Description
본 발명은 넥타이 고정 클립에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 넥타이의 이면에 연결되어 넥타이를 셔츠에 고정하여 사용할 수 있는 넥타이 고정 클립에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 넥타이(necktie)는 양복을 입을 때 목의 둘레나 깃 밑으로 둘러 감아서 매듭을 짓고 앞으로 늘어뜨리거나, 나비 모양으로 매듭을 만들어 멋을 내기 위한 천을 의미한다.
넥타이의 기원은 17세기로 거슬러 올라가며, 프랑스 왕실을 보호하기 위하여 크로아티아의 병사들이 파리에 도착했는데, 병사들의 목에는 가족들이 그들의 무사귀환을 바라면서 준 스카프를 목에 감고 있었고, 이에 관심을 보인 프랑스의 루이 14세가 스카프가 무엇인지 물어보자 시종장이 질문의 뜻을 잘 모른 채 크로아티아의 병사라는 의미를 갖는 '크라바트'라고 대답하여, 이로부터 남자들의 목에 맨 스카프가 '크라바트'가 된 것이며, 현재 넥타이를 프랑스어로 '크라바트(cravate)'라고 부르고 있다.
이와 같이, 목에 스카프 등의 천을 매는 스타일은 18세기까지 군대의 복장으로 유행했고, 점차 일반인에게도 확산되어 갔으며, 이후 제1차 세계대전 무렵까지 일반 남성들의 정장의 장식부속품으로 활용되었고, 19세기 후반 들어 영국에서 크라바트의 매듭 부분을 따로 강조하는 유행이 생겨났는데 이것이 바로 나비 넥타이이다. 또한, 경마장에 모일 때에만 착용하는 애스컷(ascot) 타이가 등장한 것도 서로 비슷한 시기이다.
이어서, 오늘날 주류를 이루는 기다란 형태의 '포 인 핸드(Four in hand)' 넥타이가 유행하였는데, '포 인 핸드'는 네 마리의 말이 끄는 마차를 의미하고, 마부들 사이에 유행하던 '포 인 핸드' 넥타이가 일반 대중에게 확산되어 현재까지 널리 사용되고 있는 것이다.
이러한 넥타이를 셔츠에 착용하면 목에서 아래로 길게 늘어뜨려진 형상인데, 넥타이 자체에는 별도의 고정구가 구비되어 있지 않는 것이 일반적이다. 따라서 외출하여 이동하거나 야외 활동시 바람이 불면 넥타이가 흔들려 비뚤어지게 배치되거나 어깨 뒤로 넘어가게 되고, 실내 활동시에도 식사나 세면할 때 상반신을 앞으로 굽히는 경우 넥타이가 앞으로 쏠려서 식탁 위의 음식이나 세면대의 물과 이물질에 의해 쉽게 오염될 수 있다.
그리하여, 넥타이핀이 개발되었는데, 넥타이핀은 뾰족한 핀을 셔츠에 꽂은 뒤 그 뒷면에 금속으로 만든 작은 받침을 대고 거기에 핀의 끝을 박아서 기우거나 나사처럼 돌려 넣어 고정시키거나, 집게 방식으로 제작되어 넥타이와 셔츠를 한꺼번에 고정할 수 있게 한 것이다.
그러나, 종래의 넥타이핀은 주로 금속으로 제작되어 셔츠나 넥타이로부터 쉽게 탈락될 수 있어 분실의 위험이 있고, 그 무게감으로 인하여 착용이 불편하며, 가격이 비교적 고가인 문제가 있다.
이와 관련된 종래기술로 대한민국 공개특허공보 제10-2007-0047260호(2007.05.04. 공개)에는 셔츠 자체에 넥타이핀의 고정 기능이 있는 하단 협지판 주머니와 연결된 분실방지용 고리가 앞자락 윗단에 부착되게 함으로써 의류 자체에 넥타이핀 고정 기능을 추가한 넥타이핀 고정기능 와이셔츠가 개시되어 있다.
그러나, 상술한 종래기술은 넥타이핀 고정 기능을 셔츠 자체에 추가한 것이기 때문에 이러한 셔츠를 구입하지 않는 한 넥타이 고정 기능을 활용할 수 없으므로 기존에 보유하고 있던 셔츠와 넥타이에는 전혀 적용할 수가 없는 것이다
본 발명은 상술한 문제들을 모두 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 고정 클립을 셔츠에 연결하여 넥타이를 견고하게 고정함으로써, 넥타이가 앞으로 기울어지거나 비뚤어지는 것을 방지하고, 고정 클립의 착용이 편리하며, 고정 클립의 탈부착이 용이한 넥타이 고정 클립의 제공에 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 경량으로서 구조가 간단하고, 가격 부담이 적으며, 착용중 고정 클립에 넥타이로부터 임의로 분리되지 않고, 고정 클립이 넥타이 외부로 노출되지 않아 미관을 저해하지 않으며, 기존에 보유하던 셔츠와 넥타이에 모두 사용 가능하여 실용적인 넥타이 고정 클립의 제공에 그 목적이 있다.
