- 一种铝合金房屋的立柱与墙板及门窗连接结构,它包括铝合金立柱(13)、铝合金门或窗框(8)、铝合金门或窗扇(10)、C型钢龙骨(20)、铝合金外墙板(19),其特征在于:它还包括铝合金墙板组合边框(3)及铝合金门窗副框(6);所述铝合金墙板组合边框(3)与铝合金外墙板(19)、C型钢龙骨(20)、隔热耐火硅钙板(2)和室内装饰板(1)组合成单元式拼装墙板,单元式拼装墙板通过紧固件将铝合金墙板组合边框(3)紧固在铝合金立柱(13)上;所述铝合金门窗副框(6)内设有防水凹槽(5),铝合金门窗副框(6)与预装有铝合金门或窗扇(10)的铝合金门或窗框(8)通过紧固件连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的铝合金房屋的立柱与墙板及门窗连接结构,其特征在于:所述C型钢龙骨(20)与隔热耐火硅钙板(2)之间设置隔热隔音岩棉(21)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的铝合金房屋的立柱与墙板及门窗连接结构,其特征在于:所述铝合金墙板组合边框(3)与铝合金立柱(13)相接处设置双面胶(16)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的铝合金房屋的立柱与墙板及门窗连接结构,其特征在于:所述铝合金墙板组合边框(3)与铝合金立柱(13)连接的室外部分的边框设有由防水胶条构成的首道防水层(15)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的铝合金房屋的立柱与墙板及门窗连接结构,其特征在于:所述铝合金墙板组合边框(3)与铝合金立柱(13)连接的室外部分的边框设有由防水胶条构成的第二道防水层(18)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的铝合金房屋的立柱与墙板及门窗连接结构,其特征在于:所述铝合金门窗副框(6)上安置铝合金门窗副框扣盖(4)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的铝合金房屋的立柱与墙板及门窗连接结构,其特征在于:所述铝合金门窗副框(6)与铝合金门或窗框(8)连接的位于室外部分的拼接缝四周均注射有中性硅酮密封胶(11)以防水。
- 根据权利要求1所述的铝合金房屋的立柱与墙板及门窗连接结构,其特征在于:所述铝合金门或窗扇(10)配置双层中空钢化玻璃(9)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的铝合金房屋的立柱与墙板及门窗连接结构,其特征在于:所述铝合金立柱(13)上安置铝合金立柱装饰盖(14)。
