Abstract

본 발명은 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치 및 이를 제어하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 부하에 가해지는 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 감지하는 파형 감지부, 감지된 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 토대로 정현파 발생 여부를 판단하고, 판단 결과에 따라 전압 제어 또는 저차 고조파 보상을 수행하는 제어부 및 상기 제어부로부터 수신되는 제어신호에 따라 온/오프 되면서 정현파 형태의 전압 파형을 생성하고, 생성된 정현파 형태의 전압 파형을 부하측으로 공급하는 스위칭부를 포함한다.

Description

마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치 및 이를 제어하는 방법
본 발명은 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치 및 이를 제어하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 자세하게는 소규모 전력공급시스템인 독립형 마이크로그리드에서 비선형부하 및 불평형부하 공급 시 전압 파형이 왜곡되는 것을 방지하는 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치 및 이를 제어하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
독립형 마이크로그리드는 풍력발전기, 태양광 발전기, 인버터, 배터리, 디젤 발전기 등으로 구성된 소규모 전력공급 시스템이다. 이러한 독립형 마이크로그리드와 기존의 발전소의 가장 큰 차이점은 전력계통 시스템의 전압과 주파수를 어떤 설비가 유지하는가이다. 기존의 발전소는 발전기가 전력계통의 전압과 주파수를 유지하며 독립형 마이크로그리드는 인버터가 유지한다.
이러한, 소규모 전력공급 시스템은 전력계통 임퍼던스가 대형 전력계통에 비해 상대적으로 크기 때문에 부하 형태에 따라 전압 파형이 쉽게 왜곡되거나 전압 불평등이 종종 발생한다. 또한, 독립형 마이크로 그리드의 인버터는 이러한 현상을 고려하지 않았기 때문에 전압품질이 약화되거나 개선되지 않는 문제점을 가지고 있다.
독립형 마이크로 그리드의 인버터는 공급하는 부하의 크기와 종류에 관계없이 일정 전압과 주파수를 유지할 수 있도록 제어한다. 이때, 생성되는 전압 파형은 완벽한 정현파에 가까워야 전압품질이 좋다고 할 수 있다. 이를 위해 기존에는 인버터의 전압제어기를 동기좌표계 비례-적분 전압제어기(이하, PI 제어기)로 사용하고 있다. 이때, PI(Proportional and Integral) 제어기는 구조가 간단하고 구현이 용이하고, 3상 평형부하 공급 시 3상 전압의 동기좌표계 변환결과가 직류성분이므로 오차가 없는 전압제어(정현파에 가까운 전압 파형)가 가능하다는 장점이 있다. 그러나, PI 제어기는 비선형부하 또는 불평형부하 공급 시에는 3상 전압 간에 불평형 및 고조파 성분이 발생하게 되고, 동기좌표계 d-q축 전압은 리플(ripple) 성분을 포함하고 있어, 전압의 정상상태 오차를 제거할 수 있다. 즉, 부하로 공급되는 전압이 왜곡되며 이는 중요부하의 손상 및 오동작을 유발할 수 있다는 문제점이 있다.
이와 관련하여, 한국공개특허 제10-2010-0102357호는 "비선형 부하를 고려한 배전용 정지형 보상기의 전류 제어 장치"에 관하여 개시하고 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 발명된 것으로서, 비선형부하 및 불평형부하 공급 시 안정적인 전압을 공급하기 위한 공진 제어기를 구비하는 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치 및 이를 제어하는 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 인버터에서 출력되는 전류를 정격으로 제한할 수 있는 비례 전류 제어기를 구비하는 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치 및 이를 제어하는 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치는 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치에 있어서, 부하에 가해지는 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 감지하는 파형 감지부; 감지된 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 토대로 정현파 발생 여부를 판단하고, 판단 결과에 따라 전압 제어 또는 저차 고조파 보상을 수행하는 제어부; 및 상기 제어부로부터 수신되는 제어신호에 따라 온/오프 되면서 정현파 형태의 전압 파형을 생성하고, 생성된 정현파 형태의 전압 파형을 부하측으로 공급하는 스위칭부;를 포함한다.
