본 발명은 그라파이트를 박리하기 위한 판상 물질의 박리 장치 및 이를 이용한 그래핀 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 그래핀 제조 방법은 특정 마이크로채널을 사용하여 그라파이트 박리에 요구되는 전단력이 적용되면서, 동시에 그래핀 자체가 분쇄되지 않고 또한 그래핀 분산액 토출 유량이 증가하여 그래핀 제조 효율을 높일 수 있다는 특징이 있다.

그래핀은 탄소 원자들이 2차원 상에서 sp2 결합에 의한 6각형 모양으로 연결된 배열을 이루면서 탄소 원자층에 대웅하는 두께를 갖는 반 금속성 물질이다. 최근, 한 충의 탄소 원자층을 갖는 그래핀 시트의 특성을 평가한 결과,: 전자의 이동도가 약 50 , 000 cmWs 이상으로 매우 우수한 전기 전도도를 나타낼 수 있음이 보고된 바 있다. 또한, 그래핀은 구조적, 화학적 안정성 및 뛰어난 열 전도도의 특징올 가지고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 상대적으로 가벼운 원소인 탄소만으로 이루어져 1차원 혹은 2차원 나노패턴을 가공하기가 용이하다. 이러한 전기적, 구조적, 화학적, 경제적 특성으로 인하여 그래핀은 향후 실리콘 기반 반도체 기술 및 투명전극을 대체할 수 있을 것으로 예측되며 특히 우수한 기계적 물성으로 유연 전자소자 분야에 웅용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 이러한 그래핀의 많은 장점 및 뛰어난 특성으로 인해, 그라파이트 등 탄소계 소재로부터 그래핀을 보다 효과적으로 양산할 수 있는 다양한 방법이 제안 또는 연구되어 왔다. 특히, 그래핀의 우수한 특성이 더욱 극적으로 발현될 수 있도록, 보다 얇은 두께 및 대면적을 갖는 그래핀 시트 또는 플레이크를 용이하게 제조할 수 있는 방법에 관한 연구가 다양하게 이루어져 왔다. 이러한 기존의 그래핀 제조 방법으로, 테이프를 사용하는 등의 물리적인 방법, 그라파이트를 산화하는 등의 화학적인 방법으로 박리하거나, 그라파이트의 탄소 층간에 산, 염기, 금속 등을 삽입한 인터칼레이션 화합물 ( intercal at ion compound)로부터 박리시킨 그래핀 또는 이의 산화물을 얻는 방법이 알려져 있다. 최근에는 그라파이트 등을 액상 분산시킨 상태에서, 초음파 조사 또는 볼밀 등을 사용한 밀링 방법으로 그라파이트에 포함된 탄소 층들을 박리하여 그래핀을 제조하는 방법이 많이 사용되고 있다. 그러나, 상기 방법들은 그래핀 결함이 발생하거나, 공정이 복잡하고, 그래핀 제조 수율이 낮다는 단점이 있다. 한편, 고압 균질화 장치는 마이크로미터 스케일의 직경을 갖는 미세 유로에 고압을 가하여, 이를 통과하는 물질에 강한 전단력 (shear force)올' 가하는 장치로서. 이를 이용하여 그라파이트를 박리할 경우 그래핀 제조 수율을 높일 수 있다는 이점이 있다. 그러나, 고압 균질화 장치는 일반적으로 입자의 파쇄 및 분산을 목적으로 설계 및 제조되는 것으로, 일반적으로 길이가 짧고 단면적이 매우 작은 마이크로채널을 사용한다. 이에 따라 그라파이트에 너무 높은 전단력이 적용되어 그래핀 자체가 분쇄되는 단점이 있고, 마이크로채널 통과 회수를 증가시켜야 하며, 유량이 작아 생산 효율이 떨어지는 단점이 있다. 이에 본 발명자들은 그라과이트 박리에 효과적이고 대면적 그래핀을 제조할 수 있는 판상 물질의 박리 장치를 예의 연구한 결과, 후술할 바와 같이 특정 형태의 마이크로채널을 사용할 경우 상기의 문제점들이 해결됨을 확인하여 본 발명을 완성하였다.
