2可以扣合至扣合槽中,以实现扣合连接;当然,在其他实施方式中,扣合端111与第二表带2之间还可以通过其他形式的扣合结构实现连接。
如图4所示,在第一表带1的长度方向上,第一通孔101的尺寸大于第二通孔102的尺寸。由于第二表带2的扣合端111在进行扣合或分离动作时,需要进行移动,第一通孔101的尺寸略大,可以方便扣合端111的移动。
在上述实施方式中,第一表带1的带主体12和扣合件11为转动连接,作为另外的实施方式,带主体12和扣合件11也为固定连接,二者可以通过螺钉、卡榫、嵌入式注塑等方式固定连接;此时,带主体12和扣合件11均可以采用柔性材料制成,亦可以是,带主体12为柔性材料制成,扣合件11为刚性材料制成。
在上述实施方式中,第一表带1分为带主体12和扣合件11两个部分,可以方便连接端211穿过第一通孔101和第二通孔102,作为另外的实施方式,如图5及图6所示,本申请第二实施例提供的表带,第一表带1可以整体为一体式结构,即带主体12与扣合件11可以采用相同的柔性材料一体成型。当然,带主体12与扣合件11也可以采用相异的柔性材料一体成型。进一步,第一表带1在扣合端111处为侧面呈梯形的折弯状,第一通孔101和第二通孔102分别位于梯形的两个斜边上,中间部100呈突出状,同样可以方便连接端211同时穿过第一通孔101和第二通孔102,第一表带1的其他部分结构特征、第二表带2的结构特 征可以与第一实施例相同,此处不再赘述。
如图7所示,本申请第三实施例提供的表带,第一表带1在扣合端111处为侧面呈拱形的折弯状,第一通孔101和第二通孔102分别位于拱形的两个支臂上,中间部100呈突出状,也可以方便连接端211同时穿过第一通孔101和第二通孔102,第一表带1的其他部分结构特征、第二表带2的结构特征可以与第一实施例相同,此处不再赘述。
本申请第二实施例中的梯形折弯状及第三实施例中的拱形折弯状的结构特征,可以适用于第一表带1为一体式结构中,也可以适用于表带为带主体12和扣合件11的分体式结构中。
在上述实施例中,第一卡勾113直接设置于第一表带1上,第二卡勾223直接设置在第二表带2上。此处,在其他实施方式中,如图8所示,本申请第四实施例提供的表带。第一表带1的第一固定端112上转动连接有第一连接件14,第一连接件14的转动轴向为第一表带1的宽度方向X;第二表带2的第二固定端212转动连接有第二连接件24,第二连接件24的转动轴向为第二表带2的宽度方向X。第一连接件14上设有第一卡勾113,第二连接件24上设置有第二卡勾214。主机的两端均设置有卡槽。第一卡勾113与第二卡勾213分别卡扣连接至主机两端的卡槽中。利用第一表带1与第一连接件14之间的转动配合、第二表带2与第二连接件24之间的转动配合,可以方便第一表带1、第二表带2与主机之间的相对转动,以更加方便地佩戴至使用者的手腕上。此处,第一连接件14、第二连接件24的转动轴向并不局限于第二表带2的宽度方向X,第一连接件14、第二连接件24可以通过万向节与第一固定端112、第二固定端212转动连接,能够实现表带内表面与外表面之间的转换。本实施例中的第一表带1、第二表带2的其他结构特征可以与第一、第二、第三实施例中任一实施例相同,此处不再赘述。
在上述实施方式中,第一表带1与第二表带2扣合连接时,第一表带1、主机与第二表带2连接成环形,扣合端111位于第二表带2的环外侧表面处,连接端211位于所述第一表带1的环内侧表面处。此处,在其他实施方式中,也可以是,第一表带与第二表带扣合连接、第一表带、主机与第二表带连接成环形时,扣合端位于第二表带的环内侧表面处,连接端位于第一表带的环外侧表面处,即将前述实施方式中的第一表带及第二表带的内表面作为外表面、外表面作为内表面与主机进行连接使用。
以上的实施方式,并不构成对该技术方案保护范围的限定。任何在上述实施方式的精神和原则之内所作的修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在该技术方案的保护范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种表带,其特征在于,包括第一表带及第二表带;
    所述第一表带上设置有第一通孔和第二通孔,所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔沿所述第一表带的长度方向排布;所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔之间形成中间部;所述第一表带具有第一固定端和扣合端,所述第一固定端和所述扣合端为所述第一表带长度方向上相对的两端;
    当所述第一表带与所述第二表带相扣合连接时,所述第二表带穿设于所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔,所述第一固定端和所述扣合端位于所述第二表带的同侧,所述中间部与所述扣合端分别位于所述第二表带相背的两侧,所述扣合端与所述第二表带扣合连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的表带,其特征在于,所述第一表带包括扣合件及带主体,所述扣合件在所述中间部处与所述带主体的一端相连接;所述扣合件位于所述扣合端处;所述第一通孔设置于所述扣合件上,所述第二通孔设置于所述带主体上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的表带,其特征在于,所述扣合件与所述带主体转动连接,二者之间转轴的中心轴线平行于所述第一表带的宽度方向;或者,