또한, 상기 제어부는, 감지된 전압 파형 및 전류 파형에 정현파가 발생된 것으로 판단되면 부하의 종류가 기본파인 것으로 판단하고, 정현파가 발생되지 않는 것으로 판단되면 부하의 종류가 불평형부하 및 비선형부하 중 어느 하나인 것으로 판단하는 부하 종류 판단부; 기본파인 것으로 판단되면, 전압을 제어하는 비례 공진 제어부; 및 불평형부하 및 비선형부하인 것으로 판단되면, 저차 고조파를 보상하는 공진 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 비례 공진 제어부는, 기본파에 따른 선형부하의 전압을 제어하는 제1 비례 공진 제어부; 및 기본파에 따른 불평형부하의 전압을 제어하는 제2 비례 공진 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 공진 제어부는, 불평형부하에 따른 3차 고조파를 보상하는 제1 공진 제어부; 비선형부하에 따른 5차 고조파를 보상하는 제2 공진 제어부; 및 비선형부하에 따른 7차 고조파를 보상하는 제3 공진 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 제어부는 출력전압을 토대로 출력전류를 산출하고, 산출된 출력전류가 기 설정된 기준전류를 초과하는 경우, 출력전류를 제한하는 전류 제한부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 제어부로부터 전압 제어 또는 저차 고조파 보상을 수행에 따른 제어신호를 토대로 상기 스위칭부의 온/오프를 제어하는 게이트 드라이버부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 스위칭부으로부터 생성된 정현파 형태의 전압 파형에서 고조파 성분을 제거하는 필터부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 필터부로부터 공급되는 전압의 크기를 검출하여, 검출된 전압을 기 설정된 기준전압으로 변압시키는 변압부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치를 제어하는 방법은 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치를 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 파형 감지부에 있어서, 부하에 가해지는 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 감지하는 단계; 제어부에 의해, 감지된 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 토대로 정현파 발생 여부를 판단하고, 판단 결과에 따라 전압 제어 또는 저차 고조파 보상을 수행하는 단계; 및 스위칭부에 의해, 상기 제어부로부터 수신되는 제어신호에 따라 온/오프 되면서 정현파 형태의 전압 파형을 생성하고, 생성된 정현파 형태의 전압 파형을 부하측으로 공급하는 단계;를 포함한다.
또한, 감지된 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 토대로 정현파 발생 여부를 판단하고, 판단 결과에 따라 전압 제어 또는 저차 고조파 보상을 수행하는 단계는. 감지된 전압 파형 및 전류 파형에 정현파가 발생된 것으로 판단되면 부하의 종류가 기본파인 것으로 판단하고, 정현파가 발생되지 않는 것으로 판단되면 부하의 종류가 불평형부하 및 비선형부하 중 어느 하나인 것으로 판단하는 단계; 기본파인 것으로 판단되면, 전압을 제어하는 단계; 및 불평형부하 및 비선형부하인 것으로 판단되면, 저차 고조파를 보상하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 전압을 제어하는 단계는, 기본파에 따른 선형부하인 경우와 기본파에 따른 불평형부하인 경우 전압을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 저차 고조파를 보상하는 단계는, 불평형부하인 경우 3차 고조파를 보상하고, 비선형부하인 경우 5차 고조파 또는 7차 고조파를 보상하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 감지된 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 토대로 정현파 발생 여부를 판단하고, 판단 결과에 따라 전압 제어 또는 저차 고조파 보상을 수행하는 단계 이후에, 상기 제어부로부터 출력되는 출력전압을 토대로 출력전류를 산출하고, 산출된 출력전류가 기 설정된 기준전류를 초과하는 경우, 출력전류를 제한하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기와 같은 구성을 갖는 본 발명에 의한 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치 