一种简易环保的透气帽，本实用新型涉及透气帽，具体是针对传统透气帽过滤效率低，油雾泄露严重以及结构过于复杂的缺点，提供一种简易的但是却非常环保的透气帽，包括底罩(1)、外侧钢网(2)、净化材料(3)、内侧钢网(4)、挡油板(5)、顶罩(6)，其特征是底罩(1)和顶罩(6)通过焊接固定外侧钢网(2)和内侧钢网(4)；外侧钢网(2)和内侧钢网(4)包裹住净化材料(3)；内侧钢网(4)上交错安装三个挡油板(5)。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及透气帽，具体涉及一种简易环保的透气帽。
背景技术
由于高速重载设备的不断发展，高速齿轮箱得到了越来越广泛的应用。为了使高速齿轮箱安全可靠地运行，需要在其运行过程中，不断喷洒润滑油，润滑油在高速齿轮箱体内，会形成高压高温的油雾。油雾泄露或者直接排放到空气中后，会使环境遭到破坏，如果工人长期吸入油雾，会给健康造成严重伤害。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对传统透气帽过滤效率低，油雾泄露严重以及结构过于复杂的缺点，提供一种简易的但是却非常环保的透气帽，即在内外侧钢网间填充净化材料，并且加装挡油板，因此透气帽具有高效率和简易环保的优点。
本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种简易环保的透气帽，包括底罩1、外侧钢网2、净化材料3、内侧钢网4、挡油板5、顶罩6，其特征是底罩1和顶罩6通过焊接固定外侧钢网2和内侧钢网4；外侧钢网2和内侧钢网4包裹住净化材料3；内侧钢网4上交错安装三个挡油板5。
本实用新型具有以下优点：
1)本实用新型加工简单。只需几个简单的零件以及净化材料，便可通过焊接轻易实现。
2)净化效率高。本实用新型直接套在高速齿轮箱的排气口处，通过密封圈密封，加上高效的净化材料，使得其净化效率大大提高。
3)油雾泄露少。由于安装了挡油板，高压的油雾变成低压的油雾，使得泄露的油雾降低并且使净化更加充分。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。

一种简易环保的透气帽，包括底罩1、外侧钢网2、净化材料3、内侧钢网4、挡油板5、顶罩6，其特征是底罩1和顶罩6通过焊接固定外侧钢网2和内侧钢网4；外侧钢网2和内侧钢网4包裹住净化材料3；内侧钢网4上交错安装三个挡油板5。
工作过程
首先将外侧钢网2和内侧钢网4通过底罩1焊接起来，然后将净化材料3填充到外侧钢网2和内侧钢网4构成的空腔内，接着焊接三块挡油板5，最后将顶罩6罩上并焊接。当高速齿轮箱投入使用时，直接将此透气帽套在高速齿轮箱的排气孔上，通过合适的密封圈密封，适当时，可以涂抹一些密封胶。这样，当高速齿轮箱运行过程中产生的油雾通过此透气帽时，高压的油雾被减压，绝大部分油雾被净化材料3充分净化，然后透过外侧钢网2排入大气，从而减少对环境以及工人的伤害。
