Description

一种带材高速涂装工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及带材涂装生产制造领域,特别是一种带材高速涂装工艺。
背景技术
现有带材如彩钢板、铝板涂装生产工艺主要分为辊涂法、幕流法及粉末喷涂法,此外还有贴膜法。带材一般先经过表面预处理、干燥及预热;带材才进入涂装工艺段,由涂装设备将液体或粉末涂料涂敷到带材的上、下表面;涂覆好涂料的带材进入固化炉烘烤、固化;涂料固化后的带材经过冷却、收卷工序后完成涂装工艺。上述彩钢板双面粉末涂装生产线的带材一般采用水平状态输送,即输送的带材两侧边线与水平面等高,由于重力、系统抽风对于粉末吸附效率的不利影响,会导致上表面粉末涂层均匀性和涂层平整度较难控制,同时带材下表面的粉末吸附效率较低。 从上可看出现有的水平板面输送带材的工艺模式,在粉末喷涂环节施工较困难,且生产效率由于粉末吸附效率低而较难提高;为此,申请人改变思路,从改变带材输送方式着手,提供一种便于粉末喷涂的带材竖直板面输送方式,将有效克服现有水平板面输送方式带来的喷涂缺陷和喷涂施工不利因素,可降低粉末喷涂工序段的控制难度,并能提高粉末吸附效率和喷涂均匀性,由此可提高涂装生产线速度。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种带材高速涂装工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种带材高速涂装工艺,包括放卷设备、收卷设备及设置在放卷设备、收卷设备之间的涂装工艺区域,所述涂装工艺区域内包含有喷涂工艺,带材通过放卷设备、收卷设备输送,带材通过涂装工艺区域时,带材与水平面大致垂直。
带材通过喷涂设备时,带材与水平面的夹角为60°至120°。
所述放卷设备和收卷设备竖直布置。
所述放卷设备和收卷设备水平布置,带材在进入涂装工艺的区域前经竖直导向装置由水平装置翻转至竖直状态,带材在进入收卷设备前经水平导向装置由竖直状态翻转至水平状态。
所述放卷设备水平设置,所述收卷设备竖直设置,带材在进入涂装工艺的区域前经竖直导向装置由水平装置翻转至竖直状态。
所述放卷设备竖直设置,所述收卷设备水平设置,带材在进入收卷设备前经水平导向装置由竖直状态翻转至水平状态。
带材通过涂装工艺区域时,带材输送中心线轨迹与水平面平行。
涂装工艺区域内包含或部分包含带材表面预处理工艺、干燥工艺、预热工艺、加温工艺、胶化工艺、固化工艺、冷却工艺或其他新的表面处理工艺。
本发明的有益效果是:一种带材高速涂装工艺,包括放卷设备、收卷设备及设置在放卷设备、收卷设备之间的涂装工艺区域,带材通过放卷设备、收卷设备输送,带材通过涂装工艺区域时,带材与水平面大致垂直,涂装工艺区域可包含或部分包含传统的带材涂装工艺如清洗、沥水、除油、化学涂层处理、烘干、预热、加温、喷涂、胶化、固化、冷却或其他带材表面处理工艺,带材的板面竖直的通过喷涂工艺区域有利于带材预表面处理如带材清洗、沥水、除油、化学涂层处理及烘干等工序,和粉末喷涂的实施及应用,特别在清洗和沥水工序,有非常明显的优势,并降低粉末喷涂工序段的控制难度,并能提高粉末吸附效率和喷涂均匀性,由此可提高涂装生产线速度。