상술한 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 넥타이의 이면에 연결되어 넥타이를 셔츠에 고정시키는 넥타이 고정 클립으로서, 넥타이 이면에 봉제된 고리천에 탈부착 가능하게 연결되고, 하단부에 체결편이 형성된 판상의 부착부재; 상기 부착부재와 고정부재를 연결하는 연결부재; 및 상기 연결부재에 회전 가능하게 연결되되, 상·하부에 각각 상·하부 고정편이 형성되어 고정 클립 착용시 셔츠의 외면에 위치되고, 하부 고정편의 하부에 돌출편이 형성되어 상기 체결편과 체결되며, 상·하부 고정편의 사이에 상·하부 고정편과 이격되도록 가이드편이 형성되어 고정 클립 착용시 셔츠의 내면에 위치되는 고정부재;를 포함하는 넥타이 고정 클립을 제공한다.
이때, 상기 부착부재는 문자, 숫자, 기호, 로고, 도형 및 그림 중 어느 1개 이상이 표시되거나 관통 형성되어 있는 것에도 그 특징이 있다.
게다가, 상기 고정부재는 일측에 파지편이 돌출 형성되어 있는 것에도 그 특징이 있다.
또한, 상기 상·하부 고정편은 단부에 걸림편이 형성되어 셔츠의 단추 구멍이 형성된 플래킷의 트임부에 걸림되는 것에도 그 특징이 있다.
아울러, 상기 가이드편은 단부가 타측으로 연장 형성된 연장부를 구비하여 상기 고정부재의 셔츠 연결이 용이한 것에도 그 특징이 있다.
본 발명에 의하면, 고정 클립을 셔츠에 연결하여 넥타이를 견고하게 고정함으로써, 넥타이가 앞으로 기울어지거나 비뚤어지는 것을 방지하고, 고정 클립의 착용이 편리하며, 고정 클립의 탈부착이 용이한 효과가 있다.
또한, 경량으로서 구조가 간단하고, 가격 부담이 적으며, 착용중 고정 클립에 넥타이로부터 임의로 분리되지 않고, 고정 클립이 넥타이 외부로 노출되지 않아 미관을 저해하지 않으며, 기존에 보유하던 셔츠와 넥타이에 모두 사용 가능하여 실용적인 효과가 있다.

이하에서, 도면을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 넥타이 고정 클립을 실시하기 위한 구체적인 내용에 대하여 실시예를 중심으로 상세히 설명하도록 하겠다.
도 1 내지 도 6을 참고하면, 본 발명에 따른 넥타이 고정 클립(1)은 넥타이(N)의 이면에 연결되어 넥타이를 셔츠(S)에 고정시키는 넥타이 고정 클립으로서, 무게가 가벼운 합성수지 재질로 이루어지고, 부착부재(100), 연결부재(200) 및 고정부재(300)를 포함하여 이루어진다.
상기 부착부재(100)는 넥타이(N)의 이면에 봉제된 고리천(N1)에 탈부착 가능하게 연결되는 것으로, 고리천(N1)은 상하로 관통 형성되고, 고리천(N1)에 넥타이의 브랜드가 표시되어 라벨 기능을 하거나, 고리천(N1)과는 별도로 라벨이 봉제되어 형성될 수도 있다.
또한, 상기 부착부재(100)는 판상으로 이루어지고, 고리천(N1)의 관통된 구멍을 통해 넥타이에 연결하여 부착되며, 하단부가 만곡되게 상측으로 절곡된 체결편(110)이 형성된다.

- 넥타이의 이면에 연결되어 넥타이를 셔츠에 고정시키는 넥타이 고정 클립으로서,넥타이 이면에 봉제된 고리천에 탈부착 가능하게 연결되고, 하단부에 체결편이 형성된 판상의 부착부재;상기 부착부재와 고정부재를 연결하는 연결부재; 및상기 연결부재에 회전 가능하게 연결되되, 상·하부에 각각 상·하부 고정편이 형성되어 고정 클립 착용시 셔츠의 외면에 위치되고, 하부 고정편의 하부에 돌출편이 형성되어 상기 체결편과 체결되며, 상·하부 고정편의 사이에 상·하부 고정편과 이격되도록 가이드편이 형성되어 고정 클립 착용시 셔츠의 내면에 위치되는 고정부재를 포함하는 넥타이 고정 클립.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 부착부재는 문자, 숫자, 기호, 로고, 도형 및 그림 중 어느 1개 이상이 표시되거나 관통 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 넥타이 고정 클립.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고정부재는 일측에 파지편이 돌출 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 넥타이 고정 클립.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상·하부 고정편은 단부에 걸림편이 형성되어 셔츠의 단추 구멍이 형성된 플래킷의 트임부에 걸림되는 것을 특징으로 하는 넥타이 고정 클립.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가이드편은 단부가 타측으로 연장 형성된 연장부를 구비하여 상기 고정부재의 셔츠 연결이 용이한 것을 특징으로 하는 넥타이 고정 클립.
