背景技术
[0002] 在建筑设计中总是希望能够具有大跨度的无竖向结构的空间,这就可以根据需求进行灵活隔断,使室内布置呈多样化。传统住宅由于所用材料的性质,限制了空间布置的自由。如果开间过大,就会造成楼板厚度大,梁柱截面过大,不但影响室内美观,而且加大结构重量,增加土建投资。入住装修时拟自行改变设计墙体布置,但苦于大部分墙体不可拆除或移位,既增加了经济负担,又因破坏承重墙而增加了危险隐患。

[0004] 现有的钢结构建筑,其重量较重,材料成本高,还增加了基础造价,使得整个项目投资较高。在传统建筑和钢结构建筑中,对龙骨、墙板、门窗等部件没有采取隔热保温、隔声、防水、防火措施。
[0005] 在抗震设防区,钢筋砼结构有许多不足之处。现浇砼则需要连续作业,尤其在我国北方地区受到作业季节的影响。
[0006] 有鉴于此,该领域技术人员致力于研发一种铝合金结构房屋,其中大部分构件可在工厂生产,运往现场进行整体组装,并对前立面系统的布置连接结构加以改进。

[0007] 本实用新型的任务是提供一种铝合金房屋的前立面系统,其中构成铝合金结构房屋的梁、柱、檩条和墙板等皆为特种铝合金挤压型材,铝合金结构房屋的连接构件皆为带扣槽紧固式的特制配件,各主要梁、柱和檩条之间的连接均以特制配件镶嵌于型材的凹槽内,再加上螺栓或螺丝作紧固定位,可大大提高铝合金结构房屋的强度性、稳定性和安全性。
