背景技术
建筑上的固定窗通常是用密封胶把玻璃安装在窗框上，只用于采光而不开启通风的窗户，应具有良好的水密性和气密性。如中国专利201567906U公开了一种保温铝合金固定窗，包含铝合金固定窗框和安装在所述铝合金固定窗框上的玻璃，玻璃两侧与窗框之间由外侧玻璃密封胶条和内侧玻璃密封胶条密封，其特征是：所述固定窗还包括一中间密封胶条，所述中间密封胶条设置在窗框之间的中空腔内并环绕玻璃一周，将中空腔分隔成水密腔和气密腔两部分。这种结构设计简单合理，可以提高气密性和水密性，减缓空气对流传热，以达到保温隔热的作用。但是传统的固定窗结构还存在着一些问题，比如：固定窗的窗框通常直接安装在墙体上，在安装时，找平层一般很难达到完全平整，会造成窗户安装效果不佳，会存在缝隙，影响其保温、防水效果；此类窗户通常使用螺丝钉和水泥直接安装于墙体上，对低频率噪音隔音效果不佳；玻璃仅由内外两侧窗框固定，窗框老化锈蚀后若未及时发现，玻璃会有掉落的隐患。

为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种铝合金固定窗，包括墙体、内附框、外附框、隔热条、胀管、内窗框、外窗框、窗框盖板、密封胶、垫块、密封条、玻璃、支撑块、螺丝钉、发泡胶，所述内附框、外附框通过胀管安装在墙体上，所述内附框、外附框之间通过隔热条连接，所述内窗框、外窗框之间通过隔热条连接，内窗框通过螺丝钉与内附框连接，外窗框通过支撑块放置于外附框上，内附框与内窗框、外附框与外窗框之间填充有发泡胶，内窗框、外窗框与墙体交接处有密封胶，所述内窗框上安装有窗框盖板，两层所述玻璃通过密封胶被外窗框、窗框盖板固定，两层玻璃之间有密封条，所述玻璃下方设有垫块，所述垫块为“凹”字形，两层所述玻璃安装在垫块的凹槽内。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本铝合金固定窗在具有良好的水密性、气密性和隔热效果的基础上，固定窗的附框安装于墙体找平层上，窗框安装于附框上，窗框与附框之间留有一定间隙，间隙内由发泡胶填充，可实现二次找平，以提高窗户安装效果；窗框与附框之间不是完全刚性连接，并填充有发泡胶，可大大提高窗户对低频噪音的隔音效果；“凹”字形垫块可增强窗框对玻璃的固定效果，消除窗框老化后玻璃掉落的隐患。

安装时，按照以下步骤操作：用胀管5将内附框2、外附框3安装在墙体1找平层上→安装内窗框6、外窗框7并通过调整支撑块13和螺丝钉14进行二次找平→填充发泡胶15→墙体1抹灰→在墙体1与内窗框6、外窗框7交接处打密封胶9→在内窗框6、外窗框7上放置垫块10→在外窗框7边缘处打密封胶9后按图依次安装玻璃12和密封条11→安装窗框盖板8→在窗框盖板8与玻璃12的缝隙处打密封胶9。