【발명의 내용】
【해결하려는 과제】
본 발명은 그라파이트 박리에 효과적이고 대면적 그래핀을 대량으로 제조할 수 있는 판상 물질의 박리 장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 판상 물질의 박리 장치를 사용하여 그래핀을 제조하는 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
[과제의 해결 수단】
상기 과제를 해결하기 위하여, 본 발명은
유입부; 유출부; 및 상기 유입부와 유출부 사이를 연결하는 마이크로채널을 포함하는 판상 물질의 박리 장치를 사용하는 그래핀 제조 방법에 있어서,
1) 그라파이트를 포함하는 용액을 상기 유입부에 공급하는 단계;
2) 상기 유입부에 압력을 가하여 상기 그라파이트를 포함하는 용액을 마이크로채널로 통과시키는 단계 ; 및
3) 유출부 ( 13)로 그래핀 분산액을 회수하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 단계 2에서 마이크로채널에 100 bar 내지 3000 bar를 가하는 조건에서 상기 마이크로채널 내 평균 전단력이 102 s"1 내지 108 s 1인, 그래핀의 제조 방법 .
【발명의 효과】
본 발명에 따른 판상 물질의 박리 장치 및 이를 이용한 그래핀 제조 방법은, 특정 마이크로채널을 사용하여 그라파이트 박리에 요구되는 전단력이 적용되면서, 동시에 그래핀 자체가 분쇄되지 않고 또한 그래핀 분산액 토출 유량이 증가하여 그래핀 제조 효율을 높일 수 있다는 특징이 있다.

【발땅을 실시하기 위한 구체적인 내용】
이하, 본 발명을 상세히 설명한다. 판상물질의 박리 장치
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 판상 물질의 박리 장치의 모식도를 나타낸 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 판상 물질의 박리 장치 (1)는 판상 물질이 공급되는 유입부 (10); 상기 유입부 (10)의 전단에 구비되고, 판상 물질을 가압하기 위한 압력을 발생시키는 고압 펌프 (11); 상기 유입부 (10)의 후단에 구비되고, 상기 고압 펌프에 의해 발생된 압력으로 판상 물질이 경유하면서 균질화가 이루어지는 마이크로채널 (12); 및 상기 마이크로채널 (12)의 후단에 구비되는 유출부 (13)를 포함한다. 고압 펌프 (11)에 의하여 유입부 (10)로 압력이 가해져 유입부 (10) 내에 공급된 판상 물질이 마이크로채널 (12)로 통과하게 된다. 마이크로채널 (12)의 단면적이 작기 때문에 마이크로채널 (12) 내에서 유속이 급격히 증가하여, 판상 물질이 강한 전단력을 받아 박리화가 이루어진다. 마이크로채널 (12)을 통과한 판상 물질은 유출부 (13)로 토출된다. 특히, 본 발명에서는 상기 판상 물질이 그라파이트로써, 상기 마이크로채널 (12) 내에서 강한 전단력에 의하여 박리가 일어나 그래핀을 제조할 수 있다. 상기 그라파이트는 순수 그라파이트 외에 그라파이트 간의 층간 인력을 감소시키기 위하여 화학 처리한 그라파이트도 포함한다. 그라파이트의 박리화를 위하여 상기 마이크로채널 내의 전단률이 중요하며, 이전의 연구 논문 (Keith R. Paton et al. , "Scalable production of large quantities of defect-free few- layer graphene by shear exfol i at ion in l iquids" , Nature Mater i al s 13, 624-630 (2014) )에 의하면 그래핀 수용액에 나타나는 전단률 (shear rate)이 최소 104 1/s일 경우 박리가 가능하다는 보고가 있었다. 일반적으로 전단률은 하기 수학식 1로 표시된다.

상기 식에서, u는 유체의 속도이고, y는 전단 웅력이 나타나는 표면에 대한 수직방향의 거리이다. 사각 단면의 마이크로채널에 상기 수학식 1을 적용하면, 평균 전단률은 하기 수학식 2로 나타낼 수 있다.