및 이를 제어하는 방법은 선형부하 공급 시 비례-공진 제어기를 적용하고, 비선형부하 및 불평형부하 공급 시 공진 제어기를 적용함으로써, 비선형부하 및 불평형부하 공급시 전압 파형이 왜곡되는 것을 보상할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 인버터에서 출력되는 전류를 정격으로 제한할 수 있는 비례 전류 제어기를 구비함으로써, 인버터의 정전을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 용이하게 실시할 수 있을 정도로 상세히 설명하기 위하여, 본 발명의 가장 바람직한 실시예를 첨부 도면을 참조하여 설명하기로 한다. 우선, 각 도면의 구성요소들에 참조부호를 부가함에 있어서, 동일한 구성요소들에 대해서는 비록 다른 도면상에 출력되더라도 가능한 한 동일한 부호를 가지도록 하고 있음에 유의해야 한다. 또한, 본 발명을 설명함에 있어, 관련된 공지 구성 또는 기능에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명은 생략한다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 독립형 마이크로 그리드의 구조를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 1을 참조하여 설명하면, 본 발명에 따른 독립형 마이크로그리드는 풍력발전기나, 태양광 발전기와 같은 신 재생에너지시스템과, 배터리, 인버터, 디젤발전기 등으로 구성된다. 여기에, 부하게 연결되어 전력을 공급받는데 부하는 그 종류에 따라 선형부하, 불평형부하 및 비선형부하가 있다. 선형부하는 일반적인 모터나 진열장치 등이 있고, 불평형 부하는 주로 3상 시스템에서 상별로 부하가 고르게 연결되어 있지 않을 때 발생하고, 비선형부하는 컴퓨터나 세탁기처럼 내부에 스위칭 소자를 사용하는 전자제품에 해당된다.
이러한, 독립형 마이크로그리드는 소규모 전력공급시스템으로 신 재생에너지 시스템 등에서 생산된 전력은 일단 부하로 공급되고, 남은 전력은 인버터를 이용하여 배터리에 충전하게 된다. 이때, 그 규모나 부하의 종류의 따라서 전압 파형이 완전한 정현파가 되지 않는 경우, 상별로 전압의 크기가 다른 불평형 전압이 발생하게 된다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치의 구성을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 2를 참조하여 설명하면, 본 발명에 따른 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치(100, 이하, 인버터 장치)는 크게 파형 감지부(110), 제어부(120), 게이트 드라이버부(150,Gate Driver), 스위칭부(160), 직류 저장부(165, DC Link), 필터부(170), 마그네틱 컨텍터(180) 및 변압부(190)를 포함한다.
파형 감지부(110)는 부하에 가해지는 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 감지한다.
제어부(120)는 감지된 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 토대로 정현파 발생 여부를 판단하고, 판단 결과에 따라 전압 제어 또는 저차 고조파 보상을 수행한다.
이를 위해, 제어부(120)는 부하 종류 판단부(121), 비례 공진 제어부(130), 공진 제어부(140) 및 전류 제한부(145)를 포함한다.
부하 종류 판단부(121)는 감지된 전압 파형 및 전류 파형에 정현파가 발생된 것으로 판단되면 부하의 종류가 기본파인 것으로 판단하고, 정현파가 발생되지 않는 것으로 판단되면 부하의 종류가 불평형부하 및 비선형부하 중 어느 하나인 것으로 판단한다.
비례 공진 제어부(130)는 기본파인 것으로 판단되면, 전압을 제어한다.
비례 공진 제어부(130)는 정지좌표계의 60㎐ 성부에 대한 안정적인 전압을 공급하기 위해, 전압을 제어한다.
공진 제어부(140)는 불평형부하 및 비선형부하인 것으로 판단되면, 저차 고조파를 보상한다. 이때, 저차 고조파는 3차, 4차 및 7차의 고조파이다.
공진 제어부(140)는 불평형부하 시 3상 부하전압에 가장 현저하게 발생하는 3차 고조파 성분의 전압왜곡을 보상하고, 비선형부하 시 3상 부하전압에서 가장 현저하게 발생하는 5차 및 7차 고조파 성분의 전압왜곡을 보상한다.
전류 제한부(145)는 출력전압을 토대로 출력전류를 산출하고, 산출된 출력전류가 기 설정된 기준전류를 초과하는 경우, 인버터 장치에 과부하가 발생하지 않도록 출력전류를 제한한다. 이때, 전류 제한부(145)는 비례 전류 제어기로 이루어질 수 있으며, 필요에 따라서 분리하여 동작하거나 결합하여 동작할 수 있다.
