第一终端110为患者使用的终端,简称患者终端。该第一终端110可以为患者使用的健康监测设备;也可以为与健康监测设备绑定的的终端,比如:手机、平板电脑、台式电脑、可穿戴设备或头戴式设备。该第一终端110可以通过有线网络或者无线网络与服务器130连接。示意性的,第一终端110是血糖仪、心电图仪、体重计、血压计等健康监测设备,该健康监测设备是家庭用健康检测设备,或,个人用健康监测设备。
第二终端120为医生使用的终端,简称医生终端。第二终端120可以为诸如手机、平板电脑或者计算机之类的终端。且该第二终端120可以通过有线网络或者无线网络与服务器130连接。
服务器130可以为一台服务器,也可以为一个服务器集群或虚拟计算平台。

步骤401,接收健康咨询请求,健康咨询请求中携带有患者的联系方式。
在患者需要获取健康咨询服务时,患者可以通过自己使用的第一终端来发送健康咨询请求至服务器。相应的,服务器接收该健康咨询请求。
第一终端可以为患者使用的用于测量生理数据的健康监测设备,也可以为与健康监测设备绑定的终端,比如手机、平板电脑或者台式电脑之类的设备。且第一终端可以通过2G(2-Generation wireless telephone technology,第二代手机通信技术规格)、3G、4G或者WiFi(Wireless-Fidelity,无线保真)网络发送该健康咨询请求至服务器。
可选地,健康咨询请求中携带有患者的联系方式;或者,健康咨询请求携带有患者标识,服务器中存储有与该患者标识对应的联系方式。患者的联系方 式包括电话号码、社交应用客户端的社交账号、邮箱地址和患者的家庭住址中的至少一种。
以第一终端为患者使用的血糖仪来举例说明,在患者通过血糖仪测量得到自己的血糖指数出现异常,进而想要咨询医生时,患者按压血糖仪中用于呼叫医生的按键。血糖仪接收到按压信号之后,发送健康咨询请求至服务器。可选的,血糖仪还显示包含呼叫选项的显示界面,在接收到患者选择该呼叫选项的选择信号之后,发送健康咨询请求至服务器。
步骤402,获取为患者提供咨询服务的医生的联系方式。
可选的,本步骤包括如下两种可能的实现方式。
第一种可能的实现方式,第一终端根据患者与医生之间的预设对应关系,确定患者所对应的医生;获取确定的医生的联系方式。
可选地,服务器中预先存储有患者与医生之间的预设对应关系,在接收到健康咨询请求之后,在预设对应关系中查询患者所对应的医生。其中,患者所对应的医生可以为一位,也可以是包含至少两位候选医生的医生团队。
可选地,若患者所对应的候选医生有至少两位,则服务器依据每位候选医生当前所需服务的患者个数和候选医生的资质中的至少一种,为患者确定一位医生。
示意性的,服务器确定每位候选医生当前所需服务的患者个数,将当前所需服务的患者个数最少的一位候选医生,确定为患者所对应的医生。
示意性的,服务器确定每位候选医生的资质,将资质最高的一位候选医生,确定为患者所对应的医生。可选地,该资质是指从业资质或者学历资质。
示意性的,对于每位候选医生,服务器根据该候选医生的当前所需服务的患者个数计算出第一分数;服务器根据该候选医生的资质计算出第二分数;服务器将第一分数和第二分数相加后得到与该候选医生对应的第三分数;服务器将第三分数最高的候选医生,确定为患者所对应的医生。
另外,服务器中的预设对应关系可以为患者开通健康咨询服务时,服务器生成并保存的对应关系。
第二种可能的实现方式,在各个候选医生中为患者分配一个医生;获取为患者分配的医生的联系方式。
其中,服务器在各个候选医生中为患者分配一个医生,包括如下步骤:
(1)、获取预先存储的患者的病历信息。
(2)、获取每个候选医生的诊断特长。
(3)、根据病历信息以及每个候选医生的诊断特长为患者分配一个匹配的医生。
示意性的,服务器从病历信息中提取第一关键字集合,从每个候选医生的诊断特长中提取第二关键字集合;服务器计算第一关键字集合和第二关键字集合之间的相似度,将相似度最高的第二关键字集合所对应的候选医生,确定成为该患者分配的医生。
其中,医生的联系方式包括电话号码、社交应用客户端的社交账号或者邮箱地址。
需要补充说明的是,服务器接收到健康咨询请求之后,服务器反馈确认信息至患者使用的第一终端,该确认信息用于表示本次呼叫医生成功。
步骤403,检测健康咨询请求是否满足预设条件。
预设条件包括:在接收到健康咨询请求之前的第一时间段内未接收到来自患者的历史健康咨询请求,和/或,在接收到健康咨询请求之前的第二时间段内未有医生为患者提供过健康咨询服务。
示意性的,以第一时间段为5分钟为例,服务器接收到健康咨询请求之后,服务器检测最近5分钟内是否接收到来自同一患者的历史健康咨询请求;若未接收到历史健康咨询请求,则判定该健康咨询请求满足预设条件;若接收到历史健康咨询请求,则本次接收到的健康咨询请求很可能是患者误触发的请求,此时,服务器判定该健康咨询请求不满足预设条件。
示意性的,以第二时间段为10分钟为例,服务器接收到健康咨询请求之后,服务器获取医生在历史时间段中为该患者提供咨询服务后反馈的服务记录,根据获取到的服务记录来确定医生最近一次为该患者提供咨询服务的时间,检测该时间是否属于本次接收到健康咨询请求之前的10分钟内。若该时间属于本次接收到健康咨询请求之前的10分钟内,则说明医生刚刚为该患者提供过咨询服务,本次接收到的健康咨询请求很可能是患者误触发的请求,此时服务器确定本次接收到的健康咨询请求不满足预设条件;反之,若该时间不属于本次接收到健康咨询请求之前的10分钟内,则服务器确定本次接收到的健康咨询请求满足预设条件。