[수학식 2] 상기 식에서, Uavg는 마이크로채널 내 유체의 평균 속도이고, H는 마이크로채널 단면의 높이이다. 이에 본 발명에서는 상기 마이크로채널 내 평균 전단률이 102 s"1 내지 108 s_1인 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 범위 내에서 ,순수 그라파이트 또는 그라파이트 간의 층간 인력을 감소시키기 위하여 화학 처리한 그라파이트의 박리화가 가능하다. 보다 바람직하게는 상기 마이크로채널 내 평균 전단률이 103 s 1 내지 106 s 1이고, 가장 바람직하게는 104 sᅳ1 내지 106 s 1이다. 한편, 상기 판상 물질의 박리 장치의 고압 펌프의 압력에 따라 상기 마이크로채널로 압력이 가해진다. 본 발명에서 상기 마이크로채널에 가해지는 압력은 100 bar 내지 3000 bar이다. 상기 압력이 100 bar 미만인 경우에는, 판상 물질의 박리화가 어렵거나, 마이크로채널의 단면적을 매우 작게하여야 하여 제조 수율이 현저히 떨어지는 문제가 있다. 또한, 이론적으로 상기 압력이 3000 bar를 초과할 수 있으나 이러한 고압을 견딜 수 있는 마이크로채널의 소재를 제조하기 어려우며, 또한 너무 높은 압력으로 인하여 판상 물질 자체가 분쇄되는 현상이 발생하는 문제가 있다. 따라서, 본 발명에서는 그라파이트 박리에 요구되는 전단력이 적용되면서, 동시에 그래핀 자체가 분쇄되지 않고 또한 토출 유량이 증가하여 그래핀 제조 효율을 높일 수 있도록, 상기 마이크로채널에 가해지는 압력인 100 bar 내지 3000 bar 범위에서 상기 마이크로채널 내 평균 전단률이 102 s"1 내지 10s s_1이라는 특징이 있다. 보다 바람직하게는 상기 마이크로채널에 가해지는 압력인 100 bar 내지 3000 bar 범위에서 상기 마이크로채널 내 평균 전단률이 10'3 s— 1 내지 106 sᅳ1이고, 가장 바람직하게는 104 s— 1 내지 K)6 s_1이다. 상기와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 판상 물질의 박리 장치는, 그라파이트 박리에 요구되는 전단력이 적용되는 범위 내에서, 그래핀 자체가 분쇄되지 않고 또한 토출 유량이 증가하여 그래핀 제조 효율을 높일 수 있는 마이크로채널을 포함한다. 또한, 상술한 바와 같이 상기 마이크로채널 내 평균 전단를은, 상기 마이크로채널 단면의 높이와 관련이 있다. 여기서, 상기 높이는 마이크로채널이 직사각형 단면을 가지고 있을 경우 단축을 의미한다. 바람직하게는, 상기 마이크로채널 단면의 단축이 10 내지 1000 隱인 것이 바람직하다ᅳ 보다 바람직하게는, 상기 마이크로채널 단면의 단축이

이상. 400 α 이상, 500 / 이상, 1 , 000 이상, 4,000 이상, 5,000 urn 이상, 또는 8 , 000 μη\ 이상이고, 100 醒 이하, 또는 12 , 000 rn 이하이다. 가장 바람직하게는 상기 마이크로채널 단면의 단축이 50 내지 20 瞧이다. 상기 마이크로채널 단면의 단축이 10 미만인 경우에는, 그래핀 입자의 직경 (약 5 )과 유사하게 되어 마이크로채널이 막히는 현상이 발생할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 마이크로채널 단면의 단축이 1000 mm 초과인 경우에는, 상기 마이크로채널에 가해지는 압력을 3000 bar로 하더라도 층분한 평균 전단률을 구현하기 어렵다. 또한 바람직하게는, 상기 마이크로채널 (12)의 단면적이 1.00X102 ^m2 내지 1.44X108 zm2이다. 보다 바람직하게는 1.00X102 ^m2 내지 1.0X108 2이고, 가장 바람직하게는 2.5X103 urn2 내지 1.0X108 이다. 또한 바람직하게는, 상기 마이크로채널 (12)의 단면이 직사각형 형태이다. 바람직하게는, 상기 직사각형의 단축 및 장축이 각각 10 脚 내지 1000 隱이다. 보다 바람직하게는, 상기 단축:장축의 비율이 1:1 내지 1:1000이다. 보다 바람직하게는 1:1 내지 1:100, 1:2 내지 1:30, 또는 1:3 내지 1:10이다. 상기 마이크로채널 (12)의 단면은 직사각형 또는 정사각형일 수 있으며, 너비가 높이보다 큰 직사각형이 바람직하다. 