Abstract

본 발명은 생체 내 폐조직 미세영상 획득을 위한 미세흡인 기반 폐 원도우 장치 및 이를 이용한 영상 획득 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상하부가 개방되며, 상부에 커버 글라스가 배치되고 하부에 폐조직이 접촉되는 개 방창, 상기 개방창의 일측에서부터 흡인장치로 연장되어 상기 개방창 내부가 진공 상태가 되도록 하는 흡인관 및 상기 개방창의 일측으로부터 연장되며, 상기 커버 글라스와 공초점 현미경 시스템의 대물렌즈가 평행한 상태를 유지하도록 하는 틸팅 마운트가 안착되는 틸팅 마운트 안착부를 포함하는 폐 원도우 장치가 제공된다. 본 실시예에 따르면, 동물의 호흡 및 순환을 생리적으로 유지하고 이에 간섭을 주지 않으면서 동시에 생체 내 폐조직의 세포 및 분자 수준 미세영상을 안정적으로 획득 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