具体实施方式
一种带材高速涂装工艺,包括放卷设备1、收卷设备2及设置在放卷设备1、收卷设备2之间的涂装工艺区域,带材10通过放卷设备1、收卷设备2输送,涂装工艺区域可包含或部分包含传统的带材涂装工艺如清洗、沥水、除油、化学涂层处理、烘干、预热、加温、喷涂、胶化、固化、冷却等或其他基材表面处理工艺,其中清洗、沥水、除油、化学涂层处理为带材预处理工艺,其涉及有张力控制装置、纠偏装置、带材预表面处理、静电粉末喷涂装置、胶化装置、固化装置、冷却装置等,上述工艺、设备均与传统工艺、设备类似,在此不作详述。
在本发明中,带材10通过涂装工艺区域时,带材10设置至与水平面大致垂直,且带材10输送中心线轨迹与水平面平行,涂装工艺在带材两侧完成。
本发明在粉末喷涂环节的有益效果是:
1.改变了带材在粉末喷涂环节中一般采用水平板面输送为竖直板面输送,这样静电粉末喷涂装置可布置于竖直板面的两侧面,便于“点源”(密集的静电喷枪)或“线源”(均匀分布的静电粉末云雾)静电粉末喷涂装置的布局;
2.相配套的粉末喷涂室内的抽风装置容易实现静电喷涂范围内的均匀及可控的抽风流场,将有益于荷电粉末粒子被吸附至带材表面的上粉效率;
3.喷涂水平板面之上表面时,由于粉末质量差或分散装置无法对粉末实现100%的理想分散,在重力的影响下,这些未分散的“小粉团”将会被喷洒在上表面,造成喷涂的缺陷,竖直板面的喷涂过程会降低“小粉团”直接被喷洒在竖直板面上的可能性,可减少该喷涂缺陷;
4.喷涂水平板面之下表面时,在重力的影响下,将会降低粉末的上粉效率,竖直板面的喷涂上粉效率可得到提高,并可提高粉末涂层膜厚的均匀度;
5.在喷粉室换色时,板材是停留在喷粉室内部的,竖直板面输送方式的喷粉室清理换色将比水平板面输送方式的喷房简单、容易,这样会大大缩短喷粉室换色清理工序的时间,可提高生产线工作效率;且可减少喷涂系统在换色过程中的混色污染的机会。
并且,本发明在带材的清洗、沥水工序时,由于带材板材竖直布置,使得清洗、沥水工序的效率也高于传统的工艺,进一步提高涂装的速度。
在本发明中,带材10通过涂装工艺区域时与水平面的夹角可为60°至120°,在具体实施例中,理想状态是将带材设置为竖直,即90°,此时,喷涂、清洗、沥水等工序效率最好,喷涂效果最佳。
在本发明中,可通过两种方式实现带材10竖直通过涂装工艺区域:
一、参照图1,直接将放卷设备1和收卷设备2竖直布置,即可实现竖直输送带材10,且该布置方式简单,无需增添其他设备,可大量的推广使用;
二、参照图2、图3,本方式沿用传统的生产线,所述放卷设备1和收卷设备2依然水平布置,带材10在进入涂装工艺的区域前经竖直导向装置3由水平装置翻转至竖直状态,带材10在进入收卷设备2前经过水平导向装置4由竖直状态翻转至水平状态,即可使得带材10能够竖直的通过涂装工艺区域,并且可以沿用传统的收卷设备2、放卷设备1,有利于传统设备的改造。
如图3所示,在上述的方式二中,所述的竖直导向装置、水平导向装置可由若干角度逐渐变化的导辊5组成,引导带材翻转;当然在具体实施过程中,还可以直接的通过滑动导向面、导向块等直接导向,在此不作详述。
当然在具体实施过程中,放卷设备1和收卷设备2还可有其他的放置方式,如:将放卷设备1水平设置,所述收卷设备2竖直设置,带材10在进入涂装工艺的区域前经竖直导向装置3由水平装置翻转至竖直状态,最后由收卷设备2竖直收卷;或将放卷设备1竖直设置,所述收卷设备2水平设置,带材10竖直通过涂装工艺的区域,带材10涂装完成后,在进入收卷设备2前经水平导向装置4由竖直状态翻转至水平状态,最后由收卷设备2水平收卷,均能实现带材10竖直涂装工艺的效果,在此不作详述。
以上对本发明的较佳实施进行了具体说明,当然,本发明还可以采用与上述实施方式不同的形式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下所作的等同的变换或相应的改动,都应该属于本发明的保护范围内。

  1. 一种带材高速涂装工艺,包括放卷设备、收卷设备及设置在放卷设备、收卷设备之间的涂装工艺区域,所述涂装工艺区域内包含有喷涂工艺,带材通过放卷设备、收卷设备输送,其特征在于:带材通过涂装工艺区域时,带材与水平面大致垂直。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带材高速涂装工艺,其特征在于:带材通过喷涂设备时,带材与水平面的夹角为60°至120°。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带材高速涂装工艺,其特征在于:所述放卷设备和收卷设备竖直布置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带材高速涂装工艺,其特征在于:所述放卷设备和收卷设备水平布置,带材在进入涂装工艺的区域前经竖直导向装置由水平装置翻转至竖直状态,带材在进入收卷设备前经水平导向装置由竖直状态翻转至水平状态。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带材高速涂装工艺,其特征在于:所述放卷设备水平设置,所述收卷设备竖直设置,带材在进入涂装工艺的区域前经竖直导向装置由水平装置翻转至竖直状态。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带材高速涂装工艺,其特征在于:所述放卷设备竖直设置,所述收卷设备水平设置,带材在进入收卷设备前经水平导向装置由竖直状态翻转至水平状态。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带材高速涂装工艺,其特征在于:带材通过涂装工艺区域时,带材输送中心线轨迹与水平面平行。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带材高速涂装工艺,其特征在于:涂装工艺区域内包含或部分包含带材表面预处理工艺、干燥工艺、预热工艺、加温工艺、胶化工艺、固化工艺、冷却工艺。
