随着移动互联网时代的到来及移动终端的流行,广告又开始嵌入移动终端内,实现移动广告。但是如今大部分移动广告的投放都只注重广度,针对公众发布,强制性灌输,与用户的需求的对接上存在较大脱节,而公众本身是被动、无选择地接受广告,使得广告接受程度低,广告内容传播效果差。特别是手机垃圾短息和广告不能对所覆盖的用户数据进行精准控制,实现基于用户特征或位置特征等因素的划分,从而建立明确的目标群和用户数据,导致用户被层出不穷的广告烦扰,产生反感。另外,移动终端由于其屏幕的限制,移动终端用于显示广告内容的空间 太小,造成在移动终端显示的广告内容也过小,用户容易忽视该广告内容,造成广告功效大大降低。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种基于移动投影终端投放广告的方法、系统以及服务器,能够随时随地大屏化投影广告内容,并且实现广告效果跟踪。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种基于移动投影终端投放广告的方法,包括接收来自广告投放终端所投放的广告信息,其中,所述广告信息包括广告内容;向移动投影终端推送所述广告内容,以使所述移动投影终端投影播放所述广告内容;接收来自所述移动投影终端的投影反馈信息,其中,所述投影反馈信息包括在投影播放广告内容时所述移动投影终端所拍摄的观众画面;根据所述观众画面,并结合预设广告功效分析模型,计算针对所述广告内容的广告功效值。
其中,所述广告信息的数量也为多个,所述广告信息还包括广告商所在位置的广告商位置信息,其中,所述广告内容与广告商的位置信息具有对应关系;所述方法还包括:获取所述移动投影终端的当前位置信息;所述向移动投影终端推送所述广告内容的步骤具体为:根据所述广告商位置信息和移动投影终端的当前位置信息,分别计算所述各广告信息中的广告商与所述移动投影终端之间的距离,并且在所述移动投影终端与广告商之间的距离小于预设距离值时,向所述移动投影终端推送对 应的广告内容。
其中,所述投影反馈信息还包括所述移动投影终端投影播放所述广告内容的投影次数和投影时长;所述方法还包括:根据所述广告功效值、投影次数和投影时长,结合预设报酬计算模型,计算所述移动投影终端针对所述广告内容的报酬值。
其中,所述方法还包括:向所述广告投放终端返回所述广告功效值。
其中,所述移动投影终端为微型智能投影机、智能投影手机或者投影平板,所述广告内容包括产品的介绍、评价、优惠劵以及购买链接。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种服务器,包括第一接收模块,用于接收来自广告投放终端所投放的广告信息,其中,所述广告信息包括广告内容;推送模块,用于向移动投影终端推送所述广告内容,以使所述移动投影终端投影播放所述广告内容;第二接收模块,用于接收来自所述移动投影终端的投影反馈信息,其中,所述投影反馈信息包括在投影播放广告内容时所述移动投影终端所拍摄的观众画面;第一计算模块,用于根据所述观众画面,并结合预设广告功效分析模型,计算针对所述广告内容的广告功效值。
其中,所述广告信息的数量也为多个,所述广告信息还包括广告商所在位置的广告商位置信息,其中,所述广告内容与广告商的位置信息具有对应关系;所述服务器还包括获取模块;所述获取模块用于获取所述移动投影终端的当前位置信息;所述推送模块具体用于根据所述广告商位置信息和移动投影终端的当前位置信息,分别计算所述各广告信息中的广告商与所述移动投影终端之间的距离,并且在所述移动投影终端 与广告商之间的距离小于预设距离值时,向所述移动投影终端推送对应的广告内容。
其中,所述投影反馈信息还包括所述移动投影终端投影播放所述广告内容的投影次数和投影时长;所述服务器还包括第二计算模块;所述第二计算模块用于根据所述广告功效值、投影次数和投影时长,结合预设报酬计算模型,计算所述移动投影终端针对所述广告内容的报酬值。