게이트 드라이버(150)는 제어부(120)로부터 전압 제어 또는 저차 고조파 보상을 수행에 따른 제어신호(PWM:Pulse Width Modulation)를 토대로 스위칭부의 온/오프를 제어한다.
스위칭부(160)는 게이트 드라이버(150)의 제어신호에 따라 온/오프 되면서 정현파 형태의 전압 파형을 생성하고, 생성된 정현파 형태의 전압 파형을 부하측으로 공급한다. 즉, 제어부(120)에서 어떠한 제어신호를 생성하는가에 따라 스위칭부(160)에서 생성되는 파형의 왜곡 및 불평형 상태가 결정된다.
그리고 스위칭부(160)는 상용 교류전력을 직류로 변환하거나, 반대로 직류 저장부에 저장된 직류전력을 교류전력으로 변환한다.
직류 저장부(165)는 스위칭부(160)로부터 변환된 전력을 순간적으로 저장하거나, 스위칭부(160)가 교류전력을 만들 수 있도록 직류전력을 순간적으로 저장한다.
필터부(170)는 스위칭부(160)으로부터 생성된 정현파 형태의 전압 파형에서 고조파 성분을 제거하여 보다 정현파에 가까운 파형이 생성되도록 한다.
마그네틱 컨텍터(180)는 본 발명에 따른 인버터 장치와 부하를 전기적으로 연결하거나 차단한다.
변압부(190)는 필터부(170)로부터 공급되는 전압의 크기를 검출하여, 검출된 전압을 기 설정된 기준전압으로 변압시킨다. 즉, 변압구(190)는 검출된 전압이 기 설정된 기준전압에 비해 낮거나 높은 경우 기 설정된 기준전압에 맞춰 전압을 올리거나 내려준다.
한편, 좌측의 배터리는 본 발명에 따른 인버터 장치에 포함되지 않으나, 전지적 연결을 통해 전기에너지를 저장한다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치에 채용되는 제어부의 세부 구성을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 3을 참조하여 설명하면, 본 발명에 따른 제어부(120)는 감지된 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 토대로 정현파 발생 여부를 판단하고, 판단 결과에 따라 전압 제어 또는 저차 고조파 보상을 수행하기 위해, 앞서 설명한 바와 같이 부하 종류 판단부(121), 비례 공진 제어부(130), 공진 제어부(140) 및 전류 제한부(145)를 포함한다. 그러나, 해당 도면에서는 비례 공진 제어부(130), 공진 제어부(140) 및 전류 제한부(145)의 구성만을 자세하게 설명하기로 한다.
비례 공진 제어부(130)는 부하 종류 판단부(121)에 의해 기본파인 것으로 판단되면, 전압을 제어한다.

도 5는 본 발명에 따른 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치의 제어 방법의 순서를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 5를 참조하여 설명하면, 본 발명에 따른 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치의 제어 방법은 앞서 설명한 바와 같이 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치를 이용하는 것으로, 이하 중복되는 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
먼저, 부하에 가해지는 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 감지한다(S100).
다음, 감지된 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 토대로 정현파 발생 여부를 판단한다(S200).
다음, S200 단계에서 감지된 전압 파형 및 전류 파형에 정현파가 발생된 것으로 판단되면 부하의 종류가 기본파인 것으로 판단한다(S300).
다음, 기본파인 것으로 판단되면, 전압을 제어한다(S310).
그리고 S200 단계에서 정현파가 발생되지 않는 것으로 판단되면 부하의 종류가 불평형부하 및 비선형부하 중 어느 하나인 것으로 판단한다(S400).
다음, 불평형부하 및 비선형부하인 것으로 판단되면, 저차 고조파를 보상한다(S410).
그 다음, S310 단계에서 전압 제어가 완료되고, S410 단계에서 저차 고조파의 보상이 완료되면 스위칭부를 통해 정현파 형태의 전압 파형을 생성(S500)하고, 생성된 정현파 형태의 전압 파형을 부하측으로 공급(S600)한다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치의 선형부하 공급 파형을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 인버터 장치를 이용하여 30㎾ 선형부하를 공급한 경우의 실험파형이다. 3상 상간전압은 380VLL 로 제어되고, 상간전압의 THD는 1.2%로 유지되어 부하에 안정적인 고품질의 전압이 공급됨을 확인할 수 있다. 3상 선형부하이기 때문에 비선형 또는 불평형부하시 발생하는 전압의 왜곡은 보이지 않는다.