若满足预设条件,则进入步骤404;若不满足预设条件,则进入步骤405。
需要补充说明的是,本步骤为可选步骤,实际实现时服务器可以直接执行 步骤404。并且,本实施例也只是以该本步骤在步骤402之后执行来举例说明,可选的,服务器还可以同时执行步骤402和步骤403,或者先执行步骤403后执行步骤402,本实施例对两者的具体执行顺序并不做限定。
步骤404,若满足预设条件,根据医生的联系方式向医生终端转发健康咨询请求,健康咨询请求用于请求医生根据患者的联系方式为患者提供健康咨询的服务。
示意性的,若健康咨询请求携带有患者的联系方式,则服务器直接向医生终端发送该健康咨询请求;若健康咨询请求携带有患者标识,则服务器查询与该患者标识对应的联系方式,将该联系方式携带在健康咨询请求中发送给医生终端。
相应的,医生终端接收服务器转发的健康咨询请求。并且,在医生获知该健康咨询请求之后,医生需要根据患者的联系方式为患者提供健康咨询的服务。比如,以患者的联系方式包括电话号码来举例说明,医生拨打该电话号码,然后向患者提供咨询服务。
步骤405,若不满足预设条件,则结束。
步骤406,接收医生终端为患者提供健康咨询服务之后反馈的服务记录,服务记录中包含医生对患者的病情描述。
医生在为患者提供咨询服务之后,医生通过医生终端反馈服务记录。具体的,医生可以在医生终端中编辑服务记录,然后通过第二终端反馈服务记录至服务器。其中,服务记录中包含医生对患者的病情描述,该服务记录可以为视频信息,可以为语音信息,也可以为文本信息。
可选地,该服务记录还包括患者标识。
步骤407,根据服务记录更新患者的病历信息。
服务器根据接收到的服务记录中的病情描述来更新患者的病历信息。
需要补充说明的是,请参考图4B,在步骤404之后,该健康咨询请求获取方法还包括以下步骤:
步骤408,检测在第三时间段内是否接收到服务记录。
服务器在转发健康咨询请求至医生终端之后,服务器检测在第三时间段内是否接收到医生反馈的服务记录。
可选地,第三时间段的起始时刻为转发健康咨询请求的时刻。

步骤410,若接收到服务记录,则结束。
若已经接收到服务记录,则说明医生已经为该患者提供咨询服务,此时流程结束。

通过在转发健康咨询请求至医生终端之前,先检测该健康咨询请求是否满足预设条件,只有在检测结果为满足预设条件时,才会转发该健康咨询请求至医生终端,避免了患者频繁呼叫医生之后,医生重复为患者提供健康咨询服务,进而导致资源浪费以及给患者带来困扰的问题。
通过在转发健康咨询请求至医生终端之后,检测在第三时间段内是否接收到医生反馈的服务记录,并在未接收到服务记录时,发送提醒信息至医生终端,以提醒医生尽快为患者提供健康咨询服务,提高了患者获取健康咨询服务的获取效率。

与图4A实施例相比,本实施例还通过将健康监测设备采集到的生理数据自动上传至服务器,由服务器将生理数据保存至患者的病历信息中,使得医生在接收到健康咨询服务时,能够便捷地查看患者自身所记录的病历信息,提高了诊断效率。
以健康监测设备是血糖仪为例,糖尿病患者在购买血糖仪后,每天都测量自身的血糖值。该血糖仪会将患者每天测量的血糖值进行记录,并同步至服务器,由服务器将血糖值保存至该患者的病历信息中。若患者发现某天的血糖值偏高,希望向医生获得健康咨询服务时,直接通过血糖仪一键呼叫医生。服务器会为该患者分配医生,由医生以电话服务、即时通讯服务或上门服务的形式向患者提供健康咨询服务。在医生提供健康咨询服务时,能够方便地查看到患者的病历信息,该病历信息不仅包括患者自身所测量得到的各种生理数据,还包括其它医生在历史服务过程中所反馈的服务记录。
显然,从患者角度来看,只需要购买一个血糖仪,就能够实现自动建立病历信息、自动生成病历信息、一键呼叫医生并向医生提供病历信息的多种功能,不需要患者多次去医院进行血糖测量,不需要手工整理病历信息,也不需要患者去医院挂号;从医生角度来看,能够及时向患者提供健康咨询服务,方便地查看到该患者的病历信息,且该病历信息是全面、详细和及时的病历信息。
在另一个可能的实施例中,健康监测设备是便携式心电图仪,当患者突发心脏疾病时,通过便携式心电图仪直接呼叫医生,并将最新测量的心电图数据发送给医生诊断,整个过程的耗时可能仅需要1分钟。但如果患者采用去医院挂号、测量心电图、排队等候医生的诊断,需要耗费数小时甚至十几小时之久,耗费如此长的时间已经错过了突发心脏疾病的最佳诊断时间。综上所述,在患者对健康监测设备的日常使用过程中,由健康监测设备自动构建患者的病历信息,提供健康咨询服务,能够为患者提供方便、有效、及时的健康咨询服务,使得健康监测设备的作用不再局限为一台设备,而成为患者的一个私人专享健康顾问,能够更好地保证患者的健康。

通过在转发健康咨询请求至医生终端之前,先检测该健康咨询请求是否满足预设条件,只有在检测结果为满足预设条件时,才会转发该健康咨询请求至医生终端,避免了患者频繁呼叫医生之后,医生重复为患者提供健康咨询服务,进而导致资源浪费以及给患者带来困扰的问题。