    所述扣合件与所述带主体固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的表带,其特征在于,所述带主体的一端形成一折弯部,所述折弯部的延伸方向与所述带主体呈一钝角;所述扣合件转动连接于所述折弯部,所述第二通孔位于所述折弯部上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的表带,其特征在于,所述扣合件为侧面呈折弯状,当所述第一表带与所述第二表带相扣合连接时,所述折弯部与所述扣合件二者的侧面整体呈梯形或拱形。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的表带,其特征在于,所述带主体与所述扣合件固定连接,所述带主体和所述扣合件在所述扣合端处为侧面呈梯形的折弯状,所述中间部呈突出状,所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔分别位于所述梯形的两个斜边上。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的表带,其特征在于,所述带主体与所述扣合件固定连接,所述第一表带在所述扣合端处为侧面呈拱形的折弯状,所述中间部呈突出状,所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔分别位于所述拱形的两个支臂上。
  8. 根据权利要求2至7任一项所述的表带,其特征在于,所述带主体为柔性材料制成,所述扣合件为刚性材料制成;或者,
    所述带主体与所述扣合件均为柔性材料且一体成型。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的表带,其特征在于,所述第一通孔相对所述第二通孔靠近所述扣合端;在所述第一表带的长度方向上,所述第一通孔的尺寸大于所述第二通孔的尺寸。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的表带,其特征在于,所述扣合端处设置有扣钉,所述第二表带上设置有多个扣孔,多个所述扣孔沿第二表带的长度方向排布;当所述第一表带与所述第二表带相扣合连接时,所述扣钉扣合于所述扣孔中。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的表带,其特征在于,所述第一固定端上设置第一卡勾;所述第二表带具有第二固定端,所述第二固定端上设置第二卡勾。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的表带,其特征在于,所述第一固定端上转动连接有第一连接件,所述第一连接件上设有第一卡勾。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的表带,其特征在于,所述第二表带具有第二固定端,所述第二固定端转动连接有第二连接件,所述第二连接件上设置有第二卡勾。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的表带,其特征在于,所述第一连接件的转轴中心轴线平行于所述第一表带的宽度方向,所述第二连接件的转轴中心轴线平行于所述第二表带的宽度方向。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的表带,其特征在于,所述第一连接件通过万向节转动连接于所述第一固定端,所述第二连接件通过万向节转动连接于所述第二固定端。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的表带,其特征在于,所述扣合端设置有两个扣合勾,所述两个扣合勾对称设置在所述扣合端的两侧面处,所述两个扣合勾之间形成扣合槽,当所述第一表带与所述第二表带连接时,所述第二表带扣合至所述扣合槽中,以实现扣合连接。
  17. 一种穿戴设备,其特征在于,包括主机及权利要求1-16任一项所述的表带,所述第一表带的第一固定端与第二表带分别连接至主机的两端。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述第二表带具有第二固定端和连接端,所述第二固定端和所述连接端为所述第二表带长度方向上相对的两端;所述第二固定端与所述主机连接;
    当所述第一表带与所述第二表带相扣合连接时,所述第一表带、所述主机与所述第二表带连接成环形,所述扣合端位于所述第二表带的环外侧表面处,所述连接端位于所述第一表带的环内侧表面处。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述第一固定端具有第一卡钩,所述第二固定端具有第二卡钩,所述主机的两端设置有卡槽,所述第一卡勾和所述第二卡钩分别连接于所述卡槽。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述第一卡勾和所述第二卡钩均与所述卡槽可拆卸连接。