도 7은 기존 인버터의 비선형부하 공급 파형을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 7은 기존의 인버터를 이용하여 5㎾ 비선형부하를 공급한 경우의 실험파형이다. 비선형부하에 의한 3상 상간전압은 (6n+1)차 고조파 성분으로 왜곡되며, 이때, 5차 및 7차 고조파 성분이 현저하게 나타난다. 전압파형은 정현파가 아니고 매우 찌그러져 있는 것을 볼 수 있다. 이때, 상간전압의 THD는 7.6%로 나타난다.
도 8은 본 발명에 따른 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치의 비선형부하 공급 파형을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 8은 도 7과 동일한 조건에서 본 발명에 따른 인버터 장치를 이용하여 5㎾ 비선형부하를 공급한 경우의 실험파형이다. 파형이 도 7에 비해서 현저하게 정현파에 가까워진 것을 확인할 수 있다. 즉, 본 발명에 따른 인버터 장치는 5차 및 7차 고조파가 억제되어 전압의 THD는 3.5%로 나타나며, 3상 평형의 안정적인 고품질의 전압이 부하에 공급됨을 확인할 수 있다.
도 9는 기존 인버터의 불평형부하 공급 파형을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 9는 기존의 인버터를 이용하여 10㎾ 불평형 부하를 공급한 경우의 실험파형이다. 전압파형이 정현파보다 찌그러져 있으며, 상별로 전압의 크기가 다름을 알 수 있다. 이때의 전압불평형률은 2.2%로 나타난다.
도 10은 본 발명에 따른 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치의 불평형부하 공급 파형을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 10은 본 발명에 따른 인버터 장치를 이용하여 10㎾ 불평형 부하를 공급한 경우의 실험파형이다. 파형이 도 9에 비해서 현저하게 정현파에 가까워진 것을 확인할 수 있다. 3상 상간전압은 380VLL 로 제어되고, 불평형률은 0.8%로 나타난다. 따라서, 불평형부하 시 야기되는 전압 불평형이 억제되어 3상 상간전압이 평형전압으로 제어된다. 또한, 불평형부하 시 발생하는 고조파 성분이 억제되어 부하의 전압 THD는 1.4%로 유지되며 부하에 안정적인 고품질의 전압이 부하에 공급됨을 확인할 수 있다.
도 11은 본 발명에 따른 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치의 전류제한 시험 파형을 타내는 도면이다.
도 11은 본 발명에 따른 인버터 장치를 이용하여 전류제한을 제어한 경우의 실험파형이다. 본 발명에서 적용되는 시스템에서 허용되는 전력을 벗어난 경우 220VLL 로 제어되던 전압의 크기가 감소하고 전류를 설정된 제한값으로 출력하게 된다. 즉, 부하의 크기가 급작스럽게 변동되더라도 정전이 발생하는 것이 아니라 전압의 크기만 감소하면서 전류제한이 이루어지는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 의한 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치 및 이를 제어하는 방법은 선형부하 공급 시 비례-공진 제어기를 적용하고, 비선형부하 및 불평형부하 공급 시 공진 제어기를 적용함으로써, 비선형부하 및 불평형부하 공급시 전압 파형이 왜곡되는 것을 보상할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 인버터에서 출력되는 전류를 정격으로 제한할 수 있는 비례 전류 제어기를 구비함으로써, 인버터의 정전을 방지할 수 있다.
이상에서 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 실시예에 대해 설명하였으나, 다양한 형태로 변형이 가능하며, 본 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 특허청구범위를 벗어남이 없이 다양한 변형예 및 수정예를 실시할 수 있을 것으로 이해된다.