通过在转发健康咨询请求至医生终端之后,检测在第三时间段内是否接收到医生反馈的服务记录,并在未接收到服务记录时,发送提醒信息至医生终端,以提醒医生尽快为患者提供健康咨询服务,提高了患者获取健康咨询服务效率。
本实施例还通过将健康监测设备采集到的生理数据自动上传至服务器,由服务器将生理数据保存至患者的病历信息中,使得医生在接收到健康咨询服务时,能够便捷地查看患者自身所记录的病历信息,提高了诊断效率。
请参考图8,其示出了本发明一个实施例提供的健康咨询服务获取装置的结构方框图,该健康咨询服务获取装置可以包括:指数测量模块810、指数展示模块820和请求发送模块830。

请参考图9,其示出了本发明一个实施例提供的服务器的结构框架图。所述服务器900包括中央处理单元(CPU)901、包括随机存取存储器(RAM)902和只读存储器(ROM)903的系统存储器904,以及连接系统存储器904和中央处理单元901的系统总线905。所述服务器900还包括帮助计算机内的各个器件之间传输信息的基本输入/输出系统(I/O系统)906,和用于存储操作系统913、应用程序99和其他程序模块918的大容量存储设备907。

所述存储器还包括一个或者一个以上的程序,所述一个或者一个以上程序存储于存储器中,所述一个或者一个以上程序包含用于进行本发明实施例提供的健康咨询服务获取方法中由服务器所执行的指令。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的健康咨询服务获取方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、随机存取记忆体(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁盘或光盘等。
请参考图10,其示出了本发明一个实施例提供的健康监测设备1000的框图,该健康监测设备可以包括射频(RF,Radio Frequency)电路1001、包括有一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质的存储器1002、输入单元1003、显示单元1004、测量部件1005、音频电路1006、无线保真(WiFi,Wireless Fidelity)模块1007、包括有一个或者一个以上处理核心的处理器1008、以及电源1009等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图10中示出的健康监测设备结构并不构成对健康监测设备的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。上述的RF电路和/或WiFi模块还可统称为通信组件。其中:
RF电路1001可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,将基站的下行信息接收后,交由一个或者一个以上处理器1008处理;另外,将涉及上行的数据发送给基站。通常,RF电路1001包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、调谐器、一个或多个振荡器、用户身份模块(SIM,Subscriber  Identity Module)卡、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器(LNA,Low Noise Amplifier)、双工器等。此外,RF电路1001还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通讯系统(GSM,Global System ofMobile communication)、通用分组无线服务(GPRS,General Packet Radio Service)、码分多址(CDMA,Code Division Multiple Access)、宽带码分多址(WCDMA,Wideband Code Division Multiple Access)、长期演进(LTE,Long Term Evolution)、电子邮件、短消息服务(SMS,Short Messaging Service)等。
存储器1002可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器1008通过运行存储在存储器1002的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器1002可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据健康监测设备的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器1002可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。相应地,存储器1002还可以包括存储器控制器,以提供处理器1008和输入单元1003对存储器1002的访问。
