  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水性环保型除锈防锈覆膜液,其特征在于:所述除锈防锈剂采用单宁酸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的水性环保型除锈防锈覆膜液,其特征在于:所述成膜助剂采用醇酯十二、二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚中的一种或几种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的水性环保型除锈防锈覆膜液,其特征在于:所述防冻剂采用乙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇中的一种或几种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的水性环保型除锈防锈覆膜液,其特征在于:所述成膜物质采用乙烯基多元共聚偏二氯乙烯乳液,固含为40%。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的水性环保型除锈防锈覆膜液,其特征在于:所述消泡剂采用海明斯DF1181、巴斯夫2410、罗地亚DN-642。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的水性环保型除锈防锈覆膜液,其特征在于:所述基材润湿剂采用海明斯W77、W469中的一种或几种。
  8. 一种根据权利要求1—7任一项所述的水性环保型除锈防锈覆膜液的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:在带夹套的搪瓷釜或不锈钢釜中投入去离子水,并进行搅拌,搅拌速率以桨叶能带动釜内物料一起运动为宜,先将防冻剂 与除锈防锈剂一起搅拌均匀后投入釜内,在搪瓷釜或不锈钢釜的夹套中通入80℃的热水,不停搅拌,待釜内温度升到65—70℃时,停止通热水,此时除锈防锈剂能够充分溶解在水中,用常温水置换搪瓷釜或不锈钢釜夹套中的热水,让水温慢慢降到35℃时,停止搅拌,把成膜物质按比例投入釜内,再次开启搅拌,搅拌速率以桨叶能带动釜内物料一起运动为宜;最后一边搅拌一边在釜内滴加成膜助剂、消泡剂和润湿剂,滴加完成后,再搅拌30分钟,由分析检测部门取样检测合格后,可以停止搅拌,用100目过滤网过滤包装即可。
