Abstract
一种带弯管透气帽的减速机,包括箱体(1)、箱盖(2)和减速机构(3),所述减速机构(3)安装于箱体(1)内,所述箱盖(2)安装于箱体(1)顶部并形成密封,所述箱盖(2)上安装有透气帽(4),所述透气帽(4)安装于箱盖(2)的侧壁上,所述透气帽(4)包括弯管(41)和帽体(42),弯管(41)竖直安装于箱盖(2)侧壁的上部,帽体(42)安装于弯管(41)的顶部,所述帽体(42)的内侧设有联通弯管及外侧的曲线通道。采用弯管式透气帽,相对直管而言弯管为弯曲通道,弯管的内侧设有多个挡板,挡板在弯管内形成折线通道,挡板的底面上设有隔挡,当有溅至挡板时,隔挡有个起到缓冲和导向作用,避免有的反射和飞溅;以上技术方案结合能够更有效地避免润滑油的溅出。
Description
本发明涉及减速机领域,具体涉及一种带弯管透气帽的减速机。
采取油润滑的减速机上通常都安装有透气帽,特别是高速减速机,在齿轮高速转动时轴承会产生大量的热量,如果散热不及时会导致轴承烧坏的严重后果。现有技术中通常采取油润滑降温及透气帽散热的方式。但是齿轮在高速转动时带出的油容易从透气帽内溅出,造成油的浪费和污染。现有技术中有将透气帽自身高度增高的方案,这种方案既影响美观,同时还占据空间。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够有效防止润滑油外泄的带弯管透气帽的减速机。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种带弯管透气帽的减速机,包括箱体、箱盖和减速机构,所述减速机构安装于箱体内,所述箱盖安装于箱体顶部并形成密封,所述箱盖上安装有透气帽,其特征在于,所述透气帽安装于箱盖的侧壁上,所述透气帽包括弯管和帽体,弯管竖直安装于箱盖侧壁的上部,帽体安装于弯管的顶部,所述帽体的内侧设有联通弯管及外侧的曲线通道。
进一步地,所述弯管内设有一道以上的挡板,多道挡板在弯管内形成曲线通道。
进一步地,所述挡板的底面上设有间隔的隔挡。
再进一步地,所述弯管为90度弯管。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:本技术方案采用弯管式透气帽,相对直管而言弯管为弯曲通道,弯管的内侧设有多个挡板,挡板在弯管内形成折线通道,挡板的底面上设有隔挡,当有溅至挡板时,隔挡有个起到缓冲和导向作用,避免有的反射和飞溅;以上技术方案结合能够更有效地避免润滑油的溅出。

如图所示,一种带弯管透气帽的减速机,包括箱体1、箱盖2和减速机构3,所述减速机构2安装于箱体1内,所述箱盖3安装于箱体1顶部并形成密封,所述箱盖2侧壁上安装有透气帽4,所述透气帽4包括弯管41和帽体42,弯管通常是90度弯管,或者直角弯管,弯管41竖直安装于箱盖2侧壁的上部,所述弯管41内设有一道以上的挡板44,多道挡板44在弯管41内形成折线通道,所述挡板44的底面上设有间隔的隔挡45,隔挡45可以为多块间隔的隔板或者毛刷等;帽体42安装于弯管41的顶部,所述帽体42的内侧设有联通弯管41及外侧的曲线通道43。

- 一种带弯管透气帽的减速机,包括箱体、箱盖和减速机构,所述减速机构安装于箱体内,所述箱盖安装于箱体顶部并形成密封,所述箱盖上安装有透气帽,其特征在于,所述透气帽安装于箱盖的侧壁上,所述透气帽包括弯管和帽体,弯管竖直安装于箱盖侧壁的上部,帽体安装于弯管的顶部,所述帽体的内侧设有联通弯管及外侧的曲线通道。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种带弯管透气帽的减速机,其特征在于,所述弯管内设有一道以上的挡板,多道挡板在弯管内形成曲线通道。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种带弯管透气帽的减速机,其特征在于,所述挡板的底面上设有间隔的隔挡。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种带弯管透气帽的减速机,其特征在于,所述弯管为90度弯管。