输入单元1003可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。具体地,在一个具体的实施例中,输入单元1003可包括触敏表面以及其他输入设备。触敏表面,也称为触摸显示屏或者触控板,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触敏表面上或在触敏表面附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触敏表面可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器1008,并能接收处理器1008发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触敏表面。除了触敏表面,输入单元1003还可以包括其他输入设备。具体地,其他输入设备可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元1004可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及健康监测设备的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元1004可包括显示面板,可选的,可以采用液晶显示器(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)、有机发光二极管(OLED,Organic Light-Emitting Diode)等形式来配置显示面板。进一步的,触敏表面可覆盖显示面板,当触敏表面检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器1008以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器1008根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图10中,触敏表面与显示面板是作为两个独立的部件来实现输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触敏表面与显示面板集成而实现输入和输出功能。
健康监测设备还可包括测量部件1005,测量部件1005是用于将试纸上的信息转换为电信号的部件。比如,测量部件1005是将沾有血液的血糖试纸上的血糖信息转换为电信号的部件。不同的健康监测设备中,测量部件1005所具有的功能不同。
可选地,健康监测设备还包括至少一种传感器,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板的亮度,接近传感器可在健康监测设备移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)用于定位当前所处地域的传感器等;至于健康监测设备还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路1006、扬声器,传声器可提供用户与健康监测设备之间的音频接口。音频电路1006可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器,由扬声器转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路1006接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器1008处理后,经RF电路1001以发送给比如另一健康监测设备,或者将音频数据输出至存储器1002以便进一步处理。音频电路1006还可能包括耳塞插孔,以提供外设耳机与健康监测设备的通信。
WiFi属于短距离无线传输技术,健康监测设备通过WiFi模块1007可以帮 助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图10示出了WiFi模块1007,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于健康监测设备的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器1008是健康监测设备的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器1002内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器1002内的数据,执行健康监测设备的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选的,处理器1008可包括一个或多个处理核心;优选的,处理器1008可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器1008中。