이하 본 발명와 일실시예에 따르면, 단면적을 증가시킬 때 단면의 너비와 높이를 동일한 비율로 증가시키는 경우, 유량은 증가하나 평균 전단률이 감소되는 경향이 나타난다. 그러나, 높이를 고정시키고 너비를 증가시키는 경우에는, 평균 전단률의 실질적인 감소 없이 유량을 증가시키는 것이 가능하여, 생산성이 높아지고 박리 효율 또한 증가한다. 직사각형의 단면에서는 가공과 살치 공간의 제한만 없다면, 높이가 10 卿 내지 1000瞧인 범위 내에서 단면적을 증가시킬수록 평균 전단률의 감소 없이 높은 유량을 달성할 수 있다. 또한, 그라파이트가 전단력을 받아 유효하게 박리되기 위하여, 마이크로채널 (12)의 길이를 일정 길이 이상 확보하여야 하며, 바람직하게는 마이크로채널 (12)의 길이가 2 mm 이상이다. 상기 마이크로채널 (12)의 길이가 2 mm인 경우에도, 투입된 그라파이트가 1회에 모두 박리되지 않더라도 재투입을 통하여 만족할만한 수준의 박리효율을 달성할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 마이크로채널 (12)의 길이의 상한은 10000 隱가 바람직하다. 상기 마이크로채널 (12)의 길이가 10000 隱를 초과하는 경우, 상기 마이크로채널에 가해지는 압력을 3000 bar로 하더라도 층분한 평균 전단률을 구현하기 어렵다. 바람직하게는, 상기 마이크로채널 (12)의 길이의 상한은 2000 mm, 또는 1000 隱이다. 보다 바람직하게는, 상기 ']·이크로채널 ( 12)의 길이는 10隱 내지 500隱 이다. 본 발명자들은 유동장 시뮬레이션을 통해 판상 물질의 박리 장치 내부 유동을 분석하였다ᅳ 그 결과, 판상 물질의 박리 장치 내부에서 나타나는 에너지 소모는 마이크로채널 입구 (부차적 손실), 마이크로채널 내부 (직관 손실), 마이크로채널 출구 (부차적 손실)에서의 에너지 소모로 구분됨을 확인하였다. 마이크로채널 입구와 마이크로채널 출구에서 유로의 단면적이 급격하게 변하면서 에너지 소모가 크고, 마이크로채널 내부에서의 에너지 소모는 전체 에너지 소모의 약 5% 이내인 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 근거로, 본 발명자들은 마이크로채널의 길이를 10000 隱까지 증가시켜도 그에 따른 에너지 소모 및 유속의 감소가 미미하고, 그래핀 박리에 요구되는 전단웅력이 그대로 적용되는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 판상 물질의 박리 장치는, 판상 물질을 상기 유입부 ( 10)로 공급하는 공급라인이 구비될 수 있다. 상기 공급라인을 통하여 판상 물질의 투입량 등을 조절할 수 있다. 그래핀 제조 방법
또한, 본 발명은 유입부; 유출부; 및 상기 유입부와 유출부 사이를 연결하는 마이크로채널을 포함하는 판상 물질의 박리 장치를 사용하는 그래핀 제조 방법에 있어세
1) 그라파이트를 포함하는 용액을 상기 유입부쎄 공급하는 단계;
2) 상기 유입부에 압력을 가하여 상기 그라파이트를 포함하는 용액을 마이크로채널로 통과시키는 단계 ; 및 ;
3) 유출부 ( 13)로 그래핀 분산액을 회수하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 단계 2에서 마이크로채널에 100 bar 내지 3000 bar를 가하는 조건에서 상기 마이크로채널 내 평균 전단력이 102 s— 1 내지 108 s— 1인, 그래핀의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 바람직하게는, 상기 판상 물질의 박리 장치는 상술한 판상 물질의 박리 장치의 구성을 가질 수 있다. 앞서, 본 발명의 판상 물질의 박리 장치에서 설명한 바와 같이, 상기 단계 2의 압력은 100 내지 3000 bar가 바람직하다. 또한, 상기 압력의 범위에서 상기 마이크로채널 내 평균 전단률이 103 s"1 내지 106 s_1이고, 가장 바람직하게는 104 s— 1 내지 106 s— 1이다. 이를 위한 마이크로채널의 형상 및 길이는 앞서 설명한 바와 동일하다ᅳ 또한, 상기 유출부 ( 13)로 그래핀 분산액을 회수한 다음, 이를 다시 유입부 ( 10)에 재투입할 수 있다. 