L'invention porte sur un dispositif de calcul de degré d'impact qui comprend : une unité de détermination de possibilité de détournement qui détermine s'il est possible ou non, pour un deuxième système de distribution d'énergie, de détourner de l'énergie électrique vers un premier système de distribution d'énergie, sur la base d'une valeur de courant, d'informations indiquant une valeur de courant contractuelle ou une capacité contractuelle, et d'informations d'installation, relativement à une pluralité de systèmes de distribution d'énergie comportant chacun des lignes de distribution d'énergie comprenant une pluralité de segments, ladite pluralité de systèmes de distribution d'énergie comprenant le premier système de distribution d'énergie et le deuxième système de distribution d'énergie qui, si une défaillance survient dans n'importe quel segment dans le premier système de distribution d'énergie, détourne de l'énergie électrique vers au moins un segment du premier système de distribution d'énergie qui est en aval du segment défaillant dans lequel la défaillance est survenue ; et une unité de calcul de degré d'impact qui, si l'unité de détermination de possibilité de détournement a déterminé qu'il n'était pas possible de détourner de l'énergie électrique, calcule un degré d'impact d'une coupure de courant dans des segments en aval du segment défaillant, sur la base d'informations contractuelles comprenant des informations indiquant la valeur de courant contractuelle ou la capacité contractuelle pour des consommateurs d'énergie électrique dans chaque segment de distribution d'énergie.