健康监测设备还包括给各个部件供电的电源1009(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器1008逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源1009还可以包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
尽管未示出,健康监测设备还可以包括摄像头、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。具体在本实施例中,健康监测设备中的处理器1008会运行存储在存储器1002中的一个或一个以上的程序指令,从而实现上述各个方法实施例中所提供的健康咨询服务获取方法。

    接收健康咨询请求,所述健康咨询请求对应有患者的联系方式;
    获取为所述患者提供咨询服务的医生的联系方式;
    根据所述医生的联系方式向医生终端转发所述健康咨询请求,所述健康咨询请求用于请求所述医生根据所述患者的联系方式为所述患者提供健康咨询的服务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收健康监测设备发送的所述患者的生理数据;
    将所述生理数据保存至所述患者的病历信息中;
    在转发所述健康咨询请求时,根据所述医生的联系方式向所述医生终端发送所述患者的所述病历信息或所述病历信息的查看入口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述医生的联系方式向所述医生终端转发所述健康咨询请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    检测所述健康咨询请求是否满足预设条件;所述预设条件包括:在接收到所述健康咨询请求之前的第一时间段内未接收到来自所述患者的历史健康咨询请求,和/或,在接收到所述健康咨询请求之前的第二时间段内未有医生为所述患者提供过健康咨询服务;
    若满足所述预设条件,则执行所述根据所述医生的联系方式向所述医生终端转发所述健康咨询请求的操作。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取为所述患者提供咨询服务的医生的联系方式,包括:
    根据所述患者与医生之间的预设对应关系,确定所述患者所对应的所述医生;获取确定的所述医生的联系方式;
    或者,
    在各个候选医生中为所述患者分配一个医生;获取分配的所述医生的联系方式。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在各个候选医生中为所述患者分配一个医生,包括:
    获取预先存储的所述患者的病历信息;
    获取每个候选医生的诊断特长;
    根据所述病历信息以及每个所述候选医生的诊断特长为所述患者分配一个医生。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述医生为所述患者提供健康咨询服务之后反馈的服务记录,所述服务记录中包含所述医生对所述患者的病情描述;
    根据所述服务记录更新所述患者的病历信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述医生的联系方式向所述医生终端转发所述健康咨询请求之后,所述方法还包括:
    检测在第三时间段内是否接收到所述服务记录;
    若未接收到所述服务记录,则发送提醒信息至所述医生终端,所述提醒信息用于提醒所述医生为所述患者提供健康咨询的服务。
  8. 一种健康咨询服务获取方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    健康监测设备测量患者的生理数据;
    所述健康监测设备展示测量得到的所述生理数据和咨询入口;
    所述健康监测设备在接收到作用于所述咨询入口的触发指令之后,发送健康咨询请求至服务器,所述健康咨询请求用于请求所述服务器将所述健康咨询请求转发至为所述患者提供咨询服务的医生终端,并请求所述医生根据所述患者的联系方式为所述患者提供健康咨询的服务。
  9. 一种健康咨询服务获取装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    请求接收模块,用于接收健康咨询请求,所述健康咨询请求对应患者的联系方式;
    获取模块,用于获取为所述患者提供咨询服务的医生的联系方式;
    请求转发模块,用于根据所述获取模块获取到的所述医生的联系方式向医生终端转发所述健康咨询请求,所述健康咨询请求用于请求所述医生根据所述患者的联系方式为所述患者提供健康咨询的服务。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:数据接收模块、病历保存模块和病历转发模块;