其中,所述移动投影终端是微型智能投影机、智能投影手机或者投影平板等带投影功能的便携智能电子产品,具有投影显示和计算机功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的又一个技术方案是:提供一种基于移动投影终端投放广告的系统,包括服务器、广告投放终端和移动投影终端;所述广告投放终端用于向服务器发送广告信息,其中,所述广告信息包括广告内容;所述服务器用于向移动投影终端推送所述广告内容;所述移动投影终端投影播放所述广告内容,并且在投影播放所述广告内容时拍摄观众画面,以及根据所述观众画面生成投影反馈信息,向所述服务器返回投影反馈信息;所述服务器还用于根据所述观众画面,并结合预设广告功效分析模型,计算针对所述广告内容的广告功效值。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明在广告投放终端向服务器投放广告信息,其中,广告信息包括广告内容。服务器向移动投影终端推送广告内容,以使移动投影终端投影播放广告内容,而移动投影终端经常移动,并且投影画面通常比较大,实现随时随地大屏 化播放广告;另外,用户可以自己控制是否投影广告,实现用户主动接受广告内容,降低用户对广告内容出现反感的情绪的机率;进一步的,移动投影终端还可向服务器返回投影反馈信息,其中,投影反馈信息包括在投影播放广告内容时移动投影终端所拍摄的观众画面。服务器可以根据观众画面,并结合预设广告功效分析模型,计算针对广告内容的广告功效值,以方便跟踪广告效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
请参阅图1,基于移动投影终端投放广告的系统包括服务器21、广告投放终端22和移动投影终端23。其中,服务器21、广告投放终端22和移动投影终端23可以通过移动互联网进行通信,例如:3G无线通信网、4G无线通信网等等,当然,服务器21、广告投放终端22和移动投影终端23也可以通过有线网络进行通信,此处不再具体限定。移动投影终端23除了具有通信和投影功能之外,还具拍摄功能,以拍 摄观众画面,其中,观众画面是指位于投影画面前面正在观看投影内容的人员的画面。具体的,移动投影终端23设置有拍摄镜头和投影镜头,其中,拍摄镜头的取影方向和投影镜头的投影方向相同。在本实施方式中,移动投影终可以微型智能投影机、智能投影手机或者投影平板等带投影功能的便携智能电子产品,具有投影显示和计算机功能;广告投放终端22可以智能手机、平板电脑等等。
广告投放终端22向服务器21发送广告信息,其中,广告信息包括广告内容。服务器21接收到广告信息之后,从广告信息中提取广告内容,并向移动投影终端23推送广告内容。移动投影终端23接收到广告内容后,投影播放广告内容,并且在投影播放广告内容时拍摄观众画面,以及根据观众画面生成投影反馈信息,向服务器21返回投影反馈信息。服务器21还用于根据观众画面,并结合预设广告功效分析模型,计算针对广告内容的广告功效值。通过广告功效值可以获知当前广告内容的吸引力,以方便调整广告内容。广告功效分析模型的一种具体实现为:先根据识别算法从观众画面中识别出人员,通过人员的数量定义广告功效值,例如:人员数量为0个~10个之间,广告功效值为1,其中,1代表一般,人员数量为10个~20个之间,广告功效值为2,其中,2代表良好,人员数量为10个以上,广告功效值为3,其中,3代表良好。
值得说明的是:观众画面除了用于计算针对广告内容的广告功效值,还用于判断移动投影终端23是否在无人的环境下进行投影,或者移动投影终端23的投影镜头是否有异物遮挡投影镜头。当移动投影终端23在无人的环境下进行投影,或者移动投影终端23的投影镜头被异 物遮挡投影镜头时,服务器21向移动投影终端23发送提示消息。
广告投放终端22的数量可以为多个,不同广告投放终端22可以投放不同的广告信息,同一个广告投放终端22也可以投放不同的广告信息,因此,在服务器21侧,广告信息的数量也为多个。接入服务器21的移动投影终端23的数量也可以为多个,而广告信息还包括广告商所在位置的广告商位置信息,其中,广告内容与广告商的位置信息具有对应关系,服务器21可以根据就近原则向移动投影终端23推送广告内容,则服务器21还用于获取移动投影终端23的当前位置信息。服务器21向移动投影终端23推送广告内容的步骤具体为:根据广告商位置信息和移动投影终端23的当前位置信息,分别计算各广告信息中的广告商与移动投影终端23之间的距离,并且在移动投影终端23与广告商之间的距离小于预设距离值时,向移动投影终端23推送对应的广告内容,实现就近向移动投影终端23推送广告,提高广告投放的精准度,满足所处地方目标人群的需求,例如:当处于步行街等商业区时,服务器21向移动投影终端23推送附近餐饮等广告内容;当处于机场或火车站等地方时,服务器21向移动投影终端23推送酒店旅游景点等广告内容。