상기 재투입 과정은 2회 내지 30회 반복하여 수행할 수 있다. 상기 재투입 과정은 사용한 판상 물질의 박리 장치를 반복해서 사용하거나, 또는 복수의 판상 물질의 박리 장치를 사용하여 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 재투입 과정은 과정별로 구분하여 수행하거나, 또는 연속적으로 수행할 수 있다. 한편, 회수한 그래핀 분산액으로부터 그래핀을 회수 및 건조하는 단계를 추가로 포함할 수도 있다. 상기 회수 단계는 원심 분리, 감압 여과 또는 가압 여과로 진행될 수 있다. 또, 상기 건조 단계는 약 30 내지 200°C의 온도 하에 진공 건조 또는 일반 건조하여 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 본 발명에 따라 제조되는 그래핀의 크기가 크고 균일하여 그래핀 고유의 특성 발현에 유리하다. 상기 제조되는 그래핀을 다양한 용매에 재분산시켜 전도성 페이스트 조성물, 전도성 잉크 조성물, 방열 기판 형성용 조성물, 전기전도성 복합체, 열전도성 복합체, EMI 차페용 복합체 또는 전지용 도전재 또는 슬러리 등의 다양한 용도로 활용할 수 있다. 이하에서는, 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위하여 바람직한 실시예들이 제시된다. 그러나 하기의 실시예들은 본 발명을 예시하기 위한 것일 뿐, 본 발명을 이들만으로 한정하는 것은 아니다. 실시예 1-1 내지 1-6
(1) 판상물질의 박리 장치
도 1에 나타난 바와 같은 마이크로채널을 사용하였다. 도 1에 나타난 바와 같이 유입부 (10), 마이크로채널 (12) 및 유출부 (13)을 포함하는 장치를 사용하였다. 유입부 (10) 및 유출부 (13)는 원통형 (직경 1.5 隱 및 높이 2.5 mm) 형태를 사용하였고, 마이크로채널 (12)은 직사각형 형태의 단면 (12-1 및 12-2)을 가지고, 너비 320 μν, 높이 100 및 길이 2400 의 마이크로채널을 사용하였다.
(2) 그라파이트 박리
그라파이트 (BNB90) 2.5 g 및 분산제로서 PVP58k (폴리비닐피를리돈, 중량평균분자량: 58k) 1 g을 증류수 500 g과 혼합하여 피드 용액을 제조하였다. 상기 유입부 (10)를 통하여 1,600 bar의 고압을 인가하면서 상기 피드 용액을 유입시키고, 상기 유출부 (13)로 회수된 피드 용액을 유입부 (10)로 재투입하여 상기 고압 균질화 과정을 반복하였으며, 고압 균질화 과정이 총 10회가 될 때까지 반복하여 그래핀 분산액을 제조하였다. 상기 실시예 1-1과 동일한 방법으로 사용하되, 압력 및 마이크로채널의 단면의 가로 및 세로가 하기 표 1과 같이 하여, 그래핀 분산액올 제조하였다.

(3) 그래핀 표면 관찰 상기 실시예에서 얻어진 각 샘플 내 그래핀의 표면을 SEM 이미지로 확인하였으며, 그 결과를 도 2에 나타내었다.
(4) 그래핀의 크기 비교
상기 실시예에서 얻어진 각 샘플 내 그래핀의 크기를 측정하였다. 구체적으로 각 샘플을 입자 크기 분석기 (LA-960 Laser Particle Size
Analyzer)로 분산되어 있는 그래핀의 크기 (lateral size) 분포를 측정하였으며, 그 결과를 하기 표 2 및 도 3에 나타내었다.

상기 표 2 및 도 3에 나타난 바와 같이, 압력이 높아지고 고압 균질화 회수가 증가함에 따라 그래핀의 크기가 감소하는 것 ΐ 확인할 수 있었다.
(5) 토출량 비교
동일 압력 (600 bar)을 인가하여 제조한 실시예 1-4 내지 1-6에서, 유출부 (13)로 토출되는 양을 측정하였으며, 그 결과를 하기 표 3에 나타내었다.

상기 표 3에 나타난 바와 같이, 마이크로채널의 단면적이 커짐에 따라 그래핀 분산액의 토출량이 증가함을 확인할 수 있었다. 압력이 높아지고 고압 균질화 희수가 증가함에 따라 그래핀의 크기가 감소하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 실시예 1-7: 마이크로채널 단면적에 따른 평균 전단률 및 유량 비교 마이크로채널 단면 형상에 따른 평균 전단률과 유량을 비교하기 위하여, 하기 표 4 내지 10과 같은 마이크로채널 단면 형상을 제조하여 유동장 시뮬레이션을 통하여 분석하였다.

