Description
本发明属于建筑结构领域,涉及铝合金结构房屋,特别涉及一种铝合金结构房屋的横梁与墙板及门窗连接的结构。
在建筑设计中总是希望能够具有大跨度的无竖向结构的空间,这就可以根据需求进行灵活隔断,使室内布置呈多样化。传统住宅由于所用材料的性质,限制了空间布置的自由。如果开间过大,就会造成楼板厚度大,梁柱截面过大,不但影响室内美观,而且加大结构重量,增加土建投资。入住装修时拟自行改变设计墙体布置,但苦于大部分墙体不可拆除或移位,既增加了经济负担,又因破坏承重墙而增加了危险隐患。
传统的混凝土建筑需要使用大量的混凝土和砖瓦,基础施工取土量大,还要在城市周边开山挖石,消耗了土地这一宝贵资源,而且不利于环境保护。
现有的钢结构建筑,其重量较重,材料成本高,还增加了基础造价,使得整个项目投资较高。在传统建筑和钢结构建筑中,对龙骨、墙板、门窗等部件没有采取隔热保温、隔声、防水、防火措施。
在抗震设防区,钢筋砼结构有许多不足之处。现浇砼则需要连续作业,尤其在我国北方地区受到作业季节的影响。
有鉴于此,该领域技术人员致力于研发一种铝合金结构房屋,其中大部分构件可在工厂生产,运往现场进行整体组装,并对横梁与墙板及门窗的连接结构加以改进。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种铝合金房屋的横梁与墙板及门窗连接结构,其中外墙板是由铝合金外墙板、C型钢龙骨、隔热隔音岩棉、隔热耐火硅钙板和室内装饰板组合而成的单元式拼装墙板,整件单元外墙板通过用螺丝把外墙板上的组合边框紧固在铝合金横梁上,再将铝合金次横梁固定于铝合金横梁上以完成安装,其施工周期短,安装方便。
本发明的技术解决方案如下:
一种铝合金房屋的横梁与墙板及门窗连接结构,它包括铝合金横梁、铝合金门或窗框、铝合金门或窗扇、C型钢龙骨、铝合金外墙板,它还包括铝合金次横梁、铝合金墙板边框及铝合金门窗副框;
所述铝合金墙板边框单独制作,铝合金外墙板与C型钢龙骨、隔热耐火硅钙板和室内装饰板组合成单元式拼装墙板,单元式拼装墙板通过紧固件将铝合金墙板边框紧固在铝合金横梁上;
所述铝合金次横梁的头部设置铝合金次横梁固定铝角,通过紧固件将铝合金次横梁固定铝角连同铝合金次横梁固定于铝合金横梁上;
铝合金门窗副框与预装有铝合金门或窗扇的铝合金门或窗框通过紧固件连接。
所述C型钢龙骨与隔热耐火硅钙板之间设置隔热隔音岩棉。
所述铝合金次横梁上面铺设轻质楼板、铝合金地台扣板。
所述铝合金次横梁下面安置铝合金天花板。

本发明的一种铝合金房屋的横梁与墙板及门窗连接结构具有以下优点:
1、设计制造周期短,设计生产一体化。铝合金结构连接简单,在垂直平面内比传统结构能更好地应用错层、跃层结构。
2、承载强度高,抗震性能优越。可大大提高铝合金结构房屋的强度性、稳定性和安全性。
3、材料生产组装作业优势突出。铝合金结构的大部分构件在工厂生产,运往现场通过螺栓进行整体组装,可全天候作业。现场作业量小,减少了作业临时用地,与传统建筑材料相比,对周围环境污染小,提高了作业的机械化水平。由于铝结构本身可作为劲性结构承担结构荷载和施工荷载,施工时可以节省支模、拆模的材料,由此降低成本,大大加快施工速度。资金价值在施工中充分体现,减少资金成本。
4、铝合金结构性价比高。铝合金构件截面尺寸小,可以增加使用面积,与砼结构和砖混结构相比,自重比较轻,地基的处理比较容易,可以采用天然基础型式。由于基础在工程造价中占有比重比较大,上部结构重量轻可以降低基础的造价,从而减少整个项目的投资。