值得说明的是:移动投影终端23自身可以配置有定位模块,定位模块用于定位移动投影终端23的定位,并获取当前定位信息,则服务器21获取移动投影终端23的当前位置信息可以为接收移动投影终端23通过其自身的定位模块进行定位,获取到当前定位信息后上传的当前定位信息;当然,服务器21也可以通过其它方式获取移动投影终端23的当前位置信息,例如:通过RSSI定位算法,获取移动投影终端23 的当前定位信息。
移动投影终端23在投影播放广告内容时,还可记录投影播放广告内容的投影次数和投影时长,则投影反馈信息还包括移动投影终端23投影播放广告内容的投影次数和投影时长。服务器21还用于根据广告功效值、投影次数和投影时长,结合预设报酬计算模型,计算移动投影终端23针对广告内容的报酬值。报酬值可以兑换成积分、现金或者优惠劵等等。由于移动投影终端23在投影广告,还可以获得积分、现金或者优惠劵等报酬,以利于推动用户积极通过移动投影终端23投影广告,从而推送广告的投放。
进一步,服务器21还可以向广告投放终端22返回广告功效值。广告商通过广告投放终端22接收到的广告功效值,找出广告内容的不足之处,并对广告内容进行修改,然后重新将修改后的广告信息上传至服务器21。
当然,为了方便传输广告内容,服务器21可以将广告内容封装成二维码形式推送给移动投影终端23,移动投影终端23直接扫描二维码即可获得广告内容。在本实施方式中,广告内容包括广告内容包括产品的介绍、评价、优惠劵以及购买链接。另外,为了避免在移动投影终端23在投影广告内容时出现投影不清楚的情况,在向移动投影终端23推送广告内容之前,还可以获取当前时间,根据当前时间对广告内容进行加清处理,例如:当在白天室外阳光比较强烈的地方投影演示广告内容时,服务器21将广告内容处理成白底黑字等对比强烈的投影画面来进行演示,以便观察者可以舒适明了地接收广告内容。在本实施方式中, 广告内容可以为视频、图片、文字或者游戏。
为了方便管理移动投影终端23和广告投放终端22,对移动投影终端23和广告投放终端22实行注册管理,具体为:移动投影终端23和广告投放终端22均向服务器21发送注册信息,服务器21根据注册信息将移动投影终端23和广告投放终端22注册为服务器21的用户,并获得用户账号和密码。当然,移动投影终端23和广告投放终端22也可以上传隐私信息,隐私信息也用户账号绑定;服务器21所计算得到的报酬值和广告功效值也可以与用户账号绑定。只要通过用户账号登录服务器21,即可查询对应的报酬值、广告功效值、隐私信息和注册信息等等。隐私信息包括用户兴趣爱好信息,服务器21向移动投影终端23推送广告内容,也可根据用户兴趣爱好信息进行推送,以提高推送的准确性,例如:当处于在公园广场等公众场合时,但涉及附近的商家信息较少,服务器21可根据据用户兴趣爱好信息,向移动投影终端23推送相关广告内容。当然,移动投影终端23也可以与广告投放终端22建立通信通道,广告商也可以在目标人群有疑惑时,对广告内容进行讲解。
在本发明实施方式中,广告投放终端向服务器投放广告信息,其中,广告信息包括广告内容。服务器向移动投影终端推送广告内容,以使移动投影终端投影播放广告内容,而移动投影终端经常移动,并且投影画面通常比较大,实现随时随地大屏化播放广告;另外,用户可以自己控制是否投影广告,实现用户主动接受广告内容,降低用户对广告内容出现反感的情绪的机率;进一步的,移动投影终端还可向服务器返回投影反馈信息,其中,投影反馈信息包括在投影播放广告内容时移动投影终 端所拍摄的观众画面。服务器可以根据观众画面,并结合预设广告功效分析模型,计算针对广告内容的广告功效值,以方便跟踪广告效果。
本发明还提供服务器实施方式。请参阅图,服务器30包括第一接收模块301、推送模块302、第二接收模块303和第一计算模块304。
