(2)本发明的划杆组件是通过转盘、过渡传动机构与阻尼机构相联动,这样,就不会产生如现有技术的织带容易断的弊端出现。本发明的划杆组件,是通过轴承、单向轴承与转轴相连接,这样,当划杆向一个方向转动(由于转动角度小,实际相当于摆动)时,划杆通过轴承和单向轴承带动了转盘转动,当划杆向另一个方向转动时,划杆通过单向轴承自行转动,即相对于转轴呈空转状态,这样,划杆回位时就实现了无阻力,使得使用者的手能够自然回位;本发明采用二个划杆组件,并分别通过单向轴承与转轴的端部之间为万向连接,这样,既可以二个划杆组件同时使用,也可以是只使用其中的一个划杆,既可以很好地模仿划船动作,又可以实现多种模仿效果。
(3)由于采用了在座垫板的后部增加一靠背,该靠背通过扭簧铰接在座垫板的后端,使得在模拟划船运动的过程中能够对模拟划船运动者的后背给予支撑,极大地提高了模拟划船运动的使用效果,再由于采用了在若干个横杆上还分别套有圆柱形滚筒,在使用过程中圆柱形滚筒可以滚动,形成了对模拟划船运动者的后背进行按摩的效果,使产品增加了保健效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例详细说明本发明所述的技术方案。
实施例一
参见图1至图10所示,本发明的一种新式划船器,包括:
一个基座1,该基座具有支架11和斜向设置的滑轨12;
一个座垫2,该座垫2滑动配合在滑轨12上;
一个转盘3,该转盘3具有一相固定的转轴31,所述转盘3通过转轴31能够转动地安装于所述支架11处;
二个划杆组件4,分别通过单向轴承51连接在所述转轴31的两端,以在划杆组件4摇动时能够单向带动转盘3转动,且划杆组件4与转轴31的端部之间为万向连接;
一个能够调节大小的转动型阻尼机构6,所述阻尼机构6安装于所述支架11处;以及
一个增速型过渡传动机构7,安装在所述支架11处并连接在转盘3与阻尼机构6之间,以在转盘3转动时带动阻尼机构的阻尼轮61转动。
基座1还包括前底管组件13、后底管组件14,前底管组件13连接在支架11的前部,滑轨12连接在支架11的后部与后底管组件14之间;支架11分别设有转盘安装部15、传动机构安装部16和阻尼机构安装部17.
增速型过渡传动机构7为皮带轮组件,该皮带轮组件包括中转皮带盘71和皮带72;所述中转皮带盘71由同轴连接的大小皮带盘构成,所述中转皮带盘71安装在所述支架11处,所述小皮带盘711通过一皮带72与所述转盘3相联动,所述大皮带盘712通过另一皮带72与所述阻尼轮61相联动。此时,转盘3也为皮带盘,阻尼轮61设有一小轮,小轮处设有皮带连接部。
增速型过渡传动机构还包括二个张紧轮73,所述两个张紧轮73分别安装在支架11处并分别与所述一皮带、所述另一皮带相配合。张紧轮73的作用是使二条皮带能够分别张紧在转盘3与过渡传动机构7之间以及过渡传动机构7与阻尼轮61之间。
本实施例中,传动机构为皮带传动,当然,也可以是齿轮传动或链条传动,当采用齿轮传动,所述增速型过渡传动机构为至少一级齿轮组件;当采用链条传动时,所述增速型过渡传动机构为链轮组件,该链轮组件包括中转链盘和链条;所述中转链盘由同轴连接的大小链盘构成,所述中转链盘安装在所述支架处,所述小链盘通过一链条与所述转盘相联动,所述大链盘通过另一链条与所述阻尼轮相联动。
划杆组件4包括轴套41、轴承42和划杆43;所述轴套41通过轴承42连接在所述转轴31的端部,以实现轴套41能够相对于所述转轴31转动,所述轴套41上设有双耳片411,所述划杆43的一端插在双耳片411之间并与双耳片411相枢接,使划杆43能够相对于轴套41沿着轴向摆动;所述划杆43通过轴套41实现与转轴31端部之间的万向连接。
这样,轴套41就是通过轴承42和单向轴承51与转轴31相连接,当划杆43带动轴套41向一个方向转动时,由于单向轴承51的作用,也带动了转轴31转动,相当于带动了转盘3转动,当划杆43带动轴套41向另一个方向转动时,同样由于单向轴承51的作用,轴套41不带动转轴31转动,相对于转轴31呈空转状态,这样,转盘3也不转动。
阻尼机构6还包括磁力板组件62,所述阻尼轮61为磁控轮,所述磁力板组件62安装于支架11处并与所述磁控轮相配合,所述磁力板组件62通过拉线与微调器63相连接。
本实施例中,阻尼机构6为磁控型手动调节,通过微调器63可以调节磁力板组件62与磁控轮的距离,从而实现阻尼大小的调节。
当然,也可以采用电控调节,比如通过电机(即电控部件)来调节磁力板组件62与磁控轮的距离。