铝合金结构房屋采用模块化作业特点,从另一方面减少了人工费用和模板等其它辅助材料费用。铝合金结构房屋可自行完成多品种、多色彩的内、外观设计,体现了个性化房屋和使用的舒适度。铝合金结构比钢结构耐腐蚀性强,使用寿命长,减少维护维修费用。随着体系化、产业化水平的提高,铝合金结构房屋性价比高的特点突出,成本将会大大降低。
5、施工周期短,安装方便。楼板设计成一个个可整件独立安装的铝合金楼板框,其主要由铝合金次横梁和铝合金拼接型材预先组装成形,并于工地用螺栓或螺丝固定于铝合金横梁上,然后在铝合金楼板框上按顺序铺设轻质加强预制楼板、防水卷材与防水砂浆,最后于面层铺设铝合金地台扣板而成。
铝合金门/窗副框设有永久的防水凹槽,大大提高了门/窗的防水性能。门窗所配装的玻璃均为双层中空钢化玻璃,使房屋具有良好的隔热保温及隔声等性能。主要连接部位都增设防震胶垫,以防止铝合金材料因热胀冷缩或环境震动时相互摩擦而发出声响,并有助于提高其抗震能力。在连接部位还用铝合金装饰扣盖修饰,使得外立面更加美观大方。外墙板内含隔热隔音岩棉和隔热耐火硅钙板,使房屋具有良好的隔热保温、隔声、防火等性能。

参看图1和图2,本发明提供了一种铝合金房屋的横梁与墙板及门窗连接结构,它主要由铝合金横梁1、地台、铝合金门或窗框9、铝合金门或窗扇10、C型钢龙骨23、铝合金外墙板5、铝合金次横梁12、铝合金墙板边框2以及铝合金门窗副框8构成。
首先单独制作铝合金墙板边框2,铝合金外墙板5与C型钢龙骨23、隔热耐火硅钙板21和室内装饰板20组合成单元式拼装墙板,在墙板内预装好给排水管道、单相电源插座、网络插座、电话插座、电视插座和灯具开关等设施,单元式拼装墙板通过紧固件例如自攻自钻螺丝7将铝合金墙板边框2紧固在铝合金横梁1上。
铝合金次横梁12的头部设置铝合金次横梁固定铝角13,通过紧固件例如螺栓18将铝合金次横梁固定铝角13连同铝合金次横梁12固定于铝合金横梁1上。在铝合金次横梁12与铝合金横梁1相接处可设置减震胶垫24。
铝合金门窗副框8与预装有铝合金门或窗扇10的铝合金门或窗框9通过紧固件例如自攻自钻螺丝7连接。铝合金门或窗扇10配置双层中空钢化玻璃11,使房屋具有良好的隔热保温及隔声等性能。铝合金门窗副框8内设有防水凹槽,大大提高了门/窗的防水性能。
C型钢龙骨23与隔热耐火硅钙板21之间设置隔热隔音岩棉22。外墙板内含隔热隔音岩棉和隔热耐火硅钙板,可使房屋具有良好的隔热保温、隔声、防水、防火等性能。
铝合金次横梁12上面铺设轻质楼板14,轻质楼板14上面铺设防水卷材15与防水砂浆16,最后于面层铺设铝合金地台扣板17。铝合金次横梁12下面安置铝合金天花板19。
铝合金墙板边框2与铝合金外墙板5相接处注射有中性硅酮密封胶4以防水。铝合金门窗副框8与铝合金门或窗框9连接的位于室外部分的拼接缝四周均注射有中性硅酮密封胶4,用以防水。铝合金门窗副框8与铝合金外墙板5相接处注射有中性硅酮密封胶4以防水。
铝合金墙板边框2上安置铝合金装饰扣盖3,使其美观大方。
如图1中所示,两块铝合金外墙板5相邻接处设有密封胶条6以防水。
综上所述,采用本发明的一种铝合金房屋的横梁与墙板及门窗连接结构,其结构连接简单,施工周期短,安装方便。由于外墙板内含隔热隔音岩棉和隔热耐火硅钙板,使房屋具有良好的隔热保温、隔声、防水、防火等性能。铝合金门/窗副框设有永久的防水凹槽,大大提高了门/窗的防水性能。门窗所配装的玻璃均为双层中空钢化玻璃,使房屋具有良好的隔热保温及隔声等性能。
