一种对在线视频收费时的专利信息推送方法和收费系统,属于互联网领域。所述方法包括:记录视频流中预设的收费时间节点以及各收费时间节点对应的费用(S101);记录与用户账号相关联的存款账户(S102);检测用户的观看进度(S103);当用户观看进度到达所述收费时间节点时,在所述存款账户中扣取与当前收费时间节点对应的费用(S104);判断所述存款账户余额是否大于下一个收费时间节点对应的费用(S105),若是继续传送视频流(S106),否则终止传送视频流(S107),并向内容提供商推送专利信息。上述方法和系统可以让用户根据观看进度付费,提高支付费用的精确度;也帮助内容提供商根据用户的存款余额,控制视频播放,同时,将用户体验的产品特性与专利信息结合,使该发明创造的价值最大化。

Description

对在线视频收费时的专利信息推送方法和收费系统 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及一种对在线视频收费时的专利信息推送方法和收费系统。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将“版权归特定人所有”的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如“滑动解锁”等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《对在线视频收费的方法和收费系统》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种对在线视频收费时的专利信息推送方法,目的在于解决收费方式死板、不灵活之问题的同时,能更好地保护技术创新者的利益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种对在线视频收费时的专利信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
记录视频流中的预设的收费时间节点以及各收费时间节点对应的费用;
记录与用户账号相关联的存款账户;
检测用户的观看进度;
当用户观看进度到达所述收费时间节点时,在所述存款账户中扣取与当前收费时间节点对应的费用;
判断所述存款账户余额是否大于下一个收费时间节点对应的费用;
若是继续传送视频流;
否则终止传送视频流并向内容提供商推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种收费系统,包括:
记录单元,用于记录视频流中的预设的收费时间节点以及各收费时间节点对应的费用以及与用户账号相关联的存款账户;
检测单元,用于检测用户的观看进度;
费用管理单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端以及检测单元的输出端相连,用于在用户观看进度到达所述收费时间节点时,在所述存款账户中扣取与当前收费时间节点对应的费用;
判断单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端以及检测单元的输出端相连,用于判断所述存款账户余额是否大于下一个收费时间节点对应的费用;
专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于在存款账户余额小于下一个收费时间节点对应的费用,并终止服务时,向内容提供商推送专利信息。
有益效果
通过该发明,一方面可以让用户根据观看进度付费,提高支付费用的精确度;另一方面帮助内容提供商根据用户的存款余额,控制视频播放的程度,同时,将用户体验到的产品特性与专利信息相结合,从而使该发明创造的价值最大化。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种对在线视频收费时的专利信息推送方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中,记录视频流中的预设的收费时间节点以及各收费时间节点对应的费用。举例而言,将视频流分为不同的收费时间节点,如五分钟、十分钟、十五分钟等,在每一个时间节点上设置相对应的费用,如:五分钟时收费0.1元,十分钟时收费0.1元等。
在步骤S102中,记录与用户账号相关联的存款账户;在该步骤中,所述存款账户可以直接与用户的银行卡挂钩,同时也可以与网络平台的网络账号关联。
此外,上述步骤S102和S101可以一起发生,也可以任意顺序先后发生。
在步骤S103中,检测用户的观看进度。
在步骤S104中,当用户观看进度到达所述收费时间节点时,在所述存款账户中扣取与当前收费时间节点对应的费用。在该步骤实现自动扣款,用户只需要对其已经获得的服务支付费用。
在步骤S105中,判断所述存款账户余额是否大于下一个收费时间节点对应的费用,若是则进入步骤S106继续传送视频流,否则进入步骤S107终止传送视频流并向内容提供商推送专利信息。在该步骤中,由系统自动判定用户当前是否有余力继续享受内容提供商提供的服务,并根据用户当前账户的情况自动提供/终止服务。
此外,所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
通过该发明,一方面可以让用户根据观看进度付费,提高支付费用的精确度;另一方面帮助内容提供商根据用户的存款余额,控制视频播放的程度,同时,将用户体验到的产品特性与专利信息相结合,从而使该发明创造的价值最大化。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种收费系统的结构示意图,包括:
记录单元201,用于记录视频流中的预设的收费时间节点以及各收费时间节点对应的费用以及与用户账号相关联的存款账户;
检测单元202,用于检测用户的观看进度;
费用管理单元203,其输入端与所述记录单元201的输出端以及检测单元202的输出端相连,用于在用户观看进度到达所述收费时间节点时,在所述存款账户中扣取与当前收费时间节点对应的费用;
判断单元204,其输入端与所述记录单元201的输出端以及检测单元202的输出端相连,用于判断所述存款账户余额是否大于下一个收费时间节点对应的费用;
专利信息推送单元205,其输入端与所述判断单元204的输出端连接,用于在存款账户余额小于下一个收费时间节点对应的费用,并终止服务时,向内容提供商推送专利信息.
其工作原理是:记录单元201记录了视频流中的预设的收费时间节点以及各收费时间节点对应的费用以及与用户账号相关联的存款账户,检测单元202,检测用户的观看进度,费用管理单元203,根据记录单元201的信息以及检测单元202的检测结果,在用户观看进度到达所述收费时间节点时,在所述存款账户中扣取与当前收费时间节点对应的费用,同时,判断单元204,根据记录单元201的信息以及检测单元202的检测结果,判断所述存款账户余额是否大于下一个收费时间节点对应的费用。当判断结果不同时,由相应的执行单元来执行继续/重视提供在线视频服务,同时,当用户存款账户余额小于下一个收费时间节点对应的费用,并终止服务时,专利信息推送单元205向内容提供商推送专利信息。
通过该发明,一方面可以让用户根据观看进度付费,提高支付费用的精确度;另一方面帮助内容提供商根据用户的存款余额,控制视频播放的程度,同时,将用户体验到的产品特性与专利信息相结合,从而使该发明创造的价值最大化。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种对在线视频收费时的专利信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    记录视频流中的预设的收费时间节点以及各收费时间节点对应的费用;
    记录与用户账号相关联的存款账户;
    检测用户的观看进度;
    当用户观看进度到达所述收费时间节点时,在所述存款账户中扣取与当前收费时间节点对应的费用;
    判断所述存款账户余额是否大于下一个收费时间节点对应的费用;
    若是继续传送视频流;
    否则终止传送视频流并向内容提供商推送专利信息。
  2. 一种收费系统,其特征在于,所述收费系统包括:
    记录单元,用于记录视频流中的预设的收费时间节点以及各收费时间节点对应的费用以及与用户账号相关联的存款账户;
    检测单元,用于检测用户的观看进度;
    费用管理单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端以及检测单元的输出端相连,用于在用户观看进度到达所述收费时间节点时,在所述存款账户中扣取与当前收费时间节点对应的费用;
    判断单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端以及检测单元的输出端相连,用于判断所述存款账户余额是否大于下一个收费时间节点对应的费用;
    专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于在存款账户余额小于下一个收费时间节点对应的费用,并终止服务时,向内容提供商推送专利信息。