第一接收模块301用于接收来自广告投放终端31所投放的广告信息,其中,广告信息包括广告内容。推送模块302用于向移动投影终端32推送广告内容,以使移动投影终端32投影播放广告内容。第二接收模块303用于接收来自移动投影终端32的投影反馈信息,其中,投影反馈信息包括在投影播放广告内容时移动投影终端32所拍摄的观众画面。第一计算模块304,用于根据观众画面,并结合预设广告功效分析模型,计算针对广告内容的广告功效值。由于用户通常具有相对固定活动范围,当某一广告内容相对于某一移动投影终端32的广告功效值长期处于1级时,说明广告内容不适合该移动投影终端32。
广告投放终端31的数量可以为多个,不同广告投放终端31可以投放不同的广告信息,同一个广告投放终端31也可以投放不同的广告信息,因此,在服务器侧,广告信息的数量也为多个。广告信息还包括广告商所在位置的广告商位置信息,服务器可以向移动投影终端32就近推送广告内容,以提高广告内容的适配度。服务器还包括获取模块305。获取模块305用于获取移动投影终端32的当前位置信息。推送模块302具体用于根据广告商位置信息和移动投影终端32的当前位置信息,分别计算各广告信息中的广告商与移动投影终端32之间的距离,并且在移动投影终端32与广告商之间的距离小于预设距离值时,向移动投影 终端32推送对应的广告内容。在本实施方式中,移动投影终端32是微型智能投影机、智能投影手机或者投影平板等带投影功能的便携智能电子产品,具有投影显示和计算机功能。
进一步的,投影反馈信息还包括所述移动投影终端32投影播放所述广告内容的投影次数和投影时长。服务器还包括第二计算模块306。第二计算模块306用于根据广告功效值、投影次数和投影时长,结合预设报酬计算模型,计算移动投影终端32针对广告内容的报酬值。其中,报酬值会赋予对应的移动投影终端32,利于推动用户积极通过移动投影终端32投影广告,从而推送广告的投放。

本发明提供基于移动投影终端投放广告的方法实施方式。请参阅图3,方法包括:
步骤S401:接收来自广告投放终端所投放的广告信息,其中,广告信息包括广告内容;
当广告商想投放广告时,广告商将加工好的广告信息发送服务器,服务器进行分流推送。
步骤S402:向移动投影终端推送广告内容,以使移动投影终端投影播放广告内容;
由于移动投影终端投影的画面比较大,使得投影广告内容时,广告内容能够大屏化,不单移动投影终端的持用者可以观看广告内容,其它用户也可以观看广告内容。在本实施方式中,优选的,广告内容包括产品的介绍、评价、优惠劵以及购买链接。购买链接可以以二维码的形式显示,用户可以直接扫描二维码进入买入产品。
步骤S403:接收来自移动投影终端的投影反馈信息,其中,投影反馈信息包括在投影播放广告内容时移动投影终端所拍摄的观众画面;
移动投影终端还集成拍摄功能,移动投影终端在投影时还可以拍摄的观众画面,观众画面中可以很好地反应出当前观看的数量,而观看的数量反应出广告内容的吸引力。在本实施方式中,优选的,移动投影终端为微型智能投影机、智能投影手机或者投影平板。
步骤S404:根据观众画面,并结合预设广告功效分析模型,计算针对广告内容的广告功效值。
广告信息的数量也为多个,广告信息还包括广告商所在位置的广告商位置信息,其中,广告内容与广告商的位置信息具有对应关系。服务器可以就近向移动投影终端推送广告内容,以提高广告内容推送的准确性,则方法还包括:步骤S405:获取移动投影终端的当前位置信息。步骤S402具体为:根据广告商位置信息和移动投影终端的当前位置信 息,分别计算各广告信息中的广告商与移动投影终端之间的距离,并且在移动投影终端与广告商之间的距离小于预设距离值时,向移动投影终端推送对应的广告内容。
进一步的,在移动投影终端投影播放广告内容时,服务器还可以计算移动投影终端针对该广告内容的报酬值,则投影反馈信息还包括移动投影终端投影播放广告内容的投影次数和投影时长,方法还包括:
步骤S406:根据广告功效值、投影次数和投影时长,结合预设报酬计算模型,计算移动投影终端针对广告内容的报酬值。
广告功效值可以分等级,广告功效值的一个等级对应一个报酬值,例如:广告功效值为1时,对应的报酬值为10,广告功效值为2时,对应的报酬值为30,广告功效值为3时,对应的报酬值为60等等。但是随着观看人员增加或者减少时,广告功效值也会发生变化,因此,服务器可以按照预设时长计算广告功效值,在本实施方式中,预设时长可以为1分钟、1秒等等。