本发明的划杆组件是通过转盘3、过渡传动机构7与阻尼机构6相联动,这样,就不会产生如现有技术的织带容易断的弊端出现。本发明的划杆组件4,是通过轴承42、单向轴承51与转轴31相连接,这样,当划杆43向一个方向转动(由于转动角度小,实际相当于摆动)时,划杆43通过轴承42和单向轴承51带动了转盘3转动,当划杆43向另一个方向转动时,划杆43通过轴承42、单向轴承51自行转动,即相对于转轴31呈空转状态,这样,划杆43回位时就实现了无阻力,使得使用者的手能够自然回位;本发明采用二个划杆组件4,并分别通过单向轴承51与转轴的端部之间为万向连接,这样,既可以二个划杆组件4同时使用,也可以是只使用其中的一个划杆43,既可以很好地模仿划船动作,又可以实现多种模仿效果(如单手划船,双手划船等)。由图8至图10可以看出,使用者100在使用过程中,能够很好地实现模仿单手/双手划船的效果,对腿部、腰部、上肢、胸部、背部的肌肉增强有较好的作用。
实施例二
参见图11所示,本发明的一种新式划船器,与实施例一的不同之处在于,阻尼机构不相同,所述阻尼机构还包括电磁铁组件64,所述阻尼轮61为磁控轮,所述电磁铁组件64安装于支架11处并与所述磁控轮相配合,所述电磁铁组件64通过导线与电控仪表相连接。
通过调节电磁铁组件64的电流大小,可以调节阻尼轮61的阻尼大小。
实施例三
参见图12所示,本发明的一种新式划船器,与实施例一的不同之处在于,阻尼机构不相同,所述阻尼机构为风阻型阻尼机构,所述阻尼轮为风叶轮65。
实施例四
参见图13所示,本发明的一种新式划船器,与实施例一的不同之处在于,阻尼机构不相同,所述阻尼机构为水阻型阻尼机构,所述阻尼轮为水轮66。
实施例五
参见图14至图15所示,本发明的一种新式划船器,与实施例一的不同之处在于,划杆组件不相同,本实施例的划杆组件4包括轴套41和划杆43,而没有轴承;轴套41是通过两个单向轴承51连接在所述转轴31的端部,以实现轴套41能够相对于所述转轴31单向转动,所述轴套41上设有双耳片411,所述划杆43的一端插在双耳片411之间并与双耳片411相枢接,使划杆43能够相对于轴套41沿着轴向摆动;所述划杆43通过轴套41实现与转轴31端部之间的万向连接。
这样,轴套41就是通过两个单向轴承51与转轴31相连接,当划杆43带动轴套41向一个方向转动时,由于单向轴承51的作用,也带动了转轴31转动,相当于带动了转盘3转动,当划杆43带动轴套41向另一个方向转动时,同样由于单向轴承51的作用,轴套41不带动转轴31转动,相对于转轴31呈空转状态,这样,转盘3也不转动。
实施例六
参见图16至图20所示,本发明的一种新式划船器,与实施例一的不同之处在于,座垫不相同,本实施例的座垫2包括一座垫板21、设在座垫板底部的滑槽22和一靠背23,该靠背23通过扭簧铰接在座垫板21的后端。其中,滑槽22是配合在基座1的滑轨12上。
在座垫板21和滑槽22之间还设有连接件24,靠背23通过扭簧铰接在连接件24的后端;靠背23包括一靠背杆231和若干个横杆232,靠背杆231的底端通过扭簧铰接在连接件24的后端,若干个横杆232分别固定在靠背杆231的两边。所述若干个横杆232的数量为双数,所述若干个横杆232呈二个一组分别对称固定在靠背杆231的两边。所述靠背杆231为矩形空心管,所述若干个横杆232呈二个一组分别对称固定在矩形空心管的两边。所述二个一组的横杆232连接成一体结构并沿横向穿过所述矩形空心管,也就是固定在靠背杆231两边的二根横杆232实际上为一根。所述若干个横杆232上分别套有圆柱形滚筒233。
参见图17所示,由于靠背23与连接件24的后端之间是通过扭簧铰接,当模拟划船运动者的后背对靠背23施力时,靠背23可以向后翻转,从理论上,靠背23可以从A位置向后翻转到B位置,当模拟划船运动者的后背不对靠背23施力时,靠背23受扭簧的作用复位,从B位置回到A位置。
综上所述,新式划船器的增速型过渡传动机构可以有多种,比如可以是皮带传动机构,也可以是齿轮传动机构,还可以是链条传动机构,目的是将划杆组件的动力与阻尼机构连接起来,以形成不同的阻尼效果。转动型阻尼机构也可以有多种,比如可以是磁力控制,也可以是电磁铁控制,还可以是风阻控制,以及水阻控制等,其中,有些转动型阻尼机构可以选择手动控制,也可以选择电动控制。座垫可以是有靠背,也可以是没有靠背。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能以此限定本发明的范围,即依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明是将基座、座垫、转盘、划杆组件、转动型阻尼机构和增速型过渡传动机构相组合来构成新式划船器,基座采用支架和斜向设置的滑轨,转盘采用转盘本体和相固定的转轴,划杆组件采用轴套和划杆,转动型阻尼机构采用磁力板组件和磁控轮,或者是电磁铁组件和磁控轮,或者是风叶轮,或者是水轮,增速型过渡传动机构采用皮带轮机构,或者是齿轮机构,或者链条轮机构,本发明在工业上便于实现,而且基座、座垫、转盘、划杆组件、转动型阻尼机构和增速型过渡传动机构等各个部件在工业上也便于加工。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种新式划船器,其特征在于:包括:
