Claims (5)
- 一种醋酸纤维脂胶板藏压金属无缝眼镜架的制造方法,其特征在于,其步骤包括:S10提供醋酸纤维脂胶板主料,并在主料上打4个定位孔;S20使用CNC精雕机对主料进行精雕;S30提供醋酸纤维脂胶板拼料,并使用CNC精雕机精雕拼料外形;S40拼接主料和拼料,并用胶纸包裹一段时间;S50拆掉胶纸,将主料和拼料放入烤炉中烘烤;S60拼接的主料和拼料放在CNC精雕机中雕刻内圈和外圈,并雕刻凹槽;S70放入烤炉中预热;S80金属配件放入拼接的主料和拼料的凹槽中,在烤炉中烘烤;S90在液压机的模具中挤压成型;S100在雕刻好的镜框上安装镜框配件。
- 如权利要求1所述的醋酸纤维脂胶板藏压金属无缝眼镜架的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤S40中,主料和拼料用胶纸包裹10至14小时。
- 如权利要求2所述的醋酸纤维脂胶板藏压金属无缝眼镜架的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤S50中,烤炉的温度为45至60℃,主料和拼料在烤炉中烘烤时间为60至90小时。
- 如权利要求3所述的醋酸纤维脂胶板藏压金属无缝眼镜架的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤S70中,烤炉的温度为220℃至280℃,加热时间为0.5分钟至1分钟。
- 如权利要求4所述的醋酸纤维脂胶板藏压金属无缝眼镜架的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤S80中,烤炉的温度为220℃至280℃,加热时间为1分钟至1.5分钟。