步骤S407:向广告投放终端返回广告功效值;
在广告投放终端的数量为多个时,不同广告内容对应不同广告功效值,服务器向对应的广告投放终端返回广告功效值。广告投放终端接收到广告功效值时,广告商可以根据广告功效值,调整广告内容。
在本发明实施方式中,广告投放终端向服务器投放广告信息,其中,广告信息包括广告内容。服务器向移动投影终端推送广告内容,以使移动投影终端投影播放广告内容,而移动投影终端经常移动,并且投影画面通常比较大,实现随时随地大屏化播放广告;另外,用户可以自己控 制是否投影广告,实现用户主动接受广告内容,降低用户对广告内容出现反感的情绪的机率;进一步的,移动投影终端还可向服务器返回投影反馈信息,其中,投影反馈信息包括在投影播放广告内容时移动投影终端所拍摄的观众画面。服务器可以根据观众画面,并结合预设广告功效分析模型,计算针对广告内容的广告功效值,以方便跟踪广告效果。

  1. 一种基于移动投影终端投放广告的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收来自广告投放终端所投放的广告信息,其中,所述广告信息包括广告内容;
    向移动投影终端推送所述广告内容,以使所述移动投影终端投影播放所述广告内容;
    接收来自所述移动投影终端的投影反馈信息,其中,所述投影反馈信息包括在投影播放广告内容时所述移动投影终端所拍摄的观众画面;
    根据所述观众画面,并结合预设广告功效分析模型,计算针对所述广告内容的广告功效值。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述广告信息的数量也为多个,所述广告信息还包括广告商所在位置的广告商位置信息,其中,所述广告内容与广告商的位置信息具有对应关系;
    所述方法还包括:
    获取所述移动投影终端的当前位置信息;
    所述向移动投影终端推送所述广告内容的步骤具体为:
    根据所述广告商位置信息和移动投影终端的当前位置信息,分别计算所述各广告信息中的广告商与所述移动投影终端之间的距离,并且在所述移动投影终端与广告商之间的距离小于预设距离值时,向所述移动 投影终端推送对应的广告内容。

    推送模块,用于向移动投影终端推送所述广告内容,以使所述移动投影终端投影播放所述广告内容;
    第二接收模块,用于接收来自所述移动投影终端的投影反馈信息,其中,所述投影反馈信息包括在投影播放广告内容时所述移动投影终端所拍摄的观众画面;
    第一计算模块,用于根据所述观众画面,并结合预设广告功效分析 模型,计算针对所述广告内容的广告功效值。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述广告信息的数量也为多个,所述广告信息还包括广告商所在位置的广告商位置信息,其中,所述广告内容与广告商的位置信息具有对应关系;
    所述服务器还包括获取模块;
    所述获取模块用于获取所述移动投影终端的当前位置信息;
    所述推送模块具体用于根据所述广告商位置信息和移动投影终端的当前位置信息,分别计算所述各广告信息中的广告商与所述移动投影终端之间的距离,并且在所述移动投影终端与广告商之间的距离小于预设距离值时,向所述移动投影终端推送对应的广告内容。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述投影反馈信息还包括所述移动投影终端投影播放所述广告内容的投影次数和投影时长;
    所述服务器还包括第二计算模块;
    所述第二计算模块用于根据所述广告功效值、投影次数和投影时长,结合预设报酬计算模型,计算所述移动投影终端针对所述广告内容的报酬值。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述移动投影终端是微型智能投影机、智能投影手机或者投影平板。
  10. 一种基于移动投影终端投放广告的系统,其特征在于,包括服务 器、广告投放终端和移动投影终端;
    所述广告投放终端用于向服务器发送广告信息,其中,所述广告信息包括广告内容;
    所述服务器用于向移动投影终端推送所述广告内容;