Claims (13)

  1. 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치에 있어서,
    부하에 가해지는 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 감지하는 파형 감지부;
    감지된 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 토대로 정현파 발생 여부를 판단하고, 판단 결과에 따라 전압 제어 또는 저차 고조파 보상을 수행하는 제어부; 및
    상기 제어부로부터 수신되는 제어신호에 따라 온/오프 되면서 정현파 형태의 전압 파형을 생성하고, 생성된 정현파 형태의 전압 파형을 부하측으로 공급하는 스위칭부;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는,
    감지된 전압 파형 및 전류 파형에 정현파가 발생된 것으로 판단되면 부하의 종류가 기본파인 것으로 판단하고, 정현파가 발생되지 않는 것으로 판단되면 부하의 종류가 불평형부하 및 비선형부하 중 어느 하나인 것으로 판단하는 부하 종류 판단부;
    기본파인 것으로 판단되면, 전압을 제어하는 비례 공진 제어부; 및
    불평형부하 및 비선형부하인 것으로 판단되면, 저차 고조파를 보상하는 공진 제어부;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 비례 공진 제어부는,
    기본파에 따른 선형부하의 전압을 제어하는 제1 비례 공진 제어부; 및
    기본파에 따른 불평형부하의 전압을 제어하는 제2 비례 공진 제어부;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 공진 제어부는,
    불평형부하에 따른 3차 고조파를 보상하는 제1 공진 제어부;
    비선형부하에 따른 5차 고조파를 보상하는 제2 공진 제어부; 및
    비선형부하에 따른 7차 고조파를 보상하는 제3 공진 제어부;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는 출력전압을 토대로 출력전류를 산출하고, 산출된 출력전류가 기 설정된 기준전류를 초과하는 경우, 출력전류를 제한하는 전류 제한부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제어부로부터 전압 제어 또는 저차 고조파 보상을 수행에 따른 제어신호를 토대로 상기 스위칭부의 온/오프를 제어하는 게이트 드라이버부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 스위칭부으로부터 생성된 정현파 형태의 전압 파형에서 고조파 성분을 제거하는 필터부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 필터부로부터 공급되는 전압의 크기를 검출하여, 검출된 전압을 기 설정된 기준전압으로 변압시키는 변압부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치.
  9. 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치를 제어하는 방법에 있어서,
    파형 감지부에 있어서, 부하에 가해지는 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 감지하는 단계;
    제어부에 의해, 감지된 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 토대로 정현파 발생 여부를 판단하고, 판단 결과에 따라 전압 제어 또는 저차 고조파 보상을 수행하는 단계; 및
    스위칭부에 의해, 상기 제어부로부터 수신되는 제어신호에 따라 온/오프 되면서 정현파 형태의 전압 파형을 생성하고, 생성된 정현파 형태의 전압 파형을 부하측으로 공급하는 단계;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치를 제어하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    감지된 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 토대로 정현파 발생 여부를 판단하고, 판단 결과에 따라 전압 제어 또는 저차 고조파 보상을 수행하는 단계는.
    감지된 전압 파형 및 전류 파형에 정현파가 발생된 것으로 판단되면 부하의 종류가 기본파인 것으로 판단하고, 정현파가 발생되지 않는 것으로 판단되면 부하의 종류가 불평형부하 및 비선형부하 중 어느 하나인 것으로 판단하는 단계;
    기본파인 것으로 판단되면, 전압을 제어하는 단계; 및
    불평형부하 및 비선형부하인 것으로 판단되면, 저차 고조파를 보상하는 단계;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치를 제어하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    전압을 제어하는 단계는,
    기본파에 따른 선형부하인 경우와 기본파에 따른 불평형부하인 경우 전압을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치를 제어하는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서,
    저차 고조파를 보상하는 단계는,
    불평형부하인 경우 3차 고조파를 보상하고, 비선형부하인 경우 5차 고조파 또는 7차 고조파를 보상하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치를 제어하는 방법.
  13. 제9항에 있어서,
    감지된 전압 파형 및 전류 파형을 토대로 정현파 발생 여부를 판단하고, 판단 결과에 따라 전압 제어 또는 저차 고조파 보상을 수행하는 단계 이후에,
    상기 제어부로부터 출력되는 출력전압을 토대로 출력전류를 산출하고, 산출된 출력전류가 기 설정된 기준전류를 초과하는 경우, 출력전류를 제한하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드용 인버터 장치를 제어하는 방법.