    所述请求转发模块,还用于在所述第一检测模块的检测结果为满足所述预设条件时,执行所述根据所述医生的联系方式向所述医生终端转发所述健康咨询请求的操作。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块,包括:
    医生确定单元,用于根据所述患者与医生之间的预设对应关系,确定所述患者所对应的所述医生;第一获取单元,用于获取所述医生确定单元确定的所述医生的联系方式;

    信息发送模块,用于在所述第二检测模块的检测结果为未接收到所述服务记录时,发送提醒信息至所述医生终端,所述提醒信息用于提醒所述医生为所述患者提供健康咨询的服务。
  16. 一种健康咨询服务获取装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    指数测量模块,用于测量患者的生理数据;
    指数展示模块,用于展示所述指数测量模块测量得到的所述生理数据和咨询入口;
    请求发送模块,用于在接收到作用于所述咨询入口的触发指令之后,发送健康咨询请求至服务器,所述健康咨询请求用于请求所述服务器将所述健康咨询请求转发至为所述患者提供咨询服务的医生终端,并请求所述医生根据所述患者的联系方式为所述患者提供健康咨询的服务。
  17. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:处理器和通信组件;
    所述通信组件,用于接收健康咨询请求,所述健康咨询请求对应有患者的 联系方式;
    所述处理器,用于获取为所述患者提供咨询服务的医生的联系方式;
    所述通信组件,用于根据所述医生的联系方式向医生终端转发所述健康咨询请求,所述健康咨询请求用于请求所述医生根据所述患者的联系方式为所述患者提供健康咨询的服务。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述通信组件,用于接收健康监测设备发送的所述患者的生理数据;
    所述处理器,用于将所述生理数据保存至所述患者的病历信息中;
    所述通信组件,还用于在转发所述健康咨询请求时,根据所述医生的联系方式向所述医生终端发送所述患者的所述病历信息或所述病历信息的查看入口。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于检测所述健康咨询请求是否满足预设条件;所述预设条件包括:在接收到所述健康咨询请求之前的第一时间段内未接收到来自所述患者的历史健康咨询请求,和/或,在接收到所述健康咨询请求之前的第二时间段内未有所述医生终端为所述患者提供过健康咨询服务;
    所述通信组件,还用于当满足所述预设条件时,根据所述医生的联系方式向所述医生终端转发所述健康咨询请求。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于根据所述患者与医生之间的预设对应关系,确定所述患者所对应的所述医生;获取确定的所述医生的联系方式;
    或者,
    所述处理器,还用于在各个候选医生中为所述患者分配一个医生;获取分配的所述医生的联系方式。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于获取预先存储的所述患者的病历信息;获取每个候选医生的诊断特长;根据所述病历信息以及每个所述候选医生的诊断特长为所述 患者分配一个医生。
  22. 根据权利要求17所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述通信组件,还用于接收所述医生为所述患者提供健康咨询服务之后反馈的服务记录,所述服务记录中包含所述医生对所述患者的病情描述;
    所述处理器,还用于根据所述服务记录更新所述患者的病历信息。
  23. 根据权利要求17所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于检测在第三时间段内是否接收到所述服务记录;
    所述通信组件,还用于当未接收到所述服务记录时,发送提醒信息至所述医生终端,所述提醒信息用于提醒所述医生为所述患者提供健康咨询的服务。
  24. 一种健康监测设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括:处理器、与所述处理器相连的测量部件和通信组件;
    所述测量部件,用于测量患者的生理数据;
    所述处理器,用于展示测量得到的所述生理数据和咨询入口;
    所述处理器,用于在接收到作用于所述咨询入口的触发指令之后,通过所述通信组件发送健康咨询请求至服务器,所述健康咨询请求用于请求所述服务器将所述健康咨询请求转发至为所述患者提供咨询服务的医生终端,并请求所述医生根据所述患者的联系方式为所述患者提供健康咨询的服务。
  25. 一种健康咨询服务获取系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    如权利要求9至15任一所述的健康咨询服务获取装置以及如权利要求16所述的健康咨询服务获取装置;
    或,
    如权利要求17至23任一所述的服务器以及如权利要求24所述的健康监测设备。