    一个基座,该基座具有支架和斜向设置的滑轨;
    一个座垫,该座垫滑动配合在滑轨上;
    一个转盘,该转盘具有一相固定的转轴,所述转盘通过转轴能够转动地安装于所述支架处;
    二个划杆组件,分别通过单向轴承连接在所述转轴的两端,以在划杆组件摇动时能够单向带动转盘转动,且划杆组件与转轴的端部之间为万向连接;
    一个能够调节大小的转动型阻尼机构,所述阻尼机构安装于所述支架处;以及
    一个增速型过渡传动机构,安装在所述支架处并连接在转盘与阻尼机构之间,以在转盘转动时带动阻尼机构的阻尼轮转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新式划船器,其特征在于:所述增速型过渡传动机构为皮带轮组件,该皮带轮组件包括中转皮带盘和皮带;所述中转皮带盘由同轴连接的大小皮带盘构成,所述中转皮带盘安装在所述支架处,所述小皮带盘通过一皮带与所述转盘相联动,所述大皮带盘通过另一皮带与所述阻尼轮相联动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的新式划船器,其特征在于:所述增速型过渡传动机构还包括二个张紧轮,所述两个张紧轮分别安装在支架处并分别与所述一皮带、所述另一皮带相配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的新式划船器,其特征在于:所述增速型过渡传动机构为至少一级齿轮组件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的新式划船器,其特征在于:所述增速型过渡传动机构为链轮组件,该链轮组件包括中转链盘和链条;所述中转链盘由同轴连接的大小链盘构成,所述中转链盘安装在所述支架处,所述小链盘通过一链条与所述转盘相联动,所述大链盘通过另一链条与所述阻尼轮相联动。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的新式划船器,其特征在于:所述划杆组件包括轴套、轴承和划杆;所述轴套通过轴承连接在所述转轴的端部,以实现轴套能够相对于所述转轴转动,所述轴套上设有双耳片,所述划杆的一端插在双耳片之间并与双耳片相枢接,使划杆能够相对于轴套沿着轴向摆动;所述划杆通过轴套实现与转轴端部之间的万向连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的新式划船器,其特征在于:所述阻尼机构还包括磁力板组件,所述阻尼轮为磁控轮,所述磁力板组件安装于支架处并与所述磁控轮相配合,所述磁力板组件通过拉线与微调器或电控部件相连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的新式划船器,其特征在于:所述阻尼机构还包括电磁铁组件,所述阻尼轮为磁控轮,所述电磁铁组件安装于支架处并与所述磁控轮相配合,所述电磁铁组件通过导线与电控仪表相连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的新式划船器,其特征在于:所述阻尼机构为风阻型阻尼机构,所述阻尼轮为风叶轮。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的新式划船器,其特征在于:所述阻尼机构为水阻型阻尼机构,所述阻尼轮为水轮。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的新式划船器,其特征在于:所述座垫包括一座垫板、设在座垫板底部的滑槽和一靠背,该靠背通过扭簧铰接在座垫板的后端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的划船器的座垫结构,其特征在于:所述座垫板和滑槽之间还设有连接件,所述靠背包括一靠背杆和若干个横杆,所述靠背杆的底端通过扭簧铰接在连接件的后端,所述若干个横杆分别固定在靠背杆的两边;所述若干个横杆上分别套有圆柱形滚筒。