(1) 판상물질의 박리 장치
도 1에 나타난 바와 같은 마이크로채널을 사용하였다. 도 1에 나타난 바와 같이 유입부 (10), 마이크로채널 (12) 및 유출부 (13)을 포함하는 장치를 사용하였다. 유입부 (10) 및 유출부 (13)는 원통형 (직경 1.5 mm 및 높이 2.5 隱) 형태를 사용하였고, 마이크로채널 (12)은 직사각형 형태의 단면 (12-1 및 12-2)을 가지고, 너비 320 βη, 높이 100 및 길이 2400 ra의 마이크로채널을 사용하였다. 또한, 유입부 (10)의 압력, 마이크로채널 (12)의 너비, 높이 및 길이는 구체적으로 이하 표 11과 같았다.
(2) 그라파이트 박리
그라파이트 (BNB90) 2.5 g 및 분산제로서 PVP58k (폴리비닐피롤리돈, 중량평균분자량: 58k) 1 g을 증류수 500 g과 흔합하여 피드 용액을 제조하였다. 상기 유입부 (10)를 통하여 730 bar의 고압을 인가하면서 상기 피드 용액을 유입시키고, 상기 유출부 (13)로 피드 용액을 회수하였다. 또한, 마이크로채널의 평균 전단률과 유속을 유동장 시물레이션을 통하여 분석하였다.

1.29 X 105 1.22 X 105 1 .05X 105 1.04 X 105 rate( l/s) 실질적으로 평균 전단률이 105 1/s 보다 큰 경우에 만족할만한 수준의 그래핀 박리가 가능하다. 상기 표 1에 나타난 바와 같이, 실시예 2- 2 및 2-4와 같이 마이크로채널의 길이가 60 mm 이상인 경우에도, 그라파이트의 박리에 필요한 전단력이 유지되기 때문에, 전단력을 받는 구간이 길어져 마이크로채널 통과 회수를 줄일 수 있으므로 생산성이 높아질 수 있음을 확인하였다. 실시예 2-5
마이크로채널의 길이를 각각 2.4 mm 및 12 隱로 하는 것을 제외하고는, 상기 실시예 2-1과 동일한 방법으로 그라파이트를 박리하였다. 이에 따라 얻어진 그래핀의 표면을 SEM 이미지로 확인하였으며, 그 결과를 도 4에 나타내었다. 도 4는 마이크로채널의 길이가 12 画인 것을 사용한 것으로, 그래핀이 매우 얇게 박리되어 투명하게 보이거나 접혀있는 부분이 발견되었다. 또한, 상기 얻어진 샘플 내 그래핀의 크기를 측정하였다. 구체적으로, 각 샘플을 입자 크기 분석기 (LA-960 Laser Part i cle Size Analyzer )로 분산되어 있는 그래핀의 크기 ( lateral s i ze) 분포를 측정하였으며, 그 결과를 도 ?에 나타내었다. 도 3에 나타난 바와 같이, 마이크로채널의 길이가 보다 긴 경우에 그래핀의 크기가 보다 큰 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 실시예 2-7: 마이크로채널 단면적에 따른평균 전단률 및 유량비교 마이크로채널 단면 형상에 따른 평균 전단를과 유량을 비교하기 위하여, 하기 표 12 내지 14와 같은 마이크로채널 단면 형상을 제조하여 유동장 시물레이션을 통하여 분석하였다. 【특허청구범위】
【청구항 1】
유입부; 유출부; 및 상기 유입부와 유출부 사이를 연결하는 마이크로채널을 포함하는 판상 물질의 박리 장치를 사용하는 그래핀 제조 방법에 있어서,
1) 그라파이트를 포함하는 용액을 상기 유입부에 공급하는 단계;
2) 상기 유입부에 압력을 가하여 상기 그라과이트를 포함하는 용액을 마이크로채널로 통과시키는 단계 ; 및
3) 유출부 ( 13)로 그래핀 분산액을 회수하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 단계 2에서 마이크로채널에 100 bar 내지 3000 bar를 가하는 조건에서 상기 마이크로채널 내 평균 전단력이 102 s— 1 내지 108 s— 1인, 그래핀의 제조 방법 .
